Abstract
本发明涉及一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布,包括碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层,碘伏层由若干填充碘伏液的单元凝胶球组成。该壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布制备方法,包括:⑴将壳聚糖季铵盐配制成浓度为4mg/mL的水溶液,在37℃的温度下将纱布浸入混合2小时,脱液,烘干;⑵将上述纱布浸泡在6mg/mL壳聚糖季铵盐水溶液中5小时,脱液,定型,二次烘干,形成壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层;⑶将碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层经过压合工艺压合。本发明设计科学合理、创新杀菌纱布结构和制备工艺,使用舒适柔软,具有良好的透气吸湿、消肿、止血功能,且无毒、无味、无刺激、无腐蚀、无污染,属于环境友好型的医疗产品。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医用耗材领域,涉及杀菌纱布,尤其是一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布及其制备方法。
背景技术
杀菌纱布是指采用脱脂棉纱布制成,基本用于医用或者医疗消毒灭菌用,该产品洁白、吸水力强,供医疗单位用于外敷清创护理、保健护理。
杀菌纱布除了要具备纱布吸水性好、不掉絮基本使用需求外还需要具备杀菌功能,避免创伤处造成二次感染。伤口感染后,周围的皮肤会发白,变软导致细菌的继发的感染,这样就会使伤口更加的恶化。另外,患者创伤面伴随疼痛,接触患者创伤面会给患者带来摩擦痛感,有效解决该不适感也是纱布的一个改进方向。
壳聚糖是天然的阳离子碱性多糖,化学名为β-(1-4)-2-氨基-2-脱氧-D-葡聚糖,是由甲壳素逐步脱乙酰而得到的聚合物。甲壳素在自然界中广泛存在于高等真菌类、节支动物虾、蟹、昆虫的外壳等生物体中,在地球上的蕴藏量非常大,是自然界中第二大生物资源。壳聚糖具有许多生物性质:如安全无毒、抗肿瘤、抑菌、可生物降解、生物相容等优点。由于壳聚糖是纯天然物质,与纤维素和胶原质有着非常相似的生物性能,所以壳聚糖与人体的细胞及组织器官有良好的生物相容性;有优良的生物可降解性,在体内可以被完全吸收并直接利用;对于受损的组织细胞,壳聚糖能有效地促进其再生并加速愈合。
然而,壳聚糖存在着大量的分子内和分子间氢键,这使得壳聚糖既不溶于水和稀碱溶液,也不溶于普通有机溶剂,只溶于稀醋酸、稀盐酸(pH<6)等低浓度无机酸酸性溶液及个别有机溶剂中,导致壳聚糖在止血敷料领域应用受到了极大的限制。
通过对现有公开专利文献的检索,虽然有公开专利文献记载壳聚糖季铵盐的杀菌功能,但是其制备方法和在改进纱布使用舒适度方面并无法影响本发明的新颖性和创造性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种有效提升杀菌功效和使用舒适度的壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布及其制备方法。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布,包括碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层,所述的碘伏层由若干填充碘伏液的单元凝胶球组成,其基质为凝胶,其上层覆盖有撕裂层。
一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布制备方法,包括如下步骤:
⑴将壳聚糖季铵盐配制成浓度为4mg/mL的水溶液,在37℃的温度下将纱布浸入混合2小时,脱液,烘干;
⑵将上述纱布浸泡在6mg/mL壳聚糖季铵盐水溶液中5小时,脱液,定型,二次烘干,形成壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层;
⑶将碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层经过压合工艺压合。
而且,所用壳聚糖季铵盐为2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖。
而且,所述的吸水层为医用纱布。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、碘伏层由若干填充碘伏液的单元凝胶球组成,其基质为凝胶,通过释放单元凝胶层中的碘伏液起到给伤口消毒杀菌的同时提高使用舒适度的功效,且能够促进壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层的杀菌功效。
2、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层采用的壳聚糖季铵盐为2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖,是通过壳聚糖化学改性而来,水溶性较好扩大了壳聚糖的使用范围,使用的2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖,不但发挥了壳聚糖来源广泛等优点,主要是还继承了壳聚糖杀菌的特性,可以很好的结合普通纱布,有效的降低伤口感染率,促进愈合。
3、吸水层主要是吸收多余水分,在创可贴长时间使用过程中保持干爽,避免过久地使用,创可贴外层的胶布不透气,使伤口和伤口周围的皮肤发白,变软导致细菌的继发的感染,这样就会使伤口更加的恶化。
4、冷敷层为以高分子水凝胶材料作为基质制备而成,内含天然清凉中药成分,接触空气汽化后将带走热量,可以达到局部降温的作用,而其中的药物在于水凝胶结合之后,可以通过药物成分迅速穿透脂肪层,渗透到皮下组织,直达病灶,达到冷敷祛痛、经皮吸收、缓释给药的作用和效果。
5、本发明设计科学合理、创新杀菌纱布结构,利用壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌功效并优化制备工艺,且增加了碘伏层和冷敷层,使用舒适柔软,具有良好的透气吸湿、消肿、止血功能,且无毒、无味、无刺激、无腐蚀、无污染,属于环境友好型的医疗产品。临床适用于创可贴引用上,制备工艺简单,无需购置大量设备、成本低廉、易实现大规模产业化,产品价格低廉,临床使用效果好。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布,如图1所示,包括碘伏层2、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层6、吸水层5及冷敷层4,所述的碘伏层由若干填充碘伏液的单元凝胶球3组成,其基质为凝胶,其上层覆盖有撕裂层1,使用时除去撕裂层,单元凝胶球内的碘伏液浸出,给伤口消毒杀菌的同时提高使用舒适度,且能够促进壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层的杀菌功效。
所述的壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层制备方法步骤如下:
⑴将壳聚糖季铵盐配制成浓度为4mg/mL的水溶液,在37℃的温度下将纱布浸入混合2小时,脱液,烘干;
⑵将上述纱布浸泡在6mg/mL壳聚糖季铵盐水溶液中5小时,脱液,定型,二次烘干,形成壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层;
⑶将碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层经过压合工艺压合。
所用壳聚糖季铵盐为2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖。
所述的冷敷层为以高分子水凝胶材料作为基质制备而成,内含天然清凉中药成分,接触空气汽化后将带走热量,可以达到局部降温的作用,而其中的药物在于水凝胶结合之后,可以通过药物成分迅速穿透脂肪层,渗透到皮下组织,直达病灶,达到冷敷祛痛、经皮吸收、缓释给药的作用和效果。
所述的吸水层为普通医用纱布。
由上述壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布制成创可贴,如图2所示,包括支撑层10、覆盖膜8,所述壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布11设置在支撑层和覆盖膜之间,在所述的支撑层上壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布的两侧设置有粘贴层9,与覆盖膜相配合为创可贴的粘贴部,其上开设有若干气孔(图中未示出),增加使用透气性。
上述支撑层、覆盖膜及壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布通过物理压合工艺制成,所述的覆盖膜将支撑层和壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布完全覆盖。
此实施例的撕裂层包括粘贴在碘伏层上的A胶层1和粘贴在覆盖层上的B胶层7,B胶层与A胶层粘合,使用时撕起覆盖层,顺带B胶层撕裂A胶层,
使用时撕起覆盖层,顺带B胶层撕裂A胶层,单元凝胶球内的碘伏液浸出,给伤口消毒杀菌的同时提高使用舒适度,且能够促进壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层的杀菌功效。将粘贴部贴在患处,冷敷层接触空气汽化后将带走热量,可以达到局部降温的作用,而其中的药物在于水凝胶结合之后,可以通过药物成分迅速穿透脂肪层,渗透到皮下组织,直达病灶,达到冷敷祛痛、经皮吸收、缓释给药的作用和效果。
尽管为说明目的公开了本发明的实施例,但是本领域的技术人员可以理解:在不脱离本发明及所附权利要求的精神和范围内,各种替换、变化和修改都是可能的,因此,本发明的范围不局限于实施例所公开的内容。

1.一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布,其特征在于:包括碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层,所述的碘伏层由若干填充碘伏液的单元凝胶球组成,其基质为凝胶,其上层覆盖有撕裂层,使用时除去撕裂层,单元凝胶球内的碘伏液浸出,所述壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布制备方法,包括如下步骤:
⑴将壳聚糖季铵盐配制成浓度为4mg/mL的水溶液,在37℃的温度下将纱布浸入混合2小时,脱液,烘干;
⑵将上述纱布浸泡在6mg/mL壳聚糖季铵盐水溶液中5小时,脱液,定型,二次烘干,形成壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层;
⑶将碘伏层、壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌层、吸水层及冷敷层经过压合工艺压合,所用壳聚糖季铵盐为2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种壳聚糖季铵盐杀菌纱布,其特征在于:所述的吸水层为医用纱布。
