空调用波纹管一般是铜管为主,目前市面上的空调铜管也容易产生裂纹、泄漏等缺陷。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对上述空调铜管的缺陷,提供一种防污染、抗压强度好的水系统空调用焊接式不锈钢波纹管。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型主要是采用以下技术方案来完成的。本实用新型主要由不锈钢波纹管所组成,所述的波纹管的两端设有用氩弧焊焊接的焊接头,焊接头上设有凸筋和O形密封圈,在焊接头上还设有接头螺帽,接头螺帽旋接接头,通过接头和焊接头上的凸筋,将O形密封圈压紧,达到密封连接的效果。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下明显的优点和进步。(1)采用不锈钢管作基材,从外观和材质上均胜于铜管。(2)本实用新型强度好。内部在0。8MPA气压下,不会产生泄漏。

如图所示,本实用新型主要由不锈钢波纹管5所组成,所述的波纹管5的两端设有用氩弧焊焊接的焊接头4,焊接头4上设有凸筋6和O形密封圈3,在焊接头4上还设有接头螺帽2,接头螺帽2旋接接头1,通过接头1和焊接头4上的凸筋6,将O形密封圈3压紧,达到密封连接的效果。
本实用新型适用于水系统空调用。
