本发明公开了一种万用型卡线装置、电插塞连接器及电插塞连接器母座,包括打线盖本体,所述打线盖本体上横向设置有至少一个线缆过线孔和至少一个线缆压线槽,所述线缆过线孔和线缆压线槽内部分别设置有用于容纳第一卡刀的第一卡刀破线槽和第二卡刀破线槽,所述第一卡刀破线槽为X形,所述第二卡刀破线槽为倾斜设置的一字形。本发明采用X形的第一卡刀破线槽和倾斜设置的一字形的第二卡刀破线槽、线缆过线孔、线缆压线槽配线使用可适用于多种样式的卡刀,从而使带有该卡线装置的电插塞连接器及电插塞连接器母座适用于多种样式的卡刀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种万用型卡线装置、电插塞连接器及电插塞连接器母座。
背景技术
电插塞连接器用于在第一电缆与第二电缆之间建立电连接,或者也用于在第一电缆与电器之间建立电连接。其中,卡线装置是将第一电缆、第二电缆压合在卡刀上从而建立起连接的装置,因此,卡线装置对于信号传输质量的影响十分巨大。市场上有很多的卡刀,若是对于每个卡刀都匹配制造一种卡线装置,那么必然造成成本增加,资源的浪费,因此,需要发明一种能够通配与各种卡刀的卡线装置。
发明内容
为克服上述缺点,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种万用型卡线装置。本发明的目的之二在于一种带有该卡线装置的电插塞连接器。本发明的目的之三在于提供一种带有该卡线装置的电插塞连接器母座。
为了达到以上目的之一,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种万用型卡线装置,包括打线盖本体,所述打线盖本体上横向设置有至少一个线缆过线孔和至少一个线缆压线槽,所述线缆过线孔和线缆压线槽内部分别设置有用于容纳第一卡刀的第一卡刀破线槽和第二卡刀破线槽,所述第一卡刀破线槽为X形,所述第二卡刀破线槽为倾斜设置的一字形。本发明的有益效果:采用X形的第一卡刀破线槽和倾斜设置的一字形的第二卡刀破线槽、线缆过线孔、线缆压线槽配线使用可适用于多种样式的卡刀。
优选地,所述第一卡刀破线槽包括相交的第一插槽和第二插槽,所述第一插槽和第二插槽均为一字形。采用第二插槽能够匹配过往的卡刀,采用第一插槽能够匹配新的卡刀,从而使卡线装置可适用于多种样式的卡刀。
优选地,所述第一卡刀包括割破式卡刀和\或刺破式卡刀。
优选地,所述割破式卡刀包括第一卡刀本体,所述第一卡刀本体上部设有一延伸至中部的卡槽,所述卡槽的内侧壁压成刀口状用于割破线缆从而与线缆内导体相接触,所述第一卡刀本体下部设有一用于连接PCB板的连接部。采用刀口状的卡槽内侧壁能够在将线缆压入卡槽时割破线缆与线缆内导体连接起到数据传输作用。
优选地,所述刺破式卡刀包括第二卡刀本体,所述第二卡刀本体上部设有第一、第二、第三刺状顶点。
优选地,所述第一、第二、第三刺状顶点的中心轴向不同的方向倾斜。将线缆压入时刺状顶点将刺破线缆与线缆内导体连接起到数据传输作用,刺破型卡刀从三个方向刺破线缆较割破型卡刀数据传输效率更高、稳定性更好等优点。
为了达到以上目的之二,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电插塞连接器,包括电插塞连接器主体,所述电插塞连接器主体内部设置有PCB板,所述PCB板与第一卡刀相连,所述第一卡刀穿过端子座并插入卡线装置内从而与万用型卡线装置内插接的线缆相连,所述PCB板与水晶头晶片相连,所述电插塞连接器主体上方设置有电插塞连接器上盖。本发明的电插塞连接器采用了上述卡线装置,能够可适用于多种样式的卡刀。
优选地,所述电插塞连接器主体与具有复位功能的弹片的一端相连,所述弹片的另一端与具有拉拔复位功能的拨片一端联动,所述拨片滑动设置在电插塞连接器上盖上,所述拨片的另一端延伸至电插塞连接器上盖外侧形成供手指拨动的拨动部。通过增加可外部拨动的拨片,将拨片设计成与弹片联动状态,手指无需伸入电插塞连接器的插接部,只需在外部拉动拨片即可将电插塞连接器从服务器的接口上取出,其操作方便,有效的解决密集布线服务器空间不足而影响用户使用体验,也有效的避免因弹片下压不充分而引起的使用寿命问题
为了达到以上目的之三,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种电插塞连接器母座,包括电插塞连接器母座主体,所述电插塞连接器母座本体内设置有PCB线路板,所述PCB线路板上并排设置有直压式插芯和端子座,所述端子座上插接有第二卡刀且该第二卡刀与直压式插芯相连,所述端子座上方上部设置有万用型卡线装置,所述第二卡刀的顶部伸入万用型卡线装置内部并割破万用型卡线装置内的线缆从而与线缆内导体相接触实现数据传输。本发明的电插塞连接器母座采用了上述卡线装置,能够可适用于多种样式的卡刀。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
参见附图1-2所示,本实施例中的一种万用型卡线装置,包括打线盖本体11(如图所示,为了方便穿线缆和管理线缆,打线盖本体优选为L形,可不限于L形),所述打线盖本体11上沿横向设置有四个线缆过线孔12和四个线缆压线槽13,所述线缆过线孔12和线缆压线槽13内部分别设置有用于容纳卡刀2的第一卡刀破线槽14和第二卡刀破线槽15,所述第一卡刀破线槽14为X形,所述第二卡刀破线槽15为倾斜设置的一字形,能够同时适用割破式卡刀21和\或刺破式卡刀22。所述第一卡刀破线槽14包括相交的第一插槽141和第二插槽142,所述第一插槽141和第二插槽142均为一字形,所述第一插槽141和第二插槽142之间的夹角为20-80°,优选为30°。为了使固定在线缆压线槽13内的线缆,所述线缆压线槽13内壁上设有两对压线卡块16,压线卡块16的数目可不限于两对,至少一对即可,以两对为最佳。
参见附图3所示,所述割破式卡刀21包括第一卡刀本体211,所述第一卡刀本体上部设有一延伸至中部的卡槽212,所述卡槽212的内侧壁压成刀口状用于割破线缆从而与线缆内导体相接触实现数据传输。所述第一卡刀本体211尾部采用鱼眼状通孔213,因此与PCB板连接时,无需焊接工序,不仅降低了生产难度和成本,而且从根源上解决了因漏焊、假焊等问题引起的接触不良,提升了使用寿命。所述第一卡刀本体211两侧设有限位卡点214,用于在插接割破式卡刀21时对其有一个硬限位。
参见附图4-7所示,所述刺破式卡刀22包括第二卡刀本体221,所述第二卡刀本体221上部设有第一、第二、第三刺状顶点222、223、224,所述第一、第二、第三刺状顶点222、223、224的中心轴向不同的方向倾斜。所述第二卡刀本体221尾部采用鱼眼状通孔225,因此与PCB板连接时,无需焊接工序,不仅降低了生产难度和成本,而且从根源上解决了因漏焊、假焊等问题引起的接触不良,提升了使用寿命。所述第二卡刀本体221两侧设有限位卡点226,用于在插接割破式卡刀22时对其有一个硬限位。
上述万用型卡线装置可以通配于电插塞连接器和电插塞连接器母座。
参见附图8-11所示,所述电插塞连接器包括电插塞连接器主体3,所述电插塞连接器主体3内部设置有PCB板4,所述PCB板4与卡刀2相连,所述卡刀2穿过端子座5并插入万用型卡线装置内从而与万用型卡线装置内插接的线缆相连,所述PCB板3与水晶头晶片7相连,所述电插塞连接器主体3上方设置有电插塞连接器上盖8。为了在插接时防止工人触碰PCB板4造成事故,PCB板3下方还可设置有挡板6,水晶头晶片7穿过挡板6与线缆相连。所述电插塞连接器主体3与具有复位功能的弹片91的一端相连,所述弹片91的另一端与具有拉拔复位功能的拨片92一端联动,所述拨片92滑动设置在电插塞连接器上盖8上,所述拨片92的另一端延伸至电插塞连接器上盖8外侧形成供手指拨动的拨动部。用户向外拉动拨动部,拨片92带动弹片91向外拉伸,由于弹片91的一端固定,使得弹片91下压,与服务器接口脱离状态,可直接将电插塞连接器抽出。本实施例所述的电插塞连接器具有操作便捷,插拔方便,能克服密集布线服务器上拔下操作不便的问题。
其中,参见附图9所示,电插塞连接器主体3为一两端设有窗口的盒体31,该盒体31的上表面和下表面均开设有窗口。所述电插塞连接器主体3一端连接有半圆形的半圆形螺纹机构32,该半圆形螺纹机构32外表面设有外螺纹,与电插塞连接器上盖8的尾部的半圆形螺纹机构组合形成一个开口式圆形螺纹机构,与万用型卡线装置及螺纹紧固件配套使用以紧固线缆,且可依施工需要安装相应的预理线装置。所述电插塞连接器主体3另一端设置有用于固定弹片9的弹片固定槽33,和与挡板6尾部卡接的限位固定槽37,能够对挡板6进行限位及固定。该弹片固定槽33包含一对限位滑槽331及一个固定槽332,用于弹片9的限位固定。所述电插塞连接器主体3两侧设有第一固定卡槽34与端子座5相互卡接,用于对端子座5的固定。所述电插塞连接器主体3两侧下部前端设有第二固定卡槽35与挡板6相互卡接,用于对挡板6的固定。所述电插塞连接器主体3上部设有卡柱36用于与电插塞连接器上盖8转动连接,固定电插塞连接器上盖8且保证该电插塞连接器上盖8能在此位置上正常旋转。所述电插塞连接器主体3上部设有限位栏杆38用于对端子座5安装进行限位,以避免过度安装影响电插塞连接器的正常使用。
参见附图10所示,PCB板4两端分别设置有16个水晶头晶片穿孔41和8个卡刀穿孔42。
参见附图11所示,端子座5上设有八个卡刀放置卡槽51,每个卡刀放置卡槽51呈除法符号样式,用以适配通用于多种卡刀2。卡刀放置卡槽51上设有卡刀限位凹边,与卡刀2的限位卡点配套使用保证卡刀2在正常使用状态下不会因外力拔出PCB板造成接触不良而影响到数据传输。为了对万用型卡线装置压线进行导向及限位,减少使用难度,所述端子座5一端设有至少一个打线盖限位柱52。所述端子座5上部设有端子座限位块53,用于与电插塞连接器上盖8配合使用从而防止端子座5移位,所述端子座限位块53上设有四个线缆避位槽55用于对正常施工过程中未剪到位的线缆进行避位,使电插塞连接器的实用性得到提高。所述端子座5两侧设有一个或多个固定卡块54与电插塞连接器主体3底部前端的第一固定卡槽34配套使用对端子座5进行限位及固定,以确保端子座5确实卡入电插塞连接器或电插塞连接器母座主体。
参见附图12所示,电插塞连接器上盖8两侧均设有固定圆孔81,该固定圆孔81与卡柱36转动连接,使电插塞连接器上盖8固定于电插塞连接器主体3上且能正常旋转。电插塞连接器上盖8一端设有半圆形螺纹机构82,与电插塞连接器主体3一端的半圆形螺纹机构32配合使用。
参见附图13所示,挡板6包含一组八个晶片卡槽61、一对或多对固定卡块62。一组八个晶片卡槽61对应一组水晶头晶片,水晶头晶片、挡板6、PCB板4配套使用时可限定晶片接触点的深度保证与接口的有效联接;一对或多对固定卡块62与电插塞连接器主体3底部前端的第二固定卡槽35配套使用对挡板6进行限位及固定。
参见附图14-17所示,电插塞连接器母座包括电插塞连接器母座本体101,所述电插塞连接器母座本体101内设置有PCB线路板103,所述PCB线路板103上并排设置有直压式插芯102(90度或180度插芯)和端子座104,所述端子座104上插接有第二卡刀105且该第二卡刀105与直压式插芯102相连,所述端子座104上方上部设置有万用型卡线装置1,所述卡刀105的顶部伸入万用型卡线装置1内部并割破万用型卡线装置1内的线缆从而与线缆内导体相接触实现数据传输。该电插塞连接器母座本体101上部设有窗口,该电插塞连接器母座本体101上旋转连接有母座上盖106用以将窗口封住。其中,第二卡刀105选自割破式卡刀21和\或刺破式卡刀22。

Claims (9)
1.一种万用型卡线装置,包括打线盖本体(11),所述打线盖本体(11)上横向设置有至少一个线缆过线孔(12)和至少一个线缆压线槽(13),所述线缆过线孔(12)和线缆压线槽(13)内部分别设置有用于容纳第一卡刀(2)的第一卡刀破线槽(14)和第二卡刀破线槽(15),其特征在于:所述第一卡刀破线槽(14)为X形,所述第二卡刀破线槽(15)为倾斜设置的一字形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的万用型卡线装置,其特征在于:所述第一卡刀破线槽(14)包括相交的第一插槽(141)和第二插槽(142),所述第一插槽(141)和第二插槽(142)均为一字形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的万用型卡线装置,其特征在于:所述第一卡刀(2)包括割破式卡刀(21)和\或刺破式卡刀(22)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的万用型卡线装置,其特征在于:所述割破式卡刀(21)包括第一卡刀本体(211),所述第一卡刀本体(211)上部设有一延伸至中部的卡槽(212),所述卡槽(212)的内侧壁压成刀口状用于割破线缆从而与线缆内导体相接触,所述第一卡刀本体(211)下部设有一用于连接PCB板的连接部。
5.根据权利要求3所述的万用型卡线装置,其特征在于:所述刺破式卡刀(22)包括第二卡刀本体(221),所述第二卡刀本体(221)上部设有第一、第二、第三刺状顶点(222、223、224)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的万用型卡线装置,其特征在于:所述第一、第二、第三刺状顶点(222、223、224)的中心轴向不同的方向倾斜。
7.一种电插塞连接器,其特征在于:包括电插塞连接器主体(3),所述电插塞连接器主体(3)内部设置有PCB板(4),所述PCB板(4)与第一卡刀(2)相连,所述卡刀(2)穿过端子座(5)并插入万用型卡线装置(1)内从而与万用型卡线装置(1)内插接的线缆相连,所述PCB板(4)还与水晶头晶片(7)相连,所述电插塞连接器主体上方(3)设置有电插塞连接器上盖(8)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的万用型卡线装置,其特征在于:所述电插塞连接器主体(3)与具有复位功能的弹片(91)的一端相连,所述弹片(91)的另一端与具有拉拔复位功能的拨片(92)一端联动,所述拨片(92)滑动设置在电插塞连接器上盖(8)上,所述拨片(92)的另一端延伸至电插塞连接器上盖(8)外侧形成供手指拨动的拨动部。
9.一种电插塞连接器母座,其特征在于:包括电插塞连接器母座主体(101),所述电插塞连接器母座本体(101)内设置有PCB线路板(103),所述PCB线路板(103)上并排设置有直压式插芯(102)和端子座(104),所述端子座(104)上插接有第二卡刀(105)且该第二卡刀(105)与直压式插芯(102)相连,所述端子座(104)上方上部设置有万用型卡线装置(1),所述第二卡刀(105)的顶部伸入万用型卡线装置(1)内部并割破万用型卡线装置(1)内的线缆从而与线缆内导体相接触实现数据传输。
