Because the third motor can drive the motion of third conveyer belt, and the one end of third conveyer belt is located the top of getting medical kit 13, when the medicine moved to transporting on track 122, the third conveyer belt can drive the medicine motion to make the medicine fall into and get medical kit 13 in, can avoid falling into the medicine on transporting track 122 like this because the effect of frictional force stops on transporting track 122, thereby the influence goes out the medicine.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the medicine taking box 13 includes a box body and a fourth motor; the box can be rotatably installed at a designated position, a power output shaft of the fourth motor is connected with the box, the power output shaft and a rotating shaft of the medicine taking box 13 are coaxially arranged, the fourth motor can drive the medicine taking box 13 to rotate, so that medicines in the medicine taking box 13 fall into the recovery box 14, and the opening or closing of the medicine taking box 13 is controlled by controlling the working state of the fourth motor. Through setting up the fourth motor, when remaining in getting the medical kit 13 there is the medicine, open through control fourth motor and drive and get medical kit 13 and rotate to can play automatic control's effect.
Before step S10, the method further includes the following steps:
step S01: controlling the medicine taking box 13 to turn over so that no medicine remains in the medicine taking box 13;

The present invention further provides a medicine taking system 2, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 shows a schematic block diagram of the medicine taking system 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the medicine taking system 2 according to the present invention is configured in the automatic medicine taking machine, and is configured to implement any one of the above medicine taking methods, the medicine taking system 2 includes a reading unit 21 for acquiring medicine taking information, a communication unit 22 for communicating with a background, a control unit 23, and a verification unit 24; the control unit 23 is configured to control the medicine conveying assembly 12 to convey different medicines into the medicine taking box 13 according to the medicine taking information acquired by the reading unit 21; the checking unit 24 is arranged on the medicine discharging device 1, the checking unit 24 is used for acquiring medicine information of medicines sent by the medicine discharging device 1 and transmitting the medicine information to the communication unit 22, the communication unit 22 sends the received medicine information to a background, receives a command signal of the background and transmits the command signal to the control unit 23, and the control unit 23 is also used for controlling the opening or closing of the medicine taking box 13 according to the command signal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a grating sensor and/or a button switch are disposed on the access opening 131 of the medicine taking box 13, and both the grating sensor and the button switch are used for controlling the opening and closing of the medicine taking box 13. The grating sensor is electrically connected with the control unit 23, when the grating sensor senses that a hand of a human body enters the medicine taking box 13 to take medicine, the grating sensor generates an electric signal, and the control unit 23 controls the medicine taking box 13 to be in an opening state after receiving the electric signal sent by the grating sensor; when the medicine taking box senses that the medicine is taken away by a hand of a human body, the grating sensor stops sending an electric signal to the control unit 23, and the control unit 23 automatically controls the medicine taking box 13 to be closed after the preset time elapses. With such an arrangement, the medicine dispensing device 1 is more intelligent, and the medicine dispenser is prevented from being caught by the medicine dispensing box 13 when the medicine is dispensed. In addition, the button switch can also play a role in controlling the medicine taking box 13 to be opened or closed, so that the combination of automatic control and manual control is realized, and the design of the whole medicine taking machine is more humanized.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the reading unit 21 includes one or more of an identification module 211, a code reader 212, a paper prescription identification module 213, and a manual input module; the code reader 212 is used for reading electronic prescriptions, and the paper prescription identification module 213 is used for identifying paper prescriptions.
Optionally, the identity recognition module 211 comprises one or more of smart card recognition, key press recognition, fingerprint recognition, iris recognition or face recognition. For example, the smart card identification may be a data read of a medical insurance card. The identity recognition module 211 is configured to recognize an identity of a person who takes a medicine, call pre-stored prescription information of the person who takes the medicine according to the identity of the person who takes the medicine, and send user information of the person who takes the medicine to the background, where the background can issue the prescription information to the medicine taking system 2 according to the user information.
It should be noted that the electronic prescription may be stored in the electronic device in the form of a two-dimensional code, and when the person taking the medicine aligns the two-dimensional code of the electronic prescription with the code reader 212, the reading unit 21 can obtain the medicine taking information of the person taking the medicine.
It should be noted that the paper prescription identification module 213 includes a paper winder and a scanner, the scanner can scan and identify the medicine taking information on the paper prescription, and the paper winder can send the paper prescription to the scanning position, so that the scanner can scan the medicine taking information on the paper prescription. When the medicine taking is completed, the paper winder forwards sends the paper prescription into the prescription recycling box to be recycled for standby treatment, and when the medicine taking fails, the paper winder reversely rotates to spit the paper prescription, so that the intelligent treatment degree of the paper prescription is improved.
It should be noted that the manual input module includes a touch display screen 214 or a keyboard, and the user can manually input the medicine taking information on the touch display screen 214.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the checking unit 24 includes a camera for photographing the medicine delivered from the medicine dispensing device 1, and the camera is disposed above the medicine dispensing box 13. The medicine pictures shot by the camera are sent to the background as medicine information, so that the staff can conveniently identify the medicine. Of course, the verification unit 24 may also include other devices or structures for acquiring the medicine information, and the invention is not limited thereto.
As an embodiment of the present invention, the medicine dispensing system 2 further includes a verification unit for verifying the medicine dispensing information acquired by the reading unit 21. The prescription information of the medicine taking person is stored in the medicine taking system 2 in advance, or the medicine taking system 2 can receive the prescription information issued to the medicine taking system 2 by the background, so that the verification unit can accurately judge the medicine taking information acquired by the reading unit 21 by comparing the medicine taking information acquired by the reading unit 21 with the prescription information, and the error of medicine taking is avoided.
Referring to fig. 3, the medication intake system 2 further includes a printing device 25, and the printing device 25 is used for printing medication instructions or orders. The background can send the medicine taking instruction for controlling the medicine taking device 1 to take medicine out while sending the medicine taking instruction or the medicine order to the communication unit 22 in the form of an electric signal, the communication unit 22 transmits the medicine taking instruction or the medicine order to the control unit 23, the printing device 25 is electrically connected with the control unit 23, and the control unit 23 can control the printing device 25 to print the medicine taking instruction or the medicine order.

Claims (10)

1. A self-help medicine taking method is characterized in that an automatic medicine taking machine is used for self-help medicine taking, the automatic medicine taking machine comprises a medicine discharging device, and the medicine discharging device comprises a medicine storing structure, a medicine conveying assembly and a medicine taking box; the medicine storage structure is used for storing medicines, and the medicine conveying component is used for conveying different medicines stored in the medicine storage structure into the medicine taking box so as to be taken by a medicine taker; the medicine taking method comprises the following steps:
acquiring medicine taking information;
controlling the medicine conveying component to convey different medicines into the medicine taking box according to different medicine taking information;
acquiring medicine information of the medicines transported to the medicine taking box, and sending the medicine information to a background; the background receives the medicine information and sends a 'medicine discharge' or 'no medicine discharge' instruction to the automatic medicine taking machine;
receiving a 'medicine discharging' instruction or 'medicine non-discharging' instruction issued by a background; and if the received instruction is a 'medicine discharging' instruction, controlling the medicine taking box to be in an open state so as to be used by a medicine taker to take medicine, and if the received instruction is a 'medicine non-discharging' instruction, controlling the medicine taking box to be in a closed state.
2. The self-service medicine taking method of claim 1, wherein the medicine outlet device further comprises a recycling bin; the medicine taking box is provided with a taking and placing opening for taking and placing medicines, the recovery box is arranged below the medicine taking box, the recovery box is provided with a recovery opening for the medicines to fall into, the medicine taking box is provided with a rotating shaft extending along the horizontal direction, the medicine taking box can rotate along the rotating shaft, and when the medicine taking box rotates to the taking and placing opening and faces the recovery opening, the medicines in the medicine taking box can fall into the recovery box from the taking and placing opening;
in the step of receiving a 'medicine discharging' instruction or a 'medicine non-discharging' instruction issued by the background, if the received instruction is the 'medicine non-discharging' instruction, the medicine taking box is controlled to rotate to the taking and placing opening towards the recovery opening, so that the medicines in the medicine taking box fall into the recovery box from the taking and placing opening.

The self-service medicine taking method according to claim 2, wherein the medicine storage structure comprises a first conveyor belt and a first motor, the upper surface of the first conveyor belt is used for placing medicines, and the first motor is used for driving the first conveyor belt to move, so that the medicines on the first conveyor belt fall onto the medicine conveying assembly.

The self-help medicine taking method of claim 3, wherein the medicine conveying assembly comprises a conveying mechanism, a driving mechanism and a conveying track; the transfer mechanism is arranged below the first conveyor belt and used for receiving the medicines falling from the first conveyor belt, the driving mechanism is used for conveying the medicines received by the transfer mechanism to the transfer track, and the transfer track is used for putting the medicines into the medicine taking box.
5. The self-help medicine taking method according to claim 1, further comprising the following steps after the obtaining of the medicine taking information:

6. A medicine taking system, configured in an automatic medicine taking machine according to any one of claims 1 to 5, for implementing a medicine taking method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, the medicine taking system comprising:
a reading unit for acquiring the medicine taking information;
the communication unit is used for communicating with the background;
the control unit is used for controlling the medicine conveying component to convey different medicines into the medicine taking box according to the medicine taking information acquired by the reading unit;
the checking unit is used for acquiring medicine information of the medicines transported into the medicine taking box;
the control unit is also used for controlling the opening or closing of the medicine taking box.

The system of claim 6, wherein the reading unit comprises one or more of an identification module, a code reader, a paper prescription identification module, and a manual input module; the code reader is used for reading the electronic prescription, and the paper prescription identification module is used for identifying the paper prescription.
8. The medicine taking system according to claim 6, wherein the checking unit comprises a camera for taking a picture of the medicine emitted by the medicine discharging device, and the camera is arranged above the medicine taking box.
9. The system of any one of claims 6-8, further comprising a verification unit for verifying the fetching information obtained by the reading unit.
10. The system of any one of claims 6-8, further comprising a printing device for printing instructions or orders for medication.
