Background
With the development of modern technology, cleaning tools are diversified, including brooms, mops, floor wipers, dust collectors, and the like. The vacuum cleaner is an unconventional cleaning tool, but the noise of the vacuum cleaner is very loud and uncomfortable. And the garbage is cleaned only by sucking the garbage into the garbage box.
Brooms, mops and floor wipers are cleaning tools of the mop type, which generally have a fixed cleaning part, the cleaning capacity of which is determined by the dirt removing and absorbing capacity of the cleaning part. Since the cleaning portion is contaminated as soon as it comes into contact with the soiled floor, the cleaning power is gradually reduced during the subsequent cleaning process, and complete cleaning cannot be achieved, particularly when a large area is continuously swept. Therefore, the cleaning articles must be washed frequently, which is very troublesome.
For Chinese consumers, sweeping and mopping are necessary when cleaning the floor, and the floor cannot be thoroughly cleaned only by sweeping or mopping. As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the present disclosure provides a water tank including a body 261, a driving mechanism 262, a filter element 263, a brush assembly 264, and a sealing assembly.
The body 261 is provided inside with a receiving chamber for receiving water. The filter element 263 is installed in the holding cavity, and the filter element 263 separates the holding cavity into a sewage holding cavity (outside the filter element 263) and a purified water holding cavity (inside the filter element 263) which are independent of each other. The sewage accommodating chamber is provided with a first sewage inlet 261a, and the purified water accommodating chamber is provided with a purified water outlet 261 b. The sewage enters the sewage accommodating chamber from the first sewage inlet 261a, is filtered by the filter element 263, enters the purified water accommodating chamber, and then flows out of the water tank through the purified water outlet 261 b.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the filter element 263 is removably mounted in the receiving cavity. The tank has a rear cover 267 for access to the filter element 263. In the present disclosure, the material of the filter element 263 is not limited, and the filter element may be made of stainless steel, ceramic or filter cotton, and the aperture of the filter hole may be set according to actual requirements.
After the filter element 263 filters the sewage for a period of time, the surface is easily blocked. To clear blockages, the water tank of the present disclosure further includes a brush assembly, which is also mounted within the receiving cavity. In the present disclosure, the brush assembly is used to clean the filter cartridge.
To better achieve block prevention, relative rotation is required between the filter element 263 and the brush assembly, and therefore, the water tank of the present disclosure is further provided with a driving mechanism. A drive mechanism is mounted within the body for driving rotation of the filter element 263 and/or the brush assembly.
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1-3, the brush assembly includes a first brush 264 a. The first brush 264a is installed outside the filter element 263, and the bristle part of the first brush 264a is in contact with the outer side surface of the filter element 263 for cleaning the outer side surface thereof. In other embodiments of the present disclosure, the brush assembly may further include a second brush mounted in the filter cartridge, a bristle part of the second brush contacting an inner side surface of the filter cartridge for cleaning the inner side surface thereof.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the driving mechanism is used to drive the filter element 263 and includes a motor 262a, a bearing 262b, a driving disk 262c and an electrode plate 262 d. As shown in fig. 2, the motor 262a is installed at an upper portion of the body 261, and the driving disk 262c is connected to the motor 262a and the filter 263, respectively. The bearing 262b includes an upper bearing connected to the driving disk 262c and a lower bearing installed at the sewage outlet. As shown in fig. 3, an electrode pad 262d is installed on an upper side of the body 261 for supplying power to the motor 262a, and an electrode holder (not shown) is further provided in the body 261.
The sealing assembly of the present disclosure includes a check valve 265d connected to the purified water outlet 261 b. When the water tank is mounted on the cleaning tool, the check valve 265d is in an open state, and the purified water can flow out of the water tank through the purified water outlet 261 b; when the tank is taken out, the check valve 265d is closed, and the purified water cannot flow out of the tank through the purified water outlet 261b, thereby preventing water leakage.
The disclosed water tank may further include a bottom cover 266, and the bottom cover 266 may be detachably coupled to the body 261. In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1-3, bottom cap 266 is threadably coupled to body 261, and the seal assembly further includes a bottom cap seal 265a, bottom cap seal 265a being mounted within bottom cap 266. Check valve 265d is mounted on bottom cover 266.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, the seal assembly further includes a filter element top seal ring 265b and a waste outlet seal ring 265c mounted on the top of the filter element 263 and outside of the check valve 265d, respectively.
The water tank of this disclosure has filtering capability, can carry out filtration treatment with sewage to the retrieval and utilization. Fig. 4 illustrates a preferred sump assembly of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the disclosed sump assembly includes a body 271 and a water pressurizing lever 272. Wherein, the body 271 is concaved to form a first water tank A1 (water containing space), and the first water tank A1 is provided with a sewage outlet 271c and a second sewage inlet 271 b. The water pressing lever 272 is rotatably installed on the body 271. The body 271 is further provided with a water blocking rib 271a extending along the longitudinal direction of the first water tank a 1. As shown in fig. 5, the water blocking rib 271a has an arc-shaped surface to which a part of the outer circumferential surface of the water pressurizing lever 272 is attached. The second sewage inlet 271b is provided at the water blocking rib 271a, and the sewage enters the first tank a1 through the second sewage inlet 271 b.
Sewage contains dirt, sludge or other viscous substances, and a water pipe is easily blocked after the sewage enters a cleaning tool. Therefore, a filter net 274 may be provided at the sewage outlet 271 c. At this time, the sewage squeezed from the press passes through the filter net 274, and is filtered and discharged. In this case, the side housing of the cleaning tool can be designed to be relatively thin. The aperture of the filter screen 274 may be 0.3 to 0.7mm, preferably 0.5 mm.
The filter screen 274 is also easily clogged, and thus the first rolling brush 275 may be correspondingly disposed above the filter screen 274 to clean the garbage on the filter screen 274. The first roll brush 275 may be rotated and may be driven to rotate by a power device. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4, the first brush 275 is powered by the power means of the other components of the cleaning tool, in which case the sump assembly includes a drive gear 273a, a bearing 273b and a coupling member 273c mounted within the body. The power means of the other components of the cleaning tool drives the first roll brush 275 to rotate through the transmission gear 273a, the bearing 273b and the coupling member 273 c.
As shown in fig. 5, when the sump assembly is mounted to the cleaning tool, the water pressurizing bar 272 interferes with the sponge layer of the drum 111, and water in the sponge layer is squeezed out by the water pressurizing bar 272. When the drum 111 is also detachable, the squeezed water easily leaks out from both ends of the drum, and therefore, in the preferred embodiment of the present disclosure, the body 271 is further provided with a water guide 271 d. When the sump assembly is mounted to the cleaning tool, the water guide 271d interferes with the sponge layer of the drum 111 of the cleaning tool, corresponding to static pressing of the drum 111. The water guide 271d functions to guide water on the side of the drum 111 to the center to prevent water leakage at both ends. The water guide 271d shown in fig. 4 and 5 has a larger upper end and a smaller lower end, and resembles a horn when viewed from the side, but the water guide 271d is not limited to this structure as long as the corresponding function is achieved. As shown in fig. 4(c), two water guides 271d are preferably provided on both sides of the water pressing bar 272 (i.e., above both sides of the drum 111).
In the present disclosure, the first water tank a1 has a slope with a high bottom end and a low bottom end (sewage outlet end). When water exists in the first water tank A1, the water can directly flow to the sewage outlet under the action of the self weight.
The disclosed sink assembly has a first sink that has a sewage caching effect. And the sink assembly has a rotatable water pressing bar which rotates relative to the drum when mounted to the cleaning implement to more easily squeeze the dirt water from the sponge layer of the drum. The water circulation module includes a water tank 260 and a sump assembly 270. The specific structure of the water tank 260 and the water tank assembly 270 is shown in fig. 1-5, and will not be described herein. The water blocking rib 271A, the water pressing lever 272 and the drum 111 together form a second water tank a2 (water containing space). The first water tank a1 and the second water tank a2 are connected through the second contaminated water inlet 271 b. The water pressing bar 272 is parallel to the drum 111 and interferes with the sponge layer of the drum 111. The water tank 260 is connected to a first water tank a 1.
The water tank 260 may be mounted to the cleaning head or handle portion of the cleaning tool (as shown in fig. 6), and the particular location may be as desired.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the cleaning head of the cleaning tool of the present disclosure is provided with a roller 111, a second rolling brush 131, a garbage box 141, and a water tank assembly 270. The side shell is provided with a roller quick-release button 536a, a roller quick-release buckle 536b, a roller brush quick-release button 537a, a roller brush quick-release buckle 537b and a sink roller brush quick-release 538. The roller 111 is detachably mounted to the housing by a roller quick release button 536a and a roller quick release catch 536 b. The second roller brush 131 is detachably mounted on the housing via a roller brush quick release button 537a and a roller brush quick release buckle 537 b. The flume assembly 270 is removably mounted to the housing by a flume roll brush quick disconnect 538.
As shown in fig. 8, a shovel bar is further provided in the cleaning module, and one end of the shovel bar is in contact with the ground and has an arc-shaped working surface (point a to point b). A garbage passage is formed between the arc-shaped working surface and the outer circumferential surface of the drum 111. The second rolling brush 131 is located between the drum 111 and the garbage box 141 for cleaning the dry garbage on the surface of the drum 111.
The roller 111 has a snap at one end to facilitate removal from the housing 500. The motor is installed inside the drum 111, and the rotation shaft is installed on the housing. The driving motor drives the hard material inside the roller transmission mechanism to rotate around the axis of the hard material, so that the sponge layer is driven to rotate, and the surface of the sponge layer moves circumferentially.
When the roller 111 rolls on the ground, the sponge layer is pressed and deformed by the particles of the dry garbage on the ground, and the particles of the dry garbage are wrapped by the sponge layer through deformation, so that the particles of the dry garbage are separated from the ground and rotate together with the roller 111. When the rotary drum rotates to the position of the shovel bars a, the particles of the dry garbage leave the ground and are extruded by the shovel bars to continue rotating together with the rotary drum 111. When the shovel strip is rotated, the sponge layer is restored to deform due to the loss of the compression of the shovel strip when the shovel strip is rotated to the position b, and the dry garbage particles wrapped by the sponge layer are released and some of the dry garbage particles cannot be released and are brushed down by the bristles of the second rolling brush 131. The bristles of the second rolling brush 131 are in contact with the sponge layer, and the second rolling brush 131 moves in the opposite direction to the roller 111. The released or brushed-down garbage enters the garbage box 141 along the moving track of the second drum brush 131.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the upper cover 510 of the present disclosure includes a purified water inlet 512, a water spray 513, a spring post 514, a housing switch 515, a latch 516, and a water pipe 517.
In the upper cover 510 shown in fig. 9 and 10, two water jet outlets 513 are symmetrically arranged on the upper cover 510. The water jets 513 may be arranged in one or more rows as desired in other embodiments of the present disclosure. The upper cover 510 shown in figures 9 and 10 is removable and is removably connected to the cleaner head by means of a latch 514, a housing switch 515 and a latch 516.
A water pipe 517 is connected between the purified water inlet 512 and the water spray 513.
One end of the first water tank a1 of the present disclosure is provided with a sewage outlet 271c, and the sewage outlet 271c is connected with the first sewage inlet 261a of the water tank 260. Sewage may be drawn from the first tank a1 into the tank 260 by a power plant.
Alternatively, the contaminated water may be pumped from the first tank a1 into the tank 260 by a water pump. At this time, the water pump is connected to the sewage outlet 271c and the first sewage inlet 261a through the sewage pipe, respectively.
This disclosure includes two filter equipment of filter screen and filter core, promptly, this disclosed cleaning tool can carry out the two-stage filtration to sewage. The water extruded from the roller firstly passes through the filter screen to filter larger garbage, then enters the water tank, and then passes through the filter element to filter fine garbage. Through the two-stage filtration, sewage can become comparatively clean purified water, can continue to reuse in the cleaning roller, has greatly practiced thrift the water resource, has reduced the number of times that the user changed water moreover, facilitates the use.
When the water tank 260 is mounted to the handle portion as shown, the purified water discharged from the water tank 260 may flow to the cleaning head by a water pump or by its own weight. If a water pump is used, the water pump is connected to the purified water outlet 261b and the water jet 513 through purified water pipes, respectively.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 11, both the sewage and the purified water are pumped by means of a water pump. A first water pump 217 and a second water pump 233 are provided. The first water pump 217 is used to pump the contaminated water, and the second water pump 233 is used to pump the purified water. In fig. 11, L refers to the left side of the cleaning head and R refers to the right side of the cleaning head.
The cleaning tool of the present disclosure may also include a disinfecting assembly. Wherein the sterilization assembly may include an ozone generator 222a (shown in fig. 11). The ozone generator 222a introduces ozone generated by the ozone generator 222a into the transit water tank 223 through an air pump and an air pipe (not shown in the figure) to sterilize and disinfect purified water and prevent the water from becoming ozone. In addition, the water is provided with ozone, so that the ground can be disinfected and sterilized.
While the ozone generator 222a is shown in the embodiment of fig. 6 as being disposed on the handle 303, in other embodiments of the present disclosure, the disinfecting assembly may be disposed elsewhere, as desired. As shown in fig. 11, the intermediate water tank 233 is provided with an ozone inlet 233b and a pressure equalizing port 223 c. The ozone generated by the ozone generator 222a enters the intermediate water tank 223 through the ozone inlet 233 b.
But also the disinfecting assembly may be other disinfecting means such as a UV lamp, the ozone generator being only a preferred embodiment thereof.
An adjustment knob may also be provided on the hand-held portion of the cleaning implement of the present disclosure. The adjusting knob can adjust the water outlet speed, and when the ground is very dry, the water quantity can be increased, so that the ground is wet; when water is on the ground, the water can be reduced or not discharged, so that the cleaning tool can suck the water on the ground.
As shown in fig. 6, an observation window 223a may be provided at the transit water tank 223. The user can conveniently observe the state of the water in the transfer water tank 223 to determine whether to inject the clean water.
The cleaning head of the cleaning tool of the present disclosure may have a roller mounted thereon. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, there are two sets of rollers (front wheel 151 and rear wheel 152). Two front wheels 151 and two rear wheels 152 are provided, wherein the rear wheels 152 can be connected to a power unit (motor).
In addition, in the present disclosure, if the side casing corresponding to the drum 111 is relatively thick, the floor corresponding to the casings on both sides of the drum 111 cannot be cleaned by the drum 111 without fail, and thus a cleaning blind area is caused. In order to clean the blind area, at least one side brush may be provided at each side of the drum 111. The two side brushes may be symmetrically disposed on the housing at both sides of the drum 111.
The housing of the end (front side) of the cleaning tool of the present disclosure where the roller 111 is installed may also be provided with a bumper strip (not shown in the drawings) to prevent the housing from being damaged by collision during the process of cleaning the floor. A searchlight (not shown) may also be provided to assist the user in cleaning when it is relatively dark, such as a bed bottom.
Fig. 12 is a schematic view of a waterway according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Sewage is squeezed from the roller, enters the water tank for filtering, is pumped to the transfer water tank through the pump after being filtered, ozone is added into the transfer water tank, and then the ozone is recycled to the roller through the pump to clean the roller. The water is circulated in such a reciprocating way.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the user adds fresh water to the water tank 260, holds the handle, turns on the switch, and activates the device. The clean water is sucked to the water spray port 513 along the purified water outlet 261b and then sprayed on the drum 111. The user promotes the burnisher back-and-forth movement, and before contacting ground, the sponge layer on cylinder 111 is slightly wet (absorb water and be unsaturated), and after contacting ground, the slightly wet sponge layer absorbs subaerial liquid rubbish on one side, cleans subaerial solid rubbish on the other side.
With the cooperation of the shoveling bars 112, the large solid garbage carried up by the rollers 111 passes through the gap between the shoveling bars 112 to the point b, and then enters the garbage box 141 along the moving track of the second rolling brush 131. The small-particle garbage is embedded into the sponge layer, reaches the position b along with the movement of the roller 111, is brushed by the bristles of the second rolling brush 131, and enters the garbage box 141 along the movement track of the second rolling brush 131.
The roller 111 continues to roll to the press bar 272. The water pressing rod 272 presses the sponge layer to press out the sewage in the sponge layer. The water pressing rod 272 always interferes with the sponge layer of the roller 111, the sponge layer is always extruded, and in the using process, the water pressing rod 272 is used for continuously wringing the roller 111 and then spraying clean water. That is, the drum 111 is always cleaned during use. The squeezed sewage flows into the first water tank a1 through the second water tank a2, then enters the water tank 260 through the sewage pipe, is filtered by the filter element 263, enters the transit water tank 233, and then is sprayed onto the drum 111 through the purified water pipe under the action of the water pump to clean the drum 111. The above steps are continuously circulated, and the ground is cleaned.
Meanwhile, the ozone generator 222a continuously sprays ozone into the transfer water tank 233, thereby simultaneously sterilizing and disinfecting the water in the water tank a and the ground.
When the cleaning tool disclosed by the invention is used for cleaning tomato sauce on the ground, a user firstly adds clean water into the water tank 260, holds the handheld part, turns on the switch and starts the device. The clean water is sucked to the water spray port 513 along the purified water outlet 261b and then sprayed on the drum 111. The user pushes the cleaning tool forward and backward, and the roller 111 moves accordingly. The drum 111 is in contact with the ground, and the ketchup adheres to the sponge layer of the drum 111 and partially penetrates into the sponge layer of the drum 111. The roller 111 continues to rotate to a point b, and the sponge layer is in contact with the second rolling brush 131. The ketchup cannot be brushed down by the second brush roll 131 and remains adhered to the sponge layer at point b.
The roller 111 continues to roll to the press bar 272. The water pressing rod 272 presses the sponge layer to press out the sewage in the sponge layer. There is always water in the second tank a2, and under the action of the water, the tomato ketchup is released from the sponge layer, enters the second tank a2, and is filtered out through the filter screen 274 and the filter element 263. From this, the tomato paste was cleaned. The purified water obtained by filtering is sprayed onto the roller 111 through the purified water pipe under the action of the water pump, and the roller 111 is cleaned.
In the disclosure, water can be circulated for multiple times, and garbage (dust) can be cleaned smoothly, and the disclosure refers to the technology as water-dust circulation cleaning technology.
The self-cleaning of the roller can be realized by utilizing the water-dust circulation cleaning technology, the sweeping, the dragging, the washing and the twisting are combined together, the use is greatly facilitated, the very good cleaning effect can be realized, and particularly, the self-cleaning roller is used for viscous garbage which is extremely difficult to treat such as tomato sauce, chocolate sauce and the like.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clearly illustrating the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications of the invention as herein taught are within the scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning implement, comprising:
a cleaning module comprising a drum;
the water circulation module comprises a water tank and a water tank assembly; the water tank assembly comprises a body and a water pressing rod; the body is internally concave to form a first water tank, and the body is provided with a water retaining rib along the length direction of the first water tank; the water retaining rib is provided with an arc-shaped surface, and part of the outer circumferential surface of the water pressing rod is attached to the arc-shaped surface; the water retaining rib, the water pressing rod and the roller form a second water tank together; a sewage inlet is formed in one side of the water retaining rib, and the first water tank and the second water tank are connected through the sewage inlet; the water pressing rod is parallel to the roller and interferes with the roller; the water tank is connected with the first water tank.
2. The cleaning implement of claim 1, further comprising:
a housing including an upper cover; wherein, the upper cover is provided with a water spraying opening for spraying water onto the roller, and the roller and the water tank assembly are arranged on the shell.
3. The cleaning implement of claim 2, wherein the upper cover is removable.
4. The cleaning tool of claim 2, wherein the sump assembly is removably mounted to the housing.
5. The cleaning tool of claim 2, wherein the cleaning module further comprises a trash receptacle, a shovel bar, and a roll brush mounted on the housing, respectively; the shovel strip is provided with an arc-shaped working surface, and one end of the shovel strip is used for being in contact with the ground when in work; a garbage channel is formed between the arc-shaped working surface and the outer circumferential surface of the roller; the rolling brush is located between the roller and the garbage box and used for cleaning garbage on the surface of the roller.
6. The cleaning implement of claim 5, wherein the roller brush is removably mounted to the housing.
7. The cleaning implement of claim 2, wherein the water tank is removably mounted to the housing.
8. The cleaning tool of claim 2, wherein the drum is removably mounted to the housing.
9. The cleaning tool of claim 1, further comprising a hand-held portion, the water tank being mounted on the hand-held portion.
10. The cleaning tool of claim 1, wherein the water circulation module further comprises an ozone generator, wherein ozone generated by the ozone generator enters the water tank through an air pipe.
