When the purchase is completed, the purchaser only needs to select the purchase completion on the operation panel 2, and at this time, the first electric push rod 14 and the second electric push rod 11 are sequentially retracted to the original positions.
When residents in a community need to recover medicines, only solid medicine recovery or liquid medicine recovery needs to be selected on the operation panel 2, if solid medicine recovery is selected, the pair of crushing grinding wheels 16 start to rotate relatively, at the moment, a user only needs to rotate to the rear of the medicine vending machine, solid medicines are taken out of medicine bottles and poured into the solid medicine feeding opening 15, the medicines can automatically fall onto the crushing grinding wheels 16 and are crushed by the crushing grinding wheels 16 and fall into the solid medicine recovery box 18, after operation is completed, the user selects and finishes recovery on the operation panel 2, and the crushing grinding wheels 16 stop working; if the liquid medicine recovery is selected, the control chip controls the electric baffle at the liquid medicine pouring opening 19 to be opened, a user pours the liquid medicine into the liquid medicine pouring opening 19, the liquid medicine automatically flows into the liquid medicine recovery box 24, an empty bottle with the poured liquid medicine is put into the medicine bottle recovery box 23, the recovery is selected to be finished on the operation panel, and the electric baffle at the liquid medicine pouring opening 19 is automatically closed.
The staff can regularly patrol the medicine sale condition and the overdue medicine recovery condition in each medicine vending machine, and supplement the medicines according to the actual demand, or uniformly recover the overdue medicines subjected to primary treatment and then send the overdue medicines to the corresponding treatment station.

1) the method comprises the following steps that a medicine vending machine is arranged in a community or an area with few drug stores, a worker can place the commonly-used over-the-counter medicines with the largest purchase quantity in the medicine vending machine and input corresponding information of the medicines into a control chip in the medicine vending machine;
2) the medicine vending machine is provided with a medicine self-service purchase module and a card reading module, a purchaser inquires medicine information from the medicine vending machine, after determining that a required medicine exists, a bank card or a medical insurance card is inserted into the card reading module, and the card reading module reads the balance in the bank card or the medical insurance card, and if the balance is within a set amount range, the self-service purchase mode can be entered;
3) the medicine vending machine displays the types of the medicines which can be purchased according to the balance in the bank card or the medical insurance card of the purchaser, after the purchaser selects the required medicines which can be purchased from the medicine vending machine, the medicine vending machine sends the medicines to the medicine taking window, and the purchaser takes the medicines according to the quantity which the purchaser needs to purchase;
4) after the medicine taken by the purchaser passes through the code scanner, the code scanner automatically acquires medicine information and transmits the information to a control chip on the medicine vending machine;
5) the control chip on the medicine vending machine automatically calculates the settlement amount according to the amount taken by the purchaser and automatically deducts money according to the calculated amount; after one-time money deduction is completed, the control chip reads the balance in the bank card or the medical insurance card again and judges whether the self-service purchase mode exits or not;
6) after the purchaser selects to finish the purchase on the medicine vending machine, the purchase operation is finished, and the medicine vending machine exits the self-service purchase mode;
the medicine vending machine in the step 1) comprises a vending machine body (1), wherein a user operation area and a medicine taking window (5) are arranged on the vending machine body (1), a rotary medicine placing frame is arranged in the vending machine body (1), and a plurality of medicine placing boxes (7) are arranged on the medicine placing frame; the size of the medicine placing box (7) is consistent with that of the medicine taking window (5), and the medicine taking window (5) is arranged at a position corresponding to the medicine placing box (7); a pushing mechanism is arranged in the vending machine body (1) at a position corresponding to the medicine taking window (5), a space for the medicine placing box (7) to rotate is formed between the pushing mechanism and the medicine taking window (5), and the side surface of the medicine placing box (7) corresponding to the medicine taking window (5) and the pushing mechanism is provided with an opening; the pushing mechanism is in wireless connection with the user operation area;
a transparent baffle (6) is arranged on one surface of the medicine placing box (7) corresponding to the medicine taking window (5), the transparent baffle (6) protrudes out of the bottom surface of the medicine placing box (7), the transparent baffle (6) is connected with the medicine placing box (7) in a vertical sliding mode, and a limiting block (25) is arranged on the lower side of the transparent baffle (6);
