Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the liquid cosmetic composition for enhancing the present invention will be described in detail. Unless specifically defined otherwise, all terms of the present specification have the same general meaning as the term understood by one of ordinary skill in the art, and should be defined by terms used in the present specification if they conflict with the meaning of the terms used in the present specification. Further, detailed descriptions of known functions and configurations that may unnecessarily mix the gist of the present invention are omitted. Throughout this specification, when a portion is stated as "comprising" a structural element, unless specifically stated to the contrary, it is meant that other structural elements may also be included, rather than excluded.
The liquid cosmetic composition for enhancing of an embodiment of the present invention comprises water (purified water), sodium polystyrene sulfonate (Sodium polystyrene sulfonate), polyvinylpyrrolidone (polyvinyl pyrrolidone), and ethanol. Preferably, the cosmetic composition uses 50 to 70 parts by weight of the sodium polystyrene sulfonate, 4 to 8 parts by weight of the polyvinylpyrrolidone, and 3 to 7 parts by weight of the ethanol, relative to 100 parts by weight of water. When the cosmetic composition is stored in a sealed container which is not in contact with air, the cosmetic composition is in a stable liquid form for a long period of time, and after the cosmetic composition is applied to the skin, the cosmetic composition is dried for a relatively short period of time to form a film, thereby enhancing the skin tightness (shrinking pores and improving wrinkles), and after the cosmetic composition is applied, the cosmetic composition can be easily removed by washing the face.
The sodium polystyrene sulfonate is a main component of the cosmetic composition, and when it is less than 50 parts by weight, the reinforcing effect is reduced, and when it is more than 70 parts by weight, the coagulation occurs to form a precipitate, so that it is difficult to form a liquid cosmetic composition.
The polyvinylpyrrolidone is a component for preventing the coagulation of sodium polystyrene sulfonate and shortening the drying time required after the application of the cosmetic composition, and when it is less than 4 parts by weight, the coagulation of sodium polystyrene sulfonate cannot be prevented, and when it is more than 8 parts by weight, the drying time required after the application of the cosmetic composition becomes long, and when it is more than 8 parts by weight, the composition solidifies like a mask, and cannot be removed by washing the face, and the film formed needs to be peeled off.
The ethanol may not exhibit the effects described above when it is less than 3 parts by weight, and may not exhibit the effects described above when it is more than 7 parts by weight, and may not reduce the enhancing effects of the cosmetic composition when it is more than 7 parts by weight.
The liquid cosmetic composition for enhancing can also comprise Fucus vesiculosus extract (Fucus vesiculosus extract), prunella vulgaris extract (Prunella vulgaris extract), castanea sativa extract (pachira extract), dendrobium australicum extract (Dendrobium kingianum extract), etc. Preferably, the above extract provides an improved wrinkle-improving effect, and the above cosmetic composition is used in an amount of 0.8 to 1.2 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of water.

Example 1 preparation of samples
Purified water, sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate (SPS), polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), ethanol (Et) were mixed to prepare samples 1 to 12, and extracts for improving wrinkles were also mixed in sample 1 to prepare samples 13 to 19. The composition ratios of the above-mentioned plural samples are shown in the following Table 1. The content refers to SPS, PVP, et g of extract (g) mixed in every 100g of purified water, 200g of dried and pulverized fucus, selfheal, chinese chestnut (leaf) and dendrobium australis (leaf) are respectively immersed in 500ml of 80% ethanol for 36 hours and extracted, and the extracts are concentrated under reduced pressure, so that fucus extract (extract 1), selfheal extract (extract 2), chinese chestnut extract (extract 3) and dendrobium australis extract (extract 4) are obtained. 1, the method comprises the following steps: 1 weight ratio of extract 1 to extract 2 to prepare extract 5, 1:1 weight ratio of extract 3 to extract 4 to prepare extract 6, 1:1 weight ratio of extract 2 to extract 3 to prepare extract 7.
TABLE 1
EXAMPLE 2 confirmation of stability of liquid dosage forms
(1) Samples 1 to 19 were placed in packaging containers (each of which was formed of a plastic container having an open upper portion and a synthetic resin film covering the container) so as to be prevented from being in contact with air, and after storage at room temperature for 6 months, the films of the packaging containers were removed, and the state of samples 1 to 19 was visually checked.
(2) From the examination results, it was confirmed that samples 1 to 5, 7, 8 and 13 to 19 were present in a uniform liquid dosage form, and that relatively large aggregates were formed in samples 6 and 9 to 11 to cause a phenomenon of aggregation at a plurality of places, and therefore, in the case of using a large amount of SPS, a uniform liquid dosage form was not formed due to the occurrence of the aggregation phenomenon, while PVP inhibited aggregation of SPS, and ethanol increased miscibility of SPS and PVP.
EXAMPLE 3 confirmation of drying time
(1) After the same amount of samples 1 to 19 were applied to the back of the hand by brushing and dried, the drying time was confirmed by measuring the time for forming a film.
(2) As a result of confirming the drying time, the drying time of the samples 1 to 5 and 7 to 19 was 8 minutes to 12 minutes, the drying time of the sample 6 was 20 minutes, and the drying time of the sample 12 was relatively longer than that of the sample 1 (the drying time of the sample 1 was 10 minutes, and the drying time of the sample 12 was 12 minutes). From this, it is clear that PVP can significantly reduce the drying time of a cosmetic composition, and ethanol, although having a smaller effect than PVP, can reduce the drying time to some extent.
Example 4 confirm whether the face can be removed by washing with water
(1) The same amounts of samples 1 to 19 were applied to the back of the hand by brushing, respectively, and after 15 minutes, the amounts of the samples remaining on the skin were compared with each other by washing with running water.
(2) As a result, it was confirmed that the residual amounts of samples 1 to 7, 9, 10, and 12 to 19 (compared with sample 8 and 11) were relatively small, and that the residual amounts of samples 8 and 11 were relatively large, and in particular, the residual amount of sample 11 was significantly large. From this, it was found that when PVP is used in a large amount, the cosmetic composition solidifies like a mask after drying, and therefore it is difficult to wash off (wash off).
Example 5 evaluation of reinforcing Effect
1. Confirm the pore shrinkage effect
(1) The pore-shrinking effect of the plurality of samples was confirmed. For 24 women aged 40, 24 women were divided into 8 groups, and each group was used mainly for 4 weeks of each of sample 1, sample 2, sample 5, sample 7 and sample 13 to sample 16 (after 15 minutes of holding by brushing, after washing the face with water) on cheeks each morning and evening, and the same parts of cheeks after 4 weeks of use and before use were photographed by a pore detector, and the pore shrinkage effect was confirmed by comparing the total area of pores before use and the total area of pores after use. The area of each pore was calculated using the diameter of the pore, and the total area of the pores was obtained by adding the areas of all pores.
(2) As a result, it was found that the overall pore area of sample 1 was reduced by 9.8%, sample 2 was reduced by 9.2%, sample 5 was reduced by 10.5%, sample 7 was reduced by 6.2%, sample 13 was reduced by 10.7%, sample 14 was reduced by 10.9%, sample 15 was reduced by 10.8%, and sample 16 was reduced by 10.5%. From this, it was found that when a small amount of SPS was used, the pore-shrinking effect was reduced, and the above extracts 1 to 4 increased the pore-shrinking effect to some extent.
2. Confirm the patch improving effect
(1) Skin plaque assay
1) Skin patch experiments were performed on multiple samples. For 24 women aged 40, 24 women were divided into 8 groups, and each group was used for 4 weeks in the morning and evening on the face with sample 1 and sample 13 to sample 19 (after 15 minutes of application by brushing, the skin was washed with water and removed), and the skin wrinkle improvement effect around the corners of the eyes was measured by a skin detector (Skin Visiometer SV 600FireWire,CK Electronic GmbH) as a fine wrinkle detector. The reduction rate (%) was confirmed by relatively comparing the average depths of wrinkles before and after using the samples.
2) As a result, it was confirmed that the average depth of wrinkles in sample 1 was reduced by 19%, sample 13 was reduced by 24%, sample 14 was reduced by 23%, sample 15 was reduced by 25%, sample 16 was reduced by 27%, sample 17 was reduced by 35%, sample 18 was reduced by 34%, and sample 19 was reduced by 23%. From this, it is understood that in the case of using the extract, the wrinkle-improving effect can be increased, and when they are used in combination, the wrinkle-improving effect can be increased as compared with the case of using the extract 1 and the extract 2 (or the extract 3 and the extract 4) alone.
(2) Confirmation of collagen production amount
1) In general, after HDFn, which is a cell for confirming the amount of collagen produced, was cultured in a conventional manner, sample 13 was added to sample 19 (the final concentration of each sample was 100 μg/mL), the culture supernatant was collected and the amount of Procollagen (Procollagen) was measured using a Procollagen type 1C-peptide EIA kit (PIP) and compared with the no-treatment group to confirm the increase (%).
2) As a result, it was confirmed that the amount of collagen produced in sample 13 was increased by 29%, that in sample 14 was increased by 27%, that in sample 15 was increased by 29%, that in sample 16 was increased by 26%, that in sample 17 was increased by 39%, that in sample 18 was increased by 41%, and that in sample 19 was increased by 30%. From this, it is understood that in the case of using the extract, the generation of collagen can be promoted to increase the wrinkle improvement effect, and when they are used in combination, the generation effect of collagen is prominent as compared with the case of using the extract 1 and the extract 2 (or the extract 3 and the extract 4) alone.
3. Functional evaluation
(1) For 24 women aged 40, 24 women were divided into 8 groups, and each group was used for 4 weeks in the morning and evening on the face with sample 1 and sample 13 to sample 19 (after 15 minutes of application by brushing, and then removed by washing the face with water), thereby confirming satisfaction of the enhancement effect. In the functional evaluation, the concept of the reinforcing effect was explained, and the evaluation was performed using a 5-point scale method, with 5 points indicating satisfactory and 1 point indicating unsatisfactory.
(2) As a result of the evaluation, the satisfaction of sample 1 was 4.1, the satisfaction of sample 13 was 4.4, the satisfaction of sample 14 was 4.3, the satisfaction of sample 15 was 4.5, the satisfaction of sample 16 was 4.4, the satisfaction of sample 17 was 4.8, the satisfaction of sample 18 was 4.7, and the satisfaction of sample 19 was 4.0. From this, it was found that the satisfaction of the enhancement effect was high in samples 1 and 13 to 19, and the satisfaction of the enhancement effect was higher when the extract was added.
While the applicant has described the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it should be construed that the embodiments described above are merely one embodiment for realizing the technical idea of the present invention, and any modification or variation for realizing the technical idea of the present invention falls within the scope of the present invention.
