Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition and traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating infantile chronic cough and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating chronic cough in children, a traditional Chinese medicine preparation and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The infantile chronic cough is a common clinical symptom in pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine. The physiological characteristics of infants are that the viscera are delicate and the viscera and qi of the infants are deficient, especially the deficiency of the qi of the lung and spleen, and the deficiency of both lung and spleen. Lung qi deficiency can cause insecurity of defensive qi and exterior syndrome in children, and is easily invaded by pathogens. When exogenous pathogenic factors invade the lung first, the lung fails to disperse and descend, and the lung qi goes up and reverses to cause cough, which leads to further loss of the lung qi due to deficiency over a long period of time, resulting in worsening of the lung qi deficiency. The chronic lung disease may also affect the spleen, causing the spleen qi to be further damaged, leading to the aggravation of spleen qi deficiency, which is the mother of child disease. The infant is not self-controlled, and the spleen and stomach are often injured due to improper diet, so that the condition of spleen qi deficiency is further aggravated, and lung qi is also not generated, so that the lung deficiency is aggravated, which is called as 'native qi failing to generate gold', lung qi is weak, dispersing and descending are weak, and the lung qi is reversed to the top and then cough is caused. In a word, whether the disease is caused in the lung or the spleen, the physiological characteristics of the deficiency of both the lung and the spleen can be changed into the pathological basis for a long time, and the cough is caused and is not cured for a long time. The children are difficult to cure due to special physiological and pathological characteristics.
In the outpatient clinic of western medicine department of pediatrics, the chronic cough accounts for about one third. Cough is complicated in etiology and wide in related range, and particularly, chronic cough without significant abnormality in chest imaging examination is often repeatedly examined by many patients because diagnosis is unclear. Although certain clinical curative effect can be achieved by repeatedly using antibacterial drugs, cough-relieving phlegm-reducing drugs, cough-relieving drugs and the like in treatment, the curative effect is unsatisfactory, and western medicines have high side effects, can generate some adverse reactions, cause serious influence on the body health and the life quality of children, and bring certain economic and psychological burden to family members.
