Abstract

本发明提供了一种水泵泵头。本水泵泵头包括本体,本体顶部和左侧分别具有出水端和进水端,进水端和出水端通过设于本体内的叶轮腔连通,本体后侧设有安装口,进水端外套有滤桶,滤桶左端和右端分别呈封闭状和敞开状,滤桶桶壁上密布有滤孔,滤桶右端外侧壁上一体成型有环形翻边,本体外壁上具有与环形翻边正对的环形槽,环形翻边位于环形槽内,环形槽底壁和环形翻边之间夹紧有环形密封垫,环形翻边右端面上设有螺纹孔一,螺纹孔一至少有两个,螺纹孔一为盲孔,环形槽底壁上贯穿设置有螺纹孔二,环形密封垫上设有通孔一,螺纹孔一、螺纹孔二和通孔数量相同,螺纹孔二内螺接有螺柱,螺柱一端螺接在螺纹孔一内。本水泵泵头美观性较好。

一种水泵泵头
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水泵,特别是一种水泵泵头。
背景技术
水泵是输送液体或使液体增压的机械,它将原动机的机械能或其他外部能量传送给液体,使液体能量增加,主要用来输送液体包括水、油、酸碱液、乳化液、悬乳液和液态金属等。
现有的水泵如中国专利库公开的一种水泵【申请号:201810541236.4】包括过滤网罩、进水节、外筒、电机、吸震圈、中间支架、机械密封、耐压筒、导流盘、叶轮、导叶和出水节,水泵的电机冷却方式采用水冷,电机工作产生的热量由自身输送的流体自然冷却和带走。
上述的水泵在进水端处设置过滤网罩以防止水中的杂质进入到水泵内部,以延长水泵的寿命以及提高工作稳定性。但该水泵存在一个问题:过滤网罩通过多根螺栓与水泵泵壳固连,螺栓处于水泵外部,影响美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种美观性好的水泵泵头。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种水泵泵头,包括本体,本体的顶部和左侧分别具有出水端和进水端,且进水端和出水端均呈环状并通过设于本体内的叶轮腔连通,本体的后侧设有与叶轮腔正对的安装口,进水端外套有滤桶,滤桶的左端和右端分别呈封闭状和敞开状,且滤桶的桶壁上密布有贯穿设置的滤孔,其特征在于,滤桶的右端外侧壁上一体成型有环形翻边,本体的外壁上具有与环形翻边正对的环形槽,环形翻边位于环形槽内,且环形槽的底壁和环形翻边之间夹紧有环形密封垫,环形翻边的右端面上设有螺纹孔一,螺纹孔一至少有两个并沿滤桶的周向均布,且每个螺纹孔一均为盲孔,所述的环形槽的底壁上贯穿设置有螺纹孔二,环形密封垫上设有通孔一,螺纹孔一、螺纹孔二和通孔三者数量相同且位置一一正对,每个螺纹孔二内均螺接有螺柱,螺柱一端依次穿过螺纹孔二和通孔并螺接在螺纹孔一内。
使用时,外部水经滤桶滤孔过滤进入本体,并最终由出水端排出。
滤桶上的环形翻边通过螺柱、螺纹孔一、螺纹孔二和通孔配合与本体固连,且螺纹孔一为盲孔,这样在实际加工时,可将滤桶和本体的连接隐藏在环形翻边和本体之间,来提高整个泵体的美观性。
在上述的水泵泵头中,上述的环形密封垫的两端面均为平面,且环形密封垫的两端面分别与环形槽的底壁和环形翻边的右端面紧密抵靠。采用上述设计,使环形翻边和本体之间形成可靠密封。
在上述的水泵泵头中,上述的滤桶的内侧壁上一体成型有环形凸肩,环形凸肩和滤桶同轴线布置,且环形凸肩抵压在进水端的左端面上。环形凸肩用于限定滤桶的安装位置,使滤桶一次性安装到位。
在上述的水泵泵头中,所述的进水端的外侧壁为锥面一,滤桶的内侧壁上具有与锥面一匹配的锥面二,且锥面一和锥面二相贴靠,以进一步加强进水端和滤桶之间的密封效果。
与现有技术相比,本水泵泵头具有以下优点:
1、滤桶上的环形翻边通过螺柱、螺纹孔一、螺纹孔二和通孔配合与本体固连,且螺纹孔一为盲孔,这样在实际加工时,可将滤桶和本体的连接隐藏在环形翻边和本体之间,来提高整个泵体的美观性。
2、在环形密封垫以及锥面一和锥面二配合下,有效延长滤桶和本体连接的密封路径,从而提高滤桶和本体形成的密封效果,确保水完全经滤孔进入进水端,来提高工作稳定性。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1所示,本水泵泵头包括本体1,本体1的顶部和左侧分别具有出水端1a和进水端1b,且进水端1b和出水端1a均呈环状并通过设于本体1内的叶轮腔1c连通。本体1的后侧设有与叶轮腔1c正对的安装口1d,且在安装时,水泵的叶轮通过安装口1d伸入叶轮腔1c内。
具体来说,进水端1b外套有滤桶2,滤桶2的左端和右端分别呈封闭状和敞开状,且滤桶2的桶壁上密布有贯穿设置的滤孔2a。优选滤孔2a沿滤桶2的轴向贯穿设置。如图1所示,滤桶2的右端外侧壁上一体成型有环形翻边2b,且环形翻边2b和滤桶2为一体式结构。本体1的外壁上具有与环形翻边2b正对的环形槽1e,环形翻边2b位于环形槽1e内,且环形槽1e的底壁和环形翻边2b之间夹紧有环形密封垫3。在本实施例中,环形密封垫3的两端面均为平面,且环形密封垫3的两端面分别与环形槽1e的底壁和环形翻边2b的右端面紧密抵靠,使环形翻边2b和本体1之间形成可靠密封。
如图1、图2和图3所示,环形翻边2b的右端面上设有螺纹孔一2c,螺纹孔一2c至少有两个并沿滤桶2的周向均布,且每个螺纹孔一2c均为盲孔。优选螺纹孔的数量为2个。环形槽1e的底壁上贯穿设置有螺纹孔二1f,环形密封垫3上设有通孔一,螺纹孔一2c、螺纹孔二1f和通孔三者数量相同且位置一一正对,每个螺纹孔二1f内均螺接有螺柱4,螺柱4一端依次穿过螺纹孔二1f和通孔并螺接在螺纹孔一2c内。进一步说明,滤桶2的内侧壁上一体成型有环形凸肩2d,环形凸肩2d和滤桶2同轴线布置,且环形凸肩2d抵压在进水端1b的左端面上,以限定滤桶2的安装位置,使滤桶2一次性安装到位。
如图2和图3所示,进水端1b的外侧壁为锥面一1b1,滤桶2的内侧壁上具有与锥面一1b1匹配的锥面二2e,且锥面一1b1和锥面二2e相贴靠,以进一步加强进水端1b和滤桶2之间的密封效果。
使用时,外部水经滤桶2滤孔2a过滤进入本体1,并最终由出水端1a排出。滤桶2上的环形翻边2b通过螺柱4、螺纹孔一2c、螺纹孔二1f和通孔配合与本体1固连,且螺纹孔一2c为盲孔,这样在实际加工时,可将滤桶2和本体1的连接隐藏在环形翻边2b和本体1之间,来提高整个泵体的美观性。

1.一种水泵泵头,包括本体(1),本体(1)的顶部和左侧分别具有出水端(1a)和进水端(1b),且进水端(1b)和出水端(1a)均呈环状并通过设于本体(1)内的叶轮腔(1c)连通,本体(1)的后侧设有与叶轮腔(1c)正对的安装口(1d),进水端(1b)外套有滤桶(2),滤桶(2)的左端和右端分别呈封闭状和敞开状,且滤桶(2)的桶壁上密布有贯穿设置的滤孔(2a),其特征在于,滤桶(2)的右端外侧壁上一体成型有环形翻边(2b),本体(1)的外壁上具有与环形翻边(2b)正对的环形槽(1e),环形翻边(2b)位于环形槽(1e)内,且环形槽(1e)的底壁和环形翻边(2b)之间夹紧有环形密封垫(3),环形翻边(2b)的右端面上设有螺纹孔一(2c),螺纹孔一(2c)至少有两个并沿滤桶(2)的周向均布,且每个螺纹孔一(2c)均为盲孔,所述的环形槽(1e)的底壁上贯穿设置有螺纹孔二(1f),环形密封垫(3)上设有通孔一,螺纹孔一(2c)、螺纹孔二(1f)和通孔三者数量相同且位置一一正对,每个螺纹孔二(1f)内均螺接有螺柱(4),螺柱(4)一端依次穿过螺纹孔二(1f)和通孔并螺接在螺纹孔一(2c)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水泵泵头,其特征在于,上述的环形密封垫(3)的两端面均为平面,且环形密封垫(3)的两端面分别与环形槽(1e)的底壁和环形翻边(2b)的右端面紧密抵靠。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水泵泵头,其特征在于,上述的滤桶(2)的内侧壁上一体成型有环形凸肩(2d),环形凸肩(2d)和滤桶(2)同轴线布置,且环形凸肩(2d)抵压在进水端(1b)的左端面上。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的水泵泵头,其特征在于,所述的进水端(1b)的外侧壁为锥面一(1b1),滤桶(2)的内侧壁上具有与锥面一(1b1)匹配的锥面二(2e),且锥面一(1b1)和锥面二(2e)相贴靠。
