Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of nutrition and health care, and relates to a liquid preparation with the functions of improving exercise endurance and helping exercise recovery. The liquid preparation comprises L-carnitine, L-carnitine tartrate, fructus Citri Junoris-guarana-herba Sambuci Williamsii extract, and vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6The liquid preparation is prepared by dissolving vitamin C, creatine, β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate, collagen peptide and acacia gum after self-adhesive and self-embedding, has reasonable formula according to the principle of the sports nutrition, achieves the functions of fat reduction and sports recovery through multi-path synergistic action, effectively reduces the gastric acid loss rate and improves the administration effect through the self-adhesive and self-embedding technology, and has the advantage of simple eating.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nutrition and health care, in particular to a liquid preparation with the functions of improving exercise endurance and helping exercise recovery.
Background
With the increasing health consciousness of people, the degree of gravity of three high chronic diseases of hypertension, hyperlipemia and hyperglycemia is increased day by day. In addition to the normal use of medication, the "hold the mouth and step the legs" health concept has also begun to be very popular and practiced. Meanwhile, with the continuous development of the "healthy china 2030" propaganda, more and more people start to participate in daily exercises (mainly including running, walking, body building and the like) to build up the body.
However, at present, the general public generally does not know how to scientifically and reasonably perform sports fitness, let alone recovery after sports, except for professional athletes. This often results in poor performance during exercise (mainly poor endurance), poor recovery after exercise, and further affects the performance of the next exercise, so that the exerciser enters a bad circulation, and finally the exercise effect and the health-aid effect are reduced.
In the case of the prior art, there are several functional food technologies used to aid in exercise, including l-carnitine to aid in fat reduction, creatine to aid in endurance, BCAA protein powder to aid in muscle growth, etc. However, these product technologies all have certain disadvantages: (1) the L-carnitine, the creatine and the BCAA protein powder have better effect on improving the athletic performance, but the raw materials are not embedded, so the raw materials are easily damaged in the stomach, and the bioavailability is reduced; (2) the function of the product is relatively single, and more, the product is designed for professional fitness people, so the product is not suitable for common people.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a liquid preparation with exercise endurance improving and exercise recovery assisting effects, which has a reasonable formula according to the principles of the kinematics nutrition, achieves the effects of fat reduction and exercise recovery through multi-path synergistic effects, and has the advantages of improved administration effect by effectively reducing the rate of gastric acid loss and directional absorption through self-encapsulation and self-embedding technologies, and simple eating.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a liquid preparation with the effects of improving exercise endurance and helping exercise recovery is characterized by comprising L-carnitine, L-carnitine tartrate, blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6Vitamin C, creatine, β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate, collagen peptide and Arabic gum are dissolved after self-gluing and self-embedding.
The liquid preparation comprises 50-100 parts of L-carnitine, 50-100 parts of L-carnitine tartrate, 400 parts of blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B110-20 parts of vitamin B210-20 parts of vitamin B610-20 parts of vitamin C20-40 parts of creatine 60-100 parts of β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate 40-100 parts of collagen peptide 2000-parts of acacia gum 300-600 parts of acacia gum.
The preparation method of the liquid preparation comprises the following steps:
step 1, mixing blood orange, guarana and elderberry according to a ratio of 1:2:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 60% ethanol solution by weight, extracting for 240 minutes at 75 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, and filtering to obtain a supernatant to obtain a blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract;
step 2, weighing the formula amount of L-carnitine, L-carnitine tartrate, blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6Vitamin C, creatine, β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate and purified water with the weight of 10 times of the weight of the calcium methylbutyrate are put into the mixture and are uniformly mixed to obtain mixed liquid 1;
step 3, weighing the Arabic gum according to the formula ratio, adding the Arabic gum into purified water in a weight ratio of 20 times, stirring and dissolving, adding the Arabic gum into the mixed solution 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution;
step 4, weighing the collagen peptide with the formula ratio, adding the collagen peptide into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, and stirring and dissolving to obtain an embedding solution;
and 5, adding the glue solution into the embedding solution, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the adhesive.
In the technical scheme of the invention:
the blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract has the effects of improving cell metabolism, improving the oxidation resistance of an organism, removing free radicals and protecting the cardiovascular system.
The L-carnitine and L-carnitine tartrate have the effect of improving the metabolism and utilization of fat in vivo.
Vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6Vitamin C has effects of improving organism metabolism, and scavenging lactic acid and free radical.
β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate has the effect of protecting bone health.
The Arabic gum can glue all the functional components together to form a polymer for being embedded, so that the embedding effect is improved.
The collagen peptide has the effect of protecting bone joints, can be used as an embedded wall material (namely an embedded layer is formed on the outer side of a glue conglobation), can protect functional components from oxidative deterioration before taking, is not damaged by gastric acid in stomach after taking, and almost does not damage the functional components to enter intestinal tracts for absorption.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) compared with the prior art, the liquid preparation conforms to the concept of motion nutrition from prescription to compound extraction, improves the exercise endurance and helps the exercise recovery from three levels of improving the body metabolism (especially fat metabolism), removing free radicals and lactic acid, protecting joints and cardiovascular and the like. By adopting the compound extraction and multi-way effect taking mode, the action time can be effectively shortened and the taking effect can be improved.
(2) Compared with the prior art, the liquid preparation effectively improves the stability of the functional components in the preparation in the storage process by self-adhesive and self-embedding technologies. Furthermore, after the preparation enters the stomach, the secondary embedding can effectively resist the damage of gastric acid to the functional components, so that the functional components can smoothly enter the intestinal tract for absorption, and the bioavailability is greatly improved.
(3) For the user, the liquid preparation is convenient to eat and can exert the effect by directly drinking.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention discloses a liquid preparation with the functions of improving exercise endurance and helping exercise recovery, and the technical personnel in the field can use the content to realize the appropriate parameter improvement. It is expressly intended that all such similar substitutes and modifications which would be obvious to one skilled in the art are deemed to be included in the invention. While the detection methods of the present invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that variations and modifications in the methods and applications described herein, as well as other suitable variations and combinations, may be made to implement and use the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
In order to better illustrate the invention, reference will now be made to specific examples.
Example 1:
1. mixing blood orange, guarana and elderberry according to the ratio of 1:2:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 60% ethanol solution by weight, extracting for 240 minutes at 75 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, and filtering to obtain supernatant fluid to obtain a blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract;
2. weighing 500g of L-carnitine, 500g of L-carnitine tartrate, 2000g of blood orange-guarana-elderberry composite extract and vitamin B1100g of vitamin B2100g of vitamin B6100g of vitamin C, 200g of creatine, 600g of β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate calcium and 10 times of purified water are put into the mixture and evenly mixed to obtain mixed liquid 1;
3. weighing 3000g of Arabic gum, adding into purified water with the weight proportion of 20 times, stirring for dissolving, adding into the mixed solution 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution;
4. weighing 10000g of collagen peptide, adding into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, and stirring for dissolving to obtain an embedding solution;
5. adding the glue solution into the embedding solution, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the product.
Example 2:
1. mixing blood orange, guarana and elderberry according to the ratio of 1:2:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 60% ethanol solution by weight, extracting for 240 minutes at 75 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, and filtering to obtain supernatant fluid to obtain a blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract;
2. weighing 1000g of L-carnitine, 1000g of L-carnitine tartrate, 4000g of blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B1200g of vitamin B2200g of vitamin B6200g of vitamin C, 1000g of creatine, 1000g of β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate calcium and 10 times of purified water are put into the mixture and evenly mixed to obtain mixed liquid 1;
3. weighing 6000g of Arabic gum, adding into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, stirring for dissolving, adding into the mixed solution 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution;
4. weighing 20000g of collagen peptide, adding into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, and stirring for dissolving to obtain an embedding solution;
5. adding the glue solution into the embedding solution, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the product.
Example 3:
1. mixing blood orange, guarana and elderberry according to the ratio of 1:2:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 60% ethanol solution by weight, extracting for 240 minutes at 75 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, and filtering to obtain supernatant fluid to obtain a blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract;
2. weighing 750g of L-carnitine, 750g of L-carnitine tartrate, 3000g of blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B1150g of vitamin B2150g of vitamin B6150g, 300g of vitamin C, 800g of creatine, 700g of β -hydroxy- β -methylbutyrate calcium and 10 times of purified water are put into the mixture and evenly mixed to obtain mixed solution 1;
3. weighing 4500g of Arabic gum, adding into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, stirring to dissolve, adding into the mixed solution 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution;
4. weighing 15000g of collagen peptide, adding into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, and stirring for dissolving to obtain an embedding solution;
5. adding the glue solution into the embedding solution, and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain the product.
Example 4:
the present example uses vitamin C as the marker active ingredient to illustrate the protective effect of the self-assembly and self-embedding technology on the active ingredient in the present invention.
1. Taking 6g of the liquid preparation prepared in the example 1, and detecting the content of the vitamin C in the liquid preparation; taking 6g of the liquid preparation prepared in the example 1, soaking the liquid preparation in 200mL of artificial gastric acid solution for 30 minutes, then soaking the liquid preparation in 200mL of artificial intestinal juice for 30 minutes, detecting the content of vitamin C in the artificial intestinal juice, and calculating the loss rate of the vitamin C, wherein the result is shown in Table 1;
2. taking 6g of the mixed solution 1 (i.e. without self-adhesive and self-embedding treatment) in the example 1, and detecting the content of the vitamin C in the mixed solution; another 16 g of the mixed solution obtained in example 1 was put into 200mL of artificial gastric acid solution and soaked for 30 minutes, and then put into 200mL of artificial intestinal juice and soaked for 30 minutes, the content of vitamin C in the artificial intestinal juice was measured, and the loss rate of vitamin C was calculated, and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the 18.3% loss rate of the liquid preparation without self-assembly and self-embedding treatment, the loss rate of the vitamin C in the liquid preparation subjected to the self-assembly and self-embedding treatment is only 4.2%, and the effective components are greatly protected.
Example 5:
this example is the results of the animal exercise endurance test for the formulation prepared in example 2.
40 ICR male mice were selected and randomized into 4 experimental groups of 10 mice each (1 control group and 2 example groups). The formulation prepared in example 2 was gavaged for 30 consecutive days 1 time per day at 10 times of the recommended amount for humans, and after 30min of the last gavage, the mice were placed in a swimming chamber at a water depth of 30cm, a water temperature of 25 ℃. + -. 1.0 ℃ and a mouse tail root loaded with 5% weight lead, and the time from the start of swimming to death of the mice was recorded, and the results are shown in Table 2:

As can be seen from Table 2, the technical scheme of the invention has the effect of improving the exercise endurance.
Example 6:
the preparation prepared in example 3 and a commercial creatine protein powder product are respectively given to 40 healthy people of 20-25 years old. Wherein 10 men and 10 women take the formulation of example 3, and the other 10 men and 10 women take a commercially available "calfactor powder", each person takes 30 consecutive days, women take the average value and the elevation rate of the running time of 800 meters on the 0 th and 30 th days, and men take the average value and the elevation rate of the running time of 800 meters on the 0 th and 30 th days. The results are shown in Table 3:

As seen from the table 3, compared with the products sold in the market, the running time can be improved by more than 20% by the technical scheme provided by the invention, and the effect is more obvious.

A liquid preparation with the effects of improving exercise endurance and helping exercise recovery is characterized by comprising L-carnitine, L-carnitine tartrate, blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6Vitamin C, creatine, β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate, collagen peptide and Arabic gum are dissolved after self-gluing and self-embedding.

3. The liquid formulation of claim 1, wherein the liquid formulation is prepared by a method comprising the steps of:
step 1, mixing blood orange, guarana and elderberry according to a ratio of 1:2:1, putting the mixture into 10 times of 60% ethanol solution by weight, extracting for 240 minutes at 75 ℃ by adopting a microwave-assisted extraction technology, and filtering to obtain a supernatant to obtain a blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract;
step 2, weighing the formula amount of L-carnitine, L-carnitine tartrate, blood orange-guarana-elderberry compound extract and vitamin B1Vitamin B2Vitamin B6Vitamin C, creatine, β -hydroxy- β -calcium methylbutyrate and purified water with the weight of 10 times of the weight of the calcium methylbutyrate are put into the mixture and are uniformly mixed to obtain mixed liquid 1;
step 3, weighing the Arabic gum according to the formula ratio, adding the Arabic gum into purified water in a weight ratio of 20 times, stirring and dissolving, adding the Arabic gum into the mixed solution 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a glue solution;
step 4, weighing the collagen peptide with the formula ratio, adding the collagen peptide into purified water with the weight ratio of 20 times, and stirring and dissolving to obtain an embedding solution;
