Abstract
一种风门的可控开关控制电路,有定板通气孔的定板上固定连接行程开关1和行程开关2,直流电机与定板螺钉固定连接,直流电机的输出轴穿过电机轴过孔;动板上有动板通气孔,电机轴孔套在直流电机的输出轴上,动板与定板密贴接触。风路开关由动板、定板和直流电机组成,串联在风口和面板风口之间的风路中,其特征在于:直流电源的正负极分别与双刀双掷开关的动触头电连接,直流电机的A端分别与双刀双掷开关)的A刀常闭触点和B刀常开触点电连接,直流电机的B端分别与行程开关1和行程开关2的一端电连接,行程开关1的另一端与A刀的常开触点电连接,行程开关2的另一端与B刀的常闭触点电连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种风门,尤其是风门的可控开关控制电路。
背景技术
目前,公知的室内新风机或空调机的风口都是单独设置而且没有可以控制的风门开关,造成进出风位置和风向单一,使用上相当不便。
发明内容
为了克服新风机或空调机的风口都是单独设置而且没有可以控制的风门开关,造成进出风位置和风向单一,使用上相当不便的不足,本发明提供一种风门的可控开关控制电路,该控制电路能够控制风门风路的开通或截断,通过控制各个不同的风门,可以方便的使新风或空调风按照需要按照设定的位置及设定的方向吹动。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:有定板通气孔的定板上固定连接行程开关1和行程开关2,直流电机与定板螺钉固定连接,直流电机的输出轴穿过电机轴过孔;动板上有动板通气孔,电机轴孔套在直流电机的输出轴上,动板与定板密贴接触。串联在风口和面板风口之间的风路中,直流电源的正负极分别与双刀双掷开关的动触头电连接,直流电机的A端分别与双刀双掷开关)的A刀常闭触点和B刀常开触点电连接,直流电机的B端分别与行程开关1和行程开关2的一端电连接,行程开关1的另一端与A刀的常开触点电连接,行程开关2的另一端与B刀的常闭触点电连接。
本发明的有益效果是,通过控制各个不同风门的开关,可以接通或截断各自的风路,可以得到不同位置不同风向的风流。

图1、图2和图3中,新风机或一体送风式空调机(1)的墙外风管1(2)和墙外风管2(3)分别通过墙(5)上的墙孔(4)伸入室内;室内风管1(6)与墙外风管1(2)风路连接,室内风管2(7)与墙外风管2(3)风路连接,在室内风管1(6)和室内风管2(7)的适当部位设置三通(9),在风管端头设置弯头(10),三通(9)和弯头(10)的分支口(11)风路连接带射灯有可控开关的风门。
图4中,带有风口(18)的外壳(23)与面板(20)固定连接,面板(20)中央固定连接射灯(21),射灯(21)与外壳(23)之间的面板(20)上有面板风口(22)。有定板通气孔(27)的定板(14)上固定连接行程开关1(15)和行程开关2(25),直流电机(17)与定板(14)螺钉固定连接,直流电机(17)的输出轴穿过电机轴过孔(26);动板(16)上有动板通气孔(29),电机轴孔(28)套在直流电机(17)的输出轴上,动板(16)与定板(14)密贴接触。风路开关由动板(16)、定板(14)和直流电机(17)组成,串联在风口(18)和面板风口(22)之间的风路中。
图5中,直流电源的正负极分别与双刀双掷开关(24)的动触头电连接,直流电机(17)的A端分别与双刀双掷开关(24)的A刀常闭触点和B刀常开触点电连接,直流电机(17)的B端分别与行程开关1(15)和行程开关2(25)的一端电连接,行程开关1(15)的另一端与A刀的常开触点电连接,行程开关2(25)的另一端与B刀的常闭触点电连接。
图6中,定板(14)固定连接行程开关1(15)和行程开关2(25),动板(14)中央有电机轴过孔(26),一侧有定板通气孔(27)。
图7中,动板(16)中央有电机轴孔(28),一侧有动板通气孔(29)。
图8中,动板(13)旋转到风路开通位时,动板通气孔(29)与定板通气孔(27)对齐,风路接通,同时动板(14)触动行程开关2(25)。
图9中,安装后的动板(16)和定板(14),动板(14)旋转到风路关闭位时,动板通气孔(29)与定板通气孔(27)错开,截断风路,同时动板(14)触动行程开关1(15)。

1.一种风门的可控开关控制电路,有定板通气孔的定板上固定连接行程开关1和行程开关2,直流电机与定板螺钉固定连接,直流电机的输出轴穿过电机轴过孔;动板上有动板通气孔,电机轴孔套在直流电机的输出轴上,动板与定板密贴接触,串联在风口和面板风口之间的风路中,其特征在于:直流电源的正负极分别与双刀双掷开关的动触头电连接,直流电机的A端分别与双刀双掷开关)的A刀常闭触点和B刀常开触点电连接,直流电机的B端分别与行程开关1和行程开关2的一端电连接,行程开关1的另一端与A刀的常开触点电连接,行程开关2的另一端与B刀的常闭触点电连接。
