技术领域
本发明涉及用于将管状件如软管或配管连接至液压系统或气动系统的另一个部件的装置,所述装置包括具有连接端部和管状件插入端部的主体,所述主体具有从所述连接端部延伸至所述管状件插入端部的柱形通道,其中所述连接端部用于连接至所述液压系统或气动系统的另一部件,且所述柱形通道包括第一部分和第二部分,其中所述第一部分布置在管状件插入端部内,且所述第二部分布置在所述连接端部内。
背景技术
常用的液压软管接头通过将该接头压接在管上而被附接以形成软管组件。软管接头的变形要求需对接头施加高机械力的专用压接机。在不造成不期望的弯曲、破碎或裂纹的情况下得到一致变形是有困难的。此外,通过使软管的表面凹陷而获得的密封的紧密性由压接作用在软管的整个周长上实现一致的凹陷的程度来确定。
接头通过压接作用形成的塑性变形(通常仅通过路径控制)可以通过减小壁厚、裂纹或不均匀的力分布而易于导致组件的脆弱性。
用于将压接接头附接至管的压接机需要与接头的类型和其直径相对应的压接模具。需要将许多不同的组合结构考虑在内,管和接头新的组合结构通常还需要一套新模具。在需要现场更换接头的情况下这尤其麻烦,这意味着需要将许多工具的变型体带到现场。同样尤其是在现场替换接头时,使所需的压接机恰当地接近接头也是十分繁琐的。
常用的压接管接头还从内部对管进行支撑,以在接头和管之间实现高压接力。但这会减小内径,不利地影响到流动性,例如像在整个组件上引起不期望的压降或者引起湍流,并且进一步在接头中引起机械应力。
现今的接头主要由金属加工而成,因为其具有压接所需的大变形能力。不能轻易使用替换材料如复合材料,像超高强度聚合物或聚合物金属基,即使替换材料相较于金属而言能够带来其它益处。
例如WO2012008371公开了通过施加胶粘剂将端面结构附接至管状件。
强化软管和管套之间的通道填充有胶粘剂,但是该通道未在管端部被密封。施加至软管的力由此仅通过施加在管套的周向内表面上的胶粘剂传递至管套。胶粘剂和管套之间的力传递由此仅取决于胶粘剂的粘接强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是减少或者甚至消除上述缺点。
根据本发明,该目的通过根据前序部分的装置实现,其特征在于,管状件插入端部在中间部段处包括凹部,该凹部自柱形通道起在径向上在整个周长上延伸并且邻接柱形通道的第二部分;以及管状件插入端部包括至少一个孔,该孔将所述凹部与主体的外表面相连通。
通过使凹部与主体的外表面连通,提供用于将粘合胶引入装置的工具。这允许管状件无需压接地由接头所保持,通过粘合胶实现在管状件和接头之间的密封连接。该连接可如此形成:简单地将管状件插入管状件插入端部以及在经由孔将粘合胶供入凹部之前牢牢地密封住管状件、凹部和柱形通道的第二部分之间的间隙。粘合胶接下来保持住管状件并且在管状件和装置之间提供密封。管承受的力经由粘合胶通过胶粘强度和归因于空腔的粘合胶与管套间的形状限定连接被传递至管套。这在粘合胶和管套之间形成更强连接。
在该装置的优选实施例中,柱形通道的第一部分的直径大于第二部分,并且当从柱形通道的轴向看时第一部分和第二部分是同心的。通过选取对应于管状件外径的较大直径和对应于管状件内径的较小直径,可形成未对内径进行限制的组件。另外,此实施例允许管状件完全密封该凹部。减小的直径也用作止挡件以指示管状件已经插入足够深。
在根据本发明的装置的另一个实施例中,至少一个突起布置在柱形通道的第一部分内。该(多个)突起可辅助管状件在接头内定位,从而组装被更加简化。该(多个)突起也可用作定位辅助或具体地说用作止挡件,从而粘合胶也可到达管状件的切口表面。

粘合胶可由此也用作弹性隔层以提供阻尼并吸收振动力。
