Description

Traditional Chinese medicine slow-release sachet suitable for preventing and treating cold of teenagers aggregated population and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine slow-release sachet suitable for preventing and treating cold of teenager gathering groups and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The final conclusion of the global medical community big discussion at the end of the last century was: the best medicine is not a curative medicine, but a medicine that makes a person non-ill. This is in contrast to the "preventive treatment" thought advocated by traditional Chinese medicine two thousand years ago, and is disharmony. The 'clothes crown therapy' sachet is an important component part for preventing diseases due to the characteristics of simplicity, practicability, economy, convenience, safety and the like.
The book Huangdi's classic on medicine firstly clearly proposes the word of' treating the disease without illness ', and the book Su Wen & four-qi theory of leading to the god of coordination' is characterized in that: "the goddess do not treat diseases and treat diseases, and do not treat diseases in disorder, the goddess have already become the later-stage disease and do not treat the later-stage disease, such as thirst but through the well, fighting and casting awl, not late! ". Advocate the prevention before illness, make various preventive measures, prevent the illness in the bud, thus must not be ill. Posthan zhong jing "jin kui xiao (1 st main, zhang): … … it is known that liver transmits spleen when it is attacked by liver diseases, and it is thought that spleen … … is excessive first. The original text is used for preventing and treating diseases by 'preventing diseases and transforming diseases'. Since the past, doctors are widely and fully developed, the meaning of 'treating diseases before illness' is considered to have two meanings, one is that the diseases are prevented before illness, and the other two are that the diseases and the illnesses are prevented.
The persistent vitality of the sachet in the historical long river is not separated from the traditional Chinese medicine 'clockwork prevention' which bears the traditional Chinese medicine 'the coat-crown therapy'.
Modern medicine considers that various aromatic traditional Chinese medicines in the sachet volatilize around a human body to form a small environment for resisting and sterilizing viruses, meanwhile, the fragrance is used for inducing resuscitation and restoring consciousness, the vital qi can be rectified in the temperature, the vital qi is in the interior, the pathogenic factors cannot be dried, and the mosquito repelling and insect preventing effects can effectively prevent the virus invasion. The same applies to the good use of the incense in India and Thailand areas of dampness and heat.
The lung governs the skin and hair, opens into the nose, and has the fragrance of opening into the nose to prevent cold. The ' smelling of fragrance ' recorded in the compendium of materia medica ' for treating diseases, the skin and hair muscle striae are communicated with the internal organs of the five viscera and the six hollow organs, the traditional Chinese medicinal materials which are carefully selected, such as borneol, sweet osmanthus, cassia bark, mint, calamus and the like, have unique and lasting fragrance, the ' Xiangmu ' 35 types and ' Fangcao ' 56 types are recorded in the compendium of materia medica, the medicine can enter the interior from sweat pores of skin hair orifices through external application, reaches the internal organs through meridians, promotes healthy qi, resists external evil and balances yin and yang, and prevents cold and treats the disease.
It is also recorded that Huatuo is used for treating pulmonary tuberculosis, vomiting and diarrhea by suspending a sachet prepared by loading musk, clove, sandalwood, stemona root and other medicines into Huadiao in the house; the silk fabric is the main material which is firstly applied to the manufacturing of the sachet, has soft, light and thin texture, is convenient to carry, has low requirements on the modeling technology, is convenient to cut and manufacture, and has relatively low unit density, namely, the perfume is not splashed everywhere, and the silk fabric is ventilated and smells are dispersed.
Six exogenous pathogenic factors are pathogenic factors, pathogenic factors are spread internally, pathogenic factors struggle against vital qi, and pathogenic factors are prevailing, which causes diseases. The doctors in the past advocate the cause of the disease caused by external obstruction. For example, Ling Shu Jiu guan Bafeng says: "treat the deficient wind and avoid it. Therefore, the way of the saint to avoid deficiency pathogen in the day, such as avoiding the natural of the cornstone, is also called as the way of avoiding the pathogenic pathogen. "put forward the principle of avoiding evil and preserving health, Zhongjing is in the first cloud of jin Kui Yao L ü e: if one can nourish his mind, it will not cause pathogenic wind to dry the collaterals. "blocking of the adverse factors and bad qi that lead to the onset of the disease is advocated.
All doctors in the past put the treatment of spirit at the head no matter in health preservation or disease treatment. For instance, it advocates to recuperate the spiritual emotion in the book Su Wen, Shang Gu Tian Zhen Lun (ancient Tian-Zhen treatise on the disease). The aromatherapy has obvious effect on preventing and treating the mental disorder diseases, and partial aromatic plants recorded in Shen nong's herbal Jing can induce resuscitation, refresh mind, nourish heart, tranquilize mind, relieve depression and help sleep. Sun Simiao (Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang & Yang sex chapter) primer Qi Kangsheng, … … Happy anger and second difficulty in health preservation; … … Shen Ji Jing san is a five difficult herb. So it is good at regulating and preventing diseases, and is good at spiritual activities. Jin Dynasty Ku hong (elbow backup fast prescription) recorded that realgar such as date pit tied to the left armpit and sleepless for the whole life. Methods of treating insomnia with steamed soybean filled pillows are also described. The experience of wearing cinnabar to wear the body and the head to treat insomnia is introduced in Ben Cao gang mu of Li Shizhen in the Ming Dynasty. When the sachet is worn with a person for a long time or placed on the side of the pillow for rest, the effects of will, mind settling, regret irritability failure, soul failure and five internal organs peace can be achieved.
Modern pharmacological research proves that partial aromatic drugs have central inhibition or excitation effects such as sedation and tranquilization, and the like, and the effect of applying the partial aromatic drugs to prevention and treatment of insomnia and dreaminess, anxiety, depression, climacteric syndrome and other diseases is obvious by clinicians. The aromatic molecules can clean the peripheral air and can permeate into the human body through skin, acupuncture points, channels and collaterals and other ways, particularly, olfactory nerves are stimulated through nasal inhalation, the olfactory nerves transmit stimulation to the brain center, and chemical substances in the medicine promote the release of neurochemical substances to generate the effects of calming, relaxing or exciting; the aromatic molecules also enter the lung from there, undergo gas exchange, enter the blood circulation, and in addition, control the glandular secretion by means of neuromodulation, thus regulating the whole internal environment of the human body. Thus, the effects of refreshing mind, relieving pressure and improving immunity of human body are achieved.
The current medical model is a 'biology-psychology-society-environment' medical model, which is researched and displayed by clinicians: psychological factors account for a significant proportion of the occurrence and changes of human diseases. Modern medicine increasingly attaches importance to psychological factors, which is the cause of disease in traditional Chinese medicine, emotional diseases. The physicians of the past generations derive from long-term clinical experience: emotional damage is an internal environment factor of the occurrence of diseases, and seven emotions of happiness, anger, worry, thinking, sadness, fear and fright are closely related to the five internal organs in traditional Chinese medicine and respectively correspond to corresponding internal organs, if the seven emotions are too much, the qi movement of the internal organs is disordered, the qi and blood are disordered, and the mental activities are abnormal, so the diseases occur. The aromatic medicine can permeate into human body through mouth, nose, muscle striae, acupoints, channels and collaterals, etc., to achieve the effects of promoting qi and blood circulation and balancing yin and yang. Thereby achieving the purposes of inducing resuscitation and refreshing mind, nourishing heart and soothing nerves, and relieving depression and helping sleep.
The 'fragrance wearing method' has obvious effects on preventing and treating exogenous diseases and mental recognition diseases, and because the fragrance-removing and resuscitation-inducing traditional Chinese medicines are arranged in the external-use traditional Chinese medicine, the 'clear yang can emerge from the upper orifices', and through the principle of externally treating and internally regulating the internal-use traditional Chinese medicine, the internal organs can smooth qi and blood, invigorate healthy qi, eliminate pathogenic factors and remove dirt, dispel wind and disperse pathogenic factors and the like, so the external-use traditional Chinese medicine becomes a heart-attaching object for treating the disease in the traditional Chinese medicine for hundreds of years. Modern pharmacological studies have also shown that: most of the traditional Chinese medicines contain volatile oil, and through the mild stimulation effect of substances volatilized in vitro, a plurality of orifices are opened, so that the absorption of volatile medicines through the body surface can be promoted, pathological products can be promoted to be discharged through the orifices, and meanwhile, the traditional Chinese medicines can play a positive role in the emotion and sleep of people.
The cold is a common disease in winter, and is especially suitable for children, teenagers and the elderly. Because the respiratory tract regulation function of children is not developed completely, the study pressure of young people is large, the young people live together, and the qi and blood functions of the viscera of the old people are reduced. The cold refers to an exogenous disease caused by lung defense disorder due to pathogenic factors such as wind, cold, summer heat, dampness and dryness, which is different from influenza with epidemic toxin, for example, the cold is mostly pathogenic factor in winter, the wind is mostly pathogenic factor in spring, the summer is mostly summer heat and dampness, the dryness is mostly dry pathogenic factor in autumn, the cold is related to season of seasons, the cold invades from skin and nose of human body, invades lung defense, causes disharmony of ying and defensive qi, the pathogenic factors compete positively, the lung qi fails to disperse, and is manifested as nasal obstruction, watery nasal discharge, sneeze, headache, aversion to cold, fever, general malaise, floating pulse and other diseases. Western medicine considers that the body cold is mostly caused by virus infection. It is usually caused by weak healthy qi, when the body feels abnormal qi, it can cause epidemic toxin when it is felt, and the disease is caused by the introduction of the pathogenic factors from the interior and exterior, just as in Zhong Yun from Xiao Ke Li: the origin of cold is marked by deficiency of defensive qi, failure of the original house, normal open of the interstice, pathogenic wind deficiency, and defense yang being filtered. "
A large number of facts and researches show that the volatile oil of some traditional Chinese medicines also has the function of preventing influenza viruses, and the mechanism mainly comprises the following three aspects:
1) improving immunity
Influenza virus is intracellular pathogen, and more than 95% of pathogen infection of organisms occurs on mucous membrane or causes diseases by invasion of the mucous membrane. The respiratory mucosa is not only the site of infection by influenza virus, but also the site of host defense against viral infection. The SIGA is a main effect factor of mucosal immunity, has strong antiviral ability, and the increase of the content thereof makes virus not easy to survive on the respiratory tract mucosa, thereby forming an effective defense barrier between a human body and an external environment.
Research shows that the main reason that people with low immune function are easy to generate respiratory tract infection is the reduction of the content of SIgA in the nasopharynx part. SlgA is locally combined with corresponding pathogenic microorganisms on the mucous membrane, inhibits the pathogenic microorganisms from being adsorbed to mucous epithelial cells and blocks the infection of the pathogenic microorganisms. In addition, SlgA also has the functions of immunological rejection and natural antibiotic factor promotion. The aromatic smell emitted from the medicine in the sachet can stimulate nasal mucosa, improve the content of secretory immunoglobulin A (SlgA) on the nasal mucosa, and continuously stimulate the immune system of the organism to promote the generation of antibody. In the experiment of preventing the upper respiratory infection by using the traditional Chinese medicine sachet in the kindergarten, the experts such as Wu Baodel and the like detect the SIgA content and serum IgA, IgG and IgM in saliva before and after hanging the sachet, which indicates that the wearing of the anti-respiratory sachet can increase the levels of SIgA, serum IgA, IgG and IgM in different degrees; PHA skin test tests show that the PHA skin test value of children susceptible to low immune function is changed from a low value to a normal value after the children are hung with the sachet, and the PHA skin test value is consistent with the reduction of clinical incidence.
2) It has inhibitory effect on pathogenic microorganisms in respiratory tract, thereby reducing and alleviating upper respiratory infection.
Research shows that the volatile components of some Chinese medicines have strong inhibiting effect on common respiratory tract pathogenic bacteria of diplococcus pneumoniae and haemophilus influenzae, and also have inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus and hemolytic streptococcus. Modern pharmacological research proves that volatile oil components of storax, grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, mint and the like can inhibit various pathogenic microorganisms such as viruses and bacteria and have a certain regulation effect on the immune function of an organism. Modern researches believe that aromatic odor emitted by Chinese herbal medicines in the sachet forms a high-concentration microenvironment around a human body, so that the sachet can purify air, kill and inhibit bacteria, and the key point of the attack of new coronary pneumonia is novel coronavirus.
3) Central excitant action
The aromatic qi of the traditional Chinese medicine sachet can stimulate the anterior lobe of the brain to secrete and release hormones, relieve nerves and improve the sleep quality. The traditional Chinese medicine sachet is worn on Shanzhong acupoint, and can regulate and correct the partial abundance and partial insufficiency of yin and yang of viscera by stimulating local channels and acupoints, wherein the Shanzhong acupoint is located on the front median line of human body and between two nipples. The alarm point of pericardium is the qi meeting of the eight-hui points. This part is the thymus, which is associated with the triple energizer and can participate in the cellular immunity of the body. Is one of the manifestations of defensive qi. Thymus is a central organ for regulating human immunity, and the secreted thymus peptide contains various cell factors with cell activity, which promotes the differentiation, development and maturation of lymphocyte, so that the immature lymphocyte is matured into the lymphocyte with immunocompetence. The medicine has relatively high concentration in thymus part, and can stimulate the regulation of body via nerve-body fluid reflection to form certain antibody and thus raise the immunity of body. The research shows that the aromatic substance has the functions of calming and wakefulness, and the clinical observation of treating the insomnia patients through the sachet proves that the traditional Chinese medicine sachet is matched on the basis of the diagnosis and treatment of the traditional Chinese medicine, so that the insomnia can be effectively improved.
Teenagers, especially students in school are gathered groups, and the teenagers, especially students in school, are usually stressed in learning, frequently feel dizziness and fatigue, vexation and insomnia, are not fragrant when eating grains, and even have group occurrence because of cold caused by resistance reduction. The students can be influenced by taking the medicine and treating the cold. One of the best ways to wear a sachet is.
For the student population, each person has different constitutions and the sensitivity and response to drugs are correspondingly different. Constitutions refer to morphological structures and stable inherent characteristics formed on the basis of innate endowments and acquired aftermath in the life process of human body; the constitution identification is to take the constitution of a human as a cognitive object, grasp the integral factors and individual differences of health and diseases according to the constitution state and the characteristics of different constitution classifications, specify a prevention and treatment principle, and select corresponding treatment, prevention and health preservation methods, thereby carrying out intervention measures of 'adjusting to the human' condition. Therefore, for the prevention of the cold of the student group, the condition of 'in accordance with the individual' is also needed, different sachets are needed to be designed according to different constitutions so as to exert the maximum efficacy of each herb, and the condition that the herb is suitable for the contrary or the herb is not symptomatic is avoided.
At present, part of the sachets on the market are made of non-natural synthetic spices, which can affect the health of users and lose the culture and health care effects of the traditional sachets. The traditional preparation method of the sachet mainly uses the sachet by directly filling medicinal materials or incense powder, has short fragrance retention time and insufficient fragrance, and the formula does not restrict the popularization and application of the sachet aiming at the problems of physical design of students and the like.
Therefore, the market urgently needs to take the thought of 'treating the disease' of the highest boundary of the traditional Chinese medicine, under the guidance of the basic theory of the traditional Chinese medicine, the traditional Chinese medicine raw materials are combined according to the syndrome differentiation and treatment formula aiming at the actual constitution of the students, the traditional Chinese culture is inherited, the life quality of the students is effectively improved, and the effects of removing the disease and building the body are achieved.
The invention aims to develop the corresponding traditional Chinese medicine slow-release sachet for preventing and treating the cold aiming at teenager groups with different constitutions so as to adapt to student groups with different constitutions, and the traditional Chinese medicine slow-release sachet has better pertinence and effectiveness.
