As is apparent from the characterization results in tables 6 to 9, the ultra-micro Auricularia auricula powder prepared by freeze-drying has a rough and more dispersed surface structure, so that the polysaccharide is easily dissolved out. The ultramicro black fungus powder prepared by the methods of hot air drying, heat pump drying and vacuum microwave drying is easy to agglomerate and has a compact structure, so that the polysaccharide is difficult to give out. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the ultrafine black fungus powder obtained by a freeze drying method is selected as a raw material to prepare the black fungus facial mask.
The technical content of the present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by the following examples.
Example 1
Selecting black fungus with good color and luster and no rot, naturally airing, washing with air, soaking and blanching the black fungus, freezing the black fungus in a freezing cabinet at the temperature of-18 ℃ for 6h, drying at the temperature of-80 ℃ in a cold trap and under the vacuum degree of 1Pa until the water content is 10%, breaking the wall of black fungus fragments in a ball mill to obtain black fungus powder, removing iron, performing vacuum packaging, and sterilizing by X-rays to obtain the ultramicro black fungus powder.
Respectively crushing dandelion, sweet osmanthus and vitamin E, and then sieving with a 400-mesh sieve to obtain raw material powder.
Weighing the following superfine black fungus powder and raw material powder by weight: 50g of ultramicro black fungus powder, 20g of dandelion, 5g of sweet osmanthus and 2g of vitamin E; and uniformly mixing the weighed ultramicro black fungus powder with the raw material powder to obtain a mixture.
Weighing 5g of aloe juice, 2g of honey and 90g of fresh milk; the weighed raw materials are mixed into a mixed solution.
And adding the mixture into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, mixing into paste, and sterilizing to obtain the black fungus facial mask.
Example 2

Weighing 10g of aloe juice, 6g of honey and 75g of fresh milk; the weighed raw materials are mixed into a mixed solution.
And adding the mixture into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, mixing into paste, and sterilizing to obtain the black fungus facial mask.
Example 3

Example 4

And adding the mixture into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, mixing into paste, and sterilizing to obtain the black fungus facial mask.
Example 5
Selecting black fungus with good color and luster and no rot, naturally airing, washing with air, soaking and blanching the black fungus, freezing the black fungus in a freezing cabinet at the temperature of-18 ℃ for 6h, drying at the temperature of-80 ℃ in a cold trap and under the vacuum degree of 1Pa until the water content is 10%, breaking the wall of black fungus fragments in a ball mill to obtain black fungus powder, removing iron, performing vacuum packaging, and sterilizing by X-rays to obtain the ultramicro black fungus powder.

Weighing the following superfine black fungus powder and raw material powder by weight: 75g of ultramicro black fungus powder, 16g of dandelion, 1g of sweet osmanthus and vitamin E15 g; and uniformly mixing the weighed ultramicro black fungus powder with the raw material powder to obtain a mixture.
Weighing 15g of aloe juice, 1g of honey and 100g of fresh milk; the weighed raw materials are mixed into a mixed solution.
And adding the mixture into the mixed solution, uniformly stirring, mixing into paste, and sterilizing to obtain the black fungus facial mask.
And (3) testing:
in order to verify the curative effect of the black fungus mask, 300 volunteers which are 20-40 years old, healthy and capable of using cosmetics according to the standard are selected for testing, and the testing method comprises the following steps: 200g of the facial mask of examples 1 to 5 was applied to the face by washing the face with warm water in the morning and at night, respectively, and 5g of the sample was applied to the face. And checking 30 days after the experiment, and counting the using effect. The test results are shown in Table 2.

The results of the examples show that the invention has no chemical additive, and has the effects of sterilization, anti-allergy, whitening and spot removal.

Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the ultrafine black fungus powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a. pretreatment of raw materials: selecting black fungus with good color and no rot, soaking the black fungus, and blanching;
b. and (3) drying: drying the black fungus treated in the step a until the water content is 10%;
c. ball milling and wall breaking: putting the dried black fungus into a ball mill for wall breaking to obtain black fungus powder;
d. iron removal: performing iron removal treatment on the wall-broken agaric powder;
e. packaging and sterilizing: and (3) carrying out vacuum packaging on the agaric powder subjected to iron removal, and then carrying out sterilization to obtain the ultramicro agaric powder.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein in step b, the drying method is one of hot air drying, heat pump drying, freeze drying or vacuum microwave drying.

The method of claim 2, wherein the hot air drying method comprises: drying Auricularia in 60 deg.C hot air to water content of 10%; the method for drying the heat pump comprises the following steps: drying Auricularia auricula in a heat pump at 60 deg.C to water content of 10%; the freeze drying method comprises the following steps: placing Auricularia in a freezing cabinet at-18 deg.C, quickly freezing for 6h, and drying at-80 deg.C under vacuum degree of 1Pa to water content of 10%; the vacuum microwave drying method comprises the following steps: placing the black fungus in vacuum microwave with the microwave power of 10W/g for drying until the water content is 10%.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein in step e, the average particle size of the ultra-fine black fungus powder is 0.5-200 μm.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein in step e, the sterilization is by X-ray.
6. A black fungus facial mask is characterized by comprising 50-80 parts of ultrafine black fungus powder, 10-20 parts of dandelion, 1-8 parts of sweet osmanthus, 5-20 parts of aloe juice, 1-8 parts of honey, 60-100 parts of fresh milk and 2-15 parts of vitamin E, wherein the ultrafine black fungus powder, the dandelion, the sweet osmanthus, the aloe, the honey, the fresh milk and the vitamin E are prepared according to claim 1.
7. The black fungus mask as claimed in claim 6, wherein the ultramicro black fungus powder is 60-75 parts, the dandelion is 12-16 parts, the sweet osmanthus flower is 2-5 parts, the aloe juice is 10-15 parts, the honey is 2-6 parts, the fresh milk is 75-90 parts, and the vitamin E is 5-10 parts.
8. The black fungus mask as claimed in claim 6, wherein the ultramicro black fungus powder comprises 70 parts, dandelion 15 parts, sweet osmanthus flower 4 parts, aloe juice 12, honey 5 parts, fresh milk 80 parts and vitamin E8 parts.
9. A method for preparing the black fungus mask as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
A. respectively crushing dandelion, sweet osmanthus and vitamin E, and then sieving the crushed dandelion, sweet osmanthus and vitamin E with a sieve of 300-500 meshes to obtain raw material powder;
B. weighing ultramicro black fungus powder and the raw material powder in the step A according to the proportion, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
C. weighing aloe juice, honey and fresh milk in proportion, and mixing into a mixed solution;
D. and D, adding the mixture obtained in the step B into the mixed solution obtained in the step C, uniformly stirring, and sterilizing to obtain the black fungus facial mask.
10. The preparation method of the black fungus mask as claimed in claim 9, wherein in the step A, the dandelion, the sweet osmanthus flower and the vitamin E are respectively ground and then sieved by a 400-500-mesh sieve to obtain raw material powder.
