Abstract

The method comprises the steps of setting square unit prices by classification of wood plates, setting a processing cost range and hardware fitting equivalent grid parameters by processing unconventional processes related to specially-shaped processing materials and the like, reading bill-dismantling BOM table data by setting a material calculation formula, and automatically calculating a product quotation table.
In summary, as shown in fig. 15, in the present invention, a product data modeler performs data modeling on a product by combining internal production processes and by splitting order software, so as to form a company internal product model library. And uploading the product modeling data module to a drawing design end for calling and designing a designer model, and enabling the designer to butt a client, and carrying out home decoration design according to the existing product model library to provide a home decoration scheme for a user. The bar code batch numbers are started for the subsequent order production to be managed, so that the production circulation data are reflected, and the data tracking is facilitated. The overall process flows through design, ordering, order splitting, production, delivery from warehouse.
The above description describes a process for generating a flow, which may be implemented by a device, and the internal structure and function of the device are described below.
Fig. 16 is a block diagram of an integrated order management apparatus based on barcode management according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 16, the integrated order management apparatus based on barcode management includes:
the sending module 1601 is configured to obtain a home decoration design order uploaded by design software, and send the home decoration design order to a form removal software, so that the form removal software separates the home decoration design order to obtain a form removal result; the design software comprises a plurality of product modeling data modules which can be called, and each product modeling data module is generated by performing data modeling on the home decoration product according to the order splitting software;
a barcode configuration module 1602, configured to obtain the order splitting result, and configure a barcode tag for each plate in the plate order according to the order splitting result, where the barcode tag includes a barcode batch number corresponding to the home decoration design order, an order number corresponding to the plate order, and a plate number corresponding to each plate in each plate order;
the management module 1603 is configured to perform order management through the corresponding barcode tag in the production and processing process of each plate.
In one embodiment, preferably, the management module includes:
the scanning unit is used for scanning the bar code labels corresponding to the plates through a bar code scanner arranged at a preset position of each vertical rack cabinet so as to manage the access of the plates;
and the query unit is used for receiving a target plate position query command input through the production billboard, querying a target vertical rack cabinet for storing the target plate according to the target plate position query command, and controlling an indicator lamp corresponding to the target vertical rack cabinet to be lightened.
In one embodiment, preferably, the management module further includes:
the recording unit is used for recording the scanning operation of a bar code scanner of a worker on a target bar code label corresponding to a target plate in the process of processing the plate by the worker;
and the counting unit is used for acquiring the basic information of the staff bound by the bar code scanner according to the scanning operation and counting the plate processing quantity of the staff according to the basic information and the scanning operation record.
In one embodiment, preferably, the basic information includes a process station, and the apparatus further includes:
and the statistical module is used for carrying out classified statistics on the productivity and output value data of each process station in a preset time period according to the process stations and the scanning operation records.
In one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the order splitting result and acquiring the bill of material data of the target product by taking the order number as a reference;
the first display module is used for displaying the bill of material data in a production billboard in a tree structure in a hierarchical manner.
In one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
and the second display module is used for scanning the bar code label of any plate through the bar code scanner, acquiring the processing progress of the plate and displaying the processing progress on the production billboard.
In one embodiment, preferably, the apparatus further comprises:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring preset quotation calculation rules, wherein the quotation calculation rules comprise plate square unit price, hardware fitting cost and special-shaped processing cost;
and the calculation module is used for calculating and outputting the product quotation of the home decoration design order according to the releasing structure and the quotation calculation rule.

Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (16)
1. An integrated order management method based on barcode management and control is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a home decoration design order uploaded by design software, and sending the home decoration design order to form removal software so that the form removal software can separate the home decoration design order to obtain a form removal result; the design software comprises a plurality of product modeling data modules which can be called, and each product modeling data module is generated by performing data modeling on the home decoration product according to the order splitting software;
acquiring the order splitting result, and configuring a bar code label for each plate in a plate order according to the order splitting result, wherein the bar code label comprises a bar code batch number corresponding to the home decoration design order, an order number corresponding to the plate order and a plate number corresponding to each plate in each plate order;
and in the production and processing process of each plate, order management is carried out through the corresponding bar code label.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said order management by corresponding bar code tags during said production process of each board comprises:
scanning the bar code label corresponding to each plate by a bar code scanner arranged at a preset position of each vertical shelf cabinet so as to manage the access of each plate;
receiving a target plate position query command input through the production signboard, querying a target vertical rack cabinet for storing the target plate according to the target plate position query command, and controlling an indicator lamp corresponding to the target vertical rack cabinet to be turned on.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein order management is performed by corresponding bar code tags during the manufacturing process of the respective boards, further comprising:
in the process of processing the plate by a worker, recording the scanning operation of a bar code scanner of the worker on a target bar code label corresponding to the target plate;
and acquiring basic information of the staff bound by the bar code scanner according to the scanning operation, and counting the plate processing number of the staff according to the basic information and the scanning operation record.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the basic information includes process stations, the method further comprising:
and according to the working stations and the scanning operation records, carrying out classified statistics on the productivity and output value data of each working station in a preset time period.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the order splitting result, and acquiring bill of material data of a target product by taking the order number as a reference;
and displaying the bill of material data in a tree structure in a production billboard in a hierarchical manner.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and scanning the bar code label of any plate through a bar code scanner to obtain the processing progress of the plate, and displaying the processing progress on the production billboard.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a preset quotation calculation rule, wherein the quotation calculation rule comprises a square unit price of a plate, hardware fitting cost and special-shaped processing cost;
and calculating and outputting the product quotation of the home decoration design order according to the releasing structure and the quotation calculation rule.
8. An integrated order management device based on bar code management and control, characterized in that the device comprises:
the sending module is used for obtaining the home decoration design order uploaded by the design software and sending the home decoration design order to the order dismantling software so that the order dismantling software can carry out splitting on the home decoration design order to obtain a list dismantling result; the design software comprises a plurality of product modeling data modules which can be called, and each product modeling data module is generated by performing data modeling on the home decoration product according to the order splitting software;
the bar code configuration module is used for acquiring the order splitting result and configuring a bar code label for each plate in the plate order according to the order splitting result, wherein the bar code label comprises a bar code batch number corresponding to the home decoration design order, an order number corresponding to the plate order and a plate number corresponding to each plate in each plate order;
and the management module is used for carrying out order management through the corresponding bar code label in the production and processing process of each plate.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the management module comprises:
the scanning unit is used for scanning the bar code labels corresponding to the plates through a bar code scanner arranged at a preset position of each vertical rack cabinet so as to manage the access of the plates;
and the query unit is used for receiving a target plate position query command input through the production billboard, querying a target vertical rack cabinet for storing the target plate according to the target plate position query command, and controlling an indicator lamp corresponding to the target vertical rack cabinet to be lightened.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the management module further comprises:
the recording unit is used for recording the scanning operation of a bar code scanner of a worker on a target bar code label corresponding to a target plate in the process of processing the plate by the worker;
and the counting unit is used for acquiring the basic information of the staff bound by the bar code scanner according to the scanning operation and counting the plate processing quantity of the staff according to the basic information and the scanning operation record.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the basic information includes process stations, the apparatus further comprising:
and the statistical module is used for carrying out classified statistics on the productivity and output value data of each process station in a preset time period according to the process stations and the scanning operation records.
12. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the order splitting result and acquiring the bill of material data of the target product by taking the order number as a reference;
the first display module is used for displaying the bill of material data in a production billboard in a tree structure in a hierarchical manner.
13. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the second display module is used for scanning the bar code label of any plate through the bar code scanner, acquiring the processing progress of the plate and displaying the processing progress on the production billboard.
14. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring preset quotation calculation rules, wherein the quotation calculation rules comprise plate square unit price, hardware fitting cost and special-shaped processing cost;
and the calculation module is used for calculating and outputting the product quotation of the home decoration design order according to the releasing structure and the quotation calculation rule.

acquiring the order splitting result, and configuring a bar code label for each plate in a plate order according to the order splitting result, wherein the bar code label comprises a bar code batch number corresponding to the home decoration design order, an order number corresponding to the plate order and a plate number corresponding to each plate in each plate order;
and in the production and processing process of each plate, order management is carried out through the corresponding bar code label.
16. A computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer instructions, which when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
