Abstract
一种减震扭转构造,包含一第一座体、一第二座体,该第一座体具有一弹性件,该第一座体一侧设一止挡件,该第二座体具有一容室用以套设在该第一座体,使该弹性件弹性顶持于该第一座体、该第二座体之间,一主轴穿设该第二座体后设于该第一座体,于该容室、该止挡件的二侧配置一弹性单元。以于行走时,该弹性件受力被压持,借由弹性件的弹性调适作用而具有上下缓冲、减震功效,而第一座体、第二座体受力后可相对扭转并借由弹性单元的弹性调适作用具有弹性扭转功效,进而除了可降低因行走所产生的上下方向冲击力外,也可降低因行走地形、路况变化所产生的上下方向以外的扭转冲击力;另外,第一座体、第二座体之间能进行扭转角度的调整。
Description
技术领域
本发明有关于一种减震扭转构造,特别是指其可降低上下方向冲击力,也可降低扭转冲击力,便于调整扭转角度,可增进义肢使用者行走安全性、舒适性。
背景技术
义肢主要是指人造肢体,用来取代伤残肢体的功能,或是用来修饰伤残肢体的外观,其中,除了膝关节之外减震扭转构造也为设计关键,因为行走移动在不同的路况、地形时,如上、下坡或者是不平的地面,除了会产生上下方向冲击力之外,也会产生来自于上下方向以外(例如径向)的扭转冲击力,所以必须借着减震扭转构造来降低这些冲击力以达到力学平衡,且必须具备取代正常肢体的支撑与行走功能。
再请参阅美国专利US6645253「一种用于假肢装置的真空泵和减震器」,其构造主要是为了达到上下方向的缓冲、减震为目的,对于因为行走地形、路况变化所产生的上下方向以外的扭转冲击力,并无揭露任何可扭转构造,因此该专利无法降低、缓冲扭转冲击力。
因此,如何改善习用减震构造的缺失,实为业界当务之急。
于是,本发明人基于产品不断研究创新的理念,乃本着多年从事产品设计、开发的实务经验,以及积极潜心研发思考,经由无数次的实际测试、实验,致有本发明的产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可降低上下方向冲击力,也可降低扭转冲击力的减震扭转构造。
为达上述的目的,本发明包含一第一座体、一第二座体,其中,该第一座体具有一弹性件,该第一座体一侧设一止挡件;该第二座体具有一容室用以套设在该第一座体,使该弹性件弹性顶持于该第一座体、该第二座体之间,一主轴穿设该第二座体后设于该第一座体,使该第二座体为可转动状,于该容室、该止挡件的二侧配置一弹性单元。
进一步,该第二座体上侧设一枢轴,该枢轴用以枢接一膝关节的弧片,该主轴上设一弹性组件,该弹性组件穿设该膝关节底,使该第二座体组接于膝关节下方,并使该第一座体组接义肢小腿。
进一步,该弹性单元包含一调整件、一弹性体、一顶抵部,该调整件螺锁于该容室,该弹性体配置于该调整件、该顶抵部之间,该顶抵部、该止挡件之间配置一传动体,使该顶抵部弹性抵持该传动体。
进一步,该主轴具有一气道,该气道一端连通到第一座体外部,该气道另一端连通该主轴上侧外表与该第二座体内壁所形成气室,而该第二座体设有一单向阀,该单向阀供外部气体单向流通至该气室,该气道一端连通一逆止阀,该逆止阀供气道的气体单向流通到第一座体外部。
进一步,该第二座体组接于义肢小腿下方,并使该第一座体组接义肢脚掌。
进一步,该主轴具有一气道,该气道一端连通到第二座体外部,该气道另一端连通该主轴上侧外表与该第二座体内壁所形成气室,而该第二座体设有一单向阀,该单向阀供外部气体单向流通至该气室,该气道一端连通一逆止阀,该逆止阀供气道的气体单向流通到第二座体外部。
通过上述技术方案,本发明通过第一座体、第二座体及弹性件等的配合,以于行走时,该弹性件受力被压持,借由弹性件的弹性调适作用而具有上下缓冲、减震功效,而第一座体、第二座体受力后可相对扭转并借由弹性单元的弹性调适作用具有弹性扭转功效,进而除了可降低因行走所产生的上下方向冲击力外,也可降低因行走地形、路况变化所产生的上下方向以外的扭转冲击力。
另外,使用者可借由调整弹性单元的弹性顶持力,便于对第一座体、第二座体之间进行扭转角度的调整。

该第一座体10具有一弹性件11,该第一座体10一侧设一止挡件12。
该第二座体20具有一容室21用以套设在该第一座体10,使该弹性件11弹性顶持于该第一座体10、该第二座体20之间,一主轴22穿设该第二座体20后设于该第一座体10,使该第二座体20为可转动状,于该容室21、该止挡件12的二侧配置一弹性单元24。
于一实施例, 该第二座体20上侧设一枢轴25,该枢轴25用以枢接一膝关节30的弧片31,该主轴22上设一弹性组件26,该弹性组件26穿设该膝关节30底部,并用以辅助该弹性件11的弹性调适作用。
据此,该第二座体20组接于膝关节30下方,并使该第一座体10组接义肢小腿。
于一实施例,该弹性单元24包含一调整件241、一弹性体242、一顶抵部243,该调整件241螺锁于该容室21,该弹性体242配置于该调整件241、该顶抵部243之间,该顶抵部243、该止挡件12之间配置一传动体23,使该顶抵部243可弹性抵持该传动体23。
据此,使用者可调节移动调整件241于容室21的深度,可压迫或松放弹性体242,使顶抵部243顶持传动体23的弹力强弱程度能配合调整,便于对第一座体10、第二座体20之间进行扭转角度的调整。

请参阅图6至图9,本发明于行走时,第一座体10、第二座体20受力后可相对扭转,也就是第二座体20可相对于第一座体10朝一方向转动或者反向转动,此时止挡件12不动并止挡传动体23一侧,使传动体23一侧可顶持顶抵部243并压缩弹性体242产生弹力,借由弹性体242的弹性调适作用具有弹性扭转功效,进而除了可降低因行走所产生的上下方向冲击力外,也可降低因行走地形、路况变化所产生的上下方向以外的扭转冲击力。
请参阅图10、图11,本发明于行走时,第二座体20向下压合,弹性件11受力被压持,借由弹性件11的弹性调适作用而具有上下缓冲、减震功效。
请参阅图12、图13,于一实施例,该主轴22具有一气道221,该气道221一端连通到第一座体10外部,该气道221另一端连通该主轴22上侧外表与该第二座体20内壁所形成气室222,而该第二座体20设有一单向阀40,该单向阀40供外部气体单向流通至该气室222,该气道221一端连通一逆止阀41,该逆止阀41供气道221的气体单向流通到第一座体10外部。
据此,当第二座体20位移向上时,气室222被压缩,气体经由气道221、逆止阀41排出。
而当第二座体20位移向下时,可产生吸气作用,外部气体经由单向阀40导入流通至气室222,借前述动作重复循环,能使第二座体20上下稳定移动,能有效改善使用者缓冲时所受到不舒服的震动情形。
请参阅图14至图16,于一实施例,该第二座体20组接于义肢小腿下方,并使该第一座体10组接义肢脚掌。也就是本发明的组接位置不受限制,构造也不变,只要将构件形状相应改变即可。
请参阅图17、图18,为因应本发明组接位置的不同,气体排出的方向略微不同,该主轴22具有一气道221,该气道221一端连通到第二座体20外部,该气道221另一端连通该主轴22上侧外表与该第二座体20内壁所形成气室222,而该第二座体20设有一单向阀40,该单向阀40供外部气体单向流通至该气室222,该气道221一端连通一逆止阀41,该逆止阀41供气道221的气体单向流通到第二座体20外部。
据此,当第二座体20位移向上时,气室222被压缩,气体经由气道221、逆止阀41排出。
而当第二座体20位移向下时,可产生吸气作用,外部气体经由单向阀40导入流通至气室222。
于以上为本发明所举的实施例,仅为便于说明而设,当不能以此限制本发明的意义,即但凡依所列权利要求范围所为的各种变换设计,均应包含在本发明的专利范围中。
Claims (6)
1.一种减震扭转构造,其特征在于,包含:
一第一座体,具有一弹性件,该第一座体一侧设一止挡件;
一第二座体,具有一容室用以套设在该第一座体,使该弹性件弹性顶持于该第一座体、该第二座体之间,一主轴穿设该第二座体后设于该第一座体,使该第二座体为可转动状,于该容室、该止挡件的二侧配置一弹性单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的减震扭转构造,其特征在于:该第二座体上侧设一枢轴,该枢轴用以枢接一膝关节的弧片,该主轴上设一弹性组件,该弹性组件穿设该膝关节底,使该第二座体组接于膝关节下方,并使该第一座体组接义肢小腿。
3.如权利要求1所述的减震扭转构造,其特征在于:该弹性单元包含一调整件、一弹性体、一顶抵部,该调整件螺锁于该容室,该弹性体配置于该调整件、该顶抵部之间,该顶抵部、该止挡件之间配置一传动体,使该顶抵部弹性抵持该传动体。
4.如权利要求1所述的减震扭转构造,其特征在于:该主轴具有一气道,该气道一端连通到第一座体外部,该气道另一端连通该主轴上侧外表与该第二座体内壁所形成气室,而该第二座体设有一单向阀,该单向阀供外部气体单向流通至该气室,该气道一端连通一逆止阀,该逆止阀供气道的气体单向流通到第一座体外部。
5.如权利要求1所述的减震扭转构造,其特征在于:该第二座体组接于义肢小腿下方,并使该第一座体组接义肢脚掌。
