技术领域
本发明涉及涂布制造领域,特别涉及一种涂布的制作方法。
背景技术
将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂布于纸、布、塑料薄膜上制得的复合材料称为涂布,在基料上涂抹聚合物后,使基料获得额外的性能,例如防水、防腐、绝缘等。
将pvc树脂、pu树脂等合成树脂涂抹于布基上制作的涂布,一方面防腐、防水性好,另一方面具有一定的韧性和塑性,一般作为人造革来使用,目前制作人造革的过程包括制取涂料、选取布基、涂布、切去两边、烘干。
人造革作为一种涂布在生活中运用广泛,而制取的过程中,最重要的就是涂料的配置,以及烘干的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种涂布的制作方法,具有简单、快速环保等优点。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种涂布的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取涂料:所述涂料包括pvc糊和颜料,所述pvc糊包括pvc树脂粉、填充剂、交联剂、润滑剂、发泡剂等,所述填充剂为碳酸钙,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯,所述润滑剂为石蜡和单甘脂,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,所述颜料包括显色剂、分散剂和调节溶剂,所述颜料的显色剂根据不同色彩的需求有钛白粉、酞青蓝和炭黑三种。
(2)选用布基:所述布基为无纺布,所述无纺布的宽度为1.5米
(3)涂布:所述涂布这一步骤由涂布机完成,所述涂布机为刮涂法,所述涂布机包括挤出涂料的出料装置、带动出料装置来回移动的移动机构、带动无纺布移动的传送辊以及刮去涂料的逗号刮刀。
(4)去边:所述涂布的两侧设有圆形刀具,所述圆形刀具裁切去除无纺布的两侧边,所述去除的侧边宽度为4厘米。
(5)烘干:所述烘干步骤由烘干机完成,所述涂布去除两边后,进入烘干机,对无纺布表面的涂料烘干。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的pvc树脂粉、填充剂、交联剂、润滑剂、发泡剂的按重量份计算为:70-90份pvc树脂粉对应5-10份填充剂、3-5份交联剂、1-2份润滑剂和2-3份发泡剂。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中pvc糊包含以下成分:90份pvc树脂粉对应8份碳酸钙、4份过氧化二异丙苯、1份石蜡和1份单甘脂以及3份偶氮二甲酰胺。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的pvc糊通过乳液法制取,所述乳液法还需用到水、水溶性引发剂和乳化剂,所述引发剂为过硫酸钠,所述乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中颜料的显色剂以pvc糊为载体,所述调节溶剂和pvc糊组成树脂液组分,所述调节溶剂为二甲苯,所述分散机为三乙醇胺。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的pvc树脂粉、氧化二异丙苯、石蜡、单甘脂和偶氮二甲酰胺在pvc糊制取过程中添加,所述碳酸钙和显色剂、三乙醇胺一起添加在树脂液组分中。
优选的,所述乳液法制取pvc糊的过程需要保持碱性,添加氢氧化钠,使PH值在8-9之间。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺配合热稳定剂使用,所述热稳定剂为氧化锌。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中涂料在无纺布表面的厚度为2到2.5mm,所述涂料在无纺布表面的厚度通过改调节逗号刮刀和无纺布表面的间距来调整。

具体实施方式
以下所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,保护范围并不仅局限于该实施例,凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案应当属于本发明的保护范围。同时应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
一种涂布的制作方法,包含以下步骤:
(1)涂料的制备:涂料的配料包括有颜料、pvc树脂粉、填充剂、交联剂、润滑剂、发泡剂等,pvc糊的制备过程中温度在160到180,制备过程中pvc还会产生氯化氢,因此对颜料的要求比较高,能耐高温,并不受氯化氢的影响,颜料包括显色剂、分散机和调节溶剂,本实施例中显色剂根据常见的色彩需求,选取钛白粉、酞青蓝和炭黑三种不同的显色剂,分散剂是帮助颜料分散的助剂,选取三乙醇胺作为分散剂,调节溶剂选取二甲苯。
pvc树脂粉、填充剂、交联剂、润滑剂、发泡剂按重量份计算为:70-90份pvc树脂粉对应5-10份填充剂、3-5份交联剂、1-2份润滑剂和2-3份发泡剂 ,
在pvc中加入无机物作为填充剂,一方面可以降低成本,另一方面可以提升硬度、热变形温度等物理性能,但是填充剂的量过大也会直接影响到制取的pvc糊的性能,因此填充剂的量不宜过大,选取碳酸钙作为填充剂;
交联剂自身具有两个或者两个以上的官能团,能够和pvc中的机团发生反应,把两个分子连接起来,提高pvc的热稳定性,交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯;
润滑剂的一方面减少pvc和设备之间的摩擦力,另一方面减少pvc分子链之间的内摩擦,前者为外润滑,后者为内润滑,润滑剂需要起到两方面的作用,选取石蜡作为外润滑剂,单甘脂作为内润滑剂;
发泡剂赋予pvc柔软轻便的性能,产生纹路,增加人造革的真皮感,偶氮二甲酰胺的分解温度与pvc的熔融塑化温度能较好的匹配,是常见的发泡剂,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;
偶氮二甲酰胺作为发泡剂时,分解温度一般在195到210,略大于pvc糊制备过程中的温度,对偶氮二甲酰胺的发泡效果有一定的影响,可以同时添加活化剂,降低偶氮二甲酰胺的分解温度,将氧化锌作为活化剂,二甲酰胺的分解温度降低至160-180度,和pvc糊制备过程中的温度基本吻合,同时氧化锌还可以作为热稳定剂,捕获pvc产生的氯化氢;
按照下表称取原料
通过乳液法制取pvc糊,乳液法制取pvc糊还需要水、水溶性的引发剂和乳化剂,引发剂为过硫酸钠,乳化剂为十二烷基硫酸钠,乳液法制取过程中还需要保持碱性,反应釜中加入水、引发剂和乳化剂后,在水中添加氢氧化钠,控制ph在8-9,将上述表中的原料(除碳酸钙,碳酸钙不在这一步添加,因为碳酸钙本身也能起到发泡剂的作用,对偶氮二甲酰胺产生影响,并且碳酸钙作为填充剂,这一步不添加并不会对制取的pvc糊的性能产生大的影响),加入反应釜,保持搅拌,制取pvc糊。
根据需要的色彩选择显色剂,本实施例以钛白粉作为显色剂为例,将pvc糊和二甲苯搅拌混合成树脂液组分,树脂液组分按照重量百分比75%为pvc糊,25%为二甲苯,然后添加钛白粉、钛酸钙和三乙醇胺,按照重量百分比树脂液组分为75%,钛白粉为20%,三乙醇胺为1%,碳酸钙5%,搅拌2-3小时,制得涂料。
(2)选用布基:为无纺布作为布基,无纺布的宽度和设备上的传送辊宽度配合,本实施例选取1.5米宽的无纺布,传统的织造布有经纬线,无纺布作为一种非织造布,没有传统纺织布料的经纬线,方便裁剪,并且裁剪后,无纺布的裁剪边缘也没有线头,避免线头拉出而破坏涂料的边缘,因此无纺布是一种理想的人造革布基材料。
(3)涂布:涂布这一步骤由涂布机完成,涂布机包括挤出涂料的出料装置、带动出料装置来回移动的移动机构、带动无纺布移动的传送辊以及刮去涂料的逗号刮刀,无纺布由传送辊带动其向前移动,制得的涂料从出料装置中出料,移动机构带动出料装置在无纺布的左右方向上来回移动,配合无纺布的向前移动,这样涂料就铺洒在无纺布的上表面,此时无纺布表面的涂料是不均匀的,逗号刮刀在涂布机出布的一侧,表面带有涂料的无纺布经过逗号刮刀,处于逗号刮刀和无纺布之间的涂料可以顺利的跟着无纺布出来,多余的涂料则被逗号刮刀刮去,逗号刮刀和无纺布的间距使可调的,调整这个间距,使无纺布上的涂料厚度在2-2.5mm。
(4)去边:逗号刮刀可以刮去无纺布表面多余的涂料,但是涂料并不能很完全的覆盖在无纺布的表面,主要是无纺布的左右两个侧边缘,很容易没有覆盖到涂料,为了保证涂布的质量,以及方便后续的加工使用,因此对无纺布的两边作去边处理,切去无纺布左右两侧一定宽度的布料,这样剩下的无纺布表面就都覆盖到涂料,根据步骤(2)选取了1.5米宽的无纺布,本步骤将切去的布料宽度设在4厘米,通过圆形刀具来切去涂布的边料,圆形刀具由电机驱动其转动,且可以调节刀具的位置,来调整切去的边料宽度,切下的边料落在收集盒中,可以回收利用。
烘干,涂布切去两端的边料以后,进入烘干机,烘干机内温度控制在50-70度,烘干涂料内的水分,使涂料定型,影响烘干效果的主要因素为烘干的时间以及涂料的厚度,步骤(3)中涂料厚度在2-2.5mm,设置涂布在烘干机中的烘干时间为5分钟,涂布在传送辊上的传送速度约为5米每分钟,烘干腔室的长度设为25米。

1.一种涂布的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制取涂料:所述涂料包括pvc糊和颜料,所述pvc糊包括pvc树脂粉、填充剂、交联剂、润滑剂、发泡剂等,所述填充剂为碳酸钙,所述交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯,所述润滑剂为石蜡和单甘脂,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺,所述颜料包括显色剂、分散剂和调节溶剂,所述颜料的显色剂根据不同色彩的需求有钛白粉、酞青蓝和炭黑三种;
(2)选用布基:所述布基为无纺布,所述无纺布的宽度为1.5米;
(3)涂布:所述涂布这一步骤由涂布机完成,所述涂布机为刮涂法,所述涂布机包括挤出涂料的出料装置、带动出料装置来回移动的移动机构、带动无纺布移动的传送辊以及刮去涂料的逗号刮刀;

6.根据权利要求4和5所述的一种涂布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述pvc树脂粉、氧化二异丙苯、石蜡、单甘脂和偶氮二甲酰胺在pvc糊制取过程中添加,所述碳酸钙和显色剂、三乙醇胺一起添加在树脂液组分。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种涂布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述乳液法制取pvc糊的过程需要保持碱性,所述水中添加氢氧化钠,使PH值在8-9之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述发泡剂偶氮二甲酰胺配合热稳定剂使用,所述热稳定剂为氧化锌。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布的制作方法,其特征在于,所述涂料在无纺布表面的厚度为2到2.5mm,所述涂料在无纺布表面的厚度通过改调节逗号刮刀和无纺布表面的间距来调整。
