Wherein, this document audit system includes: the document conversion module is used for converting the original audit file from a first file format into a second file format to obtain a target audit file, wherein the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format; the review information generation module is used for generating an audit task based on the target audit file and acquiring review information associated with the audit task, wherein the audit task is configured with audit authority; and the review information storage module is used for uploading and storing the target audit file and the review information to a preset storage area. The method and the device solve the technical problem that the mode for auditing the requirement document in the related technology is low in efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of collaborative review of documents, in particular to a document auditing system, a document auditing method and a document auditing device.
Background
In the game development project, the requirement document is the basis of function development, the programmer lyrics the code, and is one of the main sources of the tester designing the test case. Whether the requirement document is clearly and reasonably written affects the quality and efficiency of subsequent development work, and even more, defects in the online production environment can be generated, and project loss is caused.
Therefore, analysis and review of the requirements documents is a very important work content throughout the development period. However, the current document analysis and auditing methods have the problems of low efficiency and single form. In the existing document review mode, during the review process, an author needs to write an Excel document first, a reviewer (possibly multiple people) shares the Excel document with the reviewer for review through an email or other modes, and the reviewer adds comments and other modes to the received document copy to increase review opinions, and then returns the review opinions to the author through the email or other modes. This process is very inefficient and time consuming and costly if the round trip changes are made multiple times.
Meanwhile, the process is not intuitive for the content display of each review, and the review comments must be viewed after being positioned in a certain comment-written cell. Furthermore, if multiple people participate in the review, each person cannot see the reviews of other people at the same time, so that there is a possibility that duplicate reviews may be generated for the same place, which is a waste of manpower resources.
In some applications, the review work is also performed by converting Excel documents into PDF format documents, and in the converted PDF format documents, the applications can add review opinions on the block texts through block text selection. However, this method is very limited, and the position of the annotation can only be placed in the text, but cannot be randomly selected from any position in the document (such as the position of an illustration in the document), and at the same time, for the same text block, there are only two types of selection states and non-selection states, and the convenience of reviewing similar places for different users is not enough.
Aiming at the problem that the mode for auditing the requirement document in the related technology has low efficiency, an effective solution is not provided at present.

Optionally, the converting the original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file includes: determining that the original audit file includes a plurality of subdocuments; extracting sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments, and splicing the plurality of subdocuments based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments to obtain a spliced original audit file; and converting the spliced original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain the target audit file.

As shown in fig. 2, the document auditing system further includes: the review information uploading and storing module (namely, the review information storing module) has a main function that when the computer runs, the computer can realize the uploading and storing function of the data required in the process of the multi-user online collaborative document auditing task, and specifically comprises a target auditing file converted by the excel document conversion module, and specific information and an auditing position of the content audited by each user in the process of the multi-user collaborative auditing task.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, for the audit task, the authority of the user is isolated, the audit can be performed only after receiving the authorization of the task issuer, and other users can browse the review information of other users on the audit task only if the other users have the right to read.
In addition, the color of the frame of the review frame is displayed on the computer interface in different colors according to different users, and the information of the frame selection area, including the position of the located document and the size of the selection frame, is recorded.
By the document review system provided by the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the circulation efficiency in the process of examining and verifying the Excel document, an independent examination task can be established for the Excel document, and the document is converted into a full-text graph with additional information, so that all contents in the document can be tiled on a display interface, an effect of intuitive reading is achieved, and meanwhile, the communication cost of back-and-forth transmission between an author and a reviewer is saved; in addition, in order to solve the problem that the original annotation mode of the document is not intuitive enough in display, a new annotation mode is provided in the embodiment of the invention, a mouse and other touch tools are used for performing frame selection in the image copy of the document to be audited, an audit suggestion of a specific position in the document is established, and the suggestion is stored in the system data storage module provided by the invention.
Meanwhile, in order to distinguish the auditing opinions of different users on the same document, the document auditing system provided by the invention allocates different color marquees to different users; in a scene of multi-user real-time collaborative audit, the audit opinions of each user can be completely and independently displayed, and the change of the audit opinions or the reply of an author can be synchronized to all users in the collaborative task.
In the embodiment of the invention, the document to be audited is converted into the format related to the image for circulation, so that the dependency of the available version of Excel document opening software (such as Microsoft Excel software) can be effectively reduced, and the document content is displayed very intuitively; in a multi-person collaborative audit task scene, different users only need to operate audit opinions in the same document copy, so that the efficiency of multi-person collaborative audit can be effectively improved compared with the traditional mail notification mode; the auditing opinions of different users can be fed back on the interface in different colors in real time, and each frame selection operation exists in an independent mode. Therefore, the problem of repeated audit of audit opinions can be avoided, and the accuracy of document audit is improved.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method of document review, it should be noted that the method of document review is applied to a document review system as described in any of the above, the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the figure may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method of document review according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method of document review includes the steps of:
step S302, responding to a first trigger operation acting on the audit task, entering the audit task, and displaying a target audit file carried by the audit task and historical review information generated based on the target audit file on a preset interface.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, when an auditor receives an audit task, the audit task may be triggered to enter the audit task, so that a target audit file in the audit task and historical review information generated based on the target audit file are displayed on a predetermined interface.
Optionally, the historical review information may be review information added when other reviewers review the target audit file.
Optionally, the predetermined interface may be a display interface of a terminal used by an auditor. The terminal here may be a computer terminal.
Step S304, in response to the second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, acquiring review information input in the review frame of the target audit file.
In step S306, the review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame are inserted into the audit task as new review information.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present invention, the audit task may be entered in response to the first trigger operation acting on the audit task, and the target audit file carried by the audit task and the historical review information generated based on the target audit file are displayed on the predetermined interface; responding to a second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, and acquiring input review information in a review frame of the target audit file; the review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame are used as new review information and are inserted into the audit task, so that the purposes that when the original audit file needs to be audited, the review information related to the audit task and the target audit file in the image data file format are uploaded and stored into the preset storage area, and the review information is cooperatively displayed to other reviewers are achieved.
It is easy to note that in the embodiment of the present invention, when document review is required, a first trigger operation acting on a review task is responded, the review task is entered, and a target review document carried by the review task and historical review information generated based on the target review document are displayed on a predetermined interface; responding to a second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, and acquiring input review information in a review frame of the target audit file; the review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame are used as new review information and inserted into the audit task, so that the review information can be timely presented to other reviewers, repeated review among different reviewers is reduced, the review information related to the audit task and a target audit file in an image data file format are uploaded and stored into a preset storage area when the original audit file needs to be audited, the review information is cooperatively displayed to other reviewers, and the technical effect of improving the review efficiency is achieved.
Therefore, the document auditing method provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the technical problem that the mode for auditing the required document in the related art has low efficiency.
In an optional embodiment, before responding to the first triggering operation acting on the audit task, the method for document audit may further include: generating an audit task; wherein, generating an audit task comprises: determining an original audit file; converting the original audit file from a first file format into a second file format to obtain a target audit file, wherein the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format; and generating an audit task based on the target audit file.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, converting the original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file may include: determining that the original audit file comprises a plurality of sub-files; extracting sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments, and splicing the plurality of subdocuments based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments to obtain a spliced original audit file; and converting the spliced original audit file from the first file format into a second file format to obtain a target audit file.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the review information is information that is generated for the first time based on the target audit file, before the review information is input in the review frame of the target audit file in response to the second trigger operation that is performed on the target audit file, the method for document review may further include: generating and configuring a review box; wherein generating and configuring a review box comprises: generating a review frame in the target audit file in response to a third trigger operation acting on the target audit file; acquiring user information of a review side inputting new review information; configuration information is determined based on the user information and the configuration is reviewed for frames using the configuration information.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of an optional document review method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the document review method described in the flowchart is mainly directed to creating a new piece of review information, and as shown in fig. 4, the document review method includes the following steps:
s401, the user opens an existing audit task and enters the audit task. The user is an auditor who has an audit on the target audit file. The audit task has stored the corresponding converted excel document image data to be audited (i.e. the target audit file in image data file format).
S402, reading all existing review information of the opened audit task, and displaying on a computer interface. The review opinions of different users will be presented on the interface in different colors depending on the information they store.
And S403, dragging the audit task interface by using an interface operation tool such as a mouse and the like by the auditor to form a rectangular virtual line selection frame. After the framing operation is completed, the document auditing system draws the selected area and records related information, including relative position information and size information of the frame relative to the whole document.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, determining the configuration information based on the user information includes: judging whether the review side logs in the document auditing system for the first time or not based on the user information to obtain a judgment result; under the condition that the judging result shows that the review end logs in the document auditing system for the first time, unique configuration information which is different from other review ends in the document auditing system is created for the review end, the configuration information and the user information are correspondingly stored, and the created configuration information is used as configuration information; and acquiring configuration information based on the user information and determining the configuration information as the configuration information under the condition that the judging result indicates that the review side does not log in the document auditing system for the first time.
Namely, the document auditing method further comprises the following steps:
s404, a new request for reviewing information is generated at the moment, and whether the new request is a new reviewer or not is inquired to the server. If not, reading the configuration information corresponding to the user information of the auditor, and if so, executing a new user configuration process.
S405, newly creating the user configuration information, including recording the user name, and randomly selecting the color of the selection frame which is not used in the auditing task opened in the step S401 in the color library to configure and store for the user.
S406, the original configuration information of the auditor, including the color of the frame and the original review information, is read in the server.
And S407, displaying the configuration information of the auditor determined in the step 405 or the step 406 on a computer interface, and drawing a formal area outer frame according to the color in the configuration information so as to distinguish the review information of other auditors.
S408, the formal review frame generated in step 407 includes an area in which text review information can be input, and the examiner can select to input text therein, and the computer records the input text as additional review information.
S409, analyzing and checking the information recorded in the step S403, specifically including the relative position and the size of the frame relative to the whole document, and mainly performing reasonableness check, wherein the frame size cannot exceed the length and the width of the image data opened in the step S201, and the relative position cannot exceed the top and the tail of the image data.
That is, according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention, after the review frame is generated and configured, the method of document review further includes: acquiring and recording the size information of the review frames in the target audit file and the position information of one or more review frames in the target audit file; based on the size information in the target audit file and the location information of the one or more review boxes in the target audit file, the review boxes are analyzed to determine that the size of the review boxes does not exceed the size of the target audit file.
And S410, uploading and storing the single piece of review information which is analyzed and processed in the step S409 and is added with the character input in the step S408, and inserting the single piece of review information into all the review information in the original review task.
That is, in the embodiment of the present invention, while inserting review information input to the review frame and area information of the review frame as new review information into the audit task, the method for auditing a document may further include: and uploading and storing the review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame to a preset storage area.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, when the review information is information generated again based on the historical review information, the acquiring the review information input in the review frame of the target audit file in response to the second trigger operation acting on the target audit file includes: and responding to a second trigger operation acting on a review frame in which the historical review information in the target audit file is located, acquiring the review information input to the review frame in which the historical review information is located, and uploading the review information input to the review frame in which the historical review information is located to a preset storage area.
That is, when an auditor needs to issue a new comment for the historical review information created for a target audit file by the auditor or on the basis of the historical review information created by the auditor or on the basis of the historical review information displayed in the predetermined interface, the auditor can edit the new comment in the audit frame corresponding to the historical review information to create a piece of review information, that is, the review comment created on the basis of the historical review information.
In an optional embodiment, the method for document review may further include: responding to the viewing operation and/or the editing operation of the review information in the target review file, sending request information to the server at intervals of a predetermined time length to request the server to update the review information in the review task under a predetermined condition, wherein the request information carries the local version information of the review task; and obtaining the updating information fed back by the server based on the request information, and updating the review information in the target audit file displayed on the preset interface by using the updating information.
In this embodiment, the auditor can obtain review information created by other auditors for the target audit file in time, or comments issued by other auditors for historical review information created by the auditor, so that the auditor can issue the audit comments of the auditor more objectively and comprehensively or create new audit information.
It should be noted that, the predetermined condition is that the version information of the audit task at the server is greater than the version information of the audit task at the local.
The following describes the document auditing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to another drawing.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another method for document review according to an embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the method for document review described in the drawing mainly aims at a way of establishing and synchronizing comments among multiple users, and as shown in fig. 5, the method for document review may include the following steps:
and S501, when the auditor enters an existing audit task, the computer loads audit opinions of all the auditors in the audit task from the server, displays the audit opinions on a computer interface in a frame selection mode according to configuration information, and meanwhile obtains the current latest version number of the audit task as a local version number.
S502, an auditor clicks the review opinions on the computer interface to enter an editing mode, and in the mode, the computer can be added on the basis of the original review text information, but the original existing review information text is not influenced, namely, the user cannot edit the original review information.
Specifically, the reviewer will insert the new entry into the existing review information store. Assuming that a plurality of auditors enter the editing of the review opinions at the same time, the operations are independent and do not influence each other because they all operate in a newly added manner.
And S503, after the audit staff finishes editing, uploading the newly added text review information serving as a new item to a server by the computer, and storing the new text review information in the review opinions corresponding to the items.
And S504, in the process of checking and editing the review opinions by the auditor, starting a timer by the computer, and sending a request to the server at a fixed time interval for requesting data refreshing of a review task, wherein the request carries the local version number at the moment.
S305, after receiving the request in the step S504, the server performs version number proofreading with the server, if the local version number is greater than or equal to the latest version number of the audit task of the server, a message is returned to inform that the original review data of the maintenance system is not changed, and the step S506 is entered; if not, the step S507 is executed for the next operation;
it should be noted that this step may be initiated by multiple users, and the server performs serial message processing.
S506, if the response of the server is received and the data refreshing requirement is not met, the page display is maintained unchanged.
And S507, if the version number of the audit task of the server is greater than the local version number, updating the local version number to the server version number.
And S508, acquiring the latest state of the audit task of the server and refreshing the updated and returned data on the computer interface for display. Specifically, the review comment selection box may be newly added, a single review comment content is changed, and the like.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a document auditing apparatus, which uses the document auditing method of any one of the above, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the document auditing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the document auditing apparatus includes: a first response unit 61, a second response unit 63 and a processing unit 65. The document auditing apparatus will be described in detail below.
The first response unit 61 is configured to enter the audit task in response to a first trigger operation that acts on the audit task, and display a target audit file carried by the audit task and historical review information generated based on the target audit file on a predetermined interface.
And a second response unit 63, configured to, in response to a second trigger operation applied to the target audit file, obtain review information input in a review frame of the target audit file.
The processing unit 65 inserts the review information input to the review frame and the area information of the review frame into the audit task as new review information.
It should be noted here that the first responding unit 61, the second responding unit 63, and the processing unit 65 correspond to steps S302 to S306 in embodiment 2, and the units are the same as the examples and application scenarios realized by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to the disclosure in embodiment 2. It should be noted that the above-described elements as part of an apparatus may be implemented in a computer system, such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiment of the present application, the first response unit may be used to respond to the first trigger operation acting on the audit task, enter the audit task, and display the target audit file carried by the audit task and the historical review information generated based on the target audit file on the predetermined interface; responding to a second trigger operation acting on the target audit file by using a second response unit, and acquiring input review information in a review frame of the target audit file; and inserting review information input to the review frame and the area information of the review frame into the audit task as new review information by the processing unit. By the document auditing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the review information associated with the auditing task and the target auditing file in the image data file format are uploaded and stored in the preset storage area when the original auditing file needs to be audited, so that the review information is cooperatively displayed to other reviewers, the technical effect of improving the review efficiency is achieved, and the technical problem of low efficiency of a mode for auditing the required document in the related art is solved.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the first generation unit is used for generating the audit task before responding to the first trigger operation acting on the audit task; wherein, the first generating unit includes: the first determining module is used for determining an original audit file; the system comprises a first acquisition module, a second acquisition module and a third acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for converting an original audit file from a first file format into a second file format to obtain a target audit file, the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format; and the first generation module is used for generating an audit task based on the target audit file.
In an alternative embodiment, the first obtaining module includes: the first determining submodule is used for determining that the original audit file comprises a plurality of sub-files; the splicing submodule is used for extracting the sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments and splicing the plurality of subdocuments based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments to obtain a spliced original audit file; and the first obtaining submodule is used for converting the spliced original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file.
In an alternative embodiment, when the review information is information that is generated for the first time based on the target audit file, the apparatus further comprises: a second generating unit, configured to generate and configure a review frame before obtaining review information input in the review frame of the target audit file in response to a second trigger operation acting on the target audit file; wherein, the second generating unit includes: the generating module is used for responding to a third triggering operation acting on the target audit file and generating a review frame in the target audit file; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the user information of the review end which inputs new review information; and the configuration module is used for determining the configuration information based on the user information and reviewing the frame by using the configuration information.
In an alternative embodiment, the configuration module includes: the judging submodule is used for judging whether the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time or not based on the user information to obtain a judging result; the creating submodule is used for creating unique configuration information which is different from other review terminals in the document auditing system for the review terminal under the condition that the judgment result shows that the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time, correspondingly storing the configuration information and the user information, and taking the created configuration information as the configuration information; and the second determining submodule is used for acquiring the configuration information based on the user information and determining the configuration information as the configuration information under the condition that the judging result shows that the review side does not log in the document auditing system for the first time.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the acquisition unit is used for acquiring and recording the size information of the review frame in the target audit file and the position information of one or more review frames in the target audit file after the review frames are generated and configured; and the analysis unit is used for analyzing the review frames based on the size information in the target audit file and the position information of the one or more review frames in the target audit file so as to determine that the size of the review frame does not exceed the size of the target audit file.
In an optional embodiment, the apparatus for document auditing further includes: and the storage unit is used for uploading and storing the review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame to a preset storage area while inserting the review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame into an audit task as new review information.
In an alternative embodiment, when the review information is information generated again based on the historical review information, the second response unit includes: and the uploading module is used for responding to a second trigger operation acting on the review frame where the historical review information in the target audit file is located, acquiring the review information input to the review frame where the historical review information is located, and uploading the review information input to the review frame where the historical review information is located to the preset storage area.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the first updating unit is used for responding to viewing operation and/or editing operation of review information in a target audit file, sending request information to the server at intervals of a preset time length so as to request the server to update the review information in an audit task under a preset condition, wherein the request information carries local version information of the audit task; and the second updating unit is used for acquiring the updating information fed back by the server based on the request information and updating the review information in the target audit file displayed on the preset interface by using the updating information.
In an alternative embodiment, the predetermined condition is that the version information of the audit task at the server is greater than the version information of the audit task locally.

Claims (19)
1. A document auditing system, comprising:
the document conversion module is used for converting an original audit file from a first file format into a second file format to obtain a target audit file, wherein the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format;
the review information generation module is used for generating an audit task based on the target audit file and acquiring review information associated with the audit task, wherein the audit task is configured with audit authority;
and the review information storage module is used for uploading and storing the target audit file and the review information to a preset storage area.
2. The document auditing system of claim 1, where the document conversion module is further configured to, in a case where the original audit file includes multiple subdocuments, extract sequence information of the multiple subdocuments, and splice the multiple subdocuments based on the extracted sequence information of the multiple subdocuments to obtain a spliced original audit file, and convert the spliced original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file.
3. A document auditing system according to claim 1, where the review information generation module includes:
the audit task generating unit is used for generating an audit task based on the target audit file and sending the audit task to one or more review terminals based on the audit authority;
a dynamic area frame selection unit, when one or more of the review terminals receive a trigger operation acting on the image data file, configured to generate one or more review frames in the image data file in response to the trigger operation, respectively;
and the review information generating unit is used for displaying one or more pieces of review information in one or more review frames generated by the dynamic area frame selecting unit when one or more review information input in the target audit file is received by one or more review terminals so as to obtain the review information displayed in one or more review frames.
4. A document auditing system according to claim 3, said review information generation module further comprising:
and the review information collaborative display unit is used for synchronously displaying the review information generated by the review information generation unit and displayed on the one or more review frames to a preset display interface.
5. A document auditing system according to claim 3 or 4, where the dynamic area blocking unit is further configured to record size information of the one or more review boxes and location information of the one or more review boxes in the target audit file.
6. A document auditing system according to claim 5 where the colour information of the review frame edited by one or more of the reviewing ends is configured based on the identity information of each of the reviewing ends.
7. A document auditing method, applied to the document auditing system of any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising:
responding to a first trigger operation acting on an audit task, entering the audit task, and displaying a target audit file carried by the audit task and historical review information generated based on the target audit file on a preset interface;
responding to a second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, and acquiring input review information in a review frame of the target audit file;
and inserting review information input into the review frame and the area information of the review frame into the audit task as new review information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein prior to the responding to the first triggering action on the audit task, the method further comprises: generating the audit task;
wherein the generating the audit task comprises:
determining an original audit file;
converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain the target audit file, wherein the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format;
and generating the audit task based on the target audit file.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain the target audit file comprises:
determining that the original audit file includes a plurality of subdocuments;
extracting sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments, and splicing the plurality of subdocuments based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of subdocuments to obtain a spliced original audit file;
and converting the spliced original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain the target audit file.
10. The method of claim 8, wherein when the review information is information that is generated for the first time based on the target audit file, before the entering of the review information into the review box of the target audit file is obtained in response to the second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, the method further comprises: generating and configuring the review box;
wherein the generating and configuring the review box comprises:
generating the review frame in the target audit file in response to a third trigger operation acting on the target audit file;
acquiring user information of a review side which inputs the new review information;
determining configuration information based on the user information, and configuring the review box with the configuration information pair.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein determining configuration information based on the user information comprises:
judging whether the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time or not based on the user information to obtain a judgment result;
when the judgment result shows that the review side logs in the document auditing system for the first time, unique configuration information different from other review sides in the document auditing system is created for the review side, the configuration information is stored corresponding to the user information, and the created configuration information is used as the configuration information;

12. The method of claim 10, wherein after the generating and configuring the review box, the method further comprises:
acquiring and recording size information of the review frames in the target audit file and position information of the one or more review frames in the target audit file;
analyzing the review frame based on the size information in the target audit file and the location information of the one or more review frames in the target audit file to determine that the size of the review frame does not exceed the size of the target audit file.
13. The method according to claim 7, wherein, while inserting the review information input to the review frame and the region information of the review frame as new review information into the audit task, the method further comprises:
uploading and storing the review information input to the review frame and the area information of the review frame to a preset storage area.
14. The method of claim 7, wherein when the review information is generated again based on the historical review information, the obtaining review information entered in the review box of the target audit file in response to a second trigger action on the target audit file comprises:
and responding to a second trigger operation acting on a review frame in which the historical review information in the target audit file is located, acquiring the review information input to the review frame in which the historical review information is located, and uploading the review information input to the review frame in which the historical review information is located to a preset storage area.
15. The method according to any one of claims 7 to 14, further comprising:
responding to a viewing operation and/or an editing operation of review information in the target review file, sending request information to a server at intervals of a predetermined time length to request the server to update the review information in the review task under a predetermined condition, wherein the request information carries local version information of the review task;
and obtaining the updating information fed back by the server based on the request information, and updating the review information in the target audit file displayed on the preset interface by using the updating information.
16. The method of claim 15, wherein the predetermined condition is that version information of the audit task at the server is greater than version information of the audit task locally.
17. A document review apparatus, using the document review method of any of claims 7 to 16, comprising:
the system comprises a first response unit, a second response unit and a processing unit, wherein the first response unit is used for responding to a first trigger operation acting on an audit task, entering the audit task, and displaying a target audit file carried by the audit task and historical review information generated based on the target audit file on a preset interface;
a second response unit, configured to respond to a second trigger operation that acts on the target audit file, and acquire review information input in a review frame of the target audit file;
and a processing unit that inserts review information input to the review frame and area information of the review frame into the audit task as new review information.
18. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program performs the method of document review of any of claims 7 to 16.
19. A processor configured to execute a program, wherein the program when executed performs the method of document review as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 16.
