Certainly, the construction unit subsystem 20 also has the functions of modifying the information of the construction unit and managing personnel, and the construction unit needs to be modified under the condition that the name, the office location or other basic information changes, so that the situation is consistent with the actual situation at any time; the construction organization can add and modify the personnel information of the users capable of operating the system and can set the operation states (normal and forbidden), but can not delete any users and aims to prevent misoperation.

Referring to fig. 4, an exemplary subsystem functional block diagram of an audit unit subsystem of the cloud platform-based construction drawing digital collaborative audit system according to the embodiment of the present invention is shown. The review organization subsystem 40 mainly includes a material receiving module 400, a budget and contract generating module 401, a task allocating module 402, a review project on-trial module 403, an approval project on-trial module 404 and a review module 405.
A data receiving module 400, configured to receive project materials declared by a construction organization, perform compliance review on the project materials, examine whether the project materials are qualified, whether unit qualification is qualified (for example, if a qualification certificate is expired, the project materials are not qualified), whether personnel qualification is qualified, whether the data are complete, and the like, if some or more projects are not qualified, fill out the unqualified reasons, and return the unqualified projects to the construction organization for supplement; if the data is qualified, the data is transmitted to a data exchange platform, a registration number is obtained, the image examination mechanism receives the declaration project, and the project material is examined.
The budget and contract generating module 401 is configured to compile a construction drawing examination budget according to the design scale of the declared project, compile an examination consultation budget according to the charge and fee-taking standard of construction drawing examination, fill in the contract amount, automatically generate a contract text by the system, and submit the examination consultation contract of the declared project to the construction unit for confirmation.
The task allocation module 402 is configured to designate each professional reviewer and reviewer for the project declared by the construction organization, and designate review completion time. In the picture examining organization, only the user of the picture examining expert role can be selected to locate the examiner or the examiner, but the examiner and the examiner cannot be specified as the same person for the unified project.
And a review on-review item module 403 for the reviewers to review the construction drawing files. The construction drawing is examined by an examiner, the construction drawing is examined line by line and item by item according to the technical specification and the key points of the examination drawing during examination, the comments made by the examiner on the PDF file of the construction drawing are checked, the own examination opinions are made on the construction drawing, and the content of the examination opinions is filled. The contents and the making time are displayed in the generated appraiser opinions column, and the contents of the appraiser opinions and the annotated construction drawing file are stored in the database of the cloud platform 10, so that the working contents can be marked for future reference. After the examination by the examiner is finished, the examination opinion is submitted to the design unit subsystem 30 for examination, and the designer of the design unit can modify the construction drawing file according to the examination opinion.
And a review module 405, configured to, after the design unit modifies, replies, and uploads a new construction drawing file, review the new construction drawing file again by the approver, fill review result information in the generated review column, if the review result information is not qualified, return to the design unit again for modification, generate an review comment book with qualified review content after the review is passed, and then send a filing application to the government regulation subsystem 50.
Furthermore, when the opinions of the approver and the reviewer are inconsistent, the approver can negotiate with the reviewer and form a summary opinion, the summary opinion is recorded in the generated summary opinion column, the contents of the summary opinion and the construction drawing files annotated by the approver are both stored in the database of the cloud platform 10, and the working contents can be marked for future reference. After the examination by the examiner is finished, the examination opinion is submitted to the design unit subsystem 30 for examination, and the designer of the design unit can modify the construction drawing file according to the examination opinion.
In the embodiment of the present invention, if there are different modification opinions for the construction drawing of a professional by other professional reviewers, negotiation with the reviewer is required to form a final new review opinion, the content of the new review opinion is recorded in the generated new review opinion column, and the review opinion is the final review opinion submitted to a design organization, and meanwhile, the content of the new review opinion generated after multi-party negotiation and the construction drawing file after annotation are stored in the database of the cloud platform 10, so that trace can be made on the working content for future reference. After the multi-party collaborative review is finished, the review comment books are submitted to the design unit subsystem 30 for review, and the designer of the design unit can modify the construction drawing file according to the review comment books.
In one example, the names of the operators may or may not be directly displayed in the columns of the examiner opinions, the summary opinions, the examination opinions, the design replies, the review, the examination conclusions and the like; since records are made in the cloud platform 10 database, a list of various people is shown on the qualified book.
During review, the lower side of the table may also display job progress, such as: for the examiners, displaying the total number of drawings to be examined, the number of examined drawings and the number of remaining drawings to be examined by the professional; and for the response of the designer, displaying the total number of the professional drawings, the checked drawings, the total number of the drawings needing to be replied, the replied drawings and the remaining drawings to be replied so that the professional can know the operation progress of the professional at any time. Other specialties and other operation processes can also know the professional progress of the user.
In addition, the construction drawing file with the comment can be a construction drawing file which is directly marked with the examination opinions on the construction drawing, that is: a construction drawing file with examination suggestion annotation; or may be a bitmap of a screenshot with censoring opinion annotations, including an entire screenshot or a partial screenshot.

Of course, the government regulatory subsystem 50 may also manage its staff, add, modify, and set the state of operation (normal, disabled) of the device to the user personnel operating the system.

Specifically, the devices of the construction unit user side 701, the design unit user side 702, and the government regulatory department user side 704 may be PCs that can operate browsers of versions above IE8 on the internet, and the devices of the review agency user side 703 may be mainstream PCs in the current market. Preferably, the equipment at the review authority client 703 may operate with dual screens or three screens, in an example using three screens, one screen displays forms during review, one screen displays construction drawings and may be marked on the construction drawings, and the other screen displays version comparisons or specifications of the construction drawings.
In system design, data maintenance adopts a guiding mode as much as possible, and terminal operation adopts a browser mode; the system is easy to learn and use on the whole, and can adapt to personnel with different qualities, thereby reducing the management, maintenance and operation cost of the system.
The drawings of the digital joint collaborative audit system for the cloud platform-based construction drawing according to the embodiment of the invention can refer to the reference example drawings of fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11 and fig. 12.

the examination mechanism subsystem (40) is used for receiving the data declared by the project, carrying out policy type examination on the data, and examining the construction drawing file after the examination result is qualified; the method comprises the steps that a designer uploads a construction drawing file to form an original form, the original form is classified according to the fact that the profession is primary, the construction drawing name is secondary, examiner review and approval personnel approval of corresponding professions are arranged according to different construction drawings of different professions and the same professions, and examiner opinions, approver opinions, summary opinions, new audit opinions, design reply and review column entries are formed on the basis of the original form in sequence through cooperation of multiple professional examiners, answer of the architects and review of the examiners; and each column is provided with inspection result information, time information and a construction drawing file with a corresponding label, which is saved and opened under a mouse event.
The government supervision subsystem (50) is used for issuing registration numbers, record numbers, examination processes and examination files of corresponding declaration items to the examination institution subsystem (40), and carrying out statistical analysis on examination conditions of the year;
the system management subsystem (60) is used for managing login, registration and access rights of construction units, design units, examination organizations and government supervision units;
the construction unit subsystem (20), the design unit subsystem (30), the examination agency subsystem (40), the government supervision subsystem (50) and the system management subsystem (60) are all connected with the cloud platform (10), and data are stored on the cloud platform (10).
2. The cloud platform-based construction drawing digitized joint collaborative review system according to claim 1, wherein the review organization subsystem (40) includes:
the data receiving module (400) is used for receiving project materials declared by a construction unit and carrying out policy form examination on the project materials, if the project materials are qualified, a registration number is obtained from the government supervision subsystem (50), and if the project materials are not qualified, the project materials are returned to the construction unit to supplement the data;
the budget and contract generating module (401) is used for compiling construction drawing examination budget according to the design scale of the declaration project, automatically generating an examination inquiry contract text and submitting the examination inquiry contract of the declaration project to a construction unit for confirmation;
a task allocation module (402) for specifying reviewers and approvers of each professional related to the project declared by the construction unit and specifying review completion time;
the examination and review project module (403) is used for examining the construction drawing files by examiners, marking the construction drawing files, filling examination result information in the generated examiner opinion columns, storing examination opinion contents and annotated construction drawing files on the cloud platform (10), and submitting examination transfer sheets for reference of the examiners after examination;
the approval on-examination item module (404) is used for an approver to examine the construction drawing file, label the construction drawing file, fill examination result information in the generated approver opinion column, store examination opinion contents and construction drawing files annotated after negotiation on the cloud platform (10), submit an examination opinion book after approval for a design unit to check, and modify the construction drawing file according to the examination opinion contents;
and the review module (405) is used for reviewing the new construction drawing file by an approver after the design unit modifies and uploads the new construction drawing file, filling review result information in the generated review column, generating a review comment book with qualified review content after the review is passed, and then sending a filing application to the government supervision subsystem (50).

The cloud platform-based construction drawing digital joint collaborative review system according to claim 2, wherein the approval project-under-review module (404) is further configured to generate a summary opinion column when the approval opinion of the approver is inconsistent with the approval opinion of the examiner, record a summary opinion formed after the approver agrees with the examiner, and store the summary opinion content and the construction drawing file annotated after the agreement on the cloud platform (10).

The cloud platform-based construction drawing digital joint collaborative review system according to claim 3, wherein the approval under review item module (404) is further configured to generate a new review comment column in case that other professional reviewers find conflicts or other harmony with the profession, to record new review comments after the other professional reviewers negotiate with the approvers, to form a final review comment submitted to a design organization, and to store the new review comment contents and construction drawing files annotated after negotiation on the cloud platform (10).
5. The cloud platform-based construction drawing digital collaborative review system according to claim 2, wherein the review organization subsystem (40) further includes:
a specification query module (406) for on-line review of design specifications by reviewers;
the anti-counterfeiting verification module (407) is used for electronically signing the contract files and the construction drawing files which are examined to be qualified and signing the two-dimensional codes;
a project scoring module (408) for scoring projects by reviewers and reviewers prior to issuance of the compliance certificate;
and the examination statistic analysis module (409) is used for counting the annual examination conditions.
6. The cloud platform-based construction drawing digitalized joint collaborative inspection system according to claim 2, wherein the design unit subsystem (30) includes:
and the project on-inspection module (302) is used for checking the inspection progress condition, the state and the inspection result of the project, modifying the construction drawing file according to the opinion requirement of the inspection opinion book sent by the inspection mechanism subsystem (40), uploading the modified construction drawing file which is qualified by the inspection of the design unit, and replying the modification condition of the inspection opinion item by item.
7. The cloud platform-based construction drawing digitized joint collaborative review system according to claim 1, wherein the government regulatory subsystem (50) includes:
a to-be-registered project module (501) for auditing project materials according to the application of an auditing mechanism, issuing an enrollment number when the project materials pass the approval, and returning an auditing suggestion if the project materials pass the approval, so that a construction unit supplements and completes review reporting information;
a project to be filed module (502) for auditing the construction drawing file and the examination comment book according to the application of the examination organization, and issuing a filing number when the construction drawing file and the examination comment book pass the examination, otherwise returning the examination comment;
the system comprises a supervision on-inspection project module (503) for checking all information of an on-inspection project, including project basic information, design unit information, construction drawing files, inspection process files and current project inspection state;
a supervision and approval project module (504) for inquiring the project files which are examined and approved;
and the supervision statistical analysis module (505) is used for carrying out statistical analysis on the total amount of the current year, the workload of the examining organization, the overall quality condition, the quality condition of the design unit and the quality condition of the design responsible person, and automatically submitting an annual statistical report.
8. The cloud platform-based construction drawing digital collaborative review system according to claim 1, wherein the system management subsystem (60) includes: a basic data setting module (601), a user authority management module for setting the basic data of the software by a system administrator and distributing various management user authorities, and a security management module (603).
9. A construction drawing digital joint collaborative inspection method based on a cloud platform is characterized in that the construction drawing digital joint collaborative inspection method is applied to the construction drawing digital joint collaborative inspection system based on the cloud platform of any one of claims 1 to 8, and comprises the following steps:
newly building a declaration project, filling basic information of a construction unit and basic information of the project, and sending an authorization committee to a subsystem (30) of a design unit;
the design unit subsystem (30) receives the authorization request book and arranges a designer to upload a construction drawing file to form an original form, wherein the original form comprises at least one specialty and at least one construction drawing file; the original form is classified according to the first level of specialty and the second level of construction drawing name;
the construction method comprises the following steps that examiners of different majors conduct examination according to construction drawing files of different majors uploaded by designers, examiner opinion columns are generated, examination opinions are recorded in the examiner opinion columns, construction drawing files with examination opinion labels are uploaded at the same time, and after examination by the examiners is finished, examination transfer sheets are submitted to examiners;
examining by the examiners of different specialties according to the construction drawing files of different specialties uploaded by the designers, generating an examiner opinion column, recording the examination opinions in the examiner opinion column, and uploading the construction drawing files with examination opinion labels;
if the opinion of the approver is inconsistent with the opinion of the examiner, the approver negotiates with the difference of the examiner's examination opinions to form a summary opinion, records the summary opinion in a generated summary opinion column, and uploads a construction drawing file with a label after negotiation and summary;
if the examiners of other professions have different amending opinions to the construction drawing file of the profession, the examiners and the examiners of other professions negotiate about the conflict professions or other coordinated conditions to form new examination opinions, the new examination opinions are recorded in the generated new examination opinion column, and meanwhile, the construction drawing file with the label after negotiation and summarization is uploaded; after the cooperative examination is finished, submitting an examination opinion notice to a design unit subsystem (30) for the design unit to check;
the designer modifies the construction drawing files with the new examination opinions according to the new examination opinions and contrasts the construction drawing files with the new examination opinions, generates a design reply column, replies the examination opinions in the new examination opinion column one by one, and uploads the modified construction drawing files at the same time;
after a design unit modifies and uploads a new construction drawing file, an approver performs review on the new construction drawing file and the reply content of the review opinions and generates review columns, if the review fails, the review columns return to a design unit subsystem (30) for continuous modification, if the review passes, the content with qualified result is recorded in the review columns, and meanwhile, the review opinions with qualified content are generated and sent to a government supervision subsystem (50);
the government supervision subsystem (50) audits the construction drawing file and the audit opinion book according to the application of the audit organization subsystem (40), and issues a filing number and a qualified certificate when the construction drawing file and the audit opinion book pass the approval;
wherein, each column is configured with time information.

A construction drawing digital joint collaborative inspection system based on a cloud platform is characterized by comprising a cloud server (700), a construction unit user side (701), a design unit user side (702), an inspection institution user side (703) and a government supervision department user side (704), wherein the construction unit user side (701), the design unit user side (702), the inspection institution user side (703) and the government supervision department user side (704) are all connected with the cloud server (700) through the Internet (705), and the construction unit user side (701), the design unit user side (702), the inspection institution user side (703) and the government supervision department user side (704) respectively operate the construction drawing digital joint inspection system based on the cloud platform of any one of claims 1 to 8 through a browser.
