扭转弹簧组件10包括沿径向方向r观察靠外的扭杆12、同轴地布置在靠外的扭杆12内的靠内的扭杆14以及以板簧的形式构造的、有径向间距地轴线平行于两根扭杆12、14布置的弹簧元件16。在此,如图1所示,靠外的扭杆12通过支承件18固定地支承在机动车车身20上,并且与可固定在车轮引导元件上的从动杆22以不能相对转动的方式连接。
两根扭杆12、14的沿轴向方向a取向的共同的轴线在下文中用R来表示。
弹簧元件16通过耦联部24与靠内的扭杆14连接,并且在其背对耦联部24的端部通过固定支承结构26固定地支承在机动车车身20上,并且通过弹簧元件支承装置28支承在耦联部24上。靠内的扭杆14在其背对耦联部24的端部区域上与靠外的扭杆12固定连接,使得扭杆12、14和弹簧元件16在弹簧作用方面形成串联连接,即,弹簧元件16在弹簧作用方面与两根扭杆12、14串联作用。
在此,弹簧元件支承装置28如此构造,使得由靠内的扭杆14围绕轴线R的转动引起的耦联部24的转动运动转换成作用于弹簧元件16的、沿切向方向指向的平移运动。弹簧杆16的在图1中垂直于纸面伸延的平移移动用附图标记t来表示。因此,由于弹簧杆16的纯粹的平移的移动,保证了以板簧的形式构造的弹簧元件16仅仅受到弯曲负荷。
图2示出了总地用附图标记100表示的车轮悬架装置的局部,在其中承载弹簧由扭转弹簧组件10形成。
车轮悬架装置100包括沿车辆横向方向FQ取向的、以空心筒状的扭杆110的形式构造的稳定器,其还如同扭转弹簧组件10的靠外的扭杆12一样与从动杆22以不能相对转动的方式连接。从动杆22可以已知的方式与车轮引导元件(例如导杆)固定在一起。
在此,如图2至图4进一步所示,稳定器的扭杆110局部地被壳体120包围。壳体120可通过支承部位130固定地支承在机动车车身上。扭杆110通过布置在壳体120中的稳定器支承结构支承在车体侧。
对于扭杆弹簧组件10,在此只能看到耦联部24、弹簧元件支承装置28、以板簧的形式构造的弹簧元件16以及固定支承结构26;在此,扭杆弹簧组件10的两根扭杆12、14(它们同轴地布置在稳定器的扭杆110内)被壳体120遮住。
如图2至图4所示,在此,固定支承结构26以夹紧结构的形式实现,并且支承在壳体120上、因而固定地支承在机动车车身上。此外,通过壳体120将支承靠外的扭杆12的、在此不可见的支承件18支承在机动车车身上。
如尤其从图2至图5可见的那样,弹簧元件支承装置28包括三个支承构件,即,支承元件30、与耦联部24和支承元件30连接的第一支承部件32以及与弹簧元件16和支承元件30连接的第二支承部件34,其中,支承元件30通过在机动车车身侧固定支承的、沿机动车高度方向FH取向的引导部36在机动车高度方向FH上进行平移引导。
为了将耦联部24的围绕轴线R的转动运动转换成第二支承部件34和因此弹簧元件16的支承在支承28中的端部的沿切向方向t、即在此沿车辆高度方向FH取向的平移运动,耦联部24通过可摆动运动的支承结构支承在支承元件30上。为此,耦联部24围绕平行于两根扭杆12、14和因此平行于轴线R布置的第一摆动轴线S1可摆动地支承在第一支承部件32上,并且第一支承部件32围绕平行于第一支承轴线S1取向的第二支承轴线S2可摆动地布置在支承元件30上。
此外,为了避免夹紧,弹簧元件16以围绕第三摆动轴线S3(可摆动)的方式支承在第二支承元件34上,该第三摆动轴线垂直于两根扭杆12、14并且垂直于切向方向、即垂直于车辆高度方向FQ取向。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于机动车的车轮悬架装置(100)的扭转弹簧组件(10),其包括彼此同轴布置的两根扭杆(12、14)以及弹簧元件(16),该弹簧元件布置为与同轴的所述两根扭杆(12、14)沿径向存在间距,所述弹簧元件沿扭杆(12、14)的轴向方向(a)取向并且能通过支承部位(26)支承在机动车车身上,沿径向方向(r)观察靠外的空心筒状的扭杆(12)能支承在机动车车身侧并且与能固定在车轮引导元件上的从动杆(22)以不能相对转动的方式连接,沿径向方向(r)观察靠内的扭杆(14)以不能相对转动的方式与外部的扭杆(12)连接并且通过耦联部(24)以不能相对转动的方式与弹簧元件(16)连接,
其特征在于,
弹簧元件(16)通过弹簧元件支承装置(28)支承在耦联部(24)上,该弹簧元件支承装置构造成使得弹簧元件(16)仅仅被施加以沿切向方向(t)指向的、平移的移动,使弹簧元件(16)支承在机动车车身侧的支承部位(26)构造为固定支承结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,弹簧元件(16)构造为板簧的形式。
3.根据权利要求2所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,板簧(16)由金属材料或纤维复合材料形成。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,弹簧元件支承装置(28)包括;可移动的、通过引导部(36)以平移方式引导的支承元件(30);与耦联部(24)连接并与支承元件(30)连接的第一支承部件(32);与弹簧元件(16)连接并与支承元件(30)连接的第二支承部件(34);转换装置,该转换装置将转动形式的耦联部运动转换为支承元件(30)的平移运动、因此转换为第二支承部件(34)的平移运动。
5.根据权利要求4所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,用于将转动形式的耦联部运动转换为平移运动的转换装置构造为如下形式:将耦联部(24)以可摆动的方式支承在支承元件(30)上的支承装置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,为了将耦联部(24)以可摆动的方式支承在支承元件(30)上,使耦联部(24)以能围绕与扭杆(12、14)平行取向的第一摆动轴线(S1)摆动的方式支承在第一支承部件(32 )上,第一支承部件(32)以能围绕与第一摆动轴线(S1)平行的第二摆动轴线(S2)摆动的方式支承在支承元件(30)上。
7.根据权利要求4所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,用于将转动形式的耦联部运动转换为平移运动的转换装置构造为如下形式:布置在引导部(36 )与第一支承部件(32)和/或第二支承部件(34)之间的橡胶金属支承装置。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的扭转弹簧组件,其特征在于,弹簧元件以能围绕第三摆动轴线(S3)摆动的方式支承在第二支承部件(34)上,该第三摆动轴线垂直于扭杆(12、14)取向并且垂直于引导部(36)取向。
9.一种用于机动车的车桥的车轮的车轮悬架装置(100),其包括在机动车车身与车轮引导元件之间起作用的承载弹簧,其特征在于,所述承载弹簧构造为根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的扭转弹簧组件(10)的形式。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车轮悬架装置,其中,车轮悬架装置还包括沿车辆横向方向取向的、以空心筒状的扭转弹簧杆(110)的形式构造的稳定器,其特征在于,扭转弹簧组件(10)局部地同轴地布置在所述空心筒状的扭转弹簧杆(110)内。
11.根据权利要求10所述的车轮悬架装置,其特征在于,在构件——即扭转弹簧杆(110)和扭转弹簧组件(10)——的同轴嵌套布置的区域中,构件——即扭转弹簧杆(110)和扭转弹簧组件(10)——被固定支承在机动车车身侧的壳体(120)包围,其中,稳定器的扭转弹簧杆(110)支承在壳体(120)上、因而支承在机动车车身侧,扭转弹簧组件(10)的空心筒状的扭杆(12)固定支承在壳体(120)上,为弹簧元件(16)配设的固定支承结构(26)固定支承在壳体(120)上、因而固定支承在机动车车身侧。
