s4, preparation of aqueous phase mixture: heating the raw materials in the beaker II in the step S3 to 75-80 ℃ until the water phase in the beaker II is completely dissolved, keeping the temperature and stirring, cooling, adding the active ingredients, and stirring uniformly to obtain a water phase mixture;
s5, mixing: adding the water phase mixture prepared in the step S4 into the oil phase mixture prepared in the step S2, and uniformly stirring at a certain temperature to prepare a required mixed raw material;
s6, preparation of revival grass skin-activating plant extract cream: opening weak homogenization on the mixed raw material obtained in the step S5 to enable the mixed raw material to have fine appearance to obtain uniform paste, and preparing the revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream;
s7, filling and checking: and (5) filling, inspecting and packaging the revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream prepared in the step S6.
Comparative example 1 differs from example 1 in that the Artocarpus millettii leaf/stem extract, alteromonas ferment extract were not added.
Comparative example 2 is different from example 1 in that the undaria pinnatifida extract and the osmin plant hypomin essence are not added.
Comparative example 3 differs from example 1 in that Runemul WSI was not added as an emulsifier and 3% AVH30 was added as an emulsifier for the general oil-in-water cream preparation.
Control group: certain commercially available moisturizing cream
Determination of the amount of Water loss from the skin surface (TEW L)
30 volunteers of each experimental group, which are aged 19-55 years, are dry skin with dry skin and fine lines, the water loss of the skin of the 30 subjects before the application of each example, the comparative example and the control group and after the application for 1h, 2h and 4h is measured, and the mean value of TEW L is calculated, and the result is shown in figure 1.
And (3) testing environment: the room temperature is 22 +/-2 ℃, and the humidity is 47 +/-7%.

as can be seen from FIG. 2, the revival grass plant extracts prepared in examples 1-3 all increase the elasticity of the skin, all curves are raised, the elasticity of the skin is closely related to the moisture content in the horny layer, and the skin is more elastic when the horny layer is rich in moisture. Therefore, the revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream provided by the invention has a good moisturizing effect, the skin elasticity is obviously improved, and the young vitality of the skin is restored.
And (4) judging the standard: through comparison of the three embodiments, the best effect is the first embodiment, so that the selection of the first embodiment as the best embodiment, and the specific change of the amount also belongs to the protection scope of the technical scheme.

s1, weighing the raw materials for the first time: weighing raw materials of each component in a required oil phase according to a proportion, and putting the raw materials into a beaker I for later use;
s2, preparation of oil phase mixture: heating the raw materials in the first beaker in the step S1 to 75-80 ℃ to completely dissolve, and weakly homogenizing for 1-2min to obtain the required oil phase mixture;
s3, weighing the raw materials for the second time: weighing raw materials of each component in the required water phase according to a proportion, and putting the raw materials into a beaker II for later use;
s4, preparation of aqueous phase mixture: heating the raw materials in the beaker II in the step S3 to 75-80 ℃ until the water phase in the beaker II is completely dissolved, keeping the temperature and stirring, cooling, adding the active ingredients, and stirring uniformly to obtain a water phase mixture;
s5, mixing of raw materials: adding the water phase mixture prepared in the step S4 into the oil phase mixture prepared in the step S2, and uniformly stirring at a certain temperature to prepare a required mixed raw material;
s6, preparation of revival grass skin-activating plant extract cream: opening weak homogenization on the mixed raw material obtained in the step S5 to enable the mixed raw material to have fine appearance to obtain uniform paste, and preparing the revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream;
s7, filling and checking: and (5) filling, inspecting and packaging the revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream prepared in the step S6.

The revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 2, wherein the oil phase comprises 1-5% of cyclopentadimethylsiloxane, 2-3.5% of cyclohexasiloxane, 1-2% of buckeye duplex seed resin, 5-8% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1-2.5% of dimethiconol, 3.5-5% of Runemul WSI and 102.5-4% of GI CD-102.5%.

The revival grass skin-activating plant extract cream and the preparation method thereof according to claim 2, characterized in that the water phase comprises 5-10% of glycerin, 1.5-3% of betaine, 0.05-0.15% of sodium hyaluronate, 8-12% of butanediol, 1-5% of propylene glycol, 0.1-0.25% of allantoin, 0.8-1.5% of magnesium sulfate, 1-2.5% of PEG/PPG/polytetramethylene glycol-8/5/3 glycerin, 0.5-1.5% of ethylhexylglycerin, 0.5-2% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1-0.5% of chlorphenesin and 100% of water.
5. The revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 3, wherein the Runemul WSI comprises the following components: PEG-10 polydimethylsiloxane, disteardimonium hectorite, and cyclopentadimethylsiloxane.
6. The revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream and the preparation method thereof according to claim 3, wherein the GICD-10 comprises the following components: stearyloxymethicone/dimethicone copolymer, dimethicone, and cyclopentadimethicone.
7. The revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 2, wherein the time of heat preservation and stirring in the step S4 is 5-10min, the temperature of cooling is 40-45 ℃, and the certain temperature in the step S5 is 40-45 ℃.
8. The revived grass skin-activating plant extract cream and the preparation method thereof as claimed in claim 2, wherein the weak homogenization condition in step S2 and step S6 is a homogenization speed of 1000-2500rpm/min, and the homogenization time in step S6 is 3-5 min.
