Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical treatment, in particular to a suspension type weight-reducing walking aid system for rehabilitation of patients with weak muscle strength of waist and lower limbs of trunk and partial walking posture caused by stroke and other reasons.
Background
In the medical treatment process, the sequela of apoplexy is mainly caused by cerebral tissue ischemia or cerebral edema oppression, transition, and the like after cerebrovascular accident, so that the function of the cerebral tissue is damaged, after the condition of the disease is stable, general doctors encourage patients to do active exercise, get out of bed as soon as possible, stand and walk for training guidance, gradually increase the range and the times of the activity, and finally help the patients to go up and down stairs for training, so that the affected limbs can be moved, and the functional recovery is facilitated. The rehabilitation training is also suitable for the rehabilitation of patients with weak muscle strength of the waist and the lower limbs.
At present, the commonly used rehabilitation training is to assist the bystander or to assist the walking and standing by using a walking aid handrail frame, and the bystander generally needs to be monitored by other personnel to prevent danger; moreover, through the recovery mode of people's assistance or handrail frame assistance, patient generally produces the dependence to it, in case cancel the assistance, its independent walking can't eliminate the sense of fear, is difficult to continue, and later stage recovery effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a suspension type weight-reducing walking aid system which has the characteristics of independent exercise and good recovery effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a suspended weight-reducing walking aid system is composed of suspended slide mechanism, fastening mechanism and constraint mechanism, and features that said fastening mechanism is used to fasten the patient and is connected to said suspended slide mechanism, which can slide back and forth via a fixed track. The suspension sliding mechanism is fixed at a high position, the fastening mechanism is used for fixing the body of the patient, the restriction mechanism can effectively restrict the muscle weakness of the patient to enable the patient to bear more force, the patient can walk in a recovery manner under the guidance and restriction of the suspension sliding mechanism along with walking, no other people are needed to assist in supporting, and due to various restrictions, the fear of walking of the patient can be effectively eliminated, and the recovery effect is good.
The suspension sliding mechanism comprises a guide rail and a sliding block in sliding fit with the guide rail, and the fastening mechanism is connected with the sliding block through a hanging strip. The guide rail can be fixed above a roof, the sliding block is matched and slidably connected in the guide rail, the sling is connected with a fastening mechanism for fastening a patient, so that the patient can stand easily, the length of the sling can be adjusted to a proper position for the patient to stand when the fastening mechanism is connected, and the guide rail is easy to adopt a ring-shaped guide rail so as to be convenient for the patient to circularly walk without turning around.
The fastening mechanism comprises a chest fixing component, a waist fixing component and a leg fixing component, wherein the chest fixing component, the waist fixing component and the leg fixing component are combined through a hanging strip and then connected with the sliding block. Therefore, the patient can be positioned and fixed through the chest and waist fixing components, so that the patient can stand stably in a relatively upright manner, and the leg fixing components are effective guarantee for enhancing leg strength and assisting walking.
The restraint mechanism includes an ankle securing strap, and an instep securing strap. Can effectively play the role of assisting and guiding each joint and muscle when the patient trains.
The sliding block is connected with the hanging strip through a universal joint. Through the arrangement of the universal joint, when the training device is used, the training device can flexibly turn according to needs, and the use effect is not influenced by winding of a hanging belt and the like.
The fastening mechanism also comprises an angle adjuster and a telescopic device. Through the adjustment, not only can use the user of different heights and sizes, can carry out appropriate regulation according to the habit of walking and the gesture that each person is different moreover, the suitability is strong.
The lower end of the sliding block is fixedly connected with pull belts on two sides of the universal joint. Can be supported by hands during training, thereby increasing the confidence of the training patient.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the suspension type weight-reducing walking aid system of the invention comprises a suspension sliding mechanism 10, a fastening mechanism 20 and a restraining mechanism 30, wherein the fastening mechanism 20 is used for fastening a patient and is connected with the suspension sliding mechanism 10, and the suspension sliding mechanism 10 is a structure capable of sliding back and forth through a fixed track. The suspension sliding mechanism 10 comprises a guide rail 101 and a sliding block 102 in sliding fit with the guide rail 101, and the fastening mechanism 20 is connected with the sliding block 102 through a hanging strip 103. The fastening mechanism 20 comprises a chest fixing component 201, a waist fixing component 202 and a leg fixing component 203, wherein the chest fixing component 201, the waist fixing component 202 and the leg fixing component 203 are respectively combined by a hanging strip 103 and then connected with a sliding block 102. The fastening mechanism 20 and the restraint mechanism 30 are restrained in a manner of eye-splice magic tape, which is a restraint belt commonly used in the medical care field, so that the medical care belt is convenient to wear and can adapt to patients with different sizes and shapes.
When the invention is used, a patient can wear the fastening mechanisms 20 of the chest, the waist and the two lower limbs as required to adjust the length and the angle of the bracket of the waist, the back and the shoulders. The patient is assisted in gait and walking training by means of the suspension rail 101, the strap 103, the fastening mechanism 20, and the restraining mechanism 30 in a suspended and assisted weight loss manner.
The restraining mechanism 30 includes ankle strap 301, ankle strap 302, and instep strap 303.
The slide 102 is connected to a strap 103 via a universal joint 104. The invention can be used to tailor the annular or linear guide rail (the guide rail needs to be fixed with the ceiling) according to the needs. The pulley blocks (sliding blocks) are embedded in the two sides of the guide rail, and the middle of the connecting shaft is connected with the suspension system by an embedded universal joint 104, so that a patient can turn and turn at any time when walking without winding the suspension belt.
The fastening mechanism 20 also includes an angle adjuster 204 and a retractor 205.
At the lower end of the sliding block 102, on both sides of the universal joint 104, a pulling belt 105 is further fixedly connected for the purpose of holding the patient during training. On the one hand to help the body to remain upright and safe and on the other hand to reduce the fear of the patient. The hard structure on the back extends from the waist to the shoulders to drag the waist of the patient to keep the waist upright and press the shoulders to correct the bad posture when the patient walks, and the structure has certain telescopic angle adjustment capability to adapt to patients with different body types as much as possible.
In the implementation process of the invention, one or more constraints of the constraint mechanism 30 and the fastening mechanism 20 can be timely removed according to the recovery condition of the patient, so that the patient can gradually adapt to the independent walking mode until the patient is completely recovered.
