The patent number is CN109210921A discloses an air can drying-machine, and this air can drying-machine makes its intensification through compressing the refrigerant to carry out the heat exchange with the air and dry the material with this, need not to use other chemical raw materials, when having improved drying efficiency, can not discharge harmful tail gas, safety, environmental protection, work efficiency is high. However, the apparatus has the following drawbacks: the fruit vegetables of treating the stoving are not convenient for sieve to and sieve the fruit vegetables without the type, and the fruit vegetables after being not convenient for simultaneously will drying sieve, and sieve the fruit vegetables after drying without the type.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the technical problems, the invention aims to provide a drying method for drying fruits and vegetables by air energy, an arc-shaped inserting plate is inserted into an arc-shaped inserting groove, a first ring plate and a second ring plate are fixed together by matching a trapezoid rod with a limiting hole, then a fixed rod is placed into the limiting groove and is fixed by a nut, a rotating mechanism is further fixed on a rotating roller, the distance between the rotating mechanisms is adjusted, the dried fruits and vegetables are conveniently screened out in the drying process, meanwhile, the fruits and vegetables with different sizes are conveniently processed by adjusting the distance between the rotating mechanisms, the applicability is strong, then an adjusting bolt is rotated to push the arc-shaped plate to move, further, the included angle between the first through hole and the second through hole is adjusted, the unqualified fruits and vegetables are conveniently screened out in the conveying process of the fruits and vegetables, meanwhile, the fruits and vegetables with different types are conveniently screened, the movable rack is convenient to use and then is moved into the drying box;
drive actuating cylinder one, promote the water drainage network and go up and down, and then adjust the height of water drainage network, be convenient for adjust transport rate, drive actuating cylinder two simultaneously, promote the striker plate and go up and down, adjust the opening size that the fruit vegetables got into the stoving case, be convenient for on the one hand adjust transport rate, on the other hand is convenient for carry the fruit vegetables of type.

step one, inserting an arc-shaped inserting plate in drying equipment into an arc-shaped inserting groove, fixing a first circular ring plate and a second circular ring plate together through the matching of a trapezoidal rod and a limiting hole, then placing a fixing rod into the limiting groove, fixing the fixing rod through a nut, further fixing a rotating mechanism on a rotating roller, adjusting the distance between the rotating mechanisms, then rotating an adjusting bolt, pushing the arc-shaped plate to move, further adjusting the included angle between a first through hole and a second through hole, and then moving a movable rack into a drying box;
driving a first air cylinder to push the drainage net to lift so as to adjust the height of the drainage net, and driving a second air cylinder to push the baffle plate to lift so as to adjust the size of an opening of the fruit and vegetable entering the drying box;
step three, then a driving motor is started, the driving motor drives a belt pulley I to rotate, the belt pulley I drives a belt pulley II to rotate through a belt, the belt pulley II drives a transmission shaft to rotate so as to drive a belt pulley IV and a gear V to rotate, the gear V drives the gear I to rotate through a chain, every two gears I are connected through the chain so as to drive a rotating roller to rotate, the rotating roller drives a rotating mechanism to rotate, the belt pulley IV drives a belt pulley III to rotate, the belt pulley III drives a screening roller to rotate, the screening roller drives the gear II and a raking rod I to rotate, the gear II drives the gear III to rotate through the chain, the gear III drives a conveying roller to rotate so as to drive the raking rod II to rotate;
and step four, the fruits and vegetables are placed on a drainage network for conveying, the drainage funnel discharges water, the water enters the drying box and then falls onto the arc-shaped filter plate, the hot air machine heats and dries the fruits and vegetables on the arc-shaped filter plate, the first raking rod conveys the fruits and vegetables on the arc-shaped filter plate, the unqualified fruits and vegetables fall onto the discharge funnel through the arc-shaped filter plate and are discharged by the discharge funnel, the second raking rod conveys the qualified fruits and vegetables to the rotating mechanism for drying, the dried fruits and vegetables are output by the rotating roller in a large size, the fruits and vegetables in a small size fall from gaps between the rotating mechanism and are discharged by the discharge funnel.

the first air cylinder is driven to push the drainage network to lift, so that the height of the drainage network is adjusted, the conveying speed is convenient to adjust, meanwhile, the second air cylinder is driven to push the baffle plate to lift, the opening size of the drying box for the fruits and vegetables to enter is adjusted, on one hand, the conveying speed is convenient to adjust, and on the other hand, the fruits and vegetables of the type are convenient to convey;

the fruit and vegetable drying device comprises a water discharging funnel, a hot air blower, a first raking rod, a second raking rod, a rotating mechanism, a rotary roller and a drying hopper, wherein the fruit and vegetable are placed on the water discharging net to be conveyed, the water discharging funnel discharges water, the water enters a drying box and then falls into an arc-shaped filter plate, the hot air blower heats and dries the fruit and vegetable on the arc-shaped filter plate, unqualified fruit and vegetable fall into the discharging hopper through the arc-shaped filter plate, the discharging hopper discharges qualified fruit and vegetable on the rotating mechanism, the raking rod is arranged to facilitate screening and conveying of the fruit and vegetable, the fruit and vegetable on the arc-shaped filter plate is prevented from being blocked, the dried fruit and vegetable is large in size and output by the rotary roller, the small fruit and vegetable falling from a gap between the rotating mechanism, the fruit and vegetable are discharged by the discharging hopper, the fruit and vegetable are convenient to screen and convey the dried fruit and vegetable, and vegetable are prevented from being blocked.

Referring to fig. 1-9, a drying method for drying fruits and vegetables by using air energy includes the following steps: step one, inserting an arc inserting plate 191 in drying equipment into an arc slot 189, fixing a first circular ring plate 182 and a second circular ring plate 186 together through the matching of a trapezoidal rod 192 and a limiting hole 190, then placing a fixing rod 187 into a limiting groove 188, fixing through a nut, further fixing a rotating mechanism 18 on a rotating roller 15, adjusting the distance between the rotating mechanisms 18, then rotating an adjusting bolt 29, pushing an arc plate 31 to move, further adjusting the included angle between a first through hole 30 and a second through hole 32, and then moving a movable rack 34 into a drying box 6;
step two, driving the first air cylinder 2 to push the drainage net 4 to lift so as to adjust the height of the drainage net 4, and simultaneously driving the second air cylinder 62 to push the baffle plate 61 to lift so as to adjust the size of an opening of the drying box 6 for fruits and vegetables to enter;
step three, then the driving motor 12 is started, the driving motor 12 drives the first belt pulley 13 to rotate, the first belt pulley 13 drives the second belt pulley 14 to rotate through a belt, the second belt pulley 14 drives the transmission shaft 26 to rotate, and further drives the fourth belt pulley 25 and the fifth gear 27 to rotate, the fifth gear 27 drives the first gear 19 to rotate through a chain, every two first gears 19 are connected through a chain, and further drive the rotating roller 15 to rotate, the rotating roller 15 drives the rotating mechanism 18 to rotate, the fourth belt pulley 25 drives the third belt pulley 22 to rotate, the third belt pulley 22 drives the screening roller 17 to rotate, the screening roller 17 drives the second gear 21 and the first gin pole 20 to rotate, the second gear 21 drives the third gear 24 to rotate through a chain, the third gear 24 drives the conveying roller 16 to rotate, and further drives the second gin pole 23 to rotate;
step four, the fruits and vegetables are placed on the drainage net 4 to be conveyed, the drainage funnel 9 discharges water, the water enters the drying box 6 and then falls onto the arc-shaped filter plate 28, the hot air fan 5 heats and dries the fruits and vegetables, the first gin pole 20 conveys the fruits and vegetables on the arc-shaped filter plate 28, the unqualified fruits and vegetables fall onto the discharge funnel 10 through the arc-shaped filter plate 28 and are discharged through the discharge funnel 10, the second gin pole 23 conveys the qualified fruits and vegetables to the rotating mechanism 18 to be dried, the dried fruits and vegetables are output by the rotating roller 15 in a large size, the fruits and vegetables in a small size fall from gaps between the rotating mechanism 18 and are discharged through the discharge funnel 10.
The drying equipment comprises a support 1, an air heater 5, a drying box 6 and a movable rack 34, wherein a cylinder I2 is vertically arranged on one side of the support 1, a spring I7 is fixedly arranged at the end part of a piston rod of the cylinder I2, a drainage network 4 is arranged at the top part of the spring I7, the drainage network 4 is obliquely arranged and forms a 30-60-degree angle with the support 1, one end of the drainage network 4 extends into the drying box 6, a spring II 8 is arranged at the other end of the bottom of the drainage network 4, and the spring II 8 is fixedly arranged at the top part of the support 1;
the drying box 6 is installed on one side of the support 1, the hot air fan 5 is fixedly installed at one end of the top of the drying box 6, the movable rack 34 is connected to the inside of the drying box 6 in a sliding mode, a sliding outlet is formed in one side, away from the support, of the drying box 6, oil cylinders are fixedly installed on two sides of the inner wall of the drying box 6, the oil cylinders push the movable rack 34 to slide, rollers are installed at four corners of the bottom of the movable rack 34, the driving motor 12 is fixedly installed inside the movable rack 34, and a belt pulley I13 is fixedly installed at the end portion of an output shaft of the driving motor 12; a transmission shaft 26 is installed on one side, away from the support 1, of the movable rack 34 through a bearing seat, a fifth gear 27 is sleeved on one end of the transmission shaft 26, and a fourth belt pulley 25 and a second belt pulley 14 are sleeved on the other end of the transmission shaft 26; a screening roller 17 is installed on one side, close to the support 1, of the movable rack 34 through a bearing seat, a second gear 21 and a third belt pulley 22 are sequentially sleeved on one end of the screening roller 17, an arc-shaped filter plate 28 is fixedly installed under the screening roller 17, a conveying roller 16 is installed on one side of the screening roller 17 through the bearing seat, a third gear 24 is sleeved on one end of the conveying roller 16, a plurality of rotating rollers 15 are arranged on one side of the conveying roller 16 in an equidistance rotating mode, the plurality of rotating rollers 15 are sequentially arranged in an inclined mode, the rotating rollers 15 and the movable rack 34 are arranged in an angle of 15-30 degrees, one ends of the plurality of rotating rollers 15 are all sleeved with first gears 19, and a plurality of rotating mechanisms 18 are arranged on each rotating roller 15; a discharge hopper 10 is fixedly installed inside the movable rack 34, the discharge hopper 10 is positioned right below the rotating roller 15, the conveying roller 16 and the screening roller 17, a conveying belt 11 is arranged below the discharge hopper 10, and the conveying belt 11 extends out of the drying box 6;
the second belt pulley 14 is connected with the first belt pulley 13 through a belt, the fifth gear 27 is connected with the first gear 19 through a chain, every two first gears 19 are connected through a chain, the fourth belt pulley 25 is connected with the third belt pulley 22 through a belt, and the second gear 21 is connected with the third gear 24 through a chain.
The top fixed mounting of support 1 has U type to keep off material frame 3, U type keeps off material frame 3 and is hollow structure, U type keeps off material frame 3 and sets up 4 sides in the drainage network, the below fixed mounting that U type kept off material frame 3 has drainage funnel 9.

The fixing rod 187 and the limiting groove 188 are matched members, and the fixing rod 187 is locked by a nut.
The arc-shaped slot 189 and the arc-shaped inserting plate 191 are matched components, and the limiting hole 190 and the trapezoidal rod 192 are matched components.
Rows of first raking rods 20 are circumferentially arranged outside the screening roller 17, and the first raking rods 20 are arranged at equal intervals; and rows of second raking bars 23 are circumferentially arranged outside the conveying roller 16, and the second raking bars 23 are arranged at equal intervals.
One side fixed mounting of arc filter plate 28 has arc platform 33, the inside embedding threaded connection of arc platform 33 has adjusting bolt 29, adjusting bolt 29's one end swing joint has arc 31, arc 31 embedding is installed in arc filter plate 28, just arc 31 and arc filter plate 28 sliding connection, through-hole 30 has been seted up to the equidistance on arc 31, through-hole two 32 has been seted up to the equidistance on arc filter plate 28, through-hole 30 and two 32 cross arrangement of through-hole, and through-hole 30 and two 32 structures of through-hole are the same.
Drying box 6 is close to top one end fixed mounting of support 1 has two 62 of cylinders, the piston rod of two 62 of cylinders extends to drying box 6 in, the connecting rod that two 62 of cylinders's piston rod tip set up through the level is connected with a plurality of striker plates 61, and a plurality of striker plates 61 are height cross arrangement, and a plurality of striker plates 61 are located directly over drainage network 4.
