In the game development project, the requirement document is the root of function development, is the basis of code lyrics of programmers, and is one of the main sources for designing test cases by testers. However, the current document analysis and auditing methods generally suffer from inefficiency and single form. According to the document review system provided by the embodiment of the invention, in order to improve the circulation efficiency in the Excel document review process, an independent review task can be established for the Excel document, and the document is converted into a full text graph with additional information, so that all contents in the document can be tiled on a display interface, an intuitive reading effect is achieved, and meanwhile, the communication cost of back and forth transmission between an author and a reviewer is saved; in addition, in order to solve the problem that the original annotation mode of the document is not visual enough in display, a new annotation mode is provided in the embodiment of the invention, and the audit opinion of a specific place in the document is established by selecting frames in the image copy of the document to be audited by using a touch tool such as a mouse and the like, and meanwhile, the opinion is stored in the system data storage module provided by the invention.
Meanwhile, in order to distinguish the audit opinions of different users on the same document, the document audit system provided by the invention distributes selection frames with different colors for different users; in a scene of multi-user real-time collaborative audit, audit opinions of each user can be completely and independently displayed, and the change of the audit opinion or the reply of an author can be synchronized to all users in a collaborative task.
In the embodiment of the invention, the document to be audited is converted into the format related to the image for reading, so that the dependence of the available version of Excel document opening software (such as Microsoft Excel software) can be effectively reduced, and the document content can be displayed intuitively; in a multi-person collaborative audit task scene, different users only need to operate audit opinions in the same document copy, so that compared with a traditional mail notification mode, the efficiency of multi-person collaborative audit can be effectively improved; the audit opinions of different users can be fed back on the interface in real time in different colors, and each box selection operation exists in an independent mode. Therefore, the problem of repeated auditing of auditing opinions can be avoided, and the accuracy of document auditing is improved.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a method of document auditing, it being noted that the method of document auditing is applied to the document auditing system of any of the above, the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.

It is easy to notice that in the embodiment of the invention, when file audit is needed, the first trigger operation acting on the audit task is responded, the audit task is entered, and the target audit file carried by the audit task and the history audit information generated based on the target audit file are displayed on a preset interface; responding to a second triggering operation acting on the target audit file, and acquiring input review information in a review box of the target audit file; the review information input to the review box and the regional information of the review box are used as new review information and are inserted into the review task, so that the review information can be timely presented to other reviewers, repeated business review among different reviewers is reduced, the purpose that when the original review file is required to be reviewed, the review information related to the review task and the target review file in the image data file format are uploaded and stored in a preset storage region, and the review information is cooperatively displayed to the other reviewers is achieved, and the technical effect of improving the review efficiency is achieved.
Therefore, the document auditing method provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the technical problem of lower efficiency of a mode for auditing the required document in the related technology.
In an alternative embodiment, the method of document auditing may further comprise, prior to responding to the first trigger operation acting on the auditing task: generating an audit task; wherein, generating the audit task includes: determining an original audit file; converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain a target audit file, wherein the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format; and generating an audit task based on the target audit file.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, the converting the original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file may include: determining that the original audit file includes a plurality of sub-documents; extracting sequence information of a plurality of sub-documents, and splicing the plurality of sub-documents based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of sub-documents to obtain a spliced original audit file; and converting the spliced original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, when the review information is information that is generated for the first time based on the target review file, before the input of the review information in the review box of the target review file is acquired in response to the second trigger operation acting on the target review file, the method for document review may further include: generating and configuring a review box; wherein generating and configuring the review box comprises: responding to a third triggering operation acting on the target audit file, and generating a review box in the target audit file; acquiring user information of a review terminal for inputting new review information; configuration information is determined based on the user information and the configuration review box is utilized with the configuration information.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart of an alternative method for document review, in which the method for document review is described primarily with respect to creating a new piece of review information, as shown in FIG. 4, and includes the steps of:
s401, a user opens an existing auditing task and enters the auditing task. The user is an auditor with audit on the target audit file. The review task has stored responsive, converted excel document image data (i.e., a target review file in image data file format).
S402, reading all existing review information of the opened review task, and displaying the review information on a computer interface. The reviews of different users will be presented on the interface in different colors based on the information they store.
S403, the auditor uses interface operation tools such as a mouse and the like to drag operation on the audit task interface to form a rectangular dotted line selection frame. After the box selection operation is completed, the document auditing system draws and records relevant information including the relative position information and the size information of the box relative to the whole document.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, determining configuration information based on user information includes: judging whether the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time based on the user information to obtain a judging result; under the condition that the judging result shows that the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time, unique configuration information different from other review terminals in the document auditing system is created for the review terminal, the configuration information is stored correspondingly with the user information, and the created configuration information is used as the configuration information; and under the condition that the judging result shows that the review terminal is not logged in the document auditing system for the first time, acquiring configuration information based on the user information, and determining the configuration information as the configuration information.
That is, the document auditing method further comprises the following steps:

S409, analyzing and checking the information recorded in the step S403, specifically including the relative position and size of the selection frame relative to the whole document, and mainly performing rationality check, wherein the size of the selection frame cannot exceed the length and width of the image data opened in the step S201, and the relative position cannot exceed the top and tail of the image data.
That is, according to the above embodiment of the present invention, after generating and configuring the review box, the method of document review further includes: acquiring and recording size information of the review boxes in the target audit file and position information of one or more review boxes in the target audit file; based on the size information in the target audit file and the location information of the one or more review boxes in the target audit file, the review boxes are analyzed to determine that the size of the review boxes does not exceed the size of the target audit file.
And S410, uploading and storing the single piece of review information analyzed and processed in the step S409 and added with the text input in the step S408 to a server, and inserting the single piece of review information into all pieces of review information in the original review task.
That is, in an embodiment of the present invention, while inserting review information input to a review box and region information of the review box as new review information into an audit task, a method of document audit may further include: and uploading and storing the review information input to the review box and the area information of the review box to a preset storage area.
According to the above embodiment of the present invention, when the review information is information regenerated based on the historical review information, in response to a second trigger operation acting on the target review file, obtaining the review information entered in the review box of the target review file includes: and responding to a second triggering operation acting on a review box where the historical review information in the target review file is located, acquiring the review information input to the review box where the historical review information is located, and uploading the review information input to the review box where the historical review information is located to a preset storage area.
That is, when the auditor needs to publish own new opinion on the historical review information created by the auditor aiming at the target review file or the historical review information created by other auditors, which is displayed in the predetermined interface, the auditor can edit the historical review information in the review frame corresponding to the historical review information, and one review information, that is, the review opinion created based on the historical review information, is created.
In an alternative embodiment, the method for document auditing may further include: responding to the checking operation and/or editing operation of the review information in the target review file, and sending request information to the server at intervals of a preset time length to request the server to update the review information in the review task under a preset condition, wherein the request information carries the local version information of the review task; and acquiring updating information fed back by the server based on the request information, and updating the review information in the target review file displayed on the preset interface by utilizing the updating information.
In the embodiment, the auditor can timely acquire the review information created by other auditors aiming at the target review file, or the comments issued by other auditors aiming at the self-created historical review information, and the like, so that the auditor can issue the self-audit comments or create new audit information more objectively and comprehensively.
It should be noted that, the predetermined condition is that the version information of the auditing task at the server is larger than the version information of the auditing task at the local.
The method for document auditing provided in the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to another drawing.
FIG. 5 is a flowchart of another method for document auditing according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method for document auditing described in the figure mainly aims at establishing and synchronizing multi-user auditing opinions, and as shown in FIG. 5, the method for document auditing may include the following steps:
s501, the auditor enters an existing audit task, audit opinions of all auditors in the audit task are loaded from a server by a computer, the audit opinions are displayed on a computer interface in a frame selection mode according to configuration information, and meanwhile, the current latest version number of the audit task is obtained and used as a local version number.
S502, the auditor clicks the review opinion on the computer interface to enter an editing mode, and in the editing mode, the computer can add on the basis of the original review text information, but the original existing review information text is not affected, namely, the user cannot edit the original review information.
Specifically, the auditor will insert the new entry into the original review information store. Assuming that a plurality of auditors enter the editing of the review opinion at the same time, the operations are independent of each other, because they all operate in a newly added manner.
S503, after editing by auditors, uploading the newly added text review information as a new item to a server by a computer, and storing the new item review information in review comments of the corresponding item.
S504, during the process of checking and editing the review comments, the auditor starts a timer, and sends a request to the server once at a fixed time interval, wherein the request is used for requesting data refreshing of a review task, and the request has a local version number at the time.
S505, after receiving the request in the step S504, the server checks the version number with the server, if the local version number is greater than or equal to the latest version number of the auditing task of the server, a return message informs that the original auditing data is maintained without change, and the step S506 is entered; if not, the step S507 is entered to perform the next operation;
It should be noted that this step may be initiated by multiple users, and the server performs serial message processing.
S506, receiving the response of the server, and if the data refreshing requirement is not met, maintaining the page display unchanged.
S507, if the server auditing task version number is larger than the local version number, updating the local version number into the server version number.
S508, acquiring the latest state of the auditing task of the server and refreshing the updated and returned data to the computer interface for display. Specifically, a newly added review opinion box, a single review opinion content change, etc. may be included.

According to another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a document auditing apparatus, and a document auditing method using any one of the above, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a document auditing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, the document auditing apparatus includes: a first response unit 61, a second response unit 63 and a processing unit 65. The means for document auditing will be described in detail.
The first response unit 61 is configured to enter the audit task in response to a first trigger operation acting on the audit task, and display a target audit file carried by the audit task and historical review information generated based on the target audit file on a predetermined interface.
And a second response unit 63, configured to obtain, in response to a second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, input review information in a review box of the target audit file.
The processing unit 65 inserts the review information input to the review box and the region information of the review box as new review information into the review task.
Here, the first response unit 61, the second response unit 63, and the processing unit 65 correspond to steps S302 to S306 in embodiment 2, and the above-described units are the same as examples and application scenarios implemented by the corresponding steps, but are not limited to those disclosed in embodiment 2. It should be noted that the above-described elements may be implemented as part of an apparatus in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions.
As can be seen from the above, in the above embodiment of the present application, the first response unit may be utilized to respond to the first trigger operation acting on the audit task, enter the audit task, and display the target audit file carried by the audit task and the historical review information generated based on the target audit file on the predetermined interface; responding to a second triggering operation acting on the target audit file by using a second response unit, and acquiring input review information in a review box of the target audit file; and inserting, by the processing unit, the review information input to the review box and the region information of the review box as new review information into the review task. According to the document auditing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the original auditing file is required to be audited, the auditing information related to the auditing task and the target auditing file in the image data file format are uploaded and stored in the preset storage area, so that the auditing information is cooperatively displayed to other reviewers, the technical effect of improving the auditing efficiency is achieved, and the technical problem that the efficiency of the mode for auditing the required document in the related technology is lower is solved.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: the first generation unit is used for generating an auditing task before responding to a first triggering operation acting on the auditing task; wherein the first generation unit includes: the first determining module is used for determining an original audit file; the first acquisition module is used for converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain a target audit file, wherein the first file format is a table data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format; and the first generation module is used for generating an auditing task based on the target auditing file.
In an alternative embodiment, the first acquisition module includes: the first determining sub-module is used for determining that the original audit file comprises a plurality of sub-documents; the splicing sub-module is used for extracting the sequence information of the plurality of sub-documents, and splicing the plurality of sub-documents based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of sub-documents to obtain a spliced original audit file; the first acquisition sub-module is used for converting the spliced original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain a target audit file.
In an alternative embodiment, when the review information is information that is initially generated based on the target audit file, the apparatus further comprises: the second generation unit is used for generating and configuring a review box before the review information is input in the review box of the target review file in response to a second trigger operation acting on the target review file; wherein the second generating unit includes: the generation module is used for responding to a third triggering operation acting on the target audit file and generating a review box in the target audit file; the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the user information of the review terminal for inputting the new review information; and the configuration module is used for determining configuration information based on the user information and utilizing the configuration information to review the configuration.
In an alternative embodiment, a configuration module includes: the judging sub-module is used for judging whether the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time based on the user information to obtain a judging result; the creation sub-module is used for creating unique configuration information which is different from other review terminals in the document auditing system for the review terminal under the condition that the judgment result indicates that the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time, storing the configuration information in correspondence with the user information, and taking the created configuration information as the configuration information; and the second determination submodule is used for acquiring the configuration information based on the user information and determining the configuration information as the configuration information under the condition that the judging result shows that the review terminal is not logged in the document auditing system for the first time.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: an obtaining unit, configured to obtain and record size information of the review boxes in the target review file and position information of one or more review boxes in the target review file after the review boxes are generated and configured; and the analysis unit is used for analyzing the review boxes based on the size information in the target audit file and the position information of one or more review boxes in the target audit file so as to determine that the size of the review boxes does not exceed the size of the target audit file.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus for document auditing further comprises: and the storage unit is used for uploading and storing the review information input to the review box and the area information of the review box to a preset storage area while inserting the review information input to the review box and the area information of the review box as new review information into the review task.
In an alternative embodiment, when the review information is information regenerated based on the historical review information, the second response unit includes: and the uploading module is used for responding to a second triggering operation acted on a review box where the historical review information is located in the target review file, acquiring the review information input to the review box where the historical review information is located, and uploading the review information input to the review box where the historical review information is located to a preset storage area.

Claims (18)

1. A document auditing system, comprising:
the document conversion module is used for converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain a target audit file, wherein the first file format is a form data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format;
the review information generation module is used for generating a review task based on the target review file and acquiring review information associated with the review task, wherein the review task is configured with review rights;
the review information storage module is used for uploading and storing the target review file and the review information to a preset storage area;
the document conversion module is used for extracting sequence information of a plurality of sub-documents under the condition that the original audit file comprises the sub-documents, splicing the sub-documents based on the extracted sequence information of the sub-documents to obtain a spliced original audit file, converting the spliced original audit file from the first file format to the second file format to obtain the target audit file, or performing full conversion on the original audit file of a designated version to obtain the target audit file.
2. The document auditing system of claim 1, wherein the review information generation module comprises:
the auditing task generating unit is used for generating an auditing task based on the target auditing file and transmitting the auditing task to one or more reviewing terminals based on the auditing authority;
a dynamic region box selection unit, when one or more of the review boxes receive trigger operation on the image data file, respectively responding to the trigger operation to generate one or more review boxes in the image data file;
and the review information generation unit is used for collecting one or more pieces of review information input in the target review file when one or more pieces of review information are received, and displaying the one or more pieces of review information in the one or more review boxes generated by the dynamic region box selection unit so as to obtain the review information displayed in the one or more review boxes.
3. The document auditing system of claim 2, wherein the review information generation module further comprises:
and the review information collaborative display unit is used for synchronously displaying the review information which is generated by the review information generation unit and displayed on the one or more review boxes to a preset display interface.
4. A document auditing system according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the dynamic region framing unit is further configured to record size information of the one or more review boxes and location information of the one or more review boxes in the target audit file.
5. The document auditing system of claim 4, wherein color information for a review box edited by each of one or more of the reviewers is configured based on identification information for that reviewer.
6. A method of document auditing, as applied to the document auditing system of any of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
responding to a first triggering operation acting on an auditing task, entering the auditing task, and displaying a target auditing file carried by the auditing task and historical auditing information generated based on the target auditing file on a preset interface;
responding to a second triggering operation acting on the target audit file, and acquiring input review information in a review box of the target audit file;
and inserting the review information input to the review box and the region information of the review box into the review task as new review information.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein prior to the responding to the first trigger operation to audit tasks, the method further comprises: generating the auditing task;
wherein the generating the audit task includes:
determining an original audit file;
converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain the target audit file, wherein the first file format is a form data file format, and the second file format is an image data file format;
and generating the auditing task based on the target auditing file.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein converting the original audit file from a first file format to a second file format results in the target audit file, comprising:
determining that the original audit file includes a plurality of sub-documents;
extracting sequence information of the plurality of sub-documents, and splicing the plurality of sub-documents based on the extracted sequence information of the plurality of sub-documents to obtain a spliced original audit file;
and converting the spliced original audit file from a first file format to a second file format to obtain the target audit file.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein when the review information is information that is initially generated based on the target audit file, prior to the responding to the second trigger operation acting on the target audit file, obtaining input of review information in a review box of the target audit file, the method further comprises: generating and configuring the review box;
wherein the generating and configuring the review box comprises:
generating the review box in the target audit file in response to a third trigger operation acting on the target audit file;
acquiring user information of a review terminal inputting the new review information;
configuration information is determined based on the user information, and the review box is configured using the pair of configuration information.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the determining configuration information based on the user information comprises:
judging whether the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time based on the user information to obtain a judging result;
under the condition that the judging result shows that the review terminal logs in the document auditing system for the first time, unique configuration information which is different from other review terminals in the document auditing system is created for the review terminal, the configuration information is stored correspondingly with the user information, and the created configuration information is used as the configuration information;
And under the condition that the judging result shows that the review terminal is not logged in the document auditing system for the first time, acquiring the configuration information based on the user information, and determining the configuration information as the configuration information.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein after the generating and configuring the review box, the method further comprises:
acquiring and recording size information of the review boxes in the target audit file and position information of one or more review boxes in the target audit file;
based on the size information in the target audit file and the location information of the one or more review boxes in the target audit file, the review boxes are analyzed to determine that the size of the review boxes does not exceed the size of the target audit file.
12. The method of claim 6, wherein while inserting the review information input to the review box and the region information of the review box as new review information to the review task, the method further comprises:
and uploading and storing the review information input to the review box and the area information of the review box to a preset storage area.
13. The method of claim 6, wherein when the review information is information regenerated based on the historical review information, the responding to the second trigger operation on the target audit file, obtaining input of review information in a review box of the target audit file, comprises:
and responding to a second triggering operation acting on a review box where the historical review information is located in the target review file, acquiring the review information input to the review box where the historical review information is located, and uploading the review information input to the review box where the historical review information is located to a preset storage area.
14. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 13, further comprising:
responding to a review information viewing operation and/or an editing operation in the target review file, and sending request information to a server every predetermined time interval so as to request the server to update the review information in the review task under a predetermined condition, wherein the request information carries local version information of the review task;
and acquiring the updating information fed back by the server based on the request information, and updating the review information in the target review file displayed on the preset interface by utilizing the updating information.
15. A method as claimed in claim 14, wherein the predetermined condition is that version information of the audit task at the server is greater than version information of the audit task local.
16. A document auditing apparatus, characterized in that a method of document auditing using any of the preceding claims 6 to 15 comprises:
the first response unit is used for responding to a first triggering operation acting on an auditing task, entering the auditing task, and displaying a target auditing file carried by the auditing task and historical auditing information generated based on the target auditing file on a preset interface;
the second response unit is used for responding to a second triggering operation acting on the target audit file and acquiring the input review information in a review box of the target audit file;
and a processing unit configured to insert review information input to the review box and area information of the review box into the review task as new review information.
17. A storage medium comprising a stored program, wherein the program performs the method of document auditing of any of claims 6 to 15.
18. A processor for running a program, wherein the program when run performs the method of document auditing of any of claims 6 to 15.
