Abstract

本发明提出一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:除油,将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为1.5‑2.5%的水溶液中,升温至35‑40℃的温度,浸泡30‑40min。染色,将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中含有匀染剂和染料,升温至80‑85℃,保温10min,之后升温至125‑135℃,保温20min,排水。洗水用清水洗去浮色。柔软处理,将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂溶液中,然后升温至40℃,保温20min,排水。本发明提出的PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,可达到客户对PET涤纶单丝不同颜色发要求和高色牢度的灵活小批量定制需求。

一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上的有色PET涤纶(鱼丝线)产品,生产工艺在聚酯原料中加入色母后熔融喷丝成型,色牢度较低,且只适用于大批量生产,无法满足当前市场小批量定制需求。
由原料本色成型的PET涤纶单丝,一般为透明或乳白色并带有丝光,俗称鱼丝线,这类的PET涤纶单丝染色困难,难以达到客户的颜色要求和高色牢度标准。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,以达到客户对PET涤纶单丝不同颜色发要求和高色牢度的灵活小批量定制需求。
本发明提出一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除油
将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为1.5-2.5%的水溶液中,升温至35-40℃的温度,浸泡30-40min。
S2、染色
S2.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.4-0.6%的匀染剂和0.5-0.7%的染料,调节pH值至4-5。
S2.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80-85℃,保温10-15min。
S2.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至125-135℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S3、洗水
用清水洗去浮色。
S4、柔软处理
将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.4-0.8%的溶液中,然后升温至35-40℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述柔软剂为有机硅油。
作为本发明的进一步方案,步骤S2.1中调节pH为通过加醋酸进行调节。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提出一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,经过本发明的特殊工艺处理,低用量染料即可达到客户的颜色要求和高色牢度标准。且PET丝线为3-5公斤也可操作,满足客户小批量定制需求。
1、本发明的PET涤纶单丝经过除油剂除油后可附着染料进行染色,为高色牢度奠定基础,且选用含有高浓度的表活的除油剂,无需加入强碱,安全有效。
2、本发明的PET涤纶单丝染色过程加入了匀染剂,所述匀染剂包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。配合特殊的升温保温工艺,促使染料均匀分散,染色均匀牢固。
3、本发明对染色后的PET涤纶单丝进行柔软处理,有机硅油的加入,使染色的PET恢复光滑有光泽的表面,且进一步锁住颜料,提高色牢底。
具体实施方式
如下结合具体实施例,对本申请方案作进一步描述:
实施例1
一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除油
将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为2%的水溶液中,升温至40℃的温度,浸泡30min;所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
S2、染色
S2.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.5%的匀染剂和0.6%的染料,调节pH值至4-5;所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
S2.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温10min。
S2.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S3、洗水
用清水洗去浮色。
S4、柔软处理
将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.5%的溶液中,然后升温至40℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。所述柔软剂为有机硅油。
实施例2
一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除油
将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为2%的水溶液中,升温至38℃的温度,浸泡35min;所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
S2、染色
S2.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.45%的匀染剂和0.6%的染料,调节pH值至4-5;所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
S2.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至85℃,保温10min。
S2.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至125℃,保温25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S3、洗水
用清水洗去浮色。
S4、柔软处理
将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.6%的溶液中,然后升温至40℃,保温25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。所述柔软剂为有机硅油。
实施例3
一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除油
将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为2.5%的水溶液中,升温至40℃的温度,浸泡30min;所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
S2、染色
S2.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.5%的匀染剂和0.7%的染料,调节pH值至4-5;所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
S2.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温10min。
S2.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S3、洗水
用清水洗去浮色。
S4、柔软处理
将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.6%的溶液中,然后升温至40℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。所述柔软剂为有机硅油。
对比例1
一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、除油
将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为2%的水溶液中,升温至40℃的温度,浸泡30min;所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
S2、染色
S2.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.6%的染料,调节pH值至4-5。
S2.2、快速升温(10℃/min)至80℃,保温10min。
S2.3、快速升温(10℃/min)至130℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S3、洗水
用清水洗去浮色。
S4、柔软处理
将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.5%的溶液中,然后升温至40℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
对比例2
一种PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、染色
S1.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.5%的匀染剂和0.6%的染料,调节pH值至4-5;所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
S1.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温10min。
S1.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S2、洗水
用清水洗去浮色。
S3、柔软处理
在将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.5%的溶液中,然后升温至40℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。所述柔软剂为有机硅油。
将实施例1-3与对比例1和对比例2的染色工艺染色的PET涤纶单丝进行性能测试:

二、按照GB/T3921-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐洗色牢度》、GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度试验耐摩擦色牢度》、GB/T5712-1997《纺织品色牢度试验耐有机溶剂摩擦色牢度、GB/T5718-1997纺织品色牢度试验耐干热(热压除外)色牢度,进行色牢度测试,测试结果如下表2。

Claims (5)

1.一种PET涤纶单丝的染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、除油
将PET单丝浸泡在除油剂含量为1.5-2.5%的水溶液中,升温至35-40℃的温度,浸泡30-40min;
S2、染色
S2.1、将除油处理后的PET单丝,浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.4-0.6%的匀染剂和0.5-0.7%的染料,调节pH值至4-5;
S2.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80-85℃,保温10-15min;
S2.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至125-135℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出;
S3、洗水
用清水洗去浮色;
S4、柔软处理
将清洗后的PET单丝浸泡在柔软剂含量为0.4-0.8%的溶液中,然后升温至35-40℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PET涤纶单丝的染色工艺,其特征在于,所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,其特征在于,所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,其特征在于,所述柔软剂为有机硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PET涤纶单丝染色工艺,其特征在于,步骤S2.1中调节pH为通过加醋酸进行调节。
