Abstract
The invention discloses a RFID (radio frequency identification) fixed asset management system and a method based on a block chain, which comprise a server end with an asset distribution ticket and a mobile scanning end, wherein each fixed asset is subjected to asset marking by using an RFID electronic tag; the mobile scanning end is used for automatically reading the RFID electronic tags so as to finish batch warehousing and inventory of all fixed assets and write the fixed assets into the block chain and the server end; the server is used for managing the data read by the mobile scanning end and writing the management data of the full life cycle of each fixed asset into the block chain; the effect is as follows: through the RFID technology, the workload of manual checking in fixed asset management is reduced, the manual operation cost and the complicated warehouse entry and exit process are greatly reduced, and the problem of asset dispute is effectively solved by the application of the block chain technology.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of asset management, in particular to a RFID fixed asset management system and method based on a block chain.
Background
The fixed assets of the enterprise have the characteristics of high value, long service cycle, scattered use places, high management difficulty and the like, and the problems that the state of the assets is not updated timely and the assets are not known due to no record after loss often occur. Most of the existing fixed asset management systems adopt a paper coding or two-dimensional code coding mode, and the problems of complicated fixed asset warehouse-in and warehouse-out process, disordered fixed asset life cycle management process, large asset checking workload, missing asset anti-theft function and the like exist.

The invention aims to provide a RFID fixed asset management system and method based on a block chain, which can reduce the inventory checking workload and effectively solve asset disputes.
In a first aspect, the invention provides a block chain-based RFID (radio frequency identification) fixed asset management system, which comprises a server end with an asset allocation ticket and a mobile scanning end, wherein each fixed asset is subjected to asset labeling by using an RFID electronic tag;
the mobile scanning end is used for automatically reading the RFID electronic tags so as to finish batch warehousing and inventory of all fixed assets and write the fixed assets into the block chain and the server end;
and the server is used for managing the data read by the mobile scanning end and writing the management data of the full life cycle of each fixed asset into the block chain.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the mobile scanning end is further configured to connect with an asset database preset in the server end, so as to quickly determine whether there is a missing fixed asset when checking is performed; and when checking, the mobile scanning end is provided with a planning path.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the planned path is determined in the following manner, and a reading parameter of the mobile scanning end is selected, where the reading parameter includes a reading range and a reading speed;
acquiring a plan of an area to be patrolled and an asset management area which is responsible for each patroller;
and generating a planned path of each patrol worker according to the reading parameters, the plan view and the asset management area which is responsible for each patrol worker, so as to ensure that the areas of all the fixed assets on each path are covered by the reading range.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the server is further configured to manage an electronic fence, where the electronic fence management specifically includes:
configuring the use indoor range specified by each fixed asset by a wireless ap arranged in an enterprise and combining with a pre-imported indoor plan;
and adopting a wireless ap positioning technology to trigger an alarm when the fixed asset leaves the corresponding designated indoor use range.
As a preferred technical solution of the present invention, the server is further configured to manage user roles and permissions, where different user roles are associated with corresponding management permissions.
In a second aspect, the present invention further provides a block chain-based RFID fixed asset management method, which is applied to the block chain-based RFID fixed asset management system in the first aspect, and the method includes:
automatically reading the RFID electronic tags through a mobile scanning end to finish batch warehousing and inventory of each fixed asset and write the fixed assets into a block chain and a server end;
and the server side manages the data read by the mobile scanning end and writes the management data of the full life cycle of each fixed asset into the block chain.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the method further comprises:
the mobile scanning end is connected with an asset database preset in the server end, so that whether missing fixed assets exist or not can be judged quickly when inventory is carried out; and when checking, the mobile scanning end is provided with a planning path.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples, which are used for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a block chain-based RFID fixed asset management system, which includes a server side having an asset allocation ticket and a mobile scanning side, wherein each fixed asset is tagged with an asset using an RFID tag.
Specifically, the unique RFID electronic tags can be generated in batch through an external system; each pc of the server and the mobile scanning end are used as updating nodes for keeping asset distribution titles and can carry out uplink operation, and the asset state updating is timely ensured, and meanwhile, the manual tampering of asset ownership information is effectively avoided; the asset allocation ticket is distributed and stored by using a block chain technology, so that the intervention on the asset state due to database disasters, manual intervention of database management personnel and the like is effectively avoided.
When the system is applied, a single enterprise individual uses the private chain mode when using the system, if the enterprise authorizes the cloud system which is merged into the system, the enterprise joins the system alliance chain, all alliance enterprises share the property card information of the property owner, the more alliance enterprises join, the smaller possibility that the property owner information is artificially tampered is.
And the mobile scanning end is used for automatically reading the RFID electronic tags so as to finish batch warehousing and inventory of each fixed asset and write the fixed assets into the block chain and the server end.
Specifically, the mobile scanning end comprises a high-speed RFID card reading module and is additionally provided with a scanning application program, and the number of the mobile scanning ends is not limited in practical application; the mobile scanning end is also used for being connected with an asset database preset in the server end so as to rapidly judge whether the missing fixed assets exist or not when checking is realized; when checking, the mobile scanning end is provided with a planning path, so that the function of checking the assets is realized.
The planning path is determined in the following mode, and reading parameters of the mobile scanning end are selected, wherein the reading parameters comprise a reading range and a reading speed; in this embodiment, the reading range is 100-120 m, and the reading speed is 150-200/s;
acquiring a plan view of an area to be patrolled and an asset management area in charge of each patroller, wherein the plan view is obtained by importing or pre-storing through an external system and is not limited herein;
generating a planned path of each inspection staff according to the read parameters, the plan and the asset management area which is responsible for each inspection staff, so as to ensure that the areas of all the fixed assets on each path are covered by the read range; and after the inspection is finished according to the formulated planned path, if the assets are missing, early warning prompt is carried out.
And the server is used for managing the data read by the mobile scanning end and writing the management data of the full life cycle of each fixed asset into the block chain.
Specifically, the method comprises the steps of establishing process management of procurement, transfer, repair reporting and scrapping of each fixed asset, introducing process management of warehousing of classified suppliers such as purchasing and maintenance and the like, and realizing high efficiency and transparency of each life cycle process of the fixed asset; meanwhile, the management distribution state of each fixed asset is stored by using a block chain technology, so that the asset state change can be traced every time; the method solves the dispute of the assets, and avoids the problem that the assets are not known due to missing and no record; similarly, the mobile scanning end can also realize the same process management function as the server end while realizing the asset inventory, and details are not repeated here.
During application, in order to better perform hierarchical management and avoid misoperation of irrelevant personnel, the server side is also used for user role and authority management, wherein different user roles are associated with corresponding management authorities.
Through the scheme, the RFID technology is utilized, the workload of manual checking in fixed asset management is reduced, the manual operation cost is greatly reduced, and the problem of asset dispute is effectively solved by applying the block chain technology.
In another embodiment, based on the foregoing embodiment, the server is further configured to perform fence management, where the fence management specifically includes:
configuring the use indoor range specified by each fixed asset by a wireless ap arranged in an enterprise and combining with a pre-imported indoor plan;
and adopting a wireless ap positioning technology to trigger an alarm when the fixed asset leaves the corresponding designated indoor use range.
The wireless ap (access point), namely the wireless access point, realizes the appointed application range of the fixed asset by using the electronic fence technology, and the system which exceeds the range automatically sends out an alarm prompt to realize the anti-theft function of the asset.
Based on the above inventive concept, referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a block chain-based RFID fixed asset management method, which is applied to the above block chain-based RFID fixed asset management system, where the method includes:

Specifically, the method comprises the steps of establishing process management of procurement, transfer, repair reporting and scrapping of each fixed asset, introducing process management of warehousing of classified suppliers such as purchasing and maintenance and the like, and realizing high efficiency and transparency of each life cycle process of the fixed asset; meanwhile, the management distribution state of each fixed asset is stored by using a block chain technology, so that the asset state change can be traced every time; the method solves the dispute of the assets, and avoids the problem that the assets are not known due to missing and no record; similarly, the mobile scanning end can also realize the same process management function as the server end while realizing the asset inventory, and details are not repeated here.

1. An RFID fixed asset management system based on a block chain is characterized by comprising a server end with an asset distribution ticket and a mobile scanning end, wherein each fixed asset is subjected to asset marking by using an RFID electronic tag;
the mobile scanning end is used for automatically reading the RFID electronic tags so as to finish batch warehousing and inventory of all fixed assets and write the fixed assets into the block chain and the server end;
and the server is used for managing the data read by the mobile scanning end and writing the management data of the full life cycle of each fixed asset into the block chain.

The RFID fixed asset management system based on the block chain as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile scanning end is further configured to connect with an asset database preset in the server end to rapidly determine whether there is a missing fixed asset when checking is performed; and when checking, the mobile scanning end is provided with a planning path.
3. The blockchain-based RFID fixed asset management system of claim 2, wherein the planned path is determined by:
selecting reading parameters of the mobile scanning end, wherein the reading parameters comprise a reading range and a reading speed;
