2. The IFC-based construction project upfront digital delivery and review system of claim 1, wherein the building height calculation is performed as follows:
firstly, reading the 'building height' attribute in the IFC model of each building unit in the project;
secondly, taking the maximum value of the building height attribute as the building height of the project;
thirdly, reading a 'planned building height' attribute in the IFC model of the plot in the project;
finally, comparing the building height with the 'planned building height' attribute; and if the building height is greater than the planned building height attribute, sending a prompt that the building height of the design scheme does not conform to the plan to the client initiating the building height calculation.
3. The IFC-based construction project upfront digital delivery and review system of claim 1, wherein the building density calculation is performed as follows:
firstly, reading a 'floor area' attribute in the IFC model of each building unit in the project and a 'floor area' attribute in the IFC model of a corresponding land parcel;
secondly, summing the 'floor area' attributes of all the building monomers, and dividing the sum by the 'floor area' attribute to obtain the building density;
thirdly, reading a 'planned building density' attribute in the IFC model of the plot of the project;
finally, comparing the building density with the 'planned building density' attribute; and if the building density is greater than the planned building density attribute, sending a prompt that the building density of the design scheme does not conform to the plan to the client initiating the building density calculation.
4. The IFC-based construction project upfront digital delivery and review system of claim 1, wherein the volumetric rate calculation is performed as follows:
firstly, reading a 'design building area' attribute in the IFC model of each building unit in the project and a 'land area' attribute in the IFC model of a land parcel;
secondly, summing all the attributes of the 'volumetric building area' and dividing the sum by the attribute of the 'land area' to obtain a volume fraction;
thirdly, reading a 'planned volume rate' attribute in the IFC model of the plot of the project;
finally, comparing the volume rate with the "planned volume rate" attribute; and if the volume rate is greater than the planned volume rate attribute, sending a prompt that the volume rate of the design scheme does not conform to the plan to the client initiating the volume rate calculation.
5. The IFC-based construction project upfront digital delivery and review system of claim 1, wherein the greenfield rate calculation is performed as follows:
firstly, reading a 'green space rate' attribute in the IFC model of the parcel of the item;
secondly, reading a 'planning greenfield rate' attribute in the IFC model of the plot of the project;
and finally, comparing the green space rate attribute with the planned green space rate attribute, and if the green space rate attribute is smaller than the planned green space rate attribute, sending a prompt that the green space rate of the design scheme does not accord with the plan to the client initiating the green space rate calculation.
6. The IFC-based construction project upfront digital delivery and review system of claim 1, wherein the computational analysis of each of the economic technical indicators further comprises functional room usage area analysis, parking space quantity analysis, energy consumption analysis, and/or cost analysis.
7. The method of using the IFC-based construction project upfront digital delivery and review system of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step 1, a construction unit newly constructs projects in a system through corresponding client sides, fills basic information including project names and addresses, and appoints a management department and a design unit;
step 2, a design unit carries out early-stage scheme design on the project, building information models of the plots and each monomer building are built by using a BIM technology, various index information is added, the building information models are exported to IFC format building information model files and uploaded to the system, and other necessary files are added to serve as accessories;
step 3, the construction unit checks the design scheme in the system by using a model module, analyzes various indexes of the design scheme by using a special analysis module, if the design scheme passes the confirmation, the step 4 is carried out, if the design scheme does not pass the confirmation, a three-dimensional review module of the platform is used for proposing review opinions, the step 2 is returned, and the design unit modifies and uploads an updated IFC model;
step 4, the management department confirms whether to need to evaluate in the system, if need, appoint the unit of evaluation for the project, enter step 5, otherwise enter step 6 directly;
step 5, the evaluation unit uses the model module to check the design scheme in the system, uses the special analysis module to analyze various indexes of the design scheme, checks the compliance and the rationality of the design scheme, enters step 6 if the design scheme passes the evaluation, uses the three-dimensional evaluation module of the platform to provide the evaluation suggestion if the design scheme does not pass the evaluation, returns to step 2, and is modified and uploads the updated IFC model by the design unit;
step 6, the management department checks the design scheme in the system, wherein the design scheme comprises a three-dimensional model and various indexes, a special analysis module is used for analyzing the various indexes of the design scheme, the compliance and the rationality of the design scheme are checked, if the design scheme passes the review, the step 7 is carried out, if the design scheme does not pass the review, a three-dimensional review module of a platform is used for proposing review comments, the step 2 is returned, and a design unit modifies and uploads an updated IFC model;
and 7, the management department finally approves the design scheme at the early stage and finishes the evaluation work.
