In some embodiments, referring to fig. 9, an open space 12e is formed at the top of the mounting frame 12, and in a planar projection perpendicular to the height direction of the drum device 1, the diversion surface 12d and the sewage tank 12a are located in the open space 12 e. Referring to fig. 8, the drum device 1 includes a sealing plate 16, the sealing plate 16 is provided with a sliding slot 16a, the garbage box 14 is slidably and sealingly inserted into the sliding slot 16a, that is, the garbage box 14 can move up and down in the sliding slot 16a, and the outer surface of the garbage box 14 is in sealing contact with the corresponding wall surface of the sliding slot 16a to prevent the sewage from leaking out from the contact position of the garbage box 14 and the corresponding wall surface of the sliding slot 16 a. The sealing plate 16 is sealingly coupled to the top side of the mounting frame 12 to close the open space 12e, so that leakage of contaminated water from the top side of the open space 12e can be prevented. So, when cleaning device inclined placed or inverted, sewage can not leak the space outside the roller device 1 yet, promotes cleaning device's reliability, promotes user experience and feels.
The material of the sealing plate 16 is not limited.
The fresh water supply 12b may take any suitable form, such as a shower head.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8 and 10, the fresh water supply structure 12b is configured as a fresh water tank 12b ', the fresh water tank 12b ' being located at the top of the cleaning drum 11, the fresh water tank 12b ' extending in the axial direction of the cleaning drum 11. The drum assembly 1 includes a cover plate 15, and the cover plate 15 is hermetically closed on the top of the clean water tank 12b 'to close the clean water tank 12 b'. The cover plate 15 is provided with a water inlet 15a communicated with the clean water tank 12 b'; the bottom of the clean water tank 12b 'is provided with a plurality of water permeable holes 12g, and water in the clean water tank 12 b' enters the cleaning roller 11 through the water permeable holes 12 g.
It should be noted that the diameter of the water permeable holes 12g is not limited, for example, in one embodiment, the diameter of the water permeable holes 12g is small, when the water pressure in the clean water tank 12b ' reaches a certain pressure, the water permeable holes 12g allow water to pass through, when the water pressure in the clean water tank 12b ' does not reach a certain pressure, the water permeable holes 12g do not allow water to pass through, and the water in the clean water tank 12b ' cannot reach the cleaning drum 11.
In one embodiment, a plurality of ribs 1212 are disposed in the clean water tank 12b ', and the plurality of ribs 1212 partition the clean water tank 12 b' into a plurality of connected sub-tanks. This makes the water flow in the plurality of sub-grooves relatively uniform, so that the amount of water supplied to each position of the cleaning roller 11 in the axial direction is relatively uniform.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the accommodating space 12f has an arc-shaped inner surface 12f ', the shape of the arc-shaped inner surface 12f ' is matched with the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller 11, and the arc-shaped inner surface 12f ' and the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller 11 are spaced apart from each other to form an arc-shaped channel 12h therebetween.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 10, the water-permeable holes 12g penetrate the arc-shaped inner surface 12 f', that is, the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller 11 has a certain clearance with the surrounding structure of the water-permeable holes 12g, so as to prevent impurities from blocking the water-permeable holes 12 g.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the mounting frame 12 is provided with a flexible scraper bar 1221, the flexible scraper bar 1221 is located at the rear side of the cleaning roller 11, and the end of the flexible scraper bar 1221 is used for contacting the ground, when the cleaning roller 11 contacts the ground, the end of the flexible scraper bar 1221 also contacts the ground, the flexible scraper bar 1221 scrapes the garbage on the ground and concentrates the garbage on the front side of the flexible scraper bar 1221, and the cleaning roller 11 can roll the garbage at the front end of the flexible scraper bar 1221 into the arc-shaped channel 12h during rotation and further carry the garbage until the garbage is scraped into the garbage box 14 by the water squeezing plate 1211.
For example, in an embodiment, referring to fig. 7 and 8, the mounting frame 12 includes a mounting body 121 and a bottom plate 122. The bottom of the mounting body 121 is open, the bottom plate 122 is disposed at the open bottom of the mounting body 121, and the bottom plate 122 and the mounting body 121 jointly mount and position the cleaning roller 11. The bottom plate 122 is provided with an escape notch 122a, and a part of the structure of the cleaning roller 11 protrudes from the escape notch 122 a.
The connection mode of the mounting body 121 and the bottom plate 122 is not limited, and may be, for example, a bolt, a screw, or the like, or may be a snap connection, and is not limited herein.
Illustratively, the elastic buckle 1223 is arranged at the edge of the bottom plate 122, the clamping groove 121a is arranged on the mounting body 121, and the elastic buckle 1223 is clamped in the clamping groove 121a, so that the bottom plate 122 and the mounting body 121 can be quickly disassembled and assembled.
Referring to fig. 1, the cleaning apparatus includes a main body 2 and a water tank 3, and the water tank 3 is mounted on the main body 2. The water tank 3 is internally provided with a sewage cavity and a clear water cavity. The sewage chamber communicates with the sewage tank 12a to collect the sewage in the sewage tank 12a, that is, the sewage tank 12a plays a role of transitionally collecting the sewage during the cleaning process of the cleaning device, and the sewage in the sewage tank 12a flows into the sewage chamber in the water tank 3 again to be stored. The fresh water chamber communicates with the fresh water supply structure 12b to provide fresh water to the fresh water supply structure 12 b.
The cleaning equipment of the embodiment of the application can store large-capacity clean water and sewage through the water tank 3. Before the ground is cleaned, clean water is contained in the clean water cavity, in the cleaning process, the clean water tank 3 continuously supplies water to the clean water supply structure 12b, the cleaning roller 11 is kept wet, and sewage is continuously extruded out from the cleaning roller 11 and then enters the sewage cavity through the sewage groove 12 a. After the cleaning process is finished, pouring out the sewage in the sewage cavity in the water tank 3.
It should be noted that the sewage in the sewage tank 12a may be naturally guided into the sewage chamber, that is, naturally guided into the sewage chamber without an additional power device, for example, the sewage may be naturally guided by gravity, capillary phenomenon, or other principles; or the sewage may be pumped into the sewage chamber under the condition of a power device such as a water pump and a fan, without limitation.
It should be noted that the clean water in the clean water cavity may be naturally guided into the clean water supply structure 12b, that is, naturally guided into the clean water supply structure 12b without additionally adding a power device, for example, natural guide may be realized by the principles of gravity, capillary phenomenon, etc.; or may be drawn into the fresh water supply structure 12b in the case of a power device such as a water pump, a fan, etc., without limitation.
In some embodiments, the cleaning device is provided with L DS 4 (L ase Direct Structuring, laser radar), and L DS 4 determines the relative position by emitting laser light at high speed and determining the distance between the cleaning device and the obstacle according to the time of the laser light emitting and reflecting back by touching the obstacle, thereby achieving positioning.
In order to facilitate cleaning of the garbage box 14, in an embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the main body 2 has a drawing channel 2a, the drawing channel 2a penetrates through to the top surface of the main body 2, and at least a part of the garbage box 14 is disposed in the drawing channel 2a, so that the garbage box 14 can be drawn out from or placed in the top of the main body 2. When needs clearance rubbish box 14, directly with rubbish box 14 from the top of fuselage 2 extract can, after the clearance finishes, put into pull passageway 2a with rubbish box 14 from the top of fuselage 2 again, whole process need not upset cleaning device, convenient clearance.
The shape of the drawing channel 2a can be adapted to the contour of the waste bin 14.
In some embodiments, the cleaning device further comprises a front bumper 5 disposed at the front side of the body 2, and when the cleaning device encounters an obstacle during forward movement, the front bumper 5 can buffer the collision between the body and the obstacle, so as to protect the body 2.
The cleaning equipment of the embodiment of the application can assemble the roller device 1 into a whole in advance, and the roller device 1 is directly assembled on the machine body 2 as a whole on the assembly line of the cleaning equipment, so that the assembly time on the assembly line can be saved, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
The various embodiments/implementations provided herein may be combined with each other without contradiction.

Claims (15)

1. A roller device, comprising:
a cleaning roller (11);
the mounting frame (12), the cleaning roller (11) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (12), the mounting frame (12) is provided with a sewage groove (12a) and a clean water supply structure (12b), the mounting frame (12) is provided with a water squeezing plate (1211), the end part of the water squeezing plate (1211) is in pressing contact with the circumferential surface of the cleaning roller (11) to squeeze out sewage on the cleaning roller (11), the clean water supply structure (12b) provides clean water for the cleaning roller (11), and the clean water supply structure (12b) and the end part of the water squeezing plate (1211) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cleaning roller (11);
the power unit (13) is arranged on the mounting frame (12) and is in driving connection with the cleaning roller (11);
the garbage box (14) is arranged in the sewage tank (12a) at least in part, sewage squeezed out of the cleaning roller (11) flows into the garbage box (14) along the water squeezing plate (1211) under the action of gravity, and the sewage enters the sewage tank (12a) after being filtered by the garbage box (14).
2. The drum arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the sump (12a) is provided at the front side of the cleaning drum (11) in the forward direction of the cleaning device, the direction of rotation of the cleaning drum (11) being configured to: the friction force of the cleaning medium on the cleaning roller (11) faces the advancing direction of the cleaning device.
3. Drum arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the side of the mounting frame (12) facing away from the cleaning drum (11) is provided with a drain opening (12c), which drain opening (12c) communicates with the sump (12 a).
4. The drum device according to claim 1, characterized in that the sewage tank (12a) is open at the top, and the garbage box (14) can be drawn out of or put into the sewage tank (12a) at the open position.
5. The drum device according to claim 1, wherein the fresh water supply structure (12b) is located at the top of the cleaning drum (11), and the pressing position of the wringing plate (1211) and the water supply position of the fresh water supply structure (12b) have a central angle ranging from 10 ° to 135 ° in the circumferential direction of the cleaning drum (11).
6. The drum device according to claim 1, wherein a first opening (14a) is formed on a side wall of the garbage box (14) facing to the wringing plate (1211), and at least a portion of the contaminated water enters the garbage box (14) through the first opening (14 a).

The drum assembly according to claim 1, wherein the top of the mounting frame (12) is formed with an open space (12e), and the sump (12a) is located in the open space (12e) in a planar projection perpendicular to a height direction of the drum assembly; the roller device comprises a sealing plate (16), the sealing plate (16) is provided with a sliding groove (16a), the garbage box (14) is arranged in the sliding groove (16a) in a sealing and sliding mode, and the sealing plate (16) is connected with the top side of the mounting frame (12) in a sealing mode to seal the open space (12 e).

The drum device according to claim 6, characterized in that the waste box (14) is provided with second openings (14b) along axially opposite sides of the cleaning drum (11); the mounting frame (12) is provided with flow guide surfaces (12d) on two opposite sides of the garbage box (14) along the axial direction of the cleaning roller (11), and partial sewage extruded from the cleaning roller (11) converges to the second opening (14b) along the flow guide surfaces (12d) and enters the garbage box (14) through the second opening (14 b).
9. The drum device according to claim 8, characterized in that the first opening (14a) and the second opening (14b) communicate.
10. The drum arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the sump (12a) is provided with a drain opening (12c) on the side facing away from the cleaning drum (11); the partial structure of rubbish box (14) is inside sunken in order to form depressed area (14c), depressed area (14c) at least towards drain (12c) one side is opened, drain (12c) are located the department that opens of depressed area (14c), be provided with on the lateral wall that depressed area (14c) correspond and filter export (14d), the interior sewage of rubbish box (14) passes through filter export (14d) flow in the depressed area (14 c).

The drum arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that the fresh water supply structure (12b) is configured as a fresh water tank (12b '), the fresh water tank (12 b') being located at the top of the cleaning drum (11), the fresh water tank (12b ') extending in the axial direction of the cleaning drum (11), the drum arrangement comprising a cover plate (15), the cover plate (15) sealingly covering the top of the fresh water tank (12 b') to close the fresh water tank (12b '), the cover plate (15) being provided with a water inlet (15a) communicating with the fresh water tank (12 b'); a plurality of water permeable holes (12g) are arranged at the bottom of the clean water tank (12b '), and water in the clean water tank (12 b') enters the cleaning roller (11) through the water permeable holes (12 g).

The drum arrangement according to claim 11, characterized in that the mounting frame (12) is formed with a receiving space (12f) for receiving the cleaning drum (11), the receiving space (12f) having an arc-shaped inner surface (12f '), the arc-shaped inner surface (12f ') being spaced apart from the circumferential surface of the cleaning drum (11), the water permeable holes (12g) penetrating the arc-shaped inner surface (12f ').
13. The drum arrangement as claimed in claim 11, characterized in that a plurality of ribs (1212) are provided in the clean water tank (12b '), the plurality of ribs (1212) dividing the clean water tank (12 b') into a plurality of communicating sub-tanks.
14. A cleaning apparatus, comprising:
a body (2);
the water tank (3) is mounted on the machine body (2), and a sewage cavity and a clear water cavity are formed in the water tank (3);
the drum device according to any one of claims 1-13, wherein the sewage chamber communicates with the sewage tank (12a) to collect sewage in the sewage tank (12 a); the fresh water chamber communicates with the fresh water supply structure (12b ') to provide fresh water to the fresh water supply structure (12 b').
