Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing, and discloses an intelligent manufacturing platform for customized plate-type furniture, which comprises an ERP management system and an MES management system, wherein the ERP management system generates a customized production task and a production drawing, performs ordering processing, transmits data to the MES management system through an ERP system interface, comprises a production central control module, analyzes the production task and requirements, and controls each production process based on the production central control module and a flexible production line; the MES management system also comprises an electronic tag generation module, an electronic tag data cache server and an electronic tag data reader, and can scan production tags in time to acquire production state information and management data. The invention realizes the intelligent manufacturing and process management of the customized plate-type furniture by arranging the ERP and MES cooperative management system, and realizes the process tracking and tracing management of the production process by arranging the electronic tag to store and acquire the production state information and the management data in real time.

the MES management system also comprises an electronic display screen, and the electronic display screen is controlled based on the production central control module and can visually display the completion condition of the production task in real time.
Preferably, the ERP management system comprises a model database server, a client parameter terminal, a design terminal and an order placing processing terminal, wherein the client parameter terminal comprises an electronic touch screen, personalized customization requirements or parameters are manually input through the electronic touch screen, the design terminal is a remote computer terminal, and the client parameter terminal and the design terminal are respectively in data connection with the model database server and can call model data of the model database server; the client parameter terminal is connected with the ordering processing module through the cable communication module in a short-distance data mode, the design terminal is connected with the ordering processing module through the wireless communication module in a long-distance data mode, and the ordering processing module is connected to the production central control module in the MES management system in a data mode.

Preferably, the flexible production line of the MES management system comprises a cutting control module, an electronic tag production module, a production line conveying control module, a sorting robot control module, a paint spraying control module, a quality inspection control module, a packaging control module, a warehousing control module and a logistics distribution control module which are respectively in signal control connection with a production central control module.
Preferably, the cutting control module comprises a plate cutting machine, an infrared dimension measuring instrument, an edge sealing device and a punching machine.
Preferably, the electronic tag generation module comprises a two-dimensional code generation printer, and can print and generate a two-dimensional code production tag; the electronic tag data reader comprises a fixed two-dimensional code identification terminal and a handheld two-dimensional code identification terminal.
Preferably, the quality control module is a quality inspector and/or a video monitoring device.

The ERP management system 1 comprises a model database server 4, a customer parameter terminal 6, a design terminal 5 and a ordering processing terminal 10, wherein the model database server 4 stores but is not limited to a three-dimensional model library and a standard spare and accessory part model library of a plate-type furniture, the customer parameter terminal 6 comprises an electronic touch screen 7, personalized customization requirements or parameters are manually input through the electronic touch screen 7, the design terminal 5 is a remote computer terminal and is integrated with but not limited to one or more design software in CAD and a round square, the customer parameter terminal 6 and the design terminal 5 are respectively in data connection with the model database server 4, and model data of the model database server 4 can be called; the client parameter terminal 6 is connected with an ordering processing module 10 through a cable communication module 8 in a short-distance data mode, the design terminal 5 is connected with the ordering processing module 10 through a wireless communication module 9 in a long-distance data mode, and the ordering processing module 10 is connected with a production central control module 11 in the MES management system 3 in a data mode.
The flexible production line of the MES management system 3 comprises a cutting control module 14, an electronic tag production module 15, a production line conveying control module 16, a sorting robot control module 17, a paint spraying control module 18, a quality inspection control module 19, a packaging control module 20, a warehousing control module 21 and a logistics distribution control module 23, which are respectively in signal control connection with the production central control module 11.
