Control group: certain commercially available moisturizing cream
Determination of the amount of Water loss from the skin surface (TEW L)
30 volunteers of each experimental group, which are aged 19-55 years, are dry skin with dry skin and fine lines, the water loss of the skin of the 30 subjects before the application of each example, the comparative example and the control group and after the application for 1h, 2h and 4h is measured, and the mean value of TEW L is calculated, and the result is shown in figure 1.
And (3) testing environment: the room temperature is 22 +/-2 ℃, and the humidity is 47 +/-7%.
The instrument comprises the following steps: finland Delfin Vapometer percutaneous water loss measuring instrument
The smaller the value of the percutaneous water loss TEW L, the less the water loss, the stronger the water locking capacity, and on the contrary, the weaker the water locking capacity, the lower the TEW L value, the better the water locking effect, and the results are shown in figure 1.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream prepared in examples 1-3 has a significantly reduced TEW L value, reduces the rate of skin moisture loss, and effectively locks moisture to activate skin.
