Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health and sanitation protection, and particularly relates to a marine fucoidin herbal atomizing agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The immune system has the functions of immune monitoring, defense and regulation, the human body has three immune defense lines, the first defense line is skin and mucous membrane, and the skin and the mucous membrane are the first barrier for preventing infection, so that the protection of the integrity and the health of the mucous membrane has important significance for maintaining the health of the body. The second line of defense is the bactericidal substances and phagocytic cells in the body fluid, which to some extent can kill foreign "invaders" that invade the body. The first and second lines of defense are established and have a defense against all pathogens, and are therefore called non-specific immunity. The third line of defense of the human body mainly consists of immune organs and immune cells, is a defense function which is gradually established after birth, only acts on a specific pathogen, and belongs to specific immunity. The living environment of people is full of viruses, germs and other pathogens, people with low immunity cannot resist the invasion of the pathogens, are very easy to infect and get ill, and have longer course and more serious illness compared with people with high immunity. In the new coronavirus pneumonia outbreaks in autumn and winter in 2019, some people have lighter symptoms, while some people are seriously ill or even lose lives, while some people are not infected even if the people are contacted with the disease, which depends on the pathogenicity and the dosage of the contacted virus on one hand, and on the other hand, the new coronavirus pneumonia is also influenced by the difference of individual immunity, so that the contact of the new coronavirus pneumonia with pathogenic bacteria and viruses is reduced, the capability of resisting pathogenic bacteria and viruses of an immune system is improved, and the new coronavirus pneumonia is vital to keeping health in the period of high incidence of infectious diseases such as influenza and the like and even in the case of emergent epidemic diseases.
Fucoidin, also known as fucoidan and fucoidan sulfate, is extracted from the surface mucus of marine brown algae such as kelp, Undaria pinnatifida, etc., which are homologous in medicine and food, and is unique functional sulfated polysaccharide in the sea. A large number of scientific researches find that the fucoidin not only can activate and protect the human immune system, increase the lethality of T cells, NK cells and the like, reduce inflammation and protect and strengthen the immune defense line of a human body, but also has wide antiviral activity (such as RNA virus, HIV virus, human papilloma virus, influenza virus, human cytomegalovirus and the like), can directly compete with the virus for the binding site of host cell surface protein to inhibit virus adsorption, or inhibit the virus replication by inhibiting the activity of reverse transcriptase to realize the antiviral effect. Because the virus is a strict cell parasite and all life cycles involve the utilization of host cell components, the traditional antiviral drugs are difficult to act only on the virus without influencing the normal functions of the host cells, so the antiviral drugs usually have larger toxic and side effects on organisms and need to be used carefully; compared with the prior art, the research finds that the marine fucoidin has the advantages of low toxicity, high efficiency and the like in the aspect of antivirus.
After the outbreak of the new coronavirus epidemic situation, experts and scholars recommend to supplement vitamin C to improve the autoimmunity and prevent virus infection, and even a team has developed the clinical research of treating the new coronavirus by the vitamin C. Scientific research shows that the fucoidin has an antioxidant function and can increase the stability of vitamin C, and the fucoidin and the vitamin C have a synergistic effect.
Since ancient times, Chinese has been known that Chinese herbal medicines can eliminate pestilence, and the pestilence refers to antigenic substances such as viruses and germs which can cause human diseases by combining modern scientific research.
Mugwort generally refers to mugwort, which is one of the earliest medicinal plants, has many effects, such as antibacterial and antiviral effects, antiasthmatic, antitussive, expectorant, and resistance improvement, and mugwort is warm in nature and non-toxic, and is also called as "medical herb" in "compendium of materia Medica", not only that, spraying mugwort water or igniting dry mugwort has been used for daily disinfection.
Rhizoma atractylodis is recorded in Chinese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition) and approved by health department to be used in health food, when SARS epidemic outbreak occurs in 2003, Shenzhen hospital adopts rhizoma atractylodis smoke air disinfection method for disinfection, which has good inhibition effect on SARS virus propagation, and rhizoma atractylodis is non-toxic, harmless, non-irritant and fragrant in smell, so that the rhizoma atractylodis not only can be disinfected in the presence of people, but also sensitive people such as mothers and babies can be used with confidence.
The dandelion is also named as the famous woman, is recorded in the compendium of materia medica, can clear away heat and toxic materials, digest and eliminate indigestion, is highly evaluated and confirmed in medical monographs such as Chinese medicine dictionary, Tang Ben Cao and Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, has certain antibacterial and antiviral effects, and has obvious effect of resisting H1N1 influenza virus in vitro.
In addition, honeysuckle, liquorice, astragalus, ginger, onion, mint, β -glucan, garlic and plant polyphenol are all traditional edible raw materials, health-care raw materials or medicinal and edible raw materials, and the effects of the honeysuckle, the liquorice, the astragalus, the ginger, the onion, the mint, the β -glucan and the garlic on immunity enhancement, antibiosis and antivirus are generally accepted by the public.
One of the fundamental links in which infectious diseases can become prevalent among people is the "transmission pathway", i.e., the path through which pathogens leave the source of infection to reach healthy humans, commonly known as droplet transmission, aerosol transmission, dietary transmission, body fluid transmission, contact transmission, and the like. Therefore, cutting off the transmission pathway is of great significance for the prevention of infectious diseases. Compared with other transmission ways, the transmission of droplets and aerosol is difficult to block, and the effective antibacterial disinfection of air can greatly reduce the concentration of pathogens, thereby reducing the probability of infection of human bodies.
Health protection products such as 75% alcohol, 84 disinfectant and the like have pungent taste, are usually used for inhibiting and killing pathogens in an in-vitro space and blocking a transmission path, and traditional functional foods or medicines are digested and absorbed by a human digestive tract to improve immunity or inhibit and kill the pathogens. The health protection product of the herbal raw materials is made into the form of the atomizing agent which is convenient to use, so that the air can be directly cleaned, pathogens can be inhibited and killed, the functional components can directly reach respiratory tract mucous membranes through breathing, and the first immune defense line of a human body is protected and strengthened. Therefore, the herbal atomizing agent which contains the components with the effects of resisting bacteria and viruses and improving the immunity, is friendly in taste and small in irritation is developed to be used as a daily health protection product, and has wide market prospect.
