Abstract
The invention discloses a membrane rod separation method, which comprises the following steps: the membrane rod is put into a separation box under the action of negative pressure, a slit type filter screen fixed in the separation box divides the membrane rod into a rod collecting cavity and a membrane collecting cavity, and the membrane rod is separated by utilizing a membrane discharging rod cutter, a guide type membrane discharging device and the filter screen, and the corresponding separation device. The invention provides a membrane rod separation device, which structurally comprises: the device comprises a material box, a separation box, a negative pressure driving device and a power input device; the separation box is a main part, and a gap type filter screen and a mesh type filter screen are fixed in the separation box; the filter screen divides the box body into a rod collecting cavity and a film collecting cavity, a rod arranging and film cutting device is arranged in the rod collecting cavity, and a guide type film arranging device is arranged in the film collecting cavity; the cotton stalks are separated in the stalk collecting cavity by the slit filter screen and are discharged by the stalk discharger; the plastic film passes through the clearance formula filter screen and gets into album membrane chamber for cotton stalk and plastic film accomplish the separation, and the principle is simple, and separation effect is good, can solve the difficult problem of plastic film and cotton stalk separation, has very much the practicality.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of agriculture, in particular to a membrane-rod separation method for separating, recovering and reusing a mulching film from a cotton field membrane-rod mixture and a corresponding membrane-rod separation device.
Background
The plastic film mulching planting also brings serious white pollution while keeping food and increasing income in cold and dry farming areas, and the mechanized recovery and the cyclic utilization of the plastic film are the direction of modern agriculture development. In recent years, the mechanical mulching film is generally treated by centralized landfill or incineration, which directly causes secondary pollution to the land and the environment, and cannot realize regeneration treatment and recycling of the mechanical mulching film. The mulching film as a renewable material is not recycled, mainly because the mulching film collected by the machine contains impurities, and is seriously knotted (namely, the strip-shaped or sheet-shaped flexible residual film and strip-shaped wooden cotton stalks and other impurities are tightly wound and wrapped together), the mulching film and the cotton stalks are difficult to separate by directly adopting a traditional material separation method. Therefore, only by separating the mulching film from the cotton stalk, the regeneration treatment and the cyclic utilization of the mulching film can be realized.
At present, mulching films are mostly separated by manual sorting, mulching film washing and other modes in mulching film recycling, the labor intensity is high, the working efficiency is low, the cost is high, large-scale popularization and application cannot be realized, and especially, the method is not reasonable in terms of bundling in the face of knotted machine film collecting rod mixtures. Therefore, in order to solve the problems of separation and cleaning of the mixture of the mulching film collecting rods and waste of mulching film resources, a method and a device capable of efficiently separating mulching films from cotton stalks need to be developed urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a membrane rod separation method, which comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps of putting a membrane rod mixture into a separation box under the action of negative pressure, dividing the interior of the separation box into a rod collecting cavity and a membrane collecting cavity by utilizing a slit type filter screen fixed in the separation box, meanwhile, arranging a rod membrane cutter rotating along with a shaft at the upper part of the slit type filter screen, leading cotton rods to be discharged by the rod membrane cutter, shearing the mulching films to a certain extent, further enabling the mulching films to enter the membrane collecting cavity through the slit type filter screen, enabling the cotton rods to be separated by the slit type filter screen, stacked in the rod collecting cavity and discharged by a discharger along with the cotton rods, and enabling the cotton rods and the mulching films to be separated.
A membrane rod separation device comprises a material box, a separation box, a negative pressure driving device and a power input device, wherein the material box is erected at the top of the separation box, and a feeding hole is formed in the side wall of the material box; the upper part of the material box is provided with a power input device which drives the rotating central shaft to rotate; the lower part of the separation box is provided with a negative pressure driving device which generates vertical downward acting force on the materials.
Furthermore, a rod arranging port and a film arranging port are arranged on the side wall of the separation box; a gap type filter screen is fixedly arranged in the separation box and on the lower end face of the rod arranging opening, a mesh type filter screen is fixedly arranged in the separation box and on the lower end face of the film arranging opening, the gap type filter screen fixed in the separation box divides the separation box into a rod collecting cavity and a film collecting cavity, a rod arranging and film cutting device rotating along with a shaft is arranged in the rod collecting cavity on the upper portion of the gap type filter screen, and a film arranging device rotating along with the shaft is arranged in the film collecting cavity on the lower portion of the gap type filter screen.
Furthermore, a row rod push plate and a film cutting blade are arranged on the row rod film cutting device; the cotton stalks accumulated in the stalk collecting cavity are guided and discharged by the stalk discharging push plate; the film cutting blade will shear the mulching film passing through the slit type filter screen.
Furthermore, the surface of the guide type film discharger component is designed to be small at the top and large at the bottom, a guide type film discharging and pulling process is carried out on the mulching film in the film collecting cavity, and the shape of the guide type film discharger component does not influence the flow of the working medium.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the mulching film and the cotton stalks are adsorbed by the fan to be in different material forms, the cotton stalks are adsorbed on the upper surface of the gap type filter screen to be discharged by the stalk discharging film cutter, and the mulching film enters the film collecting cavity through the gap type filter screen to be discharged by the guide type film discharger under the adsorption action, so that the mulching film is well separated, the principle and the operation are simple, and the separation effect is good; further carry out shearing work to the plastic film when separating the plastic film, can solve the difficult problem of plastic film and cotton stalk separation, have the practicality very much.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the membrane rod separation device comprises a feeding device, a separation device and a discharge device, wherein the feeding device comprises a feed box 2 and a feed inlet 3, the separation device comprises a separation box 14, a slit type filter screen 8 and a mesh type filter screen 11, and the discharge device comprises a rod film cutter 7 and a guide type membrane discharger 9.
The separating box 14 is provided with a straw discharging port 5 and a membrane discharging port 10, and the middle part of the separating box 14 is provided with a straw collecting cavity 6 and a membrane collecting cavity 13, so that mulching film materials and cotton stalk materials are respectively collected in the cavities, and the mulching film and the cotton stalk materials are conveniently separated.
The row-rod film cutter 7 is provided with a row-rod push plate 71 and a film cutting blade 72 for pushing cotton rods and cutting mulching films.
The guiding type film discharging device 9 can perform guiding type film discharging work on the mulching films adsorbed on the surface of the mesh type filter screen 11.
The use process of the membrane rod separation device is as follows: the motor 1 drives the transmission shaft 4 to rotate, the transmission shaft 4 drives the row-rod film cutter 7 and the guide film discharger 9 to rotate, the fan 15 works to enable negative pressure to be formed in the separation box 14, at the moment, the film-rod mixture material is fed into the separation box 14 through the feed inlet 3, the posture of the film-rod mixture changes under the action of the row-rod film cutter 7, the guide film discharger 9 and the negative pressure, the cotton rods are adsorbed on the upper surface of the slit type filter screen 8 in the separation box 14 and collected in the rod collecting cavity 6, mulching films pass through the slit type filter screen 8 in the separation box 14 under the action of the negative pressure adsorption and are collected in the film collecting cavity 13, in the material collecting process, the row-rod film cutter 7 exerts certain thrust on the cotton rods in the rod collecting cavity 6 through rotation to push the cotton rods out from the row-rod opening 5, and meanwhile, the guide film discharger 9 rotates to exert certain centrifugal force and guide action on the mulching films in the film collecting cavity 13, and discharging the mulching film from the film discharging port 10 to complete the separation of the mulching film and the cotton stalks.
The method has the advantages that the principle is simple, the mulching film is further sheared while the mulching film and the cotton stalk are separated, the problem of separation of the mulching film and the cotton stalk can be solved, and the method is very practical.

A membrane rod separation method comprising the process of: the method comprises the steps of putting a membrane rod mixture into a separation box under the action of negative pressure, dividing the interior of the separation box into a rod collecting cavity and a membrane collecting cavity by utilizing a slit type filter screen fixed in the separation box, and simultaneously arranging a rod membrane cutter and a guide membrane cutter which rotate along with a shaft on the upper portion of the slit type filter screen respectively, wherein the rod membrane cutter can guide and discharge cotton rods and has a certain shearing effect on mulching films, further the mulching films enter the membrane collecting cavity through the slit type filter screen, the cotton rods are separated by the slit type filter screen and stacked in the rod collecting cavity and then discharged by the guide membrane cutter, so that the cotton rods and the mulching films are separated.

A membrane rod separation device, characterized in that: the device comprises a material box, a separation box, a negative pressure driving device and a power input device, wherein the material box is erected at the top of the separation box, and a feeding hole is formed in the side wall of the material box; the upper part of the material box is provided with a power input device which drives the rotating central shaft to rotate; the lower part of the separation box is provided with a negative pressure driving device which generates vertical downward acting force on the materials.

A membrane rod separation device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the side wall of the separation box is provided with a rod discharge port and a membrane discharge port; a slit type filter screen is fixedly arranged in the separation box and on the lower end face of the rod arranging opening, a mesh type filter screen is fixedly arranged in the separation box and on the lower end face of the film arranging opening, the slit type filter screen fixed in the separation box divides the separation box into a rod collecting cavity and a film collecting cavity, a rod arranging and film cutting device rotating along with a shaft is arranged in the rod collecting cavity on the upper portion of the slit type filter screen, and a guide type film arranging device rotating along with the shaft is arranged in the film collecting cavity on the lower portion of the slit type filter screen.

A membrane rod separation device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the row-rod film cutter is provided with a row-rod push plate and a film cutting blade; the cotton stalks accumulated in the stalk collecting cavity are guided and discharged by the stalk discharging push plate; the film cutting blade will shear the mulching film passing through the slit type filter screen.

A membrane rod separation device as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the surface of the guide type film discharger component is designed to be small at the top and big at the bottom, a guide type film discharging and pulling process is carried out on the mulching film in the film collecting cavity, and the shape of the guide type film discharger component does not influence the flow of a working medium.
