Abstract

本发明提供一种显示屏和显示装置。该显示屏包括显示面板、盖板,以及设置在显示面板和盖板之间的遮挡层,显示屏还包括:贴合层,贴合层设置在遮挡层和显示面板之间,贴合层包括:胶体层,胶体层包括:第一侧,第一侧为胶体层靠近显示面板的一侧;第二侧,第二侧为胶体层远离显示面板的一侧;导光部,导光部包括:入光侧,入光侧用于输入紫外光;出光侧,出光侧用于输出紫外光至胶体层的第一侧,或出光侧用于输出紫外光至胶体层的第二侧。该方案通过设置导光部,将紫外光传输至胶体层,使胶体层在足够多的紫外光照射下固化,提高了显示屏的固化性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示屏和显示装置。
背景技术
现有显示屏中,如图1所示,在盖板11下方设置了黑色遮挡层12,用于遮挡其内部线路。进一步的,在盖板11和显示面板13之间还设置了胶体层14,用于对盖板11和显示面板13进行贴合,防止外界水氧对显示装置1内部器件的侵蚀。
其中,胶体层14的组成材料为UV(ultraviolet,紫外线)胶。UV胶在UV灯15发射的光的照射下固化。如图1所示,如果将UV灯15设置在靠近盖板11的一侧,黑色遮挡层12会阻挡UV灯15发射的光,如果将UV灯15设置在靠近显示面板13的一侧,显示面板13也会阻挡UV灯15发射的光,造成胶体层14的固化性能降低。
故,有必要提供一种可以提高固化性能的显示屏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种显示屏和显示装置,可以提高显示屏的固化性能。
本发明实施例提供了一种显示屏,其包括:显示面板、盖板,以及设置在所述显示面板和所述盖板之间的遮挡层,所述显示屏还包括:
贴合层,所述贴合层设置在所述遮挡层和所述显示面板之间,所述贴合层包括:
胶体层,所述胶体层包括:
第一侧,所述第一侧为所述胶体层靠近所述显示面板的一侧;
第二侧,所述第二侧为所述胶体层远离所述显示面板的一侧;
导光部,所述导光部包括:
入光侧,所述入光侧用于输入紫外光;
出光侧,所述出光侧用于输出所述紫外光至所述胶体层的所述第一侧,或所述出光侧用于输出所述紫外光至所述胶体层的所述第二侧。
在一实施例中,所述导光部设置在所述显示面板和所述胶体层之间,所述导光部的所述出光侧与所述胶体层的所述第一侧相接。
在一实施例中,所述胶体层设置在所述导光部和所述显示面板之间,所述导光部的所述出光侧与所述胶体层的所述第二侧相接。
在一实施例中,所述导光部的出光侧包括第一区域,所述第一区域为与所述胶体层相对设置的区域,其中,所述折射部设置在所述第一区域。

本发明实施例提供了一种显示装置。该显示装置包括一显示屏。请参照图2,图2为本发明实施例提供的显示屏的结构示意图。如图2所示,该显示屏2包括显示面板21和盖板22。其中,显示面板21可以为液晶显示面板,也可以为有机发光面板,在此不作具体限定。盖板22覆盖在显示面板21上。盖板22可以采用玻璃、蓝宝石或陶瓷等高硬度材料制成,其耐磨性能较好,可以保护显示面板21内的部件。
为了避免显示面板21内的部件在外观面上暴露,在盖板22靠近显示面板21的一侧设置了遮挡层23。其中,遮挡层23可以采用透射率较小的材料制成,比如透射率小于10%的材料。具体的,遮挡层23的组成材料可以包括黑色油墨。
进一步的,显示屏2还包括:贴合层24。其中,贴合层24设置在遮挡层23和显示面板21之间,可以将显示面板21和盖板22固定在一起。
如图2所示,贴合层24包括:胶体层241。其中,胶体层241的组成材料包括UV胶。胶体层241包括:第一侧2411和第二侧2412。第一侧2411为胶体层241靠近显示面板21的一侧。第二侧2412为胶体层241远离显示面板21的一侧。如图2可知,如果紫外光从靠近盖板22的一侧射入,胶体层241的第一侧2411和第二侧2412都被遮挡层23遮挡。如果紫外光从靠近显示面板21的一侧射入,胶体层241的第一侧2411和第二侧2412也会被显示面板1中的薄膜晶体管等不透光器件遮挡。这样胶体层241因不能接收到足够多紫外光的照射,造成其固化性能降低。
在本发明实施例中,贴合层24还包括导光部242。导光部242包括:入光侧2421和出光侧2422。入光侧2421用于输入紫外光。出光侧2422用于输出紫外光至胶体层241的第一侧2411或第二侧2412,使胶体层241在足够多的紫外光的照射下固化。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,导光部242设置在显示面板21和胶体层241之间,导光部242的出光侧2422与胶体层241的第一侧2411相接。这样,导光部242的出光侧2422用将紫外光输出至胶体层241的第一侧2411。
在一实施例中,如图3所示,胶体层241设置在导光部242和显示面板21之间,导光部242的出光侧2422与胶体层241的第二侧2412相接。这样,导光部242的出光侧2422用将紫外光输出至胶体层241的第二侧2412。
在一实施例中,如图4所示,导光部242还包括多个折射部2424。该多个折射部2424均设置在导光部242的出光侧2422。如图4所示,UV灯3朝向导光部242的出光侧2422发出的光,经折射部2424折射后输出。其中,多个折射部2424的形状可以为锥形。
导光部242还包括多个出光孔2423。该多个出光孔2423设置在导光部242的出光侧2422。具体的,出光孔2423设置在相邻的折射部2424之间。出光孔2423可以用于引导紫外光射出至胶体层241的第一侧2411或第二侧2412。
在一实施例中,导光部242的出光侧2422包括第一区域24221和第二区域24222。其中,第一区域24221为与胶体层241相对设置的区域,第二区域24222为出光侧2422除去第一区域24221的区域。
出光孔2423和折射部2424可以仅设置在第一区域24221,这样避免紫外光从第二区域24222中逃逸。在一实施例中,还可以在第二区域24222设置反射件2427,将照射至该区域的紫外光反射回导光部242的内部,提高紫外光的利用率。其中,反射件2427可以为半球形状。
由于导光部242中的紫外光经多次反射后,可能会经导光部242与入光侧2421相对的侧面逃逸,以及可能会经导光部242与出光侧2422相对的侧面逃逸。因此在一实施例中,还在导光部242内设置了反射片2425。具体的,反射片2425设置在导光部242与入光侧2421相对的侧面上,反射片2425还设置在导光部242与出光侧2422相对的侧面上,即反射片2425可以设置为L型形状。这样,发射片2425可以将逃逸的紫外光继续折射回导光部242进行多次折射,直至该紫外光通过出光孔2423导出。
在一实施例中,导光部242还包括多个反射部2426。多个反射部2426设置在导光部242与出光侧2422相对的侧面上,将照射至侧面的紫外光反射回导光部242的内部,提高紫外光的利用率。其中,反射部2426的形状为半球形。
本发明实施例的显示屏和显示装置,通过设置导光部,将紫外光传输至胶体层,使胶体层在足够多的紫外光照射下固化,提高了显示屏的固化性能。

Claims (6)

1.一种显示屏,其特征在于,包括:显示面板、盖板,以及设置在所述显示面板和所述盖板之间的遮挡层,所述显示屏还包括:
贴合层,所述贴合层设置在所述遮挡层和所述显示面板之间,所述贴合层包括:
胶体层,所述胶体层包括:
第一侧,所述第一侧为所述胶体层靠近所述显示面板的一侧;
第二侧,所述第二侧为所述胶体层远离所述显示面板的一侧;
导光部,所述导光部包括:
入光侧,所述入光侧用于输入紫外光;
出光侧,所述出光侧用于输出所述紫外光至所述胶体层的所述第一侧,或所述出光侧用于输出所述紫外光至所述胶体层的所述第二侧;
所述导光部还包括多个折射部,其中,所述多个折射部设置在所述导光部的所述出光侧;
所述导光部还包括多个出光孔,所述出光孔设置在相邻的折射部之间;
所述多个折射部的形状为锥形;
其中,所述导光部设置在所述显示面板和所述胶体层之间,所述导光部的所述出光侧与所述胶体层的所述第一侧相接;或
所述胶体层设置在所述导光部和所述显示面板之间,所述导光部的所述出光侧与所述胶体层的所述第二侧相接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述导光部的出光侧包括第一区域,所述第一区域为与所述胶体层相对设置的区域,其中,所述折射部设置在所述第一区域。
3.根据权利要求2所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述导光部的出光侧还包括第二区域,所述第二区域为所述出光侧除去所述第一区域的区域,所述导光部还包括反射件,所述反射件设置在所述第二区域。
4.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述导光部还包括反射片,所述反射片设置在所述导光部与所述入光侧相对的侧面上,以及所述反射片设置在所述导光部与所述出光侧相对的侧面上。
5.根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的显示屏,其特征在于,所述导光部还包括多个反射部,所述多个反射部设置在所述导光部与所述出光侧相对的侧面上。
6.一种显示装置,其特征在于,所述显示装置包括如权利要求1-5任意一项所述的显示屏。
