Fig. 3 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the electronic device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected through a system bus. Wherein the processor of the electronic device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the electronic device includes a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The communication interface of the electronic device is used for conducting wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be achieved through WIFI, an operator network, near Field Communication (NFC) or other technologies. The display screen of the electronic equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the electronic equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be keys, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the electronic equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the structure shown in fig. 3 is merely a structural diagram of a portion related to the technical solution of the present disclosure, and does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device to which the present application is applied, and that a specific electronic device may include more or less components than those shown in the drawings, or may combine some components, or have different component arrangements.
A fourth aspect of the invention discloses a computer-readable storage medium. The computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of a method for auditing a multi-person collaborative engineering quantity calculation book according to any one of the first aspects of the present disclosure.
Note that the technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be regarded as the scope of the description. Claims (5)

1. The method for auditing the engineering quantity calculation books by a plurality of persons is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, dividing a calculation book into independent files; establishing an association relationship between the independent file, the construction drawing and the page number to form a file to be checked;
s2, dividing the auditing state of the file to be audited according to the mode that the auditor operates the file to be audited;
s3, according to the auditing state, auditing authorities of files to be audited are carried out on different auditors;
s4, when the auditor opens the file to be audited, automatically opening the associated construction drawing according to the association relation among the independent file, the construction drawing and the page number, and switching to the associated page number to be audited by the auditor;
s5, the auditor pushes the file to be audited after changing the auditing state to different auditors for auditing according to a predefined auditing flow by changing the auditing state of the file to be audited;
in the step S2, the auditing state includes:
pending status: the file to be checked is not checked by the organization where the checker is located;
status in audit: the file to be checked is checked by a checking person;
submitted state: the file to be checked is checked by the auditor and submitted to a subordinate auditor;
state to be modified: the file to be checked is checked by an auditor and is refused to be modified;
the checked state: the auditing flow of the file to be audited is totally finished;
in the step S3, the method for performing the auditing rights of the document to be audited for different auditors according to the auditing state includes:
for the file to be checked in the state to be checked, the auditor can not open and only see the basic information of the calculation book; the basic information includes: calculating book name, presenter time and version submitted;
for a file to be checked in the checking state, a checker can check the content of the calculation book and the content of the construction drawing, and can insert checking notes into the calculation book and mark whether the calculation book is correct or not and whether a marking component is correct or not;
for the files to be checked of the submitted state, the state to be modified and the checked state, the auditor can check the content of the calculation book and the content of the construction drawing, but can not insert audit notes into the calculation book, mark whether the calculation book is correct or not and mark whether the component is correct or not;
in the step S4, the method for auditing by the auditor includes:
when the file to be checked is checked repeatedly for a plurality of times, adding version numbers according to the submitting time to distinguish; meanwhile, each submission is sequentially compared with the contents of the historical version of the calculation book table according to the position, the changed text contents and the cell format are retrieved, and different parts are identified;
in the step S4, the method for auditing by the auditor includes:
when a plurality of component data are contained in a calculation book of a file to be checked, the component data are simultaneously used in a plurality of different calculation books, when one component data is marked as 'correct' in the calculation book for the first time, the component data are marked as 'correct' when being checked in all calculation books using the component data;
in the step S4, the method for auditing by the auditor includes:
the data structure content in question in the calculation book of the file to be audited comprises: calculating the quantity content, the material items, the specification model, the list sub-items, the calculation formula and the figure number; and (3) carrying out problem marking in an annotation inserting mode, and when the problem marking is triggered, selecting row and column numbers of cells of the calculation book table by a mouse, endowing a unique problem code and binding with the file code.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein in the step S1, the method for establishing the association relationship between the independent file and the construction drawing and the page number includes:
a unique file code is given to the independent file, MD5 code and page number information of an electronic version construction drawing are obtained, and an association relationship between the file code and the MD5 code and page number of the construction drawing is established;
the method for forming the file to be audited comprises the following steps: and packaging the independent file, the construction drawing, the file code, the construction drawing MD5 code and the record file of the association relation between the page numbers into a file to be checked.
3. An engineering quantity calculation book auditing system for multi-person collaboration, the system comprising:
a first processing module configured to divide the computing book into separate files; establishing an association relationship between the independent file, the construction drawing and the page number to form a file to be checked;
the second processing module is configured to divide the auditing state of the file to be audited according to the mode that the auditor operates the file to be audited;
the auditing state includes:
pending status: the file to be checked is not checked by the organization where the checker is located;
status in audit: the file to be checked is checked by a checking person;
submitted state: the file to be checked is checked by the auditor and submitted to a subordinate auditor;
state to be modified: the file to be checked is checked by an auditor and is refused to be modified;
the checked state: the auditing flow of the file to be audited is totally finished;
the third processing module is configured to conduct auditing authorities of files to be audited on different auditors according to the auditing state;
the auditing authority of the file to be audited for different auditors comprises the following steps:
for the file to be checked in the state to be checked, the auditor can not open and only see the basic information of the calculation book; the basic information includes: calculating book name, presenter time and version submitted;
for a file to be checked in the checking state, a checker can check the content of the calculation book and the content of the construction drawing, and can insert checking notes into the calculation book and mark whether the calculation book is correct or not and whether a marking component is correct or not;
for the files to be checked of the submitted state, the state to be modified and the checked state, the auditor can check the content of the calculation book and the content of the construction drawing, but can not insert audit notes into the calculation book, mark whether the calculation book is correct or not and mark whether the component is correct or not;
the fourth processing module is configured to automatically open the associated construction drawing according to the association relation among the independent file, the construction drawing and the page number when the auditor opens the file to be audited, and switch to the associated page number for auditing by the auditor;
the auditing by the auditor comprises the following steps:

the data structure content in question in the calculation book of the file to be audited comprises: calculating the quantity content, the material items, the specification model, the list sub-items, the calculation formula and the figure number; the method comprises the steps that problem marking is carried out in an annotation inserting mode, when the problem marking is recorded and triggered, a mouse selects row and column numbers of cells of a calculation book form, a unique problem code is given, and the unique problem code is bound with a file code;
and the fifth processing module is configured to push the files to be checked after the checking state is changed to different auditors for checking by the auditors through changing the checking state of the files to be checked according to a predefined checking flow.
4. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, the processor implementing the steps in a multi-person collaborative engineering quantity calculation book auditing method of any one of claims 1-2 when the computer program is executed.

A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a multi-person collaborative engineering quantity calculation book auditing method according to any one of claims 1-2.
