Description

Orange fruit solidification specimen
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of specimens, and particularly relates to an orange fruit curing specimen and application of a glue dripping curing technology in manufacturing the orange fruit curing specimen.
Background
The original color undisturbed specimen of the plant has great significance in teaching and scientific research, and is also valuable in aspects such as specimen display, exhibition, artistic appreciation and the like. However, the chemical components in the plant body are complex, and the chemical change rule is difficult to master, so that the preparation of the primary-color plant specimen is difficult. For traditional specimens, more manpower and material resources need to be consumed for specimen preservation, and various medicaments need to be used and replaced to prevent moths, mildewing and the like in a dry ventilation environment. The soaked specimen of the citrus fruit is easy to discolor and mildew, and formaldehyde in the soaking solution is easy to volatilize and influence the surrounding environment.
The biological plasticizing technology is a biological technology capable of storing animal and plant specimens like living bodies, and by adopting plasticizing material permeation under the vacuum condition, the plasticized specimens which are dry, have no pungent smell, are durable and are easy to store, transport and display for a long time can be prepared. The specimen can be prepared by various treatments such as physical air drying, vacuum, chemical preservation, etc. to preserve for a long time and maintain the original appearance as much as possible, so as to provide for exhibition, demonstration, education, identification, examination and other various researches.
The planting area and the yield of the oranges are at the top of the world, the history of more than 4000 years exists, and the oranges with the popular commodity value mainly have 4 categories, namely the sweet oranges are the most. When the citrus is mature and immature, the fruit epicarp is covered with oil cells, and the oil cells contain essential oil which accounts for 0.2-0.9% of the mass fraction of the main substances. The citrus peel essential oil is the plant essential oil with the largest global use amount and the widest application range, is widely applied to the industries of food, cosmetics, medicines and daily necessities, and has very high economic value. The essential oil mainly comprises terpenes, sesquiterpenes, alcohols, aldehydes, lipids and the like, and is an oily solvent with high quality, safety and no pollution. However, the solidification of the fruit specimen is very difficult due to the existence of a large amount of oil cells in the outer peel of the citrus fruit and the large amount of juice water in the body. At present, citrus fruit specimens are mostly manufactured by adopting an immersion method, are easy to fade and rot, are not suitable for storage and movement, and the surrounding environment is seriously influenced by formaldehyde volatilization of a soaking solution. In addition, oranges are various in types and different in size, the difference between the water content and the peel oil cells is large, although products similar to the oranges in appearance can be obtained by the technology of manually developing model molds to imitate the oranges, the details of the oranges cannot be presented in full detail, the manufacturing cost is extremely high, and the emerging 3D printing technology is also lack of color and detail display, so that the technology cannot be popularized in a large scale. Therefore, in order to overcome the defects, the invention provides a solidified specimen of citrus fruits and a preparation method thereof.
