② heating 8-10 parts of agarose, 0.8-1 part of nutrient substances and 80-100 parts of water to boil, uniformly stirring, heating again to completely melt, adding 0.1-0.3 part of dehydroethylenediamine, uniformly stirring, and adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.5 by using hydrogen chloride or sodium hydroxide to obtain a solution B;
③, cooling the solution B to 43-45 ℃, pouring the solution B into a second support frame, opening holes on the top of the upper shaping paperboard, and clamping and fixing the upper shaping paperboard after opening the holes on the top of the second support frame;
④ inserting the roots of the plant seedlings into the solution B through the upper shaping paperboard to keep the plant seedlings standing and immobile;
⑤ naturally cooling the solution B to room temperature to solidify;
3) prefabricated sleep-aiding layer module
① fastening the lower shaping cardboard to the bottom of the third support frame;
② heating 10-12 parts of agarose and 80-105 parts of water to boil, stirring uniformly, heating again to melt completely, adding 0.5-1 part of chlorothalonil powder, stirring uniformly, adjusting the pH to 6.5-7.5 by using hydrogen chloride or sodium hydroxide, quickly adding linalyl acetate, mixing and stirring uniformly to obtain solution C;
③ cooling the solution C to 43-45 deg.C, pouring into a third support frame, and clamping and fixing the upper shaping paperboard on the top of the third support frame;
④ naturally cooling the solution C to room temperature to solidify;
4) potted plant assembling and forming
① turning the prefabricated high-concentration nutrition layer module to a lower shaping paperboard and arranging upward;
② fastening the low-concentration nutrition layer module on the high-concentration nutrition layer module;
③ opening holes in the middle of the module according to the shape of the plant, and fastening and fixing the module on the module via fastening ring;
④ placing the spliced and formed high-concentration nutrition layer module, low-concentration nutrition layer module and sleep-assisting layer module in a planting container, and clamping and fixing the modules by an upper pressing plate;
5) and cutting the cut sleep-aiding gel matrix into small pieces, and filling the small pieces into the sleep-aiding layer module.
7. A potting method as claimed in claim 6 wherein the nutrient is a combination of one or more of lime nitrogen, nitrogen water, urea, ammonium sulphate superphosphate, triple superphosphate, ammonium phosphate potassium chloride, potassium sulphate and potassium nitrate.
8. The potting method of claim 7 wherein the upper and lower sizing boards are made of degradable pulp.
