The preparation method of the warm-keeping one-way moisture-permeable super cotton-like fabric according to claim 1, wherein the temperature range of the sizing after-finishing treatment is 150-165 ℃, the overfeed rate is + 1- +3, the vehicle speed is 30m/min, the formula of the after-finishing auxiliary agent is 0.5-1.5% of a fluffy agent TF-408A with a fluffy feel, 0.5-1.5% of a nonionic antistatic agent TK-DF with a balance of water.
