本发明公开了一种高氟抗渗导静电氟碳面漆,由甲、乙两组份组成;所述的甲组份为改性高氟含氟碳树脂40‑65份、金红石型二氧化钛10‑35份、颜料1‑5份、膨润土0.1‑1.0份、BYK‑104S分散剂0.1‑0.5份、BYK‑306流平剂0.1‑0.6份、2810流变助剂0.1‑0.6份、蜡浆1‑3份、醋酸丁酯5‑12、2185消泡剂0.1‑1.2份、导电云母2‑10份和聚苯胺2‑10份;所述乙组分为:改性多异氰酸酯30‑80份和二甲苯30‑80份;以上所述数量均为质量份。本发明高氟含抗渗导静电氟碳面漆主要应用于储运危险化学品集装箱式储罐内壁防腐蚀,耐化学品性能优良,特别的抗小分子胺类渗透。本发明可根据需要调整颜料种类及用量得到各种所期望的油漆颜色。

高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆及制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料科学与技术领域,具体地,是一种用于储运危险化学品集装箱式储罐内壁防腐蚀面漆。
技术背景
随着经济全球化进程加快,国际货物特别是危险化学品的储运需求增加。采用集装箱式储罐储运危险化学品是国际货运的一个低成本的选择。由于有些危险化学品比如小分子胺类、醇类、醛类等挥发性有机化合物具有很强的渗透性,对集装箱式储罐内壁的防腐蚀涂层有极大的破坏性。挥发性有机化合物在储运过程中产生静电,容易引起安全事故。因此,储运危险化学品的集装箱式储罐内壁的防腐蚀涂料具有导静电、抗化学渗透的基本要求。
中国专利CN103497643 A公开了一种超耐候重防腐高固体份隔热导静电涂装系统,应用高氟树脂的超耐候性、聚苯胺的导电性、空心玻璃微珠的隔热性制备了一种超耐候重防腐高固体份隔热导静电涂装系统用于石化设备的外表面涂装。但不耐高渗透性有机小分子化合物的渗透性破坏。中国专利CN108587334 A公开了一种储罐用高附着力、导静电水性反射隔热涂料及其制备方法,属于节能涂料领域。其制得的反射隔热涂料具有较高的附着力和较好的导静电作用,还具有较好的隔热作用但其只能用于储罐外涂,而且不耐强酸强碱、高渗透性有机小分子化合物如有机胺类等化学品直接腐蚀。中国专利CN 110746848A公开了一种水性环氧云铁中涂漆及其制备方法。涂料以水为分散介质,无刺激性气味,可广泛应用于船舶、桥梁、集装箱体等的防腐装饰。但不针对用于储运危险化学品的集装箱式储罐内涂、不具备导电性。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服上述问题,提供一种高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆,用于储运危化品集装箱式储罐内罩面漆,具有导静电、抗渗、特别是抗高渗透性有机小分子化合物如有机胺类的渗透对集装箱式储罐内表面的破坏而涂层失效之性能。
本发明的技术方案是:
高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆由甲、乙两组份组成。
本发明所述的甲组份为改性高氟含氟碳树脂40-65份、金红石型二氧化钛10-35份(超细800目以上)、颜料1-5份、膨润土0.1-1.0份、BYK-104S分散剂0.1-0.5份、BYK-306流平剂0.1-0.6份、 2810流变助剂0.1-0.6份、蜡浆1-3份、醋酸丁酯5-12、2185消泡剂0.1-1.2份、份 导电云母2-10和聚苯胺2-10份;
所述乙组分为:改性多异氰酸酯30-80份和二甲苯30-80份;以上所述数量均为质量份。
所述改性高氟含氟碳树脂为丙烯酸改性氟碳树脂、环氧改性氟碳树脂、有机硅改性氟碳树脂的一种或者它们的组合;改性高氟含氟碳树脂氟含量≥26%。
申请人研究发现,通过在本发明技术方案中,引入环氧改性高氟含氟碳树脂、丙烯酸改性氟碳树脂以及有机硅改性高氟含氟碳树脂中的二种以上的组合物,可以使本发明的高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆干膜形成互穿网络聚合物结构,涂层致密性提高。同时,与中间涂层附着力增加,抗小分子有机胺类渗透性能优良。如所述改性高氟含氟碳树脂为用量重量比1:0.8-1.2的丙烯酸改性氟碳树脂和环氧改性氟碳树脂的混合物、用量重量比1:0.8-1.2的丙烯酸改性氟碳树脂和有机硅改性氟碳树脂的混合物、或用量重量比1:0.8-1.2的环氧改性氟碳树脂和有机硅改性氟碳树脂的混合物。
所述改性多异氰酸酯为用量重量比1:0.8-1.2的脂肪族多异氰酸酯和芳香族多异氰酸酯的混合物。
导电云母粉为深圳市海扬粉体科技有限公司的HY-DM1,HY-DM3,HY-DM5之一种或它们的组合。
所述聚苯胺为油溶性导电聚苯胺。
所述改性多异氰酸酯为脂肪族多异氰酸酯HDI、脂环族多异氰酸酯HTDI、HMDI、芳香族多异氰酸酯TDI、MDI、PAPI多聚体之一种或者它们的组合物。
所述蜡浆为聚乙烯蜡浆、聚丙烯蜡浆、巴西棕榈蜡浆的一种或者它们的组合。
本发明所述的高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆制造工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将改性高氟含氟碳树脂总重量的三分之二投入配料缸中,开动高速搅拌;
2)在上述配料缸中加入醋酸丁酯总重量的三分之二、膨润土和104S,然后加入金红石型二氧化钛、颜料和蜡浆,缓慢提升搅拌机转速至800r/min;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物研磨至细度合格(≤20μm)后,送至调漆缸中,研磨时环境温度不大于40℃;
4)开启调漆缸搅拌将高氟含氟碳树脂总量的三分之一和2810、306助剂、消泡剂、导电云母和聚苯胺加入,用剩余的醋酸丁酯总量的三分之一溶剂清洗配料缸和砂磨机设备;过滤、包装得到甲组份;
5)将改性多异氰酸酯加入拉缸内,搅拌下加入二甲苯;过滤,包装得到乙组份。
所述高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆制造工艺,其甲组份的加料顺序为高含氟氟碳树脂-溶剂醋酸丁酯-膨润土-104S-金红石型二氧化钛-颜料-蜡浆-剩余树脂和2810、306助剂、消泡剂、导静电粉①②。其分散转述缓慢升至800rmp,并在此转速下操作;研磨环境温度不大于40℃。
本发明用于储运危化品集装箱式储罐内罩面漆,具有导静电、抗渗、特别是抗高渗透性有机小分子化合物如有机胺类的渗透对集装箱式储罐内表面的破坏而涂层失效之性能。本发明可根据需要调整颜料种类及用量得到各种所期望的油漆颜色。

实施例1 高氟含抗渗导静电防腐蚀面漆制造工艺
甲组份的制备
将改性高氟含氟碳树脂投入配料缸中,开动高速搅拌。再加入醋酸丁酯,膨润土、104S,然后加入金红石型二氧化钛、颜料、蜡浆、缓慢提升搅拌机转速至800r/min。
开动主机砂磨至细度合格,送至调漆缸中。研磨时环境温度不大于40℃。
开启调漆缸搅拌将剩余树脂和2810、306助剂、消泡剂、导静电粉①②加入,用剩余溶剂清洗配料缸和砂磨机设备。经检验合格后,过滤包装。
乙组份制备
将改性多异氰酸酯加入缸内,开高搅搅拌,加入二甲苯搅拌分散。二甲苯/多异氰酸酯树脂=50/50.经检验合格后,过滤,包装。

所述乙组分为:改性多异氰酸酯30-80份和二甲苯30-80份;以上所述数量均为质量份。
