Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition with qi-tonifying and body fluid-generating effects and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with qi-tonifying and fluid-generating effects and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Malignant tumors are the second leading cause of death of urban and rural residents in China at present, and have risen to the first in partial urban areas. Radiotherapy is one of the important methods for treating malignant tumors, and a plurality of tumors take the treatment method as a main therapy, so that the curative effect is definite, and toxic and side effects of radiotherapy comprise reaction of local irradiation parts, systemic reaction and local reaction; modern medical research proves that radioactive rays can ionize organisms and destroy cells and tissues which are damaged normally, and different symptoms and signs are presented according to different irradiation parts; the general reaction is manifested as thirst, dry throat, dry tongue, dry stool, yellow urine, pale complexion, dizziness, listlessness, spontaneous perspiration, night sweat, debilitation, anorexia, palpitation, insomnia, and other symptoms. For these toxic and side effects of radiotherapy, patients often cannot tolerate them, and not only the quality of life is affected, but also the total radiation dose has to be reduced and the treatment is interrupted, so that the curative effect is seriously affected, and an effective method is required to be found in clinic, so that the contradiction is solved.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the radiation line is fire heat toxin pathogen, and is most prone to consuming qi and damaging fluid, so that clinically patients are prone to fatigue, dizziness, low voice, inappetence, dry mouth, dry throat, sore throat, dry stool, red tongue with little coating or pale tongue with white coating, weak pulse and other symptoms of qi-yin deficiency and fluid-deficiency, and from the aspect of pathogenesis, the traditional unified view is that the traditional Chinese medicine is a recipe composition for treating qi-tonifying yin-nourishing and heat-clearing and detoxifying by consuming qi and damaging yin (fluid), qi-yin (fluid) deficiency. However, the existing medicaments for tonifying qi, nourishing yin, clearing heat and detoxicating have poor treatment effect after radiotherapy through effect judgment.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the application provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition with the effects of tonifying qi and promoting the production of body fluid, and the composition can effectively solve the problem that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has poor treatment effect on qi-yin-fluid impairment symptoms of patients after radiotherapy.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the application for solving the technical problems is as follows:

1.2 diagnostic criteria
All patients have clear pathological basis, are clearly diagnosed as malignant tumor, and accord with the relevant standard of Chinese common malignant tumor diagnosis and treatment Specification; (2) all patients are in or out of radiotherapy treatment; (3) Reference Zhu Yifeng, etc. The symptoms of deficiency of both qi and yin are pale complexion, dizziness, listlessness, palpitation, insomnia, spontaneous perspiration, debilitation, anorexia, pale tongue with white coating, thready and weak pulse, dry mouth, dry throat, sore throat, and dry stool. (4) sign informed consent.
1.3 exclusion criteria
(1) Patients who used the drug for this trial had a clear history of allergy or refused the treatment with the drug; (2) unwilling to sign informed consent or a person falling off halfway; (3) those without definitive pathological diagnosis; (4) Patients are combined with serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction, serious abnormal hematopoietic system and other diseases; (5) those suffering from a history of refractory mental illness; (6) patients with severe loss of clinical data.
2 method
2.1 the treatment groups are divided into 6 groups, the control group is 1 group, and the treatment group and the control group are respectively treated with western medicine symptomatic support treatment: such as fluid infusion, nutritional support, pain relief, antiemetic, blood pressure reduction, correction of anemia, anti-infection, etc., and the agents of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 are administered to patients in different treatment groups, respectively, and the treatment condition of each group of patients is observed in the control group without taking any drug.
The reagents in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 were prepared by decocting the following steps: soaking the above Chinese medicinal decoction pieces in cold water for 30min after soaking the decoction pieces for about 2cm, boiling with strong fire, maintaining with slow fire for about 20min, filtering to obtain decoction, decocting with water for 2 times again, and mixing the decoction obtained from 3 times with about 1000ml of decoction.
The medicine taking method comprises the following steps: taken three times a day, about 150ml each time, warm after meals.
2.2 efficacy assessment criteria:
the syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin in traditional Chinese medicine is integrated: the symptoms of deficiency of both qi and yin are incorporated by reference to the "guidelines for clinical study of New Chinese drugs (trial run)" published by the national science and technology Press in 2002: the symptoms of mental fatigue, hypodynamia, no speaking, dry mouth and throat, dysphoria with feverish sensation in the chest, and constipation are classified into 5 categories, each symptom is classified into four categories, 0 indicates "none", 1 indicates "light", 2 indicates "medium", 3 indicates "heavy", and the higher the score is, the more serious.
The nimodipine method is adopted and is divided into four grades: and (3) healing: the Chinese medicine symptom score is reduced by more than 95 percent. The effect is shown: the Chinese medicine symptom score is reduced by less than 95 percent and more than or equal to 70 percent. The method is effective: the total integral is reduced by less than 70 percent and more than or equal to 30 percent. Invalidation: the Chinese medicine symptoms score is reduced by less than 30 percent, and no change or aggravation is caused. Total effective rate= (number of clinical recovery cases + number of significant cases + number of effective cases)/total number of cases of the group 100%.
3. Results
The data in the above table shows that the medicament prepared by the formulation in the embodiments 1-3 of the application treats patients after radiotherapy, and the symptoms of mental fatigue, hypodynamia, no speaking, dry mouth and throat, dysphoria with feverish sensation and constipation of the patients are relieved and even disappear; and after the formulas in the comparative examples 1-3 are adjusted, the results show that the therapeutic effect of the formulas in the comparative examples 1-3 is reduced mainly due to the change of the compatibility of medicinal materials among the formulas.
In the comparison document 1, radix glehniae is replaced by radix codonopsis pilosulae with similar effects, schisandra chinensis is replaced by dark plum with similar effects, each medicinal material has unique parts although the effects of the medicinal materials after replacement are similar, and the effect of the composition after replacement is poor mainly due to the fact that the compatibility between radix glehniae and radix ophiopogonis disappears and the tonifying effect of the schisandra chinensis disappears.
The use of cassia twig is canceled in the comparison document 2, so that the medicaments in the formula are all yin nourishing medicaments, and the effects of nourishing yin and promoting the production of body fluid can be generated, but excessive yin nourishing is caused to hurt yang due to the fact that yang qi is not considered, so that yin and yang are uncoordinated, and the effect of nourishing yin is also poor.
In comparative example 3, eclipta was replaced with epimedium herb having a similar effect, and although epimedium herb has a yang tonifying effect, the elimination of eclipta resulted in disappearance of interaction between eclipta and glossy privet fruit, and thus, the final therapeutic effect was also deteriorated.
