Description

Antibacterial shampoo
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hair washing, in particular to antibacterial shampoo.
Background
Shampoo, also known as shampoo, hair lotion, hair essence or hair cream, is one of the most widely used hair washing products and hair cosmetics. It can be used for cleaning human body secreted oil, sweat scale, cells detached from scalp, foreign dust, microorganism, and residue and unpleasant odor of styling product, etc. attached to scalp and hair, and keeping scalp and hair clean and beautiful. The active ingredients of the shampoo on the market are surfactants generally, and the history of systematic theory and application research on the surfactants is not long, but the surfactants are developed very rapidly due to the unique diversity of the surfactants. The surfactant called industrial monosodium glutamate has become an essential consumer product in the daily life of human beings. It is one of the main categories with the largest yield in fine chemical products. Is widely applied to a plurality of industrial fields such as cosmetics, foods, textile printing and dyeing, pesticides and medicine processing, mineral flotation, oil treatment, washing and the like. The surfactant is an organic compound with an amphiphilic structure, at least contains two groups with different polarities and hydrophilicities, one end of the surfactant is a hydrophilic group, and the other end of the surfactant is a lipophilic group. After being dissolved in water, the surface tension of the water can be obviously reduced, and the solubility of organic compounds can be improved. After the lipophilic group combines with the greasy dirt in hair and the scalp, the hydrophilic group combines with water again, and the cohesion of hydrophilic group is higher, along with washing, can make the hosepipe move the surfactant active and then drive the grease and leave and washed the surface to play the function of deoiling, like this, just can wash the unnecessary grease on the head, play the cleaning action, also the sanitization has the dandruff to a certain extent. However, some dandruff is generated because inflammation is caused by bacterial infection, and dandruff such as bacterial infection cannot be easily removed by washing with shampoo having a cleansing function.

The following table 1 summarizes the experimental results of the examples and comparative examples:
TABLE 1-summary of inhibition zone size data for each example or for each comparative example (unit: cm)
Figure RE-GDA0002506675070000161
Wherein, the data in the table is the diameter (cm) of the inhibition zone, and the larger the diameter of the inhibition zone is, the stronger the antibacterial and bacteriostatic action is. It should be understood that the original diameter of the zone of inhibition is 1cm, i.e. the size of the circular filter disc to exclude the bacterial colony, when the diameter of the zone of inhibition is 1cm, it means that there is no or no macroscopic effect of inhibition, and in particular, referring to fig. 1, where the symbols refer to the culture medium 100, the filter paper 200 and the bacterial colony 300, it can be seen that the filter paper 200 is in the culture medium 100, and the bacterial colony 300 tightly surrounds the filter paper 200, and there is no or no macroscopic effect of inhibition. Referring again to fig. 2, the medium 100, the filter paper 200, the bacterial colony 300 and the zone of inhibition 301 are marked, the bacterial colony avoids the area around the filter paper to form the zone of inhibition 301, and the zone of inhibition 301 is a sterile area or an area where bacteria are not visually apparent.
As can be seen from the results of the above examples 4 to 5, the gleditsia sinensis seed extract, the tea bran, the okra fruit extract, the zinc oxide and the gleditsia sinensis seed oil of the present application have a better matching effect, and a good antibacterial effect, and are better than the antibacterial effect obtained by any one of the substances alone, specifically, the average number of the inhibition zones for propionibacterium acnes in examples 4 and 5 is 1.42cm, while the average number of the inhibition zones for propionibacterium acnes in comparative examples 1 to 5 is 1.12cm, and it can be seen that the antibacterial effect for propionibacterium acnes is significantly improved after the components are mixed in examples 4 and 5; the average number of inhibition zones for staphylococcus aureus in example 4 and example 5 is 3.58cm, while the average number of inhibition zones for staphylococcus aureus in comparative examples 1 to 5 is 2.09cm, and it can be seen that the antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus is obviously improved after the components are matched in example 4 and example 5. As can be seen from examples 1 to comparative example 5, the average number of inhibition cycles of the components of the antibacterial shampoo against Staphylococcus aureus is 1.36cm, and the average number of inhibition cycles of the components of the antibacterial shampoo against Staphylococcus aureus is 2.96cm, namely, the inhibition capacity of the components of the antibacterial shampoo against Staphylococcus aureus is obviously stronger than the inhibition capacity against Propionibacterium acnes. As can be seen from examples 1 to 5, the average number of the size of the inhibition zone for propionibacterium acnes of examples 1 to 3 was 1.72cm, the average number of the size of the inhibition zone for staphylococcus aureus was 3.98cm, the average number of the size of the inhibition zone for propionibacterium acnes of examples 4 and 5 was 1.42cm, and the average number of the size of the inhibition zone for staphylococcus aureus was 3.58cm, and it can be seen that the bacteriostatic effect of examples 1 to 3 was better than that of examples 4 and 5 because the bacteriostatic ability of the antibacterial shampoo was enhanced after the addition of the vegetable oil, the rosemary extract, the geranium extract, the meadowfoam seed oil and the sea salt. Of these, the average number of inhibition zones for staphylococcus aureus in example 3 is 2.03cm, while the average number of inhibition zones for staphylococcus aureus is 4.35cm, and the bacteriostatic effect of example 3 is the best, because the components in example 3 are properly distributed, so that the coordination effect of the components is better. Based on the results of the above examples 1 to 5, the diameter of the probiotic zone in each example did not decrease on the seventh day compared to the second day, while the inhibition zone was seen to decrease on the seventh day compared to the second day in some of the results of the comparative examples, that is, the inhibition zone of staphylococcus aureus in comparative examples 1, 2, 3 and 4 was seen to decrease, and thus it was seen that the inhibition effect was more durable after the components in the examples were compounded.
In conclusion, the antibacterial shampoo has the advantages that the zinc oxide can strongly inhibit bacteria and astringe skin, the tea bran has strong detergency and bactericidal activity, and is used for stopping dandruff, relieving itching, removing oil and sterilizing scalp, and repairing damaged hair and blackening hair, the gleditsia sinensis seed extract has inhibitory effect on some gram-negative intestinal pathogenic bacteria and some skin fungi, the okra fruit extract contains a large amount of slimy juice, pectin, bovine milk polysaccharide, araban, protein, fat, vitamin and the like are mixed in the juice, the good antioxidant, anti-aging and moisturizing effects are achieved, and the damaged hair can be repaired, so that the damaged scalp and hair after inflammation diminishing can be repaired on the basis of sterilization and inflammation diminishing by matching with the components with the bactericidal function, the scalp and the hair can be recovered more quickly, and the recovered hair and the hair are less prone to be damaged again by bacteria causing inflammation, the environment in which bacteria grow is gradually reduced, so that the bacteria causing inflammation are gradually and stably eliminated, and the antibacterial shampoo has a good antibacterial function. And other components added in some embodiments, including vegetable oil, rosemary extract, geranium extract, meadowfoam seed oil and sea salt, can further improve the antibacterial ability of the antibacterial shampoo.
