本发明是一种用在建筑物构件上的多功能空气净化装置,特别适用于建筑门窗幕墙上实施,及在既有旧门窗上安装该空气净化装置的解决方案,本发明还涉及实施该解决方案的配件和材料。

技术领域
本发明是一种用在建筑物构件上的多功能空气净化装置,特别适用于建筑门窗幕墙上实施,及在既有旧门窗上安装该空气净化装置的解决方案,本发明还涉及实施该解决方案的配件和材料。
背景技术
雾霾,Pm2.5等环境污染,已严重影响到人们的生活和健康,空气净化装置没有新风毫无意义,有新风的空气净化装置没有热交换功能,能量损失大不节能,而且安装麻烦。通过建筑物构件,特别是门窗幕墙来实现空气净化,现有的窗式空气净化器解决不了节能的问题,更没有换气热交换的功能,这是空气净化装置和节能门窗的一大痛点。在既有旧门窗上实现空气净化是一个亟待解决的问题。我们的发明就是一种能新风换气并能进行热交换的多功能空气净化装置,我们的发明还要要提供一系列在既有旧门窗上安装空气净化装置的解决方案,我们还发明了可配套安装的太阳能光伏发电及遮阳一体化装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的能新风换气并能进行热交换的多功能空气净化装置,是这样实现的,多功能空气净化装置10,由机壳1机盖2组成,机壳1内装有净化装置物理空气净化器3,风扇4,电子空气净化器5,显示屏12,消声器8,热交换器9,开关11等组成,净化装置10由壳体1和壳盖2组成,壳盖1可盖严壳体2也能打开;壳体1上有功能拓展槽6,拓展槽6可插,杀菌器13,负离子发生器14,湿度调节器22,T-VOC分解及吸附器15等等需要的功能器件都可在里面置装;壳盖1盖严壳体1,空气从室外经过机壳上的孔17进入多功能空气净化装置10,通过入口18导入净化装置10中通过就能被各功能器件处理后从出口19出来,再通过消声器8进入室内;另从进口17进来的入室空气还可以通过热交换器9与从孔21往室外排的的空气进行热交换后再进入净化装置10处理,就更加节能;打开壳盖2,可以更换或清洗里面的功能器材。
本发明的目的在既有旧门窗上安装空气净化装置的解决方案一,是这样实现的,在既有旧门窗201,的固定框202上,根据需要选择一或多条边,把固定压条203取下来,清理干净该压条边框内,玻璃204与框202之间的物质,同时还要清理干净玻璃204与框当边之间的物质,后玻璃204与框202就有间隙,在玻璃204与框当边的室外一边装上有网孔的过滤条206,有网孔的过滤条206可以取下来清洗后重复使用,滤条206的网孔大小可以根据需要定制,在固定框202的室内一边可安装上多功能空气净化装置10,有固定件207固定,固定件207可固定在窗框上支撑空气净化装置,或也可以安装其他的空气净化装置,固定件207的形状可根据空气净化装置的外观定制;还可以把通过间隙进来的新风导入空气净化装置。
本发明的目的在既有旧门窗上安装空气净化装置的解决方案二,是这样实现的,在既有旧门窗301,的固定框302上,根据的固定框302型材的型腔数,把相隔的型腔用连通管303连通,形成两个独立又紧邻的通道,一个进风通道304,一个排风通道305,进风通道304连接固定框302上的室外进风口306和固定框302上室内送风口307,排风通道305连接固定框302上室内排风口308和室外排风口309,空气净化装置的进风口对准固定框302上室内送风口307安装即可,就可以使旧门窗实现新风换气和空气净化。
本发明的目的小型新风热交换器是这样实现的,小型新风热交换器20,有蜂窝状通风管21,并管器22,连接头23,外保温套24组成,把代号为1和代号为2的孔各自并联在一起,一组接进入室内的空气,一组接排出室外的空气。就能让新风和浊气进行交换,更加节能。

如下是发明的实施例:如图1、2本发明的目的能新风换气并能进行热交换的多功能空气净化装置,是这样实现的,多功能空气净化装置10,由机壳1机盖2组成,机壳1内装有净化装置物理空气净化器3,风扇4,电子空气净化器5,显示屏12,消声器8,热交换器9,开关11等组成,净化装置10由壳体1和壳盖2组成,壳盖1可盖严壳体2也能打开;壳体1上有功能拓展槽6,拓展槽6可插,杀菌器13,负离子发生器14,湿度调节器22,T-VOC分解及吸附器15等等需要的功能器件都可在里面置装;壳盖1盖严壳体1,空气从室外经过机壳上的孔17进入多功能空气净化装置10,通过入口18导入净化装置10中通过就能被各功能器件处理后从出口19出来,再通过消声器8进入室内;另从进口17进来的入室空气还可以通过热交换器9与从孔21往室外排的的空气进行热交换后再进入净化装置10处理,就更加节能;打开壳盖2,可以更换或清洗里面的功能器材。

如下是本发明的实施例:太阳能光伏发电和遮阳一体化装置,如图3、6,阳能光伏发电和遮阳一体化装置131,有支撑架1311,光伏板1312,可调节滑撑1313组成。
如下是本发明的实施例:小型新风热交换器,如图7、8,小型新风热交换器20,有蜂窝状通风管21,并管器22,连接头23,外保温套24组成。把代号为1和代号为2的孔各自并联在一起,一组接进入室内的空气,一组接排出室外的空气。就能让新风和浊气进行交换,更加节能。

1.一种用在建筑物构件上的多功能空气净化装置,其特征在于:多功能空气净化装置10,由机壳1机盖2组成,机壳1内装有净化装置物理空气净化器3,风扇4,电子空气净化器5,显示屏12,消声器8,热交换器9,开关11等组成,净化装置10由壳体1和壳盖2组成,壳盖1可盖严壳体2也能打开;壳体1上有功能拓展槽6,拓展槽6可插,杀菌器13,负离子发生器14,湿度调节器22,T-VOC分解及吸附器15等等需要的功能器件都可在里面置装;壳盖1盖严壳体1,空气从室外经过机壳上的孔17进入多功能空气净化装置10,通过入口18导入净化装置10中通过就能被各功能器件处理后从出口19出来,再通过消声器8进入室内;另从进口17进来的入室空气还可以通过热交换器9与从孔21往室外排的的空气进行热交换后再进入净化装置10处理,就更加节能;打开壳盖2,可以更换或清洗里面的功能器材。

3.一种在既有旧门窗上安装空气净化装置的解决方案二,其特征在于:在既有旧门窗301,的固定框302上,根据的固定框302型材的型腔数,把相隔的型腔用连通管303连通,形成两个独立又紧邻的通道,一个进风通道304,一个排风通道305,进风通道304连接固定框302上的室外进风口306和固定框302上室内送风口307,排风通道305连接固定框302上室内排风口308和室外排风口309,空气净化装置10的进风口对准固定框302上室内送风口307安装即可,新风通过室外进风口306进风通道304室内送风口307空气净化装置10的进风口,净化后送入室内,被置换了的浊气通室内排风口308排风通道305室外排风口309排放出去。
4.一种太阳能光伏发电和遮阳一体化装置,其特征在于:阳能光伏发电和遮阳一体化装置131,有支撑架1311,光伏板1312,可调节滑撑1313组成。
5.一种小型新风热交换器,其特征在于:小型新风热交换器20,有蜂窝状通风管21,并管器22,连接头23,外保温套24组成。
