Abstract

本发明公开一种长效多彩冷光漆,按质量份计,包括以下原料:40‑60份丙烯酸树脂,20‑30份胺基树脂,1‑5份丙烯酸稀释剂,10‑20份长效型冷光粉,1‑5份防沉腊,1‑5份颜料。该冷光漆的发光能力持久,不需电力充电,只需吸收外在光源(太阳光或灯光),白天吸收外在光源并储存能量,夜晚能量自动转成光能发光,在能量100%储存下,最高发光可达3‑4小时,为真正节能减碳之环保涂料。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种长效多彩冷光漆及其制作工艺,属于涂料领域。
背景技术
目前,自行车照明属于选择性配件,亮度普遍不高,且光源只照射前方,造成自行车骑行人员夜晚易与侧方或后方车辆发生事故。通过将冷光漆喷涂在车架后,经日间阳光照射,夜间整台车会发光,便于让车辆从远处各方向即可注意到骑行人员。
但是现有的冷光漆存在以下缺点:
1.发光时效最多达1小时,且亮度不明显。
2.只能发出传统单一绿光,无法发出其它种颜色光,颜色单调。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种长效多彩冷光漆及其制作工艺,延长冷光漆的发光时效且能够发出多种颜色的光。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的一种长效多彩冷光漆,按质量份计,包括以下原料:40-60份丙烯酸树脂,20-30份胺基树脂,1-5份丙烯酸稀释剂,10-20份长效型冷光粉,1-5份防沉腊,1-5份颜料。
作为改进,所述丙烯酸稀释剂采用二甲苯、四甲苯中的至少一种。
作为改进,所述防沉腊采用毕克公司的BYK229。
作为改进,所述颜料采用滑石粉、云母粉中的至少一种。
另外,本发明还提供了一种所述长效多彩冷光漆的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的丙烯酸树脂、胺基树脂、丙烯酸稀释剂、长效型冷光粉、防沉腊和颜料,备用;
2)将步骤1)的备料,使用高速搅拌机混和搅拌20-30分钟,即得长效多彩冷光漆。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)该冷光漆的发光能力持久,不需电力充电,只需吸收外在光源(太阳光或灯光),白天吸收外在光源并储存能量,夜晚能量自动转成光能发光,在能量100%储存下,最高发光可达3-4小时,为真正节能减碳之环保涂料。
2)该冷光漆能够发出多种颜色的光。
3)该冷光漆原料环保,对人与环境的安全性高。

一种长效多彩冷光漆,按质量份计,包括以下原料:40-60份丙烯酸树脂,20-30份胺基树脂,1-5份丙烯酸稀释剂,10-20份长效型冷光粉,1-5份防沉腊,1-5份颜料;
其中,所述丙烯酸稀释剂具体可以采用二甲苯、四甲苯中的至少一种;
防沉腊具体可以采用毕克公司的BYK229。
颜料具体可以采用滑石粉、云母粉中的至少一种。
另外,本发明还提供了一种所述长效多彩冷光漆的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的丙烯酸树脂、胺基树脂、丙烯酸稀释剂、长效型冷光粉、防沉腊和颜料,备用;
2)将步骤1)的备料,使用高速搅拌机混和搅拌20-30分钟,即得长效多彩冷光漆。
实施例1
一种长效多彩冷光漆,按质量份计,包括以下原料:40份丙烯酸树脂,20份胺基树脂,1份丙烯酸稀释剂,10份长效型冷光粉,1份防沉腊,1份颜料;
所述长效多彩冷光漆的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的丙烯酸树脂、胺基树脂、丙烯酸稀释剂、长效型冷光粉、防沉腊和颜料,备用;
2)将步骤1)的备料,使用高速搅拌机混和搅拌20分钟,即得长效多彩冷光漆。
实施例2
一种长效多彩冷光漆,按质量份计,包括以下原料:50份丙烯酸树脂,25份胺基树脂,4份丙烯酸稀释剂,15份长效型冷光粉,3份防沉腊,3份颜料;
所述长效多彩冷光漆的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的丙烯酸树脂、胺基树脂、丙烯酸稀释剂、长效型冷光粉、防沉腊和颜料,备用;
2)将步骤1)的备料,使用高速搅拌机混和搅拌25分钟,即得长效多彩冷光漆。
实施例3
一种长效多彩冷光漆,按质量份计,包括以下原料:60份丙烯酸树脂,30份胺基树脂,5份丙烯酸稀释剂,20份长效型冷光粉,5份防沉腊,5份颜料;
所述长效多彩冷光漆的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的丙烯酸树脂、胺基树脂、丙烯酸稀释剂、长效型冷光粉、防沉腊和颜料,备用;
2)将步骤1)的备料,使用高速搅拌机混和搅拌30分钟,即得长效多彩冷光漆。
本发明制得长效多彩冷光漆的施工流程:
1.先将冷光漆的底漆,中涂喷涂均匀,烘烤140℃、25分钟烤干;
2.喷涂冷光漆,冷光漆喷涂黏度要比普通油漆黏度稍高,冷光漆喷涂膜厚要比普通漆膜厚要高,膜厚越高发光效果越好,反之越差,烘烤140℃、25分钟烤干;
3.喷涂压克力金油,烘烤140℃、25分钟烤干,喷涂完成。
对上述实施例1-3制得冷光漆进行性能检测,分别采用重金属含量检测仪ICP-OES、紫外线老化测试仪Q-Lab、盐雾测试机、百格测试仪、耐冲击测试仪、耐磨性测试仪、耐酸碱测试仪、硬度测试仪、光泽测试仪、冷热循环测试炉测试本发明水性漆的性能。具体结果如下表1所示。

分析表1可知,本发明制得冷光漆的性能均符合各标准要求。

1.一种长效多彩冷光漆,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括以下原料:40-60份丙烯酸树脂,20-30份胺基树脂,1-5份丙烯酸稀释剂,10-20份长效型冷光粉,1-5份防沉腊,1-5份颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效多彩冷光漆,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸稀释剂采用二甲苯、四甲苯中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效多彩冷光漆,其特征在于,所述防沉腊采用毕克公司的BYK229。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长效多彩冷光漆,其特征在于,所述颜料采用滑石粉、云母粉中的至少一种。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一项所述长效多彩冷光漆的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)分别称取配方量的丙烯酸树脂、胺基树脂、丙烯酸稀释剂、长效型冷光粉、防沉腊和颜料,备用;
2)将步骤1)的备料,使用高速搅拌机混和搅拌20-30分钟,即得长效多彩冷光漆。
