According to the invention, the filter screen box can be moved when the interior of the device is cleaned, and then the filter screen box can be moved to the water outlet corresponding to the bottom surface of the base of the device to block the residual large-particle fertilizer in the cleaning wastewater, so that the large-particle fertilizer is prevented from falling to the ground after cleaning.
