本发明公开了一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带,包括云母纸层、第一补强层、第二补强层、第一粘结层和第二粘结层;云母纸层的上面通过第一粘结层与第一补强层粘合,云母纸层的下面通过第二粘结层与第二补强层粘合;第一补强层的材质为无碱玻璃布,第二补强层的材质为含纳米级导热颗粒的单面拉伸型高导热聚酰亚胺薄膜;第一粘结层与第二粘结层的材质相同,第一粘结层的材质为改性有机硅粘合剂、纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼的混合物。本发明的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带不但保证了云母带的导热性,而且又能使云母带的成本降低。

一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带
技术领域
本发明涉及云母带加工领域,特别涉及一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带。
背景技术
随着电机制造技术的发展,要求电机在有更高功率的同时,还要减小体积,则电机在运行时必然大量发热,主绝缘温升提高,这可能会导致产品的功率降低,使用寿命缩短及造成多种事故。电机的冷却方式分为两种:其一为直接冷却,是使用氢气或水等介质通过空心导体进行的,该方式散热效果好,对绝缘的导热性能要求不高,缺点是结构复杂,不便于维护,造价较高;其二为间接冷却,导体热量由绝缘层传出,使用空气对定子铁芯进行冷却,该方式具有结构简单、制造成本低、对用户来说运行维护方便、安全、可靠、事故率低等优点,缺点是散热效果较差,对绝缘的导热性能要求较高。
由于空冷电机的诸多优点,是目前主流的产品,其热量通常的传导过程为:铜线发出的热量通过热传导穿过主绝缘,传到铁芯,再由铁芯表面通过对流和辐射散到周围空气中,该热传递链中,主绝缘的导热能力是很明显的瓶颈。
提高主绝缘的导热能力主要有两种方法:1、减薄绝缘层厚度;2、采用导热系数更高的绝缘材料,但是由于需要保证基本的绝缘性能,目前云母带+VPI漆的绝缘结构的厚度不可能无限减薄。
亟需一种既可以保证云母带的导热性,又能降低云母带成本,提高云母带的渗透性和介电强度,适于电动机、风力发电机线圈、引线和端部绕包绝缘的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带。本发明的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带不但保证了云母带的导热性,而且又能使云母带的成本降低;且有很好的电性能和机械性能,提高了电机的生产效率;云母带柔软,粘结强度高,不掉粉,不分层;内部结构更加稳固和持久,使批量生产成为可能。
本发明是通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题的:
本发明提供了一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带,包括云母纸层、第一补强层、第二补强层、第一粘结层和第二粘结层;所述云母纸层的上面通过所述第一粘结层与所述第一补强层粘合,所述云母纸层的下面通过所述第二粘结层与所述第二补强层粘合;所述第一补强层的材质为无碱玻璃布,所述第二补强层的材质为含纳米级导热颗粒的单面拉伸型高导热聚酰亚胺薄膜;所述第一粘结层与所述第二粘结层的材质相同,所述第一粘结层的材质为改性有机硅粘合剂、纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼的混合物。
本发明中,所述云母纸层为所述有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的基材层,通过与其他层级的协同配合共同实现本发明的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的优异效果;所述云母纸层的材质为本领域常规的云母纸;
较佳地,所述云母纸层的材质为高导热大鳞片云母纸;
较佳地,所述云母纸层的厚度为0.07~0.1mm。
本发明中,所述第一补强层和所述第二补强层共同提高所述有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的工艺性能、绝缘性能和耐电晕性能;所述改性有机硅粘合剂为本领域常规,耐温可达200℃以上;
较佳地,所述第一补强层的厚度为0.025~0.03mm;
较佳地,所述第二补强层的厚度为0.025~0.03mm;
较佳地,所述第二补强层的纳米级导热颗粒为纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼,所述第二补强层中的纳米级导热颗粒的质量为所述单面拉伸型高导热聚酰亚胺薄膜的质量的15~60%。
本发明中,所述第一粘结层和第二粘结层通过改性有机硅粘合剂和纳米级氮化硼、纳米级氧化铝的共同作用,提升了整体的粘结强度,又保持了改性有机硅的耐老化、耐酸碱性能,使得有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的内部结构更加的稳固和持久;
较佳地,所述第一粘结层中的纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼的质量总和为所述改性有机硅粘合剂的质量的15~60%。
本发明中,在补强材料中添加纳米级导热颗粒显著的提升了普通聚酰亚胺薄膜的导热性,且有较好的机械性能,该薄膜介电击穿强度高,使用以后可以减薄线圈的绝缘厚度,由于采用改性有机硅粘合剂,胶含量低于11%,云母带柔软,粘结强度高,不掉粉,不分层。
本发明中,通过上述五层结构的配合最终显著提升了产品的导热系数,行业中,普通电机用云母带的导热系数一般只有0.2w/(m.k)左右,本发明的产品的导热系数可以达到0.45~0.55w/(m.k),导热效果显著提升。
本发明的积极进步效果:本发明的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带不但保证了云母带的导热性,而且又能使云母带的成本降低;且有很好的电性能和机械性能,提高了电机的生产效率;云母带柔软,粘结强度高,不掉粉,不分层;内部结构更加稳固和持久,使批量生产成为可能。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带,包括云母纸层3、第一补强层1、第二补强层5、第一粘结层2和第二粘结层4;云母纸层3的上面通过第一粘结层2与第一补强层1粘合,云母纸层3的下面通过第二粘结层4与第二补强层5粘合;第一补强层1的材质为无碱玻璃布,第二补强层5的材质为含纳米级导热颗粒的单面拉伸型高导热聚酰亚胺薄膜;第一粘结层2与第二粘结层4的材质相同,第一粘结层2的材质为改性有机硅粘合剂、纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼的混合物。
本实施例中,云母纸层3为有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的基材层,通过与其他层级的协同配合共同实现本实施例的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的优异效果;云母纸层3的材质为高导热大鳞片云母纸;云母纸层3的厚度为0.08mm。
本实施例中,第一补强层1和第二补强层5共同提高有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的工艺性能、绝缘性能和耐电晕性能;改性有机硅粘合剂为本领域常规,耐温可达200℃以上;第一补强层1的厚度为0.025mm;第二补强层5的厚度为0.028mm;第二补强层5的纳米级导热颗粒为纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼,第二补强层5中的纳米级导热颗粒的质量为单面拉伸型高导热聚酰亚胺薄膜的质量的20%。
本实施例中,第一粘结层2和第二粘结层4通过改性有机硅粘合剂和纳米级氮化硼、纳米级氧化铝的共同作用,提升了整体的粘结强度,又保持了改性有机硅的耐老化、耐酸碱性能,使得有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带的内部结构更加的稳固和持久;第一粘结层2中的纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼的质量总和为改性有机硅粘合剂的质量的22%。
本实施例中,在补强材料中添加纳米级导热颗粒显著的提升了普通聚酰亚胺薄膜的导热性,且有较好的机械性能,该薄膜介电击穿强度高,使用以后可以减薄线圈的绝缘厚度,由于采用改性有机硅粘合剂,胶含量低于11%,云母带柔软,粘结强度高,不掉粉,不分层。
本实施例中,通过上述五层结构的配合最终显著提升了产品的导热系数,行业中,普通电机用云母带的导热系数一般只有0.2w/(m.k)左右,本实施例的产品的导热系数可以达到0.45~0.55w/(m.k),导热效果显著提升。

1.一种有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带,其特征在于,所述有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带包括云母纸层、第一补强层、第二补强层、第一粘结层和第二粘结层;所述云母纸层的上面通过所述第一粘结层与所述第一补强层粘合,所述云母纸层的下面通过所述第二粘结层与所述第二补强层粘合;所述第一补强层的材质为无碱玻璃布,所述第二补强层的材质为含纳米级导热颗粒的单面拉伸型高导热聚酰亚胺薄膜;所述第一粘结层与所述第二粘结层的材质相同,所述第一粘结层的材质为改性有机硅粘合剂、纳米级氧化铝和纳米级氮化硼的混合物。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带,其特征在于,所述云母纸层的材质为高导热大鳞片云母纸。
3.如权利要求1所述的有机硅少胶聚酰亚胺薄膜玻璃粉云母带,其特征在于,所述云母纸层的厚度为0.07~0.1mm。
