Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of disinfection articles, and relates to a composition for air sterilization and disinfection.
Background
Chlorine dioxide (ClO)2) Is a gas from yellow green to orange yellow, and is a safe and nontoxic green disinfectant which is internationally recognized. At present, chlorine dioxide is mainly used for bleaching pulp and paper, fiber, wheat flour and starch and disinfecting and sterilizing drinking water. Chlorine gas is used as a disinfectant, and some toxic byproducts are easily generated in the sterilization and disinfection process. Chlorine dioxide is a strong oxidant, and the available chlorine of the chlorine dioxide is 2.6 times of that of chlorine. In addition, chlorine dioxide does not react with organic matters in water to generate toxic and harmful organic chloride, so that chlorine dioxide gradually replaces chlorine gas to become a widely used sterilizing disinfectant.
A large number of foreign experimental studies show that chlorine dioxide is a safe and nontoxic disinfectant, has no carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects, and does not generate chlorination reaction with organic matters during disinfection to generate organic chloride or other toxic substances capable of generating 'causing three effects'. However, chlorine dioxide is extremely strong in oxidizing power and should be avoided at high concentrations (> 500 ppm). When the concentration is lower than 500ppm, the influence on the human body can be ignored, and when the concentration is lower than 100ppm, the influence on the human body can not be generated, including the physiological and biochemical influences. It has no sensitization effect on skin. The concentration of chlorine dioxide used conventionally is far below 500ppm, generally only about tens of ppm. Therefore, chlorine dioxide is also internationally recognized as a safe, non-toxic, green disinfectant.
At present, chlorine dioxide is widely applied to the fields of disinfection of drinking water, sterilization of air, disinfection of kitchen utensils and food machinery equipment, disinfection of aquaculture and livestock breeding, formaldehyde removal of house furniture, odor removal and the like. However, chlorine dioxide has the limitations of difficult preparation, unstable properties, and explosiveness, which limits the mass production and application of chlorine dioxide. Industrial production of chlorine dioxide requires complex processes and specialized equipment, is explosive and does not allow compressed gas transport. Chlorine dioxide is very active, extremely unstable and difficult to store, and is generally prepared in situ at present. When a large amount of chlorine dioxide is continuously used, the chlorine dioxide generator can be used for generating chlorine dioxide and then directly introducing the chlorine dioxide into a using system, but the existing chlorine dioxide generator is not suitable for a system with relatively small using amount and dispersed using objects.
Most chlorine dioxide releasing agents are currently achieved in a more acidic solution by using so-called "stable chlorine dioxide solutions" or industrial sodium chlorite via an acidification process. However, these chlorine dioxide-releasing agents have a low utilization of less than 30%, which not only wastes large amounts of raw materials, but also large amounts of unconverted ClO2-Remain in the chlorine dioxide solution and the harmful ClO2-Are difficult to eliminate naturally. Thus, these chlorine dioxide-releasing agents are unacceptable as disinfectants.

Example two: effect experiment of the air sterilizing and disinfecting composition
Compositions 1 to 6 prepared in example one were selected and packed in a breathable bag for effect experiments.
The detection basis is as follows: GB 15979-2002 sanitary Standard for Disposable sanitary articles.
Detecting the environment: the temperature is 20-30 ℃, and the relative humidity is 50-75%.
These compositions were tested to provide sustained release of chlorine dioxide, menthol volatiles, and catmint volatiles.
And (3) detection results: the bacteriostasis rate of the escherichia coli is more than 99.9%; the bacteriostasis rate of staphylococcus aureus is more than 99.9 percent.
Menthol is the major component of essential oils of peppermint and peppermint, and exists in both free and esterified states. Menthol is used as an aromatizer for toothpastes, perfumes, beverages, candies, and the like; it can be used as irritant in medicine, and has effects of refreshing and relieving itching. The menthol can be obtained by purifying natural peppermint crude oil or by synthesis.
Menthol is one of the components of exterior-releasing medicines, can disperse exterior pathogens and release exterior syndromes, and has the effects of sweating, relieving fever, resisting inflammation and easing pain. Menthol is a fat-soluble substance that has a damaging effect on the viral envelope. Menthol is a volatile aromatic substance, promotes the release of chlorine dioxide, and plays a role in expanding and dredging nasal mucosa.
Herba schizonepetae is one of the commonly used herbal medicines for sweating and relieving fever, and can be used for relieving phlegm, dispelling wind and cooling blood, and treating influenza, headache, cold and heat, sweating and vomiting.
The invention adopts the combination of the menthol and the schizonepeta, because the schizonepeta also has the same exterior-releasing effect as the menthol, and meanwhile, the schizonepeta is added to adjust the using amount of the menthol in the composition, so that the schizonepeta-containing composition is suitable for people with strong menthol allergy, and can avoid the excessive stimulation of the menthol.
