Abstract

本发明公开了咬扣式织带及其制备方法,涉及织带制备技术,设有织带与底层织带,所述织带内镭射穿孔有与若干圆孔,所述底层织带上PU注塑一次性成型有底纹加固结构与蘑菇头,述织带上热压有反光膜,反光膜中镭射穿孔有若干搭扣孔,搭扣孔与圆孔相对应排列,本发明通过聚氨酯即PU的材料进行注塑,一次性形成的蘑菇头,具有厚实耐磨,轻便韧性的特点,提高咬扣织带的寿命,在织带表面镭射与蘑菇头相对应的圆孔,可使两者准确配对,咬合更牢固。镭射穿孔会使反光膜热熔,冷却后形成热塑保护层,能够保护圆孔表面不起毛,而底层织带编织有热熔丝,镭射穿孔会使圆孔内壁形成热固保护层,保护圆孔内壁不起毛,使保证织带粘扣性能长期稳定。

咬扣式织带及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及织带制备技术领域,特别是涉及咬扣式织带及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统箱包和鞋材应用的辅料之一是绑带,有收紧和束缚的作用,而这种辅料多数是魔术贴材质的,有毛面和勾面,而这种类型的材质在耐磨和使用寿命上并不是那么理想,使用久了毛面会起毛,勾面的勾会被渐渐磨掉脱落,使得辅料的粘扣性能降低,影响用户体验。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供咬扣式织带,以便提高用户的使用性能和使用体验。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明的咬扣式织带,设有织带与底层织带,所述织带内镭射穿孔有若干圆孔,所述底层织带上PU注塑一次性成型有底纹加固结构与在底纹加固结构上的蘑菇头;
底层织带的蘑菇头扣入织带圆孔。
进一步的,所述织带内编织有热熔丝,所述圆孔内壁设有热固保护层。
进一步的,所述织带上热压有反光膜,反光膜中镭射穿孔有若干个搭扣孔,搭扣孔与圆孔同轴设置。
进一步的,所述搭扣孔内壁设有热塑保护层。
进一步的,所述蘑菇头位于底纹加固结构上方,所述蘑菇头与底纹加固结构为一体注塑成型。
进一步的,所述底层织带表面设有防渗透剂与丁酮,防渗透剂与丁酮配比为1:9。
进一步的,所述底纹加固结构为阵列设置,蘑菇头与圆孔相对应设置与底纹加固结构上方。
进一步的,所述底纹加固结构为中心向四周的散射形加强筋,每个底纹加固结构独立设置,各个底纹加固结构之间设有间隙。
所述咬扣式织带的制备方法如下:在计算机上的花盘排版软件上进行排版,穿纱,织造得到织带,底层织带;
A.压膜:将热贴合机升温至130℃,将反光膜热压在织带上,热压9s;
B.穿孔:将镭切机设定50mm/s速度对织带10镭射穿孔;
C防渗:将底层织带放入防渗透剂中浸泡10s;
D.注塑:将PU料倒入注塑机到,料温到底熔融流进特定的模具,在底层织带表面注塑一次性成型底纹加固结构和蘑菇头;
步骤AB与步骤CD无先后顺序。
进一步的,所述步骤B中具体还包括以下内容:
B1.镭射穿孔时,织带在镭切机的高温激光镭射穿孔形成圆孔,镭射过程中,织带内部的热熔丝融化,在圆孔表面形成热固保护层;
B2.镭射穿孔时,反光膜在镭切机的高温激光镭射穿孔形成搭扣孔,镭射过程中,反光膜融化,在搭扣孔表面形成热塑保护层;
步骤B1与B2同步进行。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.本发明通过聚氨酯即PU的材料进行注塑,一次性形成的蘑菇头,具有厚实耐磨,轻便韧性的特点,提高咬扣织带的寿命,在织带表面镭射与蘑菇头相对应的圆孔,可使两者准确配对,咬合更牢固。
2.本发明在织带贴反光膜,增加外观的识别性,同时镭射穿孔会使反光膜热熔,冷却后形成热塑保护层,能够保护圆孔表面不起毛,而底层织带编织有热熔丝,镭射穿孔会热熔丝热熔,使圆孔内壁形成热固保护层,保护圆孔内壁不起毛,使保证织带粘扣性能长期稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例,如图1至图10所示,咬扣式织带及其制备方法,设有设有织带10与底层织带80,织带10内镭射穿孔有与若干圆孔30,底层织带80上PU注塑一次性成型有底纹加固结构60与蘑菇头70。
织带10上热压有反光膜20,反光膜20中镭射穿孔有若干搭扣孔40,搭扣孔40与圆孔30相对应排列,反光膜可防止织带散边。
反光膜20厚度为0.05-0.3mm。
搭扣孔40为矩形阵列设置,孔径大小为1mm-3mm。
蘑菇头70位于底纹加固结构60上方,蘑菇头70凸起高度为2-4mm,直径大小为1.5-3.5mm,底纹加固结构60能够增强蘑菇70头对底层织带80的咬合力,加强蘑菇头70与底层织带80连接效果,底纹加固结构60之间为断开设置,使织带折弯更为灵活。
蘑菇头70为半球形,下面为平面或弧形,顶部设有圆孔,蘑菇头70使用PU材料注塑成型,具有一定的弹性形变,当蘑菇头被挤压时,向中间圆孔收缩,缩小蘑菇头的直径,方便蘑菇头进或出搭扣孔40与圆孔30,由于蘑菇头底部为平面或弧形,有利于增加蘑菇头与搭扣孔的扣合力度。
底层织带80内编织有涤纶,底层织带80表面设有防渗透剂与丁酮,防渗透剂与丁酮配比为1:9,可防止液体渗透进入织带内部破坏其结构。
底纹加固结构60为矩形阵列设置,蘑菇头70与圆孔30相对应设置与底纹加固结构60上方。该咬扣式织带的制备方法如下:
织造:在计算机上的花盘排版软件上进行排版,穿纱,织造得到织带10,底层织带80;
压膜:将热贴合机升温至130℃,将反光膜20热压在织带10上,热压9s;
穿孔:电脑上按照蘑菇头70样板大小画图,用镭切机以50mm/s速度,功率80w,对织带10镭射穿孔,使透明膜20形成搭扣孔40,织带10形成圆孔30;
防渗:将底层织带80放入防渗透剂中浸泡10s;
注塑:将PU料倒入注塑机到,料温到底熔融流进特定的模具,在底层织带80表面注塑一体成型注塑层801以及在注塑层801上方的底纹加固结构60和蘑菇头70。
蘑菇头70设置于底纹加固结构60上方,底纹加固结构60为四边形,四边形的结构起到了稳定蘑菇头70的作用,且底纹加固结构60之间为断开设置,使得底层织带80折弯不会受到张力拉扯,更加轻便有韧性。
镭射穿孔时,织带10在镭切机的高温激光镭射穿孔形成圆孔30,镭射过程中,织带10内部的热熔丝融化,在圆孔30表面形成热固保护层100;能够保护带圆孔30内壁不起毛。
镭射穿孔时,反光膜20在镭切机的高温激光镭射穿孔形成搭扣孔40,镭射过程中,高温使反光膜20融化,在搭扣孔40表面形成热塑保护层41,能够保护织带表面不会因为蘑菇头70多次咬扣而起毛。
咬扣:底层织带80通过的蘑菇头70嵌入穿过搭扣孔40与圆孔30后搭扣在反光膜20表面,搭扣过程中,蘑菇头以及搭扣孔40与圆孔30均发生弹性形变,蘑菇头向中间圆孔收缩,方便穿过搭扣孔40与圆孔30,搭扣在反光膜表面,完成底层织带80与织带10咬合,形成咬扣式织带成品;当蘑菇头退出搭扣孔时,蘑菇头向中间圆孔收缩,方便穿过搭扣孔40与圆孔30,脱离织带。

1.咬扣式织带,设有织带(10)与底层织带(80),其特征在于:所述织带(10)内镭射穿孔有若干圆孔(30),所述底层织带(80)上PU注塑一次性成型有底纹加固结构(60)与在底纹加固结构上的蘑菇头(70);
底层织带(80)的蘑菇头(70)扣入织带(10)圆孔(30)。
2.根据权利要求1所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述织带(10)内编织有热熔丝,所述圆孔(30)内壁设有热固保护层(100)。
3.根据权利要求1所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述织带(10)上热压有反光膜(20),反光膜(20)中镭射穿孔有若干个搭扣孔(40),搭扣孔(40)与圆孔(30)同轴设置。
4.根据权利要求3所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述搭扣孔(40)内壁设有热塑保护层(41)。
5.根据权利要求1所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述蘑菇头(70)位于底纹加固结构(60)上方,所述蘑菇头(70)与底纹加固结构(60)为一体注塑成型。
6.根据权利要求1所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述底层织带(80)表面设有防渗透剂与丁酮,防渗透剂与丁酮配比为1:9。
7.根据权利要求1所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述底纹加固结构(60)为阵列设置,蘑菇头(70)与圆孔(30)相对应设置与底纹加固结构(60)上方。
8.根据权利要求7所述咬扣式织带,其特征在于:所述底纹加固结构(60)为中心向四周的散射形加强筋,每个底纹加固结构(60)独立设置,各个底纹加固结构(60)之间设有间隙。
9.一种实施权利要求1-8之一所述咬扣式织带的制备方法,在计算机上的花盘排版软件上进行排版,穿纱,织造得到织带(10),底层织带(80),其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.压膜:将热贴合机升温,将反光膜(20)热压在织带(10)上;
B.穿孔:将镭切机对织带(10)镭射穿孔;
C.防渗:将底层织带(80)放入防渗透剂中浸泡;
D.注塑:将PU料倒入注塑机,PU料熔融流进模具,在底层织带(80)表面一次性注塑成型底纹加固结构(60)和蘑菇头(70);
步骤AB与步骤CD无先后顺序。
10.根据权利要求9所述咬扣式织带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中具体还包括以下内容:
B1镭射穿孔时,织带(10)在镭切机的高温激光镭射穿孔形成圆孔(30),镭射过程中,织带(10)内部的热熔丝融化,在圆孔(30)表面形成热固保护层(100);
B2镭射穿孔时,反光膜(20)在镭切机的高温激光镭射穿孔形成搭扣孔(40),镭射过程中,反光膜(20)融化,在搭扣孔(40)表面形成热塑保护层(41);
