Abstract
The invention discloses a warehousing management system based on a digital twin technology, which relates to the technical field of warehousing management, and comprises: transmitting the warehouse location state information, the warehouse state information and the warehouse entering material information of the entity warehouse acquired by the data acquisition module to a digital twin virtual warehouse on a local terminal through a server and visually displaying the information in a visual mode; three-dimensional models, components and data information in the digital twin virtual warehouse correspond to the entity warehouse one by one; the invention can solve the problem of accumulation of stagnant parts in the warehouse caused by human factors, realize the precise digital management of the warehouse and improve the working efficiency.

The material layer information acquisition device comprises a short radio frequency acquisition device and a label printing device; the short radio frequency acquisition device is used for scanning and reading label information on materials in the entity warehouse and sending the label information to the server; the label is a bar code output by a label printing device; the bar code is obtained by editing and printing material information by using a label printing device before the materials are put in storage. And when the bar code is printed and adhered to the surface of the material, the material information is directly read by the access control radio frequency reading device and the storage position radio frequency reading device when the material is stored in a warehouse. The bar code comprises material information, wherein the material information comprises but is not limited to name, model, quantity, storage time and the like of materials. Preferably, the short rf device described in this embodiment is a handheld PDA.
The bar code of the embodiment can be used for recording material information as comprehensively as possible, a storage administrator can accurately position materials in a digital twin virtual warehouse through code scanning, look up all information of the materials, and perform identification and age management on stagnant materials, so that the problem of stagnant-piece-library storage pressure is solved; meanwhile, a warehouse manager can master the occupation condition and the material storage condition of the warehouse more conveniently, more conveniently and comprehensively and is communicated with the production link, so that the problem of fund overstock is effectively solved.
In this embodiment, the digital twin virtual warehouse model is created by three-dimensional modeling software, the digital twin virtual warehouse model is connected to the server, and a display module is further disposed in the local terminal; and the display module is used for displaying the real-time state of the material information stored in the storage shelf, the storage position and the corresponding position in the digital twin virtual warehouse.
Further, the display module comprises a mobile terminal (such as a PDA, a mobile phone and a tablet) used by a stock administrator, a display used by a workshop management layer, a large screen display used by an enterprise manager and the like. In this embodiment, the warehouse shelf, the warehouse location, and the material information stored in the corresponding position in the digital twin virtual warehouse may be displayed on the mobile terminal, the display, and the large screen display in real time. The warehouse keeper realizes paperless operation through the mobile end, so that the warehouse keeper can conveniently and visually master the material storage condition and the warehouse use condition, and the warehouse entering and exiting, checking and routing inspection can be more efficiently completed; the workshop management layer is convenient for managers to accurately control the stock, feed and material matching degree through a display and reasonably arrange a production plan; an enterprise manager can conveniently know the inventory occupancy rate and the fund occupation condition in real time through the large screen display, and can better command and make decisions.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a warehouse information module is further disposed in the local terminal, and specifically: the storehouse information module is arranged in a digital twin virtual warehouse of the local terminal and used for acquiring and storing the position state information and the warehouse state information from the server in real time.
In this embodiment, a material information module is further disposed in the local terminal, and specifically: the material information module is arranged in a digital twin virtual warehouse of the local terminal and is used for acquiring and storing warehousing material information from the server in real time; the warehousing material information comprises enterprise used material, semi-finished product and finished product information.
In this embodiment, the local terminal is further provided with an inventory query module, specifically: the inventory inquiry module is arranged in a digital twin virtual warehouse of the local terminal; the inventory query module is respectively butted with the WMS system and the MES system; and the inventory query module is used for determining a query result according to the instruction output by the WMS system and/or the instruction output by the MES system and displaying the query result to the digital twin virtual warehouse in real time.
In the embodiment, the digital twin virtual warehouse is constructed according to the entity warehouse, the data acquisition module is arranged in the entity warehouse, and the acquired warehouse location state information, warehouse state information and warehouse material information are transmitted to the digital twin virtual warehouse on the local terminal through the server and visually displayed in a visual mode, so that managers can conveniently and accurately master real inventory data, and warehousing, ex-warehouse, routing inspection and inventory can be efficiently completed. When a material is put in a warehouse, the data acquisition module finishes the acquisition of the information of the put-in material and the warehouse location state information, transmits the information to the server, and then sends an information acquisition request to the server by the local terminal so as to synchronously display the real information of the entity warehouse to the digital twin virtual warehouse in real time; when a material is delivered from the warehouse, the digital twin virtual warehouse visually displays the current position of the required material, displays the whole information such as the quantity of the material, the warehousing date and the like, is convenient for a warehouse manager to accurately position, distinguishes the stagnant material and takes the stagnant material preferentially, and further solves the problem of overstocked stagnant material.
