Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disinfection chemistry and chemical engineering, and particularly relates to a method for preparing a unitary chlorine dioxide aqueous solution for oral disinfection, which can be widely applied to the fields of daily chemical medical treatment and the like and can be used for oral disinfection such as mouthwash, root canal treatment and the like.
Background
Chlorine dioxide is a safety level disinfectant of grade A1 which is recognized by the world health organization and the world food and agricultural organization. The chlorine dioxide water solution with lower concentration can be applied to the disinfection of human oral cavity. The chlorine dioxide aqueous solution with the concentration is preferably unitary, has the use requirement of convenience, is convenient to carry after being opened and is easy to be accepted by consumers. Secondly, the pH value cannot be lower than 4, otherwise, the irritation to the human body is large. Finally, the requirement process is simple, and the stability meets the requirement of the disinfection technical specification.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a stabilizer formula and a manufacturing method, so that the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution can be directly used for oral disinfection, the proper pH value is kept at the concentration, and the stability is higher (the concentration reduction rate is less than 10 percent under the constant temperature test condition of 14 days at 54 ℃) [1 ].
The technical scheme is as follows: a method for preparing unitary chlorine dioxide aqueous solution for oral disinfection is characterized in that: the stabilizer formula consists of one or two or more of ammonium pentaborate, metaboric acid, diboron trioxide, maleic acid and sodium tetraphenylborate, and the method for preparing the unitary chlorine dioxide aqueous solution by using the stabilizer.
The method comprises the steps of preparing chlorine dioxide by any conventional method, dissolving the chlorine dioxide into distilled water, pouring the stabilizer into the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution according to a proportion, stirring for about 2 minutes, standing, and taking clear liquid, wherein the concentration of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution ranges from 50mg/l to 200 mg/l. The mass ratio of the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution to the stabilizer is 10000: 0.15-1000: 150.
the stabilizer of the invention is composed of one or two or more than two of ammonium pentaborate, metaboric acid, boron trioxide, maleic acid and sodium tetraphenylborate:
ammonium pentaborate, molecular formula NH4B5O8, molecular weight 200.08, CAS number: 12007-89-5
Metaboric acid, molecular formula HBO2, molecular weight 43.82, CAS number: 13460-50-9
Boron trioxide, molecular formula B2O3, molecular weight 69.62, CAS number: 1303-86-2
Maleic acid, formula C4H4O4Molecular weight 116.07, CAS number: 110-16-7
Sodium tetraphenylborate, molecular formula C24H20BNa, molecular weight 342.2, CAS number 143-66-8
Chlorine dioxide, molecular formula ClO2,Molecular weight 67.46, CAS number: 10049-04-4
The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing a chlorine dioxide aqueous solution according to any one of the prior technologies, then putting the stabilizer into the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution, stirring for about 2 minutes, standing, and taking clear liquid to obtain the product.
The invention has the advantages that: the stability meets the requirements of national disinfection technical specifications: under the constant temperature test condition of 54 ℃ and 14 days,
the concentration decrease rate is less than 10% (see Table 1)
A pH of greater than 4.0 (100 mg/l concentration pH = 5.0)
The stability and the proper pH value can be kept in a wider concentration range, so that the application field of the disinfectant is expanded, and the disinfectant can be used for oral disinfection, hand disinfection, object surface disinfection, air disinfection and the like.
The process is simple, the cost is relatively low, and the market demand is met.
TABLE 1 chlorine dioxide stability measurement results
The application advantages are as follows: the product of the invention can be used for disinfecting the object surface and the human body (the appropriate pH value has small corrosive irritation), thereby greatly improving the application value of the product.
The mechanism for stabilizing the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution is briefly described as follows:
chlorine dioxide is a highly electron-deficient compound, which is composed of oxygen atoms and chlorine atoms with large electronegativity, and when the chlorine dioxide is in an electron-rich compound and electron clouds in the molecules have certain mobility, intermolecular attraction is easy to form, and intermolecular chelation and complexation can be formed under certain conditions, so that intermolecular force is further enhanced, and as a result, the chlorine dioxide molecules are difficult to escape, so that the stability of the aqueous solution is enhanced.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The first embodiment is as follows: 100kg of distilled water is prepared, and chlorine dioxide gas generated by a chlorine dioxide generator is introduced into the water to form chlorine dioxide absorption liquid with the final concentration of 100 mg/l. Then 10g of the stabilizer of the invention boron trioxide is gradually poured into the absorption liquid, and stirred for 2 minutes, and then the mixture is kept stand, and the clear liquid is taken out, sealed and protected from light.
The second embodiment: 50kg of distilled water was prepared, 1kg of 2% sodium chlorite aqueous solution was mixed with 0.01kg of citric acid in distilled water to produce chlorine dioxide, and 10g of sodium tetraphenylborate as a stabilizer of the present invention was gradually added to the solution while stirring for 2 minutes. Standing, collecting supernatant, sealing, and storing in dark place.
The third embodiment is as follows: the product of the invention is applied to oral disinfection and deodorization: according to the implementation example method, the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 200mg/l is prepared, then the chlorine dioxide aqueous solution with the concentration of 80mg/l is diluted by distilled water and packaged by a polyethylene spray bottle for oral cleaning, disinfection and deodorization.
