技术领域
本发明属于伪装隐身技术领域,具体涉及一种轻质高性能多频谱伪装网及其制备方法。
背景技术
伪装隐身技术是作战人员和武器装备对抗侦查、探测的有效手段,可以改变或降低目标的光、电、热等特征,降低被敌发现、探测的概率,从而提高军事目标的战场生存能力。伪装隐身材料及技术涉及可见光、近红外、热红外、雷达波等波段,要求材料在全波段满足伪装隐身要求,同时具备轻质、阻燃、透气性好和环境适应性好等特点。传统的光学/红外兼容迷彩涂料只能够实现装备的可见光和红外波段的隐身,而雷达吸波材料密度大且低频吸波性能差,难以满足所有伪装隐身指标要求,因此在武器装备上不能得到广泛应用。现有伪装网大都采用单层网结构,即面层+骨架网,少数采用面层+方格网结构,这种设计中骨架网和方格网只作为支撑结构。为保证伪装网的性能,该类伪装网面层涂覆了厚厚的涂层,不仅密度大、容易钩挂,而且低频雷达隐身性能差、不能实现全波段隐身等缺点。部分厂家为达到雷达隐身性能则采用底层+面层的双侧结构或者多层结构,这类伪装网面密度更大、透气性差且不易操作,只在少数对重量和操作使用性能不高的装备上使用。轻质高性能多频谱伪装网可以实现装备在光学、红外、雷达和高光谱等多波段的伪装隐身效果,同时具备重量轻(300g/m2~500g/m2)、防钩挂、阻燃和透气性好等特性,能够满足部队的使用需求,可以为武器装备提供作战全过程的特征防护。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种轻质、阻燃性能好且具备全波段伪装隐身性能的伪装网及其制备方法。该方法通过制备一种面密度小且经过改性处理的方格网与特制面层材料结合实现上述功能。该伪装网制备工艺简单,效率高,适合大规模生产。
本发明轻质高性能多频谱伪装网由底层和面层构成,所述底层是由浸渍导电涂料①、阻燃涂料①的方格网制成,所述面层由涂覆导电涂料②、阻燃涂料②和单色涂料的基布经拼图和切花制成通过下述方法制备:将方格网浸渍导电涂料①,经烘干后,浸渍阻燃涂料①,最后烘干制成底层;将基布一面涂覆导电涂料②,经烘干后,再两面涂覆阻燃涂料②,烘干后,两面涂覆单色涂料,烘干制成单色布,最后经拼图和切花制成面层。其中,导电涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂(30%~50%),蒸馏水(25%~40%),炭黑(5%~20%),石墨(1%~10%),分散剂(0.1%~0.5%),消泡剂(0.1%~0.5%),交联剂(0.2%~1%);阻燃涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂(30%~50%),蒸馏水(25%~40%),阻燃剂(5%~20%),分散剂(0.1%~0.5%),消泡剂(0.1%~0.5%),交联剂(0.2%~1%);导电涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂(50%~70%),蒸馏水(15%~25%),炭黑(5%~20%),石墨(1%~10%),分散剂(0.1%~0.5%),消泡剂(0.1%~0.5%),交联剂(0.2%~1%),增稠剂(0.2%~2%);阻燃涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂(50%~70%),蒸馏水(15%~25%),阻燃剂(5%~20%),分散剂(0.1%~0.5%),消泡剂(0.1%~0.5%),交联剂(0.2%~1%),增稠剂(0.2%~2%)。
本发明还公开了上述轻质高性能多频谱伪装网的制备方法,是:将方格网浸渍导电涂料①,经烘干后,浸渍阻燃涂料①,最后烘干制成底层;将基布一面涂覆导电涂料②,经烘干后,再两面涂覆阻燃涂料②,烘干后,两面涂覆单色涂料,烘干制成单色布,最后经拼图和切花制成面层;伪装网由底层和面层经包边和绗缝制成。
本发明中底层方格网面密度为60g~120g,网孔长宽尺寸为2mm~8mm;所述面层基布面密度为70g~140g。
本发明中底层浸渍导电涂料①后增重为5~30g/m2,浸渍用导电涂料①黏度为10mpa·s~1000mpa·s;面层涂覆导电涂料②后增重为20~80g/m2,涂覆用导电涂料②黏度为200mpa·s~20000mpa·s。
本发明中底层浸渍阻燃涂料①后的增重为5~30g/m2,浸渍用阻燃涂料①黏度为10mpa·s~1000mpa·s;面层涂覆阻燃涂料②后的增重为20~160g/m2,涂覆用阻燃涂料②黏度为200mpa·s~20000mpa·s。

实施例2:
本发明中导电涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂48%,蒸馏水38%,炭黑9%,石墨4%,分散剂0.3%,消泡剂0.2%,交联剂0.5%;
阻燃涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂46%,蒸馏水39%,阻燃剂14%,分散剂0.3%,消泡剂0.2%,交联剂0.5%;
导电涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂65%,蒸馏水22%,炭黑7%,石墨4%,分散剂0.2%,消泡剂0.2%,交联剂0.6%,增稠剂1%;
阻燃涂料②中各组分的配比为:胶黏剂60%,蒸馏水23%,阻燃剂15%,分散剂0.18%,消泡剂0.2%,交联剂0.62%,增稠剂1%。
本发明中导电涂料①的制备工艺为:将蒸馏水、炭黑、石墨、分散剂、和消泡剂加入到篮式研磨机研磨缸中,研磨分散5h,研磨机转速为800r/min,研磨完毕后;加入胶黏剂和固化剂,继续研磨1.5h,研磨机转速为500r/min;

导电涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂62%,蒸馏水20%,炭黑11%,石墨5%,分散剂0.2%,消泡剂0.2%,交联剂0.6%,增稠剂1%;
阻燃涂料②中各组分的配比为:胶黏剂60%,蒸馏水23%,阻燃剂15%,分散剂0.3%,消泡剂0.2%,交联剂0.5%,增稠剂1%。

阻燃涂料②中各组分的配比为:胶黏剂65%,蒸馏水20%,阻燃剂13%,分散剂0.17%,消泡剂0.18%,交联剂0.65%,增稠剂1%。

测试此条件下制备的底层和面层阻燃性能,测试伪装网面密度和雷达吸波性能。
以上实例测试制备的底层和面层的阻燃性能及伪装网面密度、雷达吸波性能与其他单位伪装网性能对比见表1。

测试结果表面该轻质高性能多频谱伪装网的面密度、阻燃性能和雷达隐身性能明显优于其他伪装网产品性能,且性能满足相应的国军标要求。

Claims (8)

1.一种轻质高性能多频谱伪装网,由底层和面层构成,其特征在于,所述底层是由浸渍导电涂料①、阻燃涂料①的方格网制成,所述面层由涂覆导电涂料②、阻燃涂料②和单色涂料的基布经拼图和切花制成;所述导电涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂30%~50%,蒸馏水25%~40%,炭黑5%~20%,石墨1%~10%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%;
所述阻燃涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂30%~50%,蒸馏水25%~40%,阻燃剂5%~20%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%;
所述导电涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂50%~70%,蒸馏水15%~25%,炭黑5%~20%,石墨1%~10%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%,增稠剂0.2%~2%;
所述阻燃涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂50%~70%,蒸馏水15%~25%,阻燃剂5%~20%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%,增稠剂0.2%~2%。
2.一种轻质高性能多频谱伪装网的制备方法,其特征在于:将方格网浸渍导电涂料①,经烘干后,浸渍阻燃涂料①,最后烘干制成底层;将基布一面涂覆导电涂料②,经烘干后,再两面涂覆阻燃涂料②,烘干后,两面涂覆单色涂料,烘干制成单色布,最后经拼图和切花制成面层;伪装网由底层和面层经包边和绗缝制成;所述导电涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂30%~50%,蒸馏水25%~40%,炭黑5%~20%,石墨1%~10%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%;
所述阻燃涂料①中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂30%~50%,蒸馏水25%~40%,阻燃剂5%~20%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%;
所述导电涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂50%~70%,蒸馏水15%~25%,炭黑5%~20%,石墨1%~10%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%,增稠剂0.2%~2%;
所述阻燃涂料②中各组分的质量百分比为:胶黏剂50%~70%,蒸馏水15%~25%,阻燃剂5%~20%,分散剂0.1%~0.5%,消泡剂0.1%~0.5%,交联剂0.2%~1%,增稠剂0.2%~2%。
3.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述底层方格网面密度为60g~120g,网孔长宽尺寸为2mm~8mm;所述面层基布面密度为70g~140g。
4.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述底层浸渍导电涂料①后增重为5~30g/m2,浸渍用导电涂料①黏度为10mpa·s~1000mpa·s;面层涂覆导电涂料②后增重为20~80g/m2,涂覆用导电涂料②黏度为200mpa·s~20000mpa·s。
5.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述底层浸渍阻燃涂料①后的增重为5~30g/m2,浸渍用阻燃涂料①黏度为10mpa·s~1000mpa·s;面层涂覆阻燃涂料②后的增重为20~160g/m2,涂覆用阻燃涂料②黏度为200mpa·s~20000mpa·s。
6.如权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
所述导电涂料①的制备工艺为:将蒸馏水、炭黑、石墨、分散剂、和消泡剂加入到篮式研磨机研磨缸中,研磨分散4h~8h,研磨机转速为800r/min~1200r/min,研磨完毕后;加入胶黏剂和固化剂,继续研磨1h~3h,研磨机转速为500r/min~1000r/min;
