1. mixing pericarpium citri reticulatae, Chinese yam, fried coix seed, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and poria cocos according to a weight ratio of 1:2:2:1, putting the mixture into purified water with a weight ratio of 10 times, extracting for 120 minutes at 100 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, filtering to obtain a supernatant, adding carrageenan with a weight ratio of 2% of the supernatant, uniformly stirring, and drying to obtain a pericarpium citri reticulatae-Chinese yam-fried coix seed-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-poria cocos-carrageenan composite extract;
2. mixing pumpkin, oat and black rice according to the weight ratio of 1:1:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 25% ethanol solution by weight ratio, extracting for 30 minutes at 80 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, adding pectin according to the weight ratio of 2%, uniformly stirring, and drying to obtain a pumpkin-oat-black rice-pectin composite extract;
and 3, weighing 2000g of dried orange peel-Chinese yam-fried coix seed-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-poria cocos-carrageenan composite extract and 10000g of pumpkin-oat-black rice-pectin composite extract, sequentially adding 2000g of whey protein and 2000g of soybean protein isolate, uniformly mixing and drying to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

step 3, weighing 1500g of dried orange peel-Chinese yam-fried coix seed-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-poria cocos-carrageenan composite extract and 7500g of pumpkin-oat-black rice-pectin composite extract, sequentially adding 1500g of whey protein and 1500g of soybean protein isolate, uniformly mixing and drying to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Example 4:
this example illustrates the protective effect of the encapsulation and self-encapsulation techniques of the present invention on functional components using crude polysaccharide as the marker functional component.
1. Taking 20g of the composition prepared in the example 1, soaking the composition in 200m L artificial gastric juice for 30 minutes, then soaking the composition in 200m L artificial intestinal juice for 30 minutes, detecting the content of the crude polysaccharide in the artificial intestinal juice, and calculating the loss rate of the crude polysaccharide, wherein the results are shown in the table 1;
2. after the supernatant (i.e. without the treatment of glue and self-embedding technology) in example 1 is dried, 20g is taken to detect the content of crude polysaccharide, and another 20g is taken to be put into 200m L artificial gastric acid liquid to be soaked for 30 minutes, and then put into 200m L artificial intestinal juice to be soaked for 30 minutes, the content of crude polysaccharide in the artificial intestinal juice is detected, and the loss rate of crude polysaccharide is calculated, and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the 12.7% loss rate without the glue and self-embedding treatment, the loss rate of the crude polysaccharide subjected to the glue and self-embedding treatment is only 5.1%, and the functional components are greatly protected.
Example 5:
the composition prepared in example 2 was administered to 30 obese people (15 men and women, respectively, with a BMI index greater than 24) in 13-16 years old adolescents. The product is taken by one person 1 time per day instead of supper 20g each time for 30 days. Body fat mass average was counted on day 0 and day 30 of the administration. The results are shown in table 2:

From the table 2, the composition obtained by the technical scheme of the invention can effectively reduce the body fat rate of the obese people of the teenagers, and achieves the fat reducing effect.
The foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention and it is understood that various modifications and enhancements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the invention, which should be considered as within the scope of the invention.
Claims (2)
1. The meal replacement composition for reducing the fat of teenagers is characterized by comprising 200 parts by weight of dried orange peel-Chinese yam-fried coix seed-chicken's gizzard-tuckahoe-carrageenan composite extract, 1000 parts by weight of pumpkin-oat-black rice-pectin composite extract, 200 parts by weight of whey protein and 200 parts by weight of soybean protein isolate.
2. The meal replacement composition of claim 1, wherein the meal replacement composition is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
step 1, mixing dried orange peel, Chinese yam, fried pearl barley, endothelium corneum gigeriae galli and poria cocos according to a weight ratio of 1:2:2:1, putting the mixture into purified water with a weight ratio of 10 times, extracting for 120 minutes at 100 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, filtering to obtain a supernatant, adding carrageenan with a weight ratio of 2% of the supernatant, and uniformly stirring to obtain a dried orange peel-Chinese yam-fried pearl barley-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-poria cocos-carrageenan composite extract;
step 2, mixing the pumpkin, the oat and the black rice according to the weight ratio of 1:1:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 25% ethanol solution by weight, extracting the mixture for 30 minutes at 80 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, adding 2% pectin by weight, and uniformly stirring to obtain a pumpkin-oat-black rice-pectin composite extract;
step 3, weighing the dried orange peel-Chinese yam-fried coix seed-endothelium corneum gigeriae galli-poria cocos-carrageenan composite extract and the pumpkin-oat-black rice-pectin composite extract according to the formula amount, sequentially adding the whey protein and the soybean protein isolate according to the formula amount, uniformly mixing, and drying to obtain the milk beverage.
