The insurance unit node 102 may also generate a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, and chain-store the quality defect list on the block chain system 100, so as to ensure that the quality defect list is not falsifiable, and provide each node of the block chain system 100 to download the quality defect list. For a quality defect recorded on the quality defect ticket, the insurance unit node 102 may send a rectification notification to the construction unit node 104, notifying the construction unit that rectification is required. After receiving the rectification notification, the construction unit node 104 forwards the rectification notification to the construction unit node 106, and notifies the construction unit of rectification construction. It should be noted that the uplink storage of the quality inspection result, the quality defect list or the modification result on the blockchain system 100 is to store the quality inspection result, the quality defect list or the modification result synchronously on each node of the blockchain system 100.
In one embodiment, after the constructor completes the rectification, the construction unit node 106 generates a rectification completion notification in addition to the rectification result, and sends the rectification completion notification to the construction unit node 104 for the construction unit to notify the construction unit that the rectification is completed. After receiving the completion of the rectification notification, the construction unit node 104 forwards the completion of the rectification to the insurance unit node 102, so that the construction unit notifies the insurance unit that the rectification is completed. In another specific embodiment, the block chain system 100 further includes a field inspection terminal, which may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and specifically, the field inspection terminal may be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, carried by an insurance wind controller during field inspection, and may have an application installed thereon, and perform data transmission with the wind control unit node 108 or the insurance unit node 102 through a wireless link. When the insurance wind control personnel carry out field inspection, construction node inspection items of residential rooms to be inspected can be obtained and displayed through a field inspection terminal, wherein the construction node inspection items are items to be inspected for residential decoration construction nodes, such as waterproof conditions of toilets or kitchens, anti-leakage conditions of doors and windows, and the like. And the insurance wind control personnel check the decoration quality of the residential room according to the construction node check item and input the quality check result into a field check end. And after receiving the quality inspection result, the field inspection terminal uploads the quality inspection result to the wind control unit node 108 or the insurance unit node 102 through the wireless network.
In another embodiment, after finishing the residential room, the construction unit generates a construction completion notification through the construction unit node 104 and sends the construction completion notification to the insurance unit node 102, which notifies the insurance unit to check the finishing quality of the residential room, and after receiving the construction completion notification, the insurance unit node 102 generates an inspection task order, which is a form in which the project name, the construction node, the insurance unit and the wind control unit are recorded, and entrusts the insurance wind control personnel to check the finishing quality of the residential room. The insurance unit can set room identification and construction node check items for the residential rooms in advance, and upload the room identification, the construction node check items and the mapping relationship between the room identification and the construction node check items to the blockchain system 100 through the insurance unit nodes 102; the insurance unit may also generate the two-dimensional code 204 in advance based on the room identifier of the residential room, and paste the two-dimensional code 204 in the residential room. For example, for a residence of No. 1 block 1 segment 4 units 1 unit 101 in 2019, a room identifier may be set to 201901010401101, a two-dimensional code 204 is generated according to the room identifier, the two-dimensional code is printed and then pasted on a wall near an entrance door of a residence room, when an insurance pneumatic control worker scans the two-dimensional code 204 by using the field inspection terminal 202, the room identifier of the room to be inspected can be obtained, the field inspection terminal 202 sends the room identifier to the block chain system 100, the block chain system 100 searches for a construction node inspection item corresponding to the room identifier after receiving the room identifier, and sends the construction node inspection item back to the field inspection terminal 202, and the insurance pneumatic control worker can check the construction node inspection item through the field inspection terminal 202.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, an application scenario for acquiring a construction node check item by reading a chip in a blockchain system for home improvement quality supervision is provided. The insurance unit can set room identification and construction node check items for the residential rooms in advance, and upload the room identification, the construction node check items and the corresponding relationship between the room identification and the construction node check items to the blockchain system 100 through the insurance unit nodes 102; the insurance unit may also pre-embed a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip 304 in a wall near an entrance door of a residential room, and write the room identifier into the chip 304 through an RFID writing device. When the insurance wind controller performs field inspection, the chip 304 is read by the field inspection terminal 202 to obtain the room identifier of the residential room, and the corresponding construction node inspection item is searched on the block chain system 100 according to the room identifier. Or, the chip number may also be stored in advance in the RFID chip 304, the insurance wind control personnel reads the chip number in advance through the RFID reading device, binds the chip number and the room identifier at the field inspection terminal 202, and sends the binding relationship between the chip number and the room identifier to the block chain system 100, when the insurance wind control personnel performs field inspection, the chip number may be obtained by reading the chip 304 through the field inspection terminal 202, and a construction node inspection item is obtained on the block chain system 100 according to the chip number; or, the insurance unit can write the construction node inspection items of the residential rooms into the RFID chip 304 through the RFID writing device in advance, and when the insurance wind controller performs field inspection, the insurance wind controller can directly read the construction node inspection items of the residential rooms by reading the chip 304 through the field inspection terminal 202.
According to the block chain system for monitoring the house decoration quality, the quality inspection result is received through the node of the insurance unit, the quality defect list is generated according to the quality inspection result, the construction nodes with the quality defects can be counted, the quality inspection result and the quality defect list are linked and stored on the block chain system, the quality inspection result and the quality defect list can be prevented from being illegally tampered, and a basis is provided for insurance claim settlement; the construction unit node transmits a rectification and reform notification to the construction unit node through the insurance unit node, and the construction unit node forwards the rectification and reform notification to the construction unit node after receiving the rectification and reform notification, so that the construction unit can be notified to rectify and reform the construction node with quality defects; after receiving the rectification notification, the construction unit node acquires the quality defect list from the block chain system, so that the construction unit can rectify the quality defect list, and the rectification efficiency is improved; the construction unit node generates an adjustment and modification result, and links the adjustment and modification result on the block chain system for deposit evidence, so that the adjustment and modification result can be prevented from being illegally tampered, and a basis is provided for insurance claim settlement; when the decoration quality problem occurs in the residential room, the insurance unit node performs insurance claim according to at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the rectification result of the certificate stored in the block chain system, so that when the decoration quality problem occurs, the responsibility main body can be determined, and the decoration quality problem can be effectively solved through the insurance claim.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, a block chain system 100 for home improvement quality supervision is provided. The plurality of nodes of the blockchain system 100 may include an insurance unit node 102, a construction unit node 104, a construction unit node 106, and an air control unit node 108, and the plurality of nodes may ensure consistency of stored data through information transmission. When any node receives the input information, other nodes can acquire the input information according to the consensus algorithm and store the input information as shared data. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a timing diagram of a blockchain system 100 transaction processing flow for home improvement quality supervision is provided. The block chain system 100 may be constructed based on Fabric architecture, and may include at least a client (client) installed with a corresponding App or SDK (Software Development Kit), an endorsement Node (EP), a sorting Node (Ordering Node), and a billing Node (Committing Peer).
The client may be any one of the insurance unit node 102, the construction unit node 104, the construction unit node 106, and the wind control unit node 108.
The client is mainly used for initiating transaction messages to the endorsement node. The endorsement node is mainly used for receiving transaction information, verifying transaction, preprocessing and other services of the client and transmitting the signed data back to the client. The sequencing node is mainly used for sequencing the transactions according to a specified algorithm and returning a sequencing result to the accounting node, and the sequencing node usually does not pay attention to specific transaction details. The accounting node may be a full node in the blockchain system 100, and usually needs to record complete blockchain information, verify the correctness of each transaction, and finally package the transaction information into the nodes of the blockchain system 100.
The transaction processing flow of the blockchain system 100 may specifically include the following steps:
step S501, the client side sends a transaction request to the endorsement node.
Specifically, the client initiates a transaction through a transaction request (transaction request), which may generally include information such as clientID, chaencodeid, txPayLoad, timesmamp, and clientSig. The clientID is an identifier of the client, the chaencodeID is an identifier of the intelligent contract, the txPayLoad is a transaction payload, the timestamp is a timestamp, and the clientSig is a signature of the client. Thus, the transaction request specifies three elements of the main body, the time and the content of one transaction. The transaction request may be sent to the three endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 according to the endorsement policy in the designated chainkode.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, three endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 are taken as an example for description, and in practical applications, the block chain system 100 may have more than three endorsement nodes.
The client may hash (hash, an abstract Algorithm) the transaction content through the fabry sdk to obtain hashed data, then encrypt and sign the hashed data through an asymmetric encryption ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) by using a key issued in advance by a CA (CA authentication, electronic authentication service), to obtain a Signature < clientSig > of the client, and then package the transaction content and the Signature < clientSig > into the transaction request.
It should be noted that before data is transmitted between nodes of the distributed system, the data may be subjected to digest processing once at the original node, and the digest is asymmetrically encrypted by using the private key of the original node, so as to obtain an encrypted signature, and then the data and the encrypted signature are packaged into a message and transmitted to the target node. And the target node performs digest processing on the transmitted data, decrypts the signature by using the public key of the original node, compares the decryption result with the digest, and can judge that the content of the message is not tampered under the condition of consistency.
In the message transmitted by the original node, because other nodes do not have the private key of the original node, the encrypted signature of the original node cannot be forged, and if a third party tampers the data content, the data digest of the target node cannot be verified, and the transaction cannot be executed; if the third party tampers with the signature content, the target node is abnormal in signature decryption, and the transaction cannot be executed. Therefore, through the encryption verification process, the third party cannot carry out illegal tampering on the transmission process of the block chain.
And step S502, the endorsement node executes the simulated transaction according to the transaction request to obtain an endorsement result.
After receiving the transaction request, the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 simulate to execute an intelligent contract to simulate the transaction to obtain a transaction result. Specifically, the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 all start the designated chain code to access the local book to trigger the simulation execution transaction, generate a Read-Write Set (Read-Write Set), perform an endorsement signature on the Read-Write Set by using the private key of the endorsement node itself, and finally package the Read-Write Set and the endorsement signature as an endorsement result.
In step S503, the endorsement node returns an endorsement result to the client.
Specifically, the endorsement node may return the endorsement result and its respective CA certificate signature to the client, so that the client checks whether the endorsement is successful or not with respect to the endorsement result.
Step S504, the client collects endorsement results of each endorsement node and verifies the endorsement results.
Specifically, the client collects endorsement results fed back by the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3, and checks the endorsement results, and if the endorsement results of the three endorsement nodes are all the same (the contents of the read-write sets are the same), that is, the checks pass, the endorsement results can be forwarded to the sequencing node.
For example, in the process of endorsement, the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 may trigger an upload method in the intelligent contract, and the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 may all use the information in the transaction request to execute the upload method, and if a certain endorsement node modifies the upload method (for example, a certain calculation parameter) in order to conceal the detection result, the endorsement node executes the data of the read-write set obtained by the upload method, which is different from the data of the read-write sets of other endorsement nodes, the client may determine that the endorsement has failed, and determine that the transaction has failed. If endorsement is successful, the endorsement result is triggered to be forwarded to a sequencing node.
And step S505, the client forwards the endorsement result to a sorting node.
Specifically, after determining that endorsement is successful, the client sends the endorsement result of each endorsement node to the sequencing node.
The blockchain system 100 may include a sorting node cluster, where the sorting node cluster includes a plurality of candidate sorting nodes, and the sorting nodes may be selected from the candidate sorting nodes through a consensus mechanism in each transaction. In this embodiment, the election of the sequencing nodes may be performed through a Raft consensus mechanism. The Raft consensus mechanism follows a "leader and follower" model, with the leader elected in each transaction and the leader's decisions replicated to the followers. More specifically, each node in the blockchain system 100 may have any one of the states Follower, candidate, and Leader. When a certain node is in a Leader state, the node is called a Leader node of the current transaction, namely the above sorting node responsible for sorting the current transaction.
Step S506, the sorting node sorts the endorsement results and packs the endorsement results into blocks.
Specifically, after the endorsement results of the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3 are collected by the sorting node, the transaction results are sorted according to the receiving time, so that the transactions of all the endorsement nodes can be executed in sequence, and the block is generated according to the endorsement results.
In step S507, the sorting node broadcasts the block to the billing node.
After the sorting node generates the chunks, the chunks are broadcast to accounting nodes in the blockchain system 100.
In step S508, the accounting node checks and accounts the block.
The accounting node may perform final checks (message structure, signature integrity, duplication, matching of read and write set versions, etc.) on the blocks of the batch obtained from the sorting node. And writing the account book after the check is passed.
In step S509, the sequencing node notifies the endorsement node that the transaction is successful.
The sequencing node may send a notification message of the transaction success to the endorsement nodes EP1, EP2, and EP3. As the client subscribes to the message, the sequencing node also sends a notification message of successful transaction to the client.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, a structural schematic of the blockchain system underlying data storage for home improvement quality oversight is provided. The block chain is composed of a plurality of blocks, and the previous block is a parent block of the next block. Each block comprises a block header and a block main body, wherein the block main body is used for storing service information, and the block header comprises a version number, a time stamp, a service information characteristic value and a difficulty value. The structure can enable the data information stored in each block in the block chain to be associated with the data information in the father block, and ensure that the information cannot be tampered.
In one embodiment, the construction unit node is further configured to generate a rectification completion notification and send the rectification completion notification to the construction unit node; the construction unit node is also used for forwarding the rectification completion notice to the insurance unit node; the insurance unit node is also used for acquiring an rectification result on the block chain system when receiving a rectification completion notice; the correction result is also used for insurance wind control personnel to evaluate the risk of claim settlement.
In the concrete implementation, after the constructor finishes the rectification, the construction unit node generates a rectification result and a rectification completion notification, and sends the rectification completion notification to the construction unit node for the construction unit to notify the construction unit that the rectification is completed. And after receiving the rectification completion notification, the construction unit node forwards the rectification completion notification to the insurance unit node, so that the construction unit notifies the insurance unit that rectification is completed. After receiving the completion of the rectification, the insurance unit node downloads the rectification result in the block chain system, and the insurance wind control personnel can evaluate the risk of insurance claim settlement according to the rectification result. Further, if the construction unit has fewer quality problems in the current insurance application period, the insurance premium of the next period may be correspondingly decreased, otherwise, if the construction unit has more quality problems in the current insurance application period, the insurance premium of the next period is correspondingly increased, and even insurance cannot be purchased.
In the embodiment, the rectification completion notification is generated by the construction unit node and is sent to the construction unit node, and the construction unit node forwards the rectification completion notification to the insurance unit node, so that the construction unit and the insurance unit can be notified after the construction unit completes the rectification, and the supervision efficiency is improved; when the insurance unit node receives the rectification completion notice, the rectification result is obtained on the block chain system, and insurance wind control personnel can accurately evaluate the insurance claim risk of the house decoration quality.
In one embodiment, the blockchain system further comprises a field inspection terminal; the field inspection terminal is used for acquiring the construction node inspection items of the residential rooms and displaying the construction node inspection items so as to allow insurance wind control personnel to inspect the decoration quality of the residential rooms according to the construction node inspection items; and the field inspection terminal is also used for receiving a quality inspection result submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection, and uploading the quality inspection result to the insurance unit node.
The construction node inspection item is a project which needs to be inspected for the complete decoration construction node, such as the waterproof condition of a toilet or a kitchen, the anti-leakage condition of doors and windows, and the like.
In a specific implementation, the block chain system may further include a field inspection terminal, where the field inspection terminal may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices, and specifically, the field inspection terminal may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer that is carried by an insurance wind controller during field inspection, and performs data transmission with the wind control unit node or the insurance unit node through a wireless link. In the embodiment, the construction node check items of the residential room are obtained through the field check end, and are displayed, so that insurance wind control personnel can conveniently and accurately obtain the construction node check items, and check the decoration quality of the residential room according to the construction node check items; the quality inspection result submitted after the insurance wind control personnel inspect is received through the field inspection terminal, and the quality inspection result is uploaded to the insurance unit node, so that the responsibility main body can be determined when the decoration quality problem occurs, and the decoration quality problem can be effectively solved through insurance claims.

In this embodiment, the room identifiers and the construction node check items of the residential rooms are uploaded to the blockchain system through the insurance unit nodes, and the room identifiers and the construction node check items can be stored in the blockchain system; the two-dimensional codes set for the residential rooms are scanned through the field inspection terminal to obtain the room identifiers of the residential rooms, and the construction node inspection items of the residential rooms are obtained on the block chain system according to the room identifiers, so that insurance wind control personnel can conveniently and accurately obtain the construction node inspection items of the rooms to be inspected, the working efficiency is improved, and the condition of false inspection is avoided.

In this embodiment, the room identifiers and the construction node check items of the residential rooms are uploaded to the blockchain system through the insurance unit nodes, and the room identifiers and the construction node check items can be stored in the blockchain system; the RFID chip set for the residential room is read through the field inspection terminal to obtain the room identifier of the residential room, and the construction node inspection item of the residential room is obtained on the block chain system according to the room identifier, so that the construction node inspection item of the room to be inspected can be conveniently and accurately obtained by security wind control personnel, the working efficiency is improved, and the condition of false detection is avoided.
In one embodiment, the quality inspection result comprises quality description information and a quality defect image; the field inspection terminal is also used for receiving quality description information submitted by insurance wind control personnel after inspection and uploading the quality description information to the insurance unit node; the field inspection terminal is further used for shooting according to the image shooting instruction when receiving the image shooting instruction sent by the insurance wind control personnel to obtain a quality defect image and uploading the quality defect image to the insurance unit node.
The quality description information is character description information input by insurance wind control personnel aiming at quality defects after the decoration quality of a room to be inspected is inspected.

In the specific implementation, insurance wind control personnel can log in an application program on a field inspection end, and can check the project to be inspected of the designated building unit by clicking a backlog button in the application program, wherein the project to be inspected is generated according to a construction plan submitted by a construction unit and comprises all construction nodes and construction parts of the building unit. In an embodiment, the insurance unit node is further configured to, when a fitment quality complaint sheet for the residential room is received, obtain at least one of a quality inspection result, a quality defect sheet, and a rectification result on the blockchain system, and generate an insurance claim term for the fitment quality complaint sheet according to the preset insurance claim contract and the at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect sheet, and the rectification result.
The fitment quality complaint sheet is a complaint record sheet initiated by a house buyer or a resident aiming at the fitment quality problem of the house, and can be characters, data and/or a table.
The insurance claim term is the sum of the terms which are determined by insurance units and are claimed aiming at the home decoration quality.
In the specific implementation, the construction unit purchases insurance from the insurance unit in advance and signs an insurance claim settlement contract. When a house buyer or a resident finds that the house has decoration quality defects, a quality complaint sheet can be sent to a construction unit, and the construction unit sends the quality complaint sheet to an insurance unit node of an insurance unit through the construction unit node. In a specific implementation, a construction unit may input information of numbers in buildings, units, floors and sleeves of a house to a node of the construction unit, and each household in the floors may be numbered according to the numbers in the buildings and the sleeves, for example, when a floor is 1 and the numbers in the sleeves are 1 and 2, the numbers are set to three positions, a first position is a floor, a third position is a sleeve number, a second position is constant to 0, and each set of rooms are numbered, so that room numbers 101 and 102 of a first layer of rooms may be obtained, further, the number of the floors in the room number may be determined according to the length of a floor field, for example, for a 10 th floor, the length of a floor field is 2, four-position room numbers may be set, the first two positions are floors, the fourth position is a sleeve number, and the third position is constant to 0, and further room numbers 1001 and 1002 may be obtained. After obtaining the room number for a residential room, the building unit node may generate a residential room table that records building, unit, floor, and room number information for each residential room in the residence. After the house room table is obtained, the building stereo model can be generated by counting the house room table, for example, two sets of rooms in the first floor can be counted according to the room numbers 101 and 102 of the first floor recorded by the house room table, and the two sets of rooms are displayed in the first floor in the building stereo model. By obtaining the quality inspection result from the block chain system, the inspection state of the insurance wind control personnel for decoration quality inspection can be recorded in the residential room table, and the inspection state of all residential rooms can be recorded as 'non-inspection' in the initial condition, and the corresponding residential rooms in the building stereo model are marked as the non-inspection state. With the proceeding of the field inspection, the quality inspection result is gradually obtained, the inspection state of the residential room in the residential room table can be correspondingly updated to the states of 'inspection in process', 'inspection passing', 'inspection not passing' and the like, and the states are displayed in real time in the building stereo model through corresponding marks, so that the inspection progress of the decoration quality inspection is displayed. The residential room recorded as 'inspection failure' in the residential room table can be used as a target residential room, the corresponding building, unit, floor and room number of the residential room are searched according to the residential room table, the position of the target residential room in the three-dimensional building model is determined, and the alarm is given through operations such as highlight display and the like at the corresponding position.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8, an input interface diagram for a block chain system building stereo model for home improvement quality supervision is provided. When a piece of building information needs to be added, clicking a 'newly added row' button to fill in the building, unit, floor and number information in a set which needs to be added, for example, building information is added to the 10 th building 11 units 1 to 20 layers, wherein each layer has 3 sets of rooms, and the number of the building 10, the unit 11, the floor 1-20 and the number in the set 1, 2 and 3 can be input. And storing the data, filling and checking the data, transmitting the data to a background of the nodes of the construction unit, deleting the previous information if the same information of the buildings, units and floors exists in the background, and generating a house room table according to the current floor and the serial number in the house.
In another embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9, a schematic diagram of a residential room table for a building stereo model of a blockchain system for residential finishing quality oversight is provided. The building unit node background generates room numbers of residential rooms according to floors and the in-house numbers in the building information, for example, room numbers 101, 102 and 103 can be generated for in- house numbers 1, 2 and 3 of a 10 th building 11 unit 1 layer, wherein the floors and the in-house numbers can be dynamically bound. And then, judging whether the same room number of the same floor of the same unit of the same building is recorded in the residential room table, if so, returning to the situation that the current room number exists, otherwise, recording the room number in the residential room table, and displaying the residential room table. The home room table can also record the conditions of main lying, main living room, main toilet, balcony, main kitchen and the like in each set of rooms, for example, for the main lying of the unit 1 floor 101 room of the 10 th building 11, the home room table can record the condition as '10-11-1-101-main lying'.
In another embodiment, the number of rooms on the floor designated by the designated floor designation unit is counted according to the residential room table, for example, when the room numbers of the 10 th floor 11 unit 1 are 101, 102 and 103, the number of rooms is counted as 3. The method comprises the steps of counting a plurality of floors of a plurality of buildings, a plurality of units and a plurality of floors, generating a building three-dimensional model data table for recording the number of buildings, units, floors and rooms, generating a building three-dimensional model for each floor of each unit of each building according to the number of the rooms obtained by counting according to the building three-dimensional model data table, splicing a pre-drawn base below the building three-dimensional model, and rendering colors and shadows.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, an effect display diagram of a block chain system building stereo model for home decoration quality supervision is provided, initially, a building unit node may mark all the residential rooms in the building stereo model as gray, which indicates that an insurance wind controller has not performed a decoration quality inspection on the home, as the inspection is performed, the building unit node gradually acquires inspection results such as "inspection passed" or "inspection failed" from the block chain, records the inspection results in a residential room table, re-generates the building stereo model according to the residential room table, marks the residential room in which the inspection is passed as black, marks the residential room in which the inspection is failed as white, and alarms on the residential room in which the inspection is not passed through by the white mark.
In the embodiment, the floor and the in-sleeve number of the house are obtained on the block chain system through the building unit nodes, the house rooms of the house are numbered according to the floor and the in-sleeve number, a house room table of the house is generated, and information of each set of house rooms can be listed; building a building three-dimensional model of the house by counting the house room tables, and displaying the decoration quality inspection progress in real time through the building three-dimensional model; when a quality inspection result uploaded by a field inspection terminal is received, the building unit node displays the quality inspection result on the building three-dimensional model, and the decoration quality inspection progress can be displayed in real time; when the quality inspection result is that the inspection is failed, the construction unit node determines a target residential room corresponding to the quality inspection result according to the residential room table, and gives an alarm to the target residential room in the building three-dimensional model, so that quality problems existing in residential decoration can be timely given an alarm, related units are informed to process the quality problems, and the quality supervision efficiency is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11, a schematic diagram of a home improvement quality monitoring system 1100 is provided, including a field inspection terminal 1102, a server 1104, an insurance terminal 1106, and a construction unit terminal 1108;
the field inspection terminal 1102 is used for acquiring the construction node inspection items of the residential rooms and displaying the construction node inspection items so that insurance wind control personnel can inspect the decoration quality of the residential rooms according to the construction node inspection items;
the field inspection terminal 1102 is further configured to receive a quality inspection result submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after the insurance wind control personnel perform inspection, and upload the quality inspection result to the server 1104;
the server 1104 is used for generating a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, and sending the quality defect list to the construction unit, so that the construction unit can correct and modify the decoration quality of the construction node according to the quality defect list;
the server 1104 is further configured to receive a finishing result fed back by the construction unit after finishing the finishing quality of the construction node, so that when the insurance unit has a finishing quality problem in a residential room, the insurance claim is performed according to at least one of a quality inspection result, a quality defect list, and the finishing result.
It should be noted that the home decoration quality supervision system 1100 may further include a wind control end and a construction unit end, where the wind control end is configured to receive the quality inspection result uploaded by the field inspection end 1102 and forward the quality inspection result to the server 1104, the construction unit end is configured to receive the quality defect list from the construction unit end 1108 and correct and modify the quality defect list according to the quality defect list, and the construction unit end 1108 receives the quality defect list sent by the server 1104 and forwards the quality defect list to the construction unit end.
The system can be applied to the scenario shown in fig. 12, and in combination with the application scenario of the home improvement quality monitoring system shown in fig. 12, the server 1104 may be implemented by a separate server or a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers, and may be a server of a monitoring unit, and the monitoring unit may be a management department (e.g., a monitoring station). The field inspection terminal 1102 can be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer which are carried by insurance wind control personnel during field inspection, and an application program can be installed on the mobile terminal, the wind control terminal 1103 can be a computer terminal of a wind control unit, the insurance terminal 1106 can be a computer terminal of an insurance unit, the construction unit terminal 1108 can be a computer terminal of a construction unit, and the construction unit terminal 1109 can be a computer terminal of a construction unit. The field inspection terminal 1102 can perform data transmission with the wind control terminal 1103 through a wireless link, and the field inspection terminal 1102 can also directly perform data transmission with the server 1104 through a wireless link.
In the concrete implementation, in order to make clear the responsibility subject when the decoration quality problem occurs, an insurance enterprise supervision mechanism can be introduced, insurance is purchased for the decoration quality of the house through a construction unit, the insurance unit supervises the decoration quality of the house in each decoration stage, and insurance claims are provided when the decoration quality problem occurs in the house, so that the decoration quality problem is effectively solved. The insurance unit can engage a third-party wind control unit with decoration quality supervision experience to perform quality inspection and risk assessment, the wind control unit can assign wind control personnel to perform field inspection, the wind control personnel acquire and display construction node inspection items of residential rooms to be inspected through the field inspection terminal 1102, and the decoration quality of the residential rooms is subjected to field inspection according to the construction node inspection items. After the inspection is completed, the wind control personnel inputs the quality inspection result into the field inspection terminal 1102, and after receiving the quality inspection result, the field inspection terminal 1102 uploads the quality inspection result to the server 1104 through the wireless network, or forwards the quality inspection result to the server 1104 through the wind control terminal 1103. After receiving the quality inspection result, the server 1104 generates a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, and the quality defect list records construction nodes with quality defects. The server 1104 can also forward the quality inspection result to the insurance terminal 1106, generate a quality defect ticket through the insurance terminal 1106, and send the quality defect ticket back to the server 1104. The server 1104 may also send the quality defect list to the construction unit end 1108, and the construction unit end 1108 forwards the quality defect list to the construction unit end 1109, informing the construction unit to modify the quality defect list. After finishing the rectification, the construction unit generates a rectification result at the construction unit end 1109, feeds the rectification result back to the construction unit end 1108, and forwards the rectification result to the server 1104 through the construction unit end 1108. Through the above process, the server 1104 can record and store the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the rectification result, and when the residential room has decoration quality problems, the insurance unit can obtain the storage information such as the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the rectification result from the server 1104 and carry out insurance claim settlement according to the storage information.
In one embodiment, a room identifier and a construction node check item may be set for a residential room in advance, and the room identifier, the construction node check item, and a mapping relationship between the room identifier and the construction node check item are stored on the server 1104; the insurance unit can generate the two-dimensional code in advance according to the room identification of the residential room, and paste the two-dimensional code in the residential room. When the insurance wind control personnel perform field inspection, the two-dimensional code is scanned through the field inspection terminal 1102 to obtain a room identifier of a house room, the field inspection terminal 1102 sends the room identifier to the server 1104, the server 1104 searches a construction node inspection item corresponding to the room identifier after receiving the room identifier and sends the construction node inspection item to the field inspection terminal 1102, and the insurance wind control personnel can check the construction node inspection item through the field inspection terminal 1102.
In another embodiment, a room identifier and a construction node check item may be set in advance for a residential room, and the room identifier, the construction node check item, and a mapping relationship between the room identifier and the construction node check item may be stored on the server 1104; the insurance unit can pre-embed an RFID chip in a wall near an entrance door of a residential room in advance, and writes the room identification into the chip through an RFID writing device. When the insurance wind control personnel perform field inspection, the chip is read through the field inspection terminal 1102 to obtain a room identifier of a house room, the field inspection terminal 1102 sends the room identifier to the server 1104, the server 1104 searches a construction node inspection item corresponding to the room identifier after receiving the room identifier and sends the construction node inspection item to the field inspection terminal 1102, and the insurance wind control personnel can check the construction node inspection item through the field inspection terminal 1102.
In another specific embodiment, a chip number may also be stored in advance in the RFID chip, the insurance wind controller reads the chip number through the RFID reading device, binds the chip number and the room identifier at the field inspection terminal 1102, and sends the binding relationship between the chip number and the room identifier to the server 1104, when the insurance wind controller performs field inspection, the chip number may be obtained by reading the chip through the field inspection terminal 1102, the field inspection terminal 1102 sends the chip number to the server 1104, the server 1104 searches for the room identifier corresponding to the chip number after receiving the chip number, and then determines the construction node inspection item according to the room identifier, and sends the construction node inspection item back to the field inspection terminal 1102, and the insurance wind controller may check the construction node inspection item through the field inspection terminal 1102.
In another specific embodiment, the insurance unit may also write the construction node inspection item of the residential room into the RFID chip through the RFID writing device in advance, and when the insurance wind controller performs field inspection, the insurance wind controller may directly read the construction node inspection item of the residential room by reading the chip through the field inspection terminal 1102.
In another embodiment, after receiving the quality inspection result submitted by the field inspection terminal 1102, the server 1104 may generate a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, as shown in fig. 13, which provides a display interface diagram of the quality defect list of the home decoration quality supervision system, wherein the display interface diagram includes the building unit, the construction site, and the construction nodes of the residential room, and the quality problem level and the corresponding problem description of each construction node, for example, by inspecting each construction node of the residential room No. 1, 1 unit 1, 1 building 101, in the first period and 4 periods of the parcel No. 1 project, the obtained quality defect list shows that there are 1 quality problems in the room, the problem level is 1, and the specific problem is described as "kitchen water proof is not qualified". The server 1104 sends the quality defect list to an insurance terminal 1106 of an insurance unit, after the insurance unit confirms and feeds back the confirmation message, the server 1104 sends the quality defect list to a construction unit terminal 1108 of a construction unit, the construction unit terminal 1108 forwards the quality defect list to a construction unit terminal 1109, after receiving the quality defect list, the construction unit corrects the kitchen water resistance of the corresponding residential room according to the displayed quality problem, and feeds back the correction result (for example, "corrected") to the server 1104. After receiving the reconditioning result, the server 1104 may send the reconditioning result to the field inspection terminal 1102, or forward the reconditioning result to the field inspection terminal 1102 through the wind control terminal 1103, and notify the insurance wind control personnel to review the residential room, as shown in fig. 14, a display interface diagram of the reconditioning review of the residential fitment quality supervision system is provided, and the insurance wind control personnel can view and review the reconditioning result by selecting a "reconditioning pending" sub-item under an "pending item" item in the application program of the field inspection terminal 1102, and can browse the reconditioning result under the reconditioning review interface, and input the review result, and the information such as the text description and the field picture of the review after the review. If there is a quality problem in the retest, the above-mentioned rectification process is repeated, otherwise, if the quality retest result obtained by the retest is "check pass", the quality retest result is sent to the insurance terminal 1106 via the server 1102, and the insurance unit finally confirms the result.
In another specific embodiment, the server 1104 can store the quality inspection result, the quality defect list, the rectification result, the confirmation message of the insurance unit, and the text, the photo, the video, etc. generated in the decoration quality inspection process, when the decoration quality problem occurs, the insurance unit can call the storage information from the server 1104 through the insurance terminal 1106, and perform insurance claim settlement according to the storage information, thereby improving the fairness and the reliability of the insurance claim settlement. Further, if the quality problem of the construction unit in the current guarantee period is less, the guarantee fee of the next period can be correspondingly adjusted downwards, otherwise, if the quality problem of the current guarantee period is more, the guarantee fee of the next period is correspondingly adjusted upwards, even insurance cannot be bought, so that certain constraint is given to the construction unit, and the decoration quality is ensured.
According to the house decoration quality supervision system, the construction node check items of the house room are obtained through the field check end, the construction node check items are displayed, so that the insurance wind control personnel can conveniently and accurately obtain the construction node check items of the house room when checking the house room, the construction node check items are checked, the field check end receives the quality check results submitted by the insurance wind control personnel and uploads the quality check results to the server, the quality check results can be processed through the server without manual intervention, and the supervision efficiency is improved; the server generates a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result and sends the quality defect list to the construction unit, the construction unit can be informed to correct the quality defect in time, the decoration quality problem is reduced, the server receives the correction result fed back by the construction unit after correction, when the decoration quality problem occurs in the residential room, the server can provide the storage certificates of the correction result, the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the like for the insurance unit to carry out insurance claim according to the storage certificates, so that the responsibility main body is determined, and the decoration quality problem is effectively solved through the insurance claim.
To facilitate a thorough understanding of the embodiments of the present application by those skilled in the art, the following description will be made with reference to specific examples of fig. 15-26.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, a full-fitting inspection process for a home fitting quality monitoring system is provided. The construction unit submits a building unit total progress schedule and a building unit plan implementation table to a competent department, wherein the building unit total progress schedule is a form for planning house decoration progress, the building unit plan implementation table records house decoration plans in a period, and the competent department carries out recording after auditing the building unit total progress schedule and the building unit plan implementation table. The wind control personnel carry out on-site inspection on the construction nodes according to a building unit plan implementation table submitted by a construction unit, when a quality problem is found, the construction nodes are sent to an insurance company for confirmation, the insurance company determines whether to issue a quality defect list according to the quality problem condition, when the quality defect list needs to be issued, the insurance company issues the quality defect list to the construction unit, the construction unit notifies the construction unit to carry out rectification and modification, and notifies the wind control company to carry out recheck after the rectification and modification of the construction unit is completed, and the insurance company needs to confirm after the recheck is completed. The administrative department can decide whether to issue the rectification notice according to the quality defect list of the insurance company, when the rectification notice needs to be issued, the administrative department issues the rectification notice to the construction unit, the rectification notice can be copied to the wind control company and the insurance company in the meantime, the construction unit informs the construction unit of rectification, and the administrative department replies the rectification result after the rectification of the construction unit is completed. The administrative department can also send supervisors for examination, the supervisors register and submit examination records, and decide whether to issue the rectification notice sheet according to the examination records, when the rectification notice sheet needs to be issued, the supervisors issue the rectification notice sheet to the construction units, the construction units can transmit the rectification notice sheet to the wind control companies and the insurance companies, the construction units inform the construction units of rectification, and the administrative department replies rectification results after the rectification of the construction units is completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 16, a flow of rectification according to a quality rectification notice is provided. The quality rectification notice sheet is a form for recording construction nodes needing rectification, and the recorded contents can comprise project names, building units, construction nodes, supervision units, notice sheet issuing units, and the grade and specific text description of quality problems. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 29-30 are only block diagrams of some of the configurations relevant to the present disclosure, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present disclosure may be applied, and that a particular computing device may include more or less components than shown, or combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: acquiring construction node inspection items of residential rooms; displaying the construction node check items for the insurance wind control personnel to check the decoration quality of the residential rooms according to the construction node check items; receiving a quality inspection result submitted by an insurance wind control worker after inspection; and uploading the quality inspection result to a server, so that the server generates a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, sends the quality defect list to a construction unit, and receives a finishing result fed back by the construction unit after finishing the decoration quality of the construction node.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program: receiving a quality check result; generating a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, and issuing the quality defect list to a construction unit for the construction unit to correct the decoration quality of the construction node according to the quality defect list; and receiving a finishing result fed back by the construction unit after finishing the finishing quality of the construction node, so that when the insurance unit has finishing quality problems in the residential room, carrying out insurance claim settlement according to at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the finishing result.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: acquiring a construction node inspection item of a residential room; displaying the construction node check items for the insurance wind control personnel to check the decoration quality of the residential rooms according to the construction node check items; receiving a quality inspection result submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection; and uploading the quality inspection result to a server, so that the server generates a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, sends the quality defect list to a construction unit, and receives a finishing result fed back by the construction unit after finishing the decoration quality of the construction node.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of: receiving a quality check result; generating a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, and issuing the quality defect list to a construction unit for the construction unit to correct the decoration quality of the construction node according to the quality defect list; and receiving a finishing and modifying result fed back after finishing and modifying the decoration quality of the construction node by the construction unit, so that when the decoration quality problem occurs in the residential room, the insurance unit can carry out insurance claim settlement according to at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the finishing and modifying result.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), for example.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

the insurance unit node is used for receiving a quality inspection result and performing uplink chain storage on the block chain system according to the quality inspection result; the quality inspection result is uploaded by an insurance wind control worker through a field inspection terminal; the quality inspection result is used for describing a result obtained after the decoration quality of the residential room is inspected;
the insurance unit node is also used for generating a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result and carrying out chain loading and evidence saving on the quality defect list on the block chain system; the quality defect list records construction nodes with quality defects;
the insurance unit node is also used for sending a rectification notification to the construction unit node;
the construction unit node is used for forwarding the rectification notification to the construction unit node after receiving the rectification notification;
the construction unit node is used for acquiring the quality defect list on the block chain system after receiving the rectification notice; the quality defect list is used for a constructor to rectify and reform the construction nodes with the quality defects;
the construction unit node is also used for generating an rectification and modification result and carrying out chain loading and evidence saving on the rectification and modification result on the block chain system; the rectification result is used for describing a result obtained after rectification and modification are carried out on the construction node with the quality defect;
and the insurance unit node is also used for carrying out insurance claim settlement according to at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the rectification result of the certificate stored on the block chain system when the decoration quality problem occurs in the residential room.
2. The blockchain system of claim 1, wherein the construction unit node is further configured to generate a rectification completion notification and send the rectification completion notification to the construction unit node;
the construction unit node is further configured to forward the rectification completion notification to the insurance unit node;
the insurance unit node is further configured to obtain the rectification result on the block chain system when receiving the rectification completion notification; and the rectification result is also used for the insurance wind control personnel to evaluate the risk of claim settlement.
3. The blockchain system of claim 1, further comprising the field check terminal;
the field inspection terminal is used for acquiring a construction node inspection item of a residential room and displaying the construction node inspection item so that the insurance wind control personnel can inspect the decoration quality of the residential room according to the construction node inspection item;
and the field inspection terminal is also used for receiving a quality inspection result submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection, and uploading the quality inspection result to the insurance unit node.
4. The blockchain system of claim 1, wherein the construction unit node is further configured to generate a construction completion notification after finishing of the residential room and to send the construction completion notification to the insurance unit node;
the insurance unit node is used for generating an inspection task entrusting order after receiving the construction completion notification; and the inspection task entrusting sheet is used for entrusting the insurance wind control personnel to inspect the decoration quality of the residential room.
5. The blockchain system of claim 3, wherein the insurance unit node is further configured to upload room identifications for the residential rooms and the construction node check items to the blockchain system;
the field inspection terminal is further configured to scan the two-dimensional code set for the residential room, obtain a room identifier of the residential room, and obtain the construction node inspection item of the residential room on the block chain system according to the room identifier.
6. The blockchain system of claim 3, wherein the insurance unit node is further configured to upload room identifications of the residential rooms and the construction node check terms to the blockchain system;
the field inspection terminal is further configured to read an RFID chip set for the residential room, obtain the room identifier of the residential room, and obtain the construction node inspection item of the residential room on the block chain system according to the room identifier.
7. The system of claim 3, wherein the quality inspection results comprise quality description information and a quality defect image;
the field inspection terminal is also used for receiving the quality description information submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection and uploading the quality description information to the insurance unit node;
and the field inspection terminal is also used for shooting according to the image shooting instruction when receiving the image shooting instruction sent by the insurance wind control personnel to obtain the quality defect image and uploading the quality defect image to the insurance unit node.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the insurance unit node is further configured to, when a fitment quality complaint sheet for the residential room is received, obtain at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect sheet, and the rectification result on the blockchain system, and generate an insurance claim for the fitment quality complaint sheet according to the at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect sheet, and the rectification result, and a preset insurance claim contract.

The system of claim 1, wherein the construction unit node is further configured to obtain a floor and a jacket number of the residence on the blockchain system; numbering the residential rooms of the residence according to the floor and the serial numbers in the sleeve to generate a residential room table of the residence; building a building three-dimensional model of the house by counting the house room table;
the construction unit node is also used for displaying the quality inspection result on the building three-dimensional model when receiving the quality inspection result uploaded by the field inspection terminal so as to show the inspection progress of the insurance wind control personnel in inspecting the decoration quality;
and the construction unit node is also used for determining a target residential room corresponding to the quality inspection result according to the residential room table and giving an alarm to the target residential room in the building three-dimensional model when the quality inspection result is that the inspection does not pass.
10. A house decoration quality supervision system is characterized by comprising a field inspection terminal and a server;
the field inspection terminal is used for acquiring a construction node inspection item of a residential room and displaying the construction node inspection item so that insurance wind control personnel can inspect the decoration quality of the residential room according to the construction node inspection item;
the field inspection terminal is also used for receiving a quality inspection result submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection, and uploading the quality inspection result to the server;
the server is used for generating a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, issuing the quality defect list to a construction unit, and allowing the construction unit to correct the decoration quality of the construction node according to the quality defect list;
the server is further configured to receive a finishing result fed back by the construction unit after finishing the finishing quality of the construction node, so that when an insurance unit has a finishing quality problem in the residential room, insurance claims are performed according to at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the finishing result.
11. The home improvement quality surveillance system according to claim 10, further comprising an insurance terminal;
the server is further used for providing the quality defect list to the insurance terminal;
the insurance terminal is used for confirming the quality defect list after receiving the quality defect list, generating a confirmation message of the quality defect list and feeding back the confirmation message to the server;
and the server is further used for issuing the quality defect list to the construction unit after receiving the confirmation message fed back by the insurance terminal.
12. The home improvement quality supervision system according to claim 10, characterized in that the system further comprises a two-dimensional code set for the home room; the two-dimensional code is generated according to the room identification of the residential room;
the field inspection terminal is further configured to scan the two-dimensional code to obtain the room identifier of the residential room, and send the room identifier to the server;
and the server is further used for determining the construction node inspection item of the residential room according to the room identifier after receiving the room identifier, and providing the construction node inspection item to the field inspection terminal.
13. The home improvement quality supervision system according to claim 10, characterized in that the system further comprises an RFID chip provided for the residential room; the RFID chip stores room identification of the residential room;
the field inspection terminal is also used for reading the RFID chip, obtaining the room identifier of the house room and sending the room identifier to the server;
and the server is further used for determining the construction node check items of the residential room according to the room identifier after receiving the room identifier, and providing the construction node check items to the field check end.

the field inspection terminal is also used for receiving the quality description information submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection and uploading the quality description information to the server;
and the field inspection terminal is also used for shooting according to the image shooting instruction when receiving the image shooting instruction sent by the insurance wind control personnel to obtain the quality defect image and uploading the quality defect image to the server.
16. The system of claim 11, wherein the insurance terminal is further configured to send a regulatory record call instruction to the server when a fitment quality complaint sheet for the residential room is received;
the server is further used for calling out a quality supervision record when the supervision record calling instruction is received, and sending the quality supervision record to the insurance terminal; the quality supervision record comprises at least one of the quality inspection result, the quality defect order, the rectification result and the confirmation message;
and the insurance terminal is also used for receiving the quality supervision record and generating an insurance claim term aiming at the decoration quality complaint bill according to the quality supervision record and a preset insurance claim contract.

The system of claim 10, wherein the server is further configured to obtain a floor and a jacket number of the residence; numbering the residential rooms of the residence according to the floor and the serial numbers in the sleeve to generate a residential room table of the residence; building a building three-dimensional model of the house by counting the house room table;
and the server is also used for displaying the quality inspection result on the building three-dimensional model when receiving the quality inspection result uploaded by the field inspection terminal so as to show the inspection progress of the insurance wind control personnel in inspecting the decoration quality.

The system according to claim 17, wherein the server is further configured to determine a target residential room corresponding to the quality inspection result according to the residential room table and alarm the target residential room in the building stereo model when the quality inspection result is inspection failure.
19. A house decoration quality supervision method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a construction node inspection item of a residential room;
displaying the construction node check item for an insurance wind control worker to check the decoration quality of the residential room according to the construction node check item;
receiving a quality inspection result submitted by the insurance wind control personnel after inspection;
uploading the quality inspection result to a server, so that the server generates a quality defect list according to the quality inspection result, issuing the quality defect list to a construction unit, and receiving a correction result fed back by the construction unit after the construction unit corrects the decoration quality of the construction node; and the quality inspection result, the quality defect list and the rectification result are used for carrying out insurance claim settlement when decoration quality problems occur in the residential rooms.
